First, the rule I can't get around
Before the prices: the official site's "please read before using" list at madam-hands.com includes one line that matters for this site's readers. Between the STD rule and the hygiene rule, it says 外国人の方: "foreign nationals." Put plainly, the shop doesn't take foreign customers.
I'm not going to pretend I walked in anyway. What I can do is lay out exactly what the shop publishes. That's useful if you live here, read Japanese and have a Japanese friend asking what the deal is, or you just want to understand how this corner of Tokyo prices things. If the rule ever changes, the numbers below will still be your starting point.
What kind of shop this is
Madam Hands (マダムハンズ) is listed on CityHeaven as a デリヘル (delivery health) in Shinbashi/Shiodome, but its own site calls it what it is: a 新橋オナクラ, a Shinbashi onakura. That's a hand-service shop. There's no oral and no body-to-body play in the base menu. The service is a handjob plus talk, mostly dirty talk (淫語攻め, as the site puts it). Phone: 03-6435-6685.
The pitch is all about age. The tagline promises 『気品』『母性』『エロさ』: "grace, motherliness, sexiness." The site adds that mature women have "an adult eroticism young women can't produce." It also makes a frank sales point: because it's hands-only, there's less worry about STDs.
The roster backs the branding up. CityHeaven lists 19 women, every one between 36 and 46. Nine are 40 or older. The taglines lean toward 痴女 (a sexually forward woman who takes the lead), 清楚 (prim, neat) and 癒し (soothing). In other words, it sells the classy older woman who turns out not to be shy.
The courses: you're paying for how much she takes off
The service is the same in every course. The price changes with what she's wearing. CityHeaven describes all three the same way: a "naughty-looking madam you'd pass on the street," dressed as she is, finishing you by hand.

The pattern is easy to see once it's in a grid: each dress level is a flat ¥2,000 more, at every length. Topless costs the same extra ¥2,000 at 30 minutes as at 120. Over a long booking that's almost nothing. Over a short one it's a 40% markup.
Fixed fees on top:
- Membership (入会金): ¥1,000
- Net or repeat nomination: ¥500. The official site says your first nomination of any madam is free.
- Extension: ¥2,000 per 10 minutes
The 20-minute walk-up
The cheapest line is the おまかせフリー20分 course: 20 minutes, ¥3,500, in lingerie, and the shop picks the woman. A note says you can switch it to the lingerie course for ¥1,000 more. The wording is loose, so ask on the phone what that changes. You can't reserve it ahead of time. You call from the shop's designated spot in Shinbashi and they send whoever's free. If several women are free at once, you can still choose one by paying the nomination fee.
Here's the honest math on a first visit with the walk-up: ¥3,500 + ¥1,000 membership = ¥4,500, plus the room. That's cheaper than many Shinbashi izakaya tabs. It is also, by design, twenty minutes.
The rotation course
The listing also offers a Mrs. & Madame MIX 回転コース, shared with the sister shop Mrs Hands (ミセスハンズ). You get 20 minutes each with two or three women, chosen by the shop from whoever's free in either shop:
- 2 women × 20 min (40 min total): ¥5,500
- 3 women × 20 min (60 min total): ¥8,500
- Nipple licking: +¥500 per woman, on this course only
It's same-day only, with no nominations, and it depends on who's working. Compare it to a 60-minute S course at ¥10,000 and the rotation is cheaper, with more variety. The trade-off is that you don't pick anyone and you can't book ahead.
The other menu: testicle massage
There's also a separate 特設コース (special course) on the official site, shared with Mrs Hands: a 睾丸マッサージ, or testicle massage. It starts with partial body massage, works toward the main event in a "slightly embarrassing position," and only for the hand finish does she change into lingerie. The site sells it with a short health paragraph about blood flow and stamina. Treat that as marketing, not medicine.

Options, free and paid
The free list is long for a ¥5,000 shop. It includes spit play, wrist cuffs, a blindfold, paper underwear, a rotor, slapping, foot play, high-heel teasing, nipple clips and a flogger. The theme is clear: she's in charge. Paid options run from ¥1,000 (take-home panties, stocking play, a braless camisole, finger anal) to ¥3,000 (mutual nipple licking, golden shower). Face-sitting and a strap-on are ¥2,000 each.
CityHeaven also showed a new-customer coupon on one woman's listing: 40 minutes of the topless course for ¥8,000 with the membership fee waived. It excludes calls from 050 numbers and repeat nominations. Coupons rotate, so check that page the day you call.
How a booking actually works
This is where the shop gets specific, and it's the part I like most.
- Hours: 11:00 to 23:00. Phones open 10:30 to 22:30.
- Booking: by phone, up to three days ahead. The 20-minute course can't be booked in advance. Calls from blocked numbers or pay phones aren't accepted. New customers can't book by email.
- Confirmation call: if you've booked, you have to call 30 or 60 minutes before your slot. If you don't, they cancel. The site says this bluntly: they turned someone else away for you.
- Where you call from: Sakurada Park (桜田公園), about two minutes from the Karasumori exit (烏森口) of JR Shinbashi, "where you can see the closed TSUTAYA." Call from inside the park and they'll guide you to a rental room nearby.
- Rooms: the howto page lists eight rental rooms and love hotels near Karasumori, including Apre, Pleasure, Time, Bios, Oasis, Mist, Apple and Astro, with addresses and phone numbers. The room fee is separate and you pay it yourself.
- If you go into a room first and phone in the room number, the shop warns that you'll wait a while for her to arrive. So book a little longer than you need.
The rule list is standard: no pressuring for 本番 (full sex), no hidden cameras, no drunks, no rough touching or stripping her by force, no scouting, and no asking her out. The shop also reserves the right to refuse anyone it thinks is "too unhygienic." Break a rule and she leaves without a refund.
Who's on today
Friday the 30th's schedule showed Arisa (42) and Kuyuri (36) on standby before noon. Others start between 11:00 and 18:00, and the latest shift runs to 23:00. Seventeen of the 19 women post photo diaries. Only two have reviews on CityHeaven. A lot of this shop runs on word of mouth.
