Zettyou Akume, Ikebukuro — Doing the Math on a Specialist Delivery Shop With Five Menus and a 21-Hour Day

Zettyou Akume (絶頂アクメ) is an Ikebukuro delivery shop built around one specialty, open 9:00 to 6:00. I read its five price menus, October new-customer event, ticket books and outcall zones so you know what a booking really costs before you call.

Zettyou Akume, Ikebukuro — Doing the Math on a Specialist Delivery Shop With Five Menus and a 21-Hour Day
Elon
ElonIn Manhattan, the places that do one thing usually do it best. The dumpling counter, the guy who only fixes zippers. Ikebukuro has its own version of that logic. Some shops sell everything; this one put its single specialty in its own name. I wanted to see whether the price board is as focused as the branding.

One specialty, said out loud

The full name on CityHeaven is 池袋本気AF専門店AF革命絶頂アクメ: roughly "Ikebukuro serious anal-specialist shop, AF Revolution, Zettyou Akume." I'll call it Zettyou Akume (絶頂アクメ), which is what the regulars type into the search bar. It's listed as a デリヘル, a delivery health shop, in the fetish category, under the Ikebukuro north-and-west-exit area. Phone: 03-6914-0415. Official site: zettyouakume.com.

"AF" is Japanese industry shorthand for anal play. Plenty of delivery shops list it as an option buried at the bottom of a page. This one flips the order. It's the base course, and the rest of the menu is built around it.

The hours are the first thing that jumps out: 9:00 to 6:00 the next morning. That's 21 hours a day. The shop is closed only for the three hours when Ikebukuro is, in practice, also closed. On the Thursday morning I looked, the photo diaries were already rolling. One woman posted that she was on standby at 12:55; another had posted "good night" at 6:38 and "good morning" at 9:15.

Five menus, one fee sheet

Every course shares the same fixed costs:

Fee Price
Membership (入会金) ¥2,000
Nomination (指名料) ¥2,000
Repeat nomination (本指名) ¥2,000
Extension, 15 min from ¥6,000
Extension, 30 min from ¥12,000

The shop adds that extension rates can change depending on the woman. So "from" means exactly that.

Then come the menus. Here are the posted course prices, before fees and transport:

Length AF course Reverse AF Mutual AF Health only 3P (one AF + one health)
45 min (free/no-nomination only) ¥19,000 ¥14,000 — — —
60 min ¥25,000 ¥19,000 — ¥18,000 ¥43,000
75 min ("most popular") ¥31,000 ¥23,000 — ¥22,000 ¥53,000
90 min ¥36,000 ¥28,000 ¥39,000 ¥26,000 ¥62,000
120 min ¥50,000 ¥38,000 ¥52,000 ¥36,000 ¥86,000
180 min ¥75,000 ¥57,000 ¥78,000 ¥54,000 ¥129,000
240 min — ¥76,000 — — —

A few things you only see once it's laid out in a grid:

  • The specialty costs about ¥7,000 more per hour than plain health. At 60 minutes, AF is ¥25,000 and health is ¥18,000. At 180 minutes, the gap is ¥21,000. The premium scales almost perfectly with time, so a long booking doesn't get you a better deal on it.
  • Reverse AF (逆AF) is the budget line. Here the woman does the work on the customer. It runs about 25% under the standard course at every length, from ¥14,000 vs ¥19,000 at 45 minutes to ¥57,000 vs ¥75,000 at 180. It's also the only menu with a 240-minute option. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about who books four hours of that.
  • Mutual AF starts at 90 minutes. There's no short version, and it's only a few thousand yen above the standard AF course at each length.
  • The 3P course is just two bookings added together. ¥43,000 for 60 minutes is exactly ¥25,000 + ¥18,000, AF plus health. You pay for two people and get two people, with no group discount. That's honest arithmetic.
  • The 45-minute entry price is for free bookings only. If you want to choose the woman, your shortest course is 60 minutes.
Elon
ElonThe "most popular" tag sits on 75 minutes, and it isn't an accident. At 75 minutes and up, the free-option list unlocks, so that's the point where the menu starts paying you back. Anything shorter and you're buying the course and nothing else.

Running a real first-timer's total

Say it's your first time, you picked a woman from the roster, and you're at a hotel near Ikebukuro Station. Using only posted numbers:

  • 75-minute AF course: ¥31,000
  • Membership: ¥2,000
  • Nomination: ¥2,000
  • Transport, hotels around Ikebukuro: ¥1,000

That comes to ¥36,000 before any paid options. If you walk in and use the shop's reception instead, the transport line drops out. The system page says 来店交通費無料, no transport fee for in-store customers. That makes it ¥35,000.

Now check that against the October event.

The October new-customer deal, and its fine print

The events page runs a 10月限定 "big thank-you" promotion through October 31. New customers get the nomination fee cut, and the posted totals look like this:

Course Normal (as the event lists it) Event price
60 min ¥29,000 ¥25,000
75 min ¥35,000 ¥31,000
90 min ¥40,000 ¥36,000
120 min ¥52,000 ¥49,000

For 60, 75 and 90 minutes, the "normal" figure is exactly course + membership + nomination. The event price is just the bare course price. In plain words: for a new customer, the membership and nomination fees disappear. The 120-minute row doesn't follow that pattern (¥50,000 + ¥4,000 would be ¥54,000, not ¥52,000), so confirm that one on the phone.

The conditions matter more than the discount:

  • AF courses only
  • Weekdays, Monday to Thursday only
  • A review post is required, and the cashback is paid back only on the same day
  • It can't be combined with other events

Today is a Thursday, the 29th. Practically, that leaves today and nothing else, because the 30th and 31st are a Friday and a Saturday. If you were planning a Halloween-weekend visit to save ¥4,000, the calendar already said no.

There's a second event for repeat customers. Book a 本指名 (a woman you've seen before) through CityHeaven's net-booking and you get ¥1,000 off any course for the month. That one also pays out as a cashback after you post a review. Both discounts come back as cash after the fact rather than off the posted price, so bring the full amount with you.

Elon
Elon"Post a review, get paid back" is common in Tokyo now. It works, but it's a deal you make with your own time. If you're the type who never writes reviews, price the visit at the full number and treat the cashback as a bonus.

Options: what's free at 75 minutes, and what I'd leave alone

From 75 minutes up, these are free: instant play, a T-back, eye mask, electric massager, vibrators, rotors, stockings, fishnets, an apron, a Womanizer and a face mask. The shop says health courses don't get this, and courses under 75 minutes should ask staff.

Paid options run from ¥1,000 for costume and handcuffs to ¥8,000 for video recording, which is limited to neck-down. There's also a ¥10,000 line for an unprotected version of the main course. I'm not going to dress that one up. Skip it. The specialty here carries real infection risk even with a condom. Paying extra to remove the condom is a bad trade at any price.

The shop's own refusal list helps. It turns away anyone visibly sick or showing signs of an infection, along with drunks and anyone carrying drugs. Expect a shower first even if you've already showered. The procedure page says she'll send you back in.

Rules that will actually affect your night

  • Booking window: up to three days ahead, from 9:00 to 6:00. You can book by LINE or by X/Twitter DM, but phone bookings take priority over net bookings.
  • No cancellations after confirmation. If you cancel anyway, there's a fee. Don't book a slot you aren't sure of.
  • Delivery zones are priced by distance from Ikebukuro Station: ¥1,000 for nearby hotels, ¥2,000 within 3 km (Toshima-ku), ¥3,000 within 5 km (Shinjuku, Itabashi, Kita, Bunkyo), ¥4,000 within 10 km, ¥5,000 within 15 km and ¥6,000 within 20 km. Home delivery depends on the woman, so ask.
  • Prohibited: forcing 本番 (vaginal intercourse), anything she doesn't want, asking her out privately, and any third person in the room. The 3P course is the only legitimate three-person setup.

The roster

The girl list showed 45 women with posted profiles. Twenty-five of them are listed at 18 to 21. The oldest posted age was 30. That's a young board, typical of Ikebukuro, and the shop states plainly that no one under 18 works there. The ranking blurbs lean hard on catchphrases like "G-cup revolution," "first-time awakening" and "super sensitive slim type." Read those as marketing, and use the photo diaries to see who's actually working today.

The shop also sells ticket books: ¥100,000 for 11, ¥300,000 for 33, ¥500,000 for 55. Effectively, that's one free visit per ten. There's even a "business-entertainment course" for a host who wants to book for a client, with receipts available. I respect the nerve of putting that on the same page as everything above.

Elon
ElonEverything above comes from Zettyou Akume's CityHeaven top, system, events and girl-list pages as of October 29, 2026. I didn't add anything the pages don't say. Specialist play means you should go slow, use protection, and speak up. She's the expert here, so listen to her. Adults only.
