全裸妻NTRサークル — Zenrazuma NTR Circle, read Zenrazuma Enu-Tii-Aaru Saakuru — is a delivery health (deriheru) shop dispatching out of Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo, filed on Cityheaven under 新宿・歌舞伎町/デリヘル with the 人妻 tag: married women only. Phone is 03-6380-3229. Hours run 12:00 to 4:00 — a sixteen-hour day — with no closing days at all, stated flatly as 無し. Its own site is at zenratuma.com.
The concept is netorare (NTR) — cuckold roleplay — plus what the shop calls 全裸即プレイ: she's undressed when the door opens. The copy is exactly as subtle as you'd expect. 出逢った瞬間から即クライマックス. Climax from the moment you meet.
I'm not here for the copy. The copy is free and it tells you nothing. The price page is where a shop accidentally tells the truth, and this one has four separate ladders on it.
Four ladders, one ladder

Two transformations generate the whole grid, and they hold on all six rows without a single exception:
- The 待ち合わせ (meet-up) course is the standard course plus ¥1,000. Flat, every row. You meet her somewhere instead of having her arrive at the room, and the clock starts after you're inside.
- The 口コミ割引 (review discount) is minus ¥2,000 and plus ten minutes. Flat, every row, both courses.
Four ladders, twenty-four prices, two rules. I check consistency claims like this expecting to find the row where the shop got sloppy. There isn't one.
The discount is the nomination fee, exactly
Now the fees, listed separately: membership ¥3,000 (currently waived — 無料イベント開催中), photo nomination ¥2,000, 本指名 (asking for her by name again) ¥3,000, extension per 30 minutes ¥10,000.
Take the review-discount ladder and add the ¥2,000 photo-nomination fee to each row:

Six for six. The photo-nomination fee eats the review discount to the yen, and you land back on the standard ladder one row up — paying the 50-minute price for 60 minutes, the 150-minute price for 160.
So the ¥2,000 in the discount's name is not what you get. What you get is ten minutes, and it's worth pricing those minutes, because ten free minutes is a better deal than any block of time this shop sells. The cheapest marginal step on the standard ladder is the 50→70 jump: ¥3,000 for twenty minutes, ¥150 a minute. Ten minutes at ¥0 beats that comfortably.
If you use 本指名 instead — ¥3,000, for asking for the same woman a second time — you land ¥1,000 above the list ladder and still keep the ten minutes. That's ¥100 a minute for time that otherwise costs a minimum of ¥150. Still the right side of the trade, just narrower.
The "up to ¥10,000 off" first-timer deal is the same ladder
The shop runs a coupon headlined 最大10000円割引！利益度外視ご新規様限定割引！ — up to ¥10,000 off, first-timers only, profit disregarded. Its price list reads: 60 min ¥14,000, 80 min ¥17,000, 100 min ¥22,000, 130 min ¥27,000, 160 min ¥32,000, 190 min ¥39,000.
Those are the review-discount numbers. Identical, all six.
The one difference is three characters of fine print: 指名料込みで — nomination fee included. So the first-timer coupon's actual exclusive content, measured against the standing discount any repeat customer gets by writing a review, is the ¥2,000 photo-nomination fee, or ¥3,000 if you're naming her.
Which, by the arithmetic above, is the thing that makes the discount a real discount. Fine. But "up to ¥10,000 off" it is not, and the ¥10,000 figure appears nowhere I can derive it from. The largest gap I can construct between any published normal price and any published coupon price is ¥3,000 — the ¥42,000 meet-up 180 against the ¥39,000 couponed 190 — and that's comparing across course types.
One more thing about that coupon. Cityheaven dates it 2025/3/25, with a sibling 新人限定割 dated 2025/3/26 and no expiry on either. This "limited first-timer campaign" has been standing for sixteen months. Treat it as the menu.
There's also a discount badge on the listing reading 44% OFF, 通常50分21000円 → 60分14000円. Two notes. ¥14,000 against ¥21,000 is a 33% cut, not 44% — the badge overstates its own numbers. And ¥21,000 decomposes cleanly as ¥16,000 list + ¥2,000 photo nomination + ¥3,000 membership, which means the comparison price is grossed up with a membership fee the shop states on the same site is currently free. Part of the advertised saving is a fee nobody is being charged.
The 160 is the rate floor and the 190 is worse

Two things that shouldn't be there.
The 190 is worse per minute than the 160. ¥205 against ¥200 — the longest, most expensive course on the board is not the best rate on the board. The 150→180 step on the standard ladder costs ¥7,000 for thirty minutes where every step before it cost ¥5,000, and that ¥233-a-minute tail is what breaks the curve. The same inversion holds on the standard ladder: 150 min runs ¥227 a minute, 180 min runs ¥228.
And the 80 is cheaper per minute than the 100. ¥213 against ¥220 — a local inversion in the middle of the ladder, where you pay a premium to move up one row.
That second one has an explanation, and it's in the footnotes. Free options are tiered: the two shortest courses get a rotor free, and 90 minutes and up (100 and up on the discounted ladder) get rotor, vibrator and denma wand free. The per-minute bump at the 100 row sits exactly on the toy-tier threshold. You're not paying for minutes there. You're paying to cross a line in the options list.
Extending costs exactly double
Thirty minutes bought inside the course — the 90→120 step, or 120→150 — costs ¥5,000. Thirty minutes bolted on afterward costs ¥10,000.
A 100% penalty for deciding late. Not a markup, a doubling. In absolute terms, booking the 120 upfront saves ¥5,000 against booking the 90 and extending; same on 150 against 120-plus-extension.
The exception is the long end. The 150→180 step costs ¥7,000, so extending off the 150 only wastes ¥3,000 rather than ¥5,000 — the penalty shrinks precisely where the ladder itself gets expensive. If you're going past two hours, the two mistakes partially cancel. Below that, decide before you call.
Transport is a hotel whitelist, not a distance

Read the first two rows together. The free zone sits inside Shinjuku-ku, and the rest of Shinjuku-ku costs ¥1,000. This isn't priced by distance from a base — it's a whitelist of three hotel districts, and a hotel four hundred meters outside one of them costs a thousand yen more than a hotel inside it. If you're choosing a room anyway, choose it in Kabukicho or Shin-Okubo and the transport line disappears.
There's a discrepancy worth knowing. The shop's dispatch area is published as 東京都新宿・歌舞伎町（新宿区）— Shinjuku ward, full stop. But the fee table prices five other wards and then quotes "anywhere else, ¥3,000 and up." The two pages disagree about how far she'll actually travel. The fee table is the more generous document; I'd confirm by phone before booking a room in, say, Shinagawa on the strength of a ¥3,000 line item.
The roster, and a schedule that runs backwards
Twelve women on today's board (Thursday, 30 July). Ages 25 to 40 — average 29.4, median 29.0. Heights 153 to 168, averaging 161. Cup sizes on today's schedule run E through H: four F, three E, three G, two H. For a 人妻 shop the bust distribution is markedly top-heavy, and E is the smallest thing working today. Smaller does exist on the wider roster — one of the three new arrivals is listed at 83(C) — it just wasn't on shift.
New arrivals are dated 1 July (25), 10 July (38), 24 July (25). That's a functioning intake pipeline, not a page someone updated a year ago.
Now the schedule, which is the most genuinely surprising thing on this listing. Counting bodies on shift by clock time:

The shop opens at noon with three women and peaks at eleven around 7pm. The 2am-to-close window has more women working than the noon opening does — five against three. One woman starts at midnight and works to 4am; three others run until 4am from afternoon starts.
That's backwards for the genre. Married-women shops usually load the daytime, because the constraint on the women is being home in the evening. This one is shaped like a Kabukicho nightlife business instead. It's one day's data and I won't over-read it, but if you want a real choice of women, the honest answer from this schedule is after 6pm — and if you want the shortest wait, noon, when three women share whatever calls come in.
What isn't published
The gaps, stated plainly rather than papered over:
特別料金 cast carry an unpublished surcharge. The footnote says 特別料金のキャストをご指名の場合は特別料金が足されます — special-rate cast add their special rate — and the amount appears nowhere, nor does any marking of which women they are. That's an open-ended addition to every price in this article.
Out-of-area transport is ¥3,000〜 with no ceiling, on top of a dispatch area that officially doesn't extend there.
No service or option content is itemized beyond the rotor/vibrator/denma tiering. What a course actually includes is described only in concept copy.
The ¥10,000 in "up to ¥10,000 off" doesn't reconcile with any pair of published prices I can find.
One time-sensitive note: the listing carries a 夏のボーナス大還元キャンペーン running 1–31 July, a lottery for online bookings with 1,000,000 points in total prizes. Today is the 30th. If that matters to you, it has one day left, and it requires booking through the net-reservation form rather than the phone.
The verdict
This is a shop whose marketing is loud and whose arithmetic is quiet and rigid. Twenty-four prices generated by two rules with zero exceptions. A review discount that cancels against the nomination fee to the yen. An options tier that shows up as a bump in the per-minute curve. Whoever built this price sheet was thinking, and they weren't thinking about making it look cheap.
Where it's less honest is the badging: a 33% cut labeled 44%, a comparison price inflated with a waived membership fee, a sixteen-month-old permanent campaign labeled limited, and a ¥10,000 headline that doesn't resolve.
Best rate on the board: the 160-minute review-discount course at ¥32,000, ¥200 a minute, in a Kabukicho or Shin-Okubo hotel so transport is free, with the first-timer coupon covering the nomination fee. All-in ¥32,000 for 160 minutes, and nothing else here goes below ¥200 a minute.
Cheapest way through the door: the 60-minute at ¥14,000, same conditions, ¥233 a minute — the worst rate on the ladder, which is what a low ticket price always costs you.
Don't book the 190. It's the most expensive course and not the best rate; the 160 beats it on both counts and the only thing the extra ¥7,000 buys is thirty minutes at ¥233 each. And don't plan to extend — the meter doubles the moment the booked time runs out. Pick the longer course when you call, in the knowledge that the ten free minutes the review discount hands you are, measured against this shop's own marginal rates, the single best-value block of time it sells.
