とある風俗店♡やりすぎさーくる新宿大久保店♡ — Yarisugi Circle, Shinjuku-Okubo branch — is a delivery health (デリヘル) shop listed under 新宿・歌舞伎町, dispatching from Shinjuku (出張先詳細: 新宿発) and running 24時間営業, twenty-four hours, no closing day. Phone is 03-5358-9110, and the listing header carries the standard instruction: 「お問合せは『ヘブン見た』で！」 — say you saw it on Heaven. The official site is at yaricir-shinjuku.net. The page carries a 100名店2026 award badge, and the shop's own header copy is a wall of superlatives: 「お値段以上！圧倒的！コスパ最強宣言！」, 「風俗業界を価格破壊！激安店の概念を変えます！」 — price destruction, changing the very concept of a cheap shop.
It sits in the densest listing block in Tokyo. The 新宿・歌舞伎町 page it lives on carries 118 shops and 12,292 women.
The board everybody quotes
Here is the actual price board, from the shop's own 料金システム image. Every number on it is tax-exclusive:

That is the whole board. It looks like a ¥13,000 shop, and the coupon widget on the front page reinforces it: 「通常 60分 13,000円」 — which is exactly ¥11,000 of course plus ¥2,000 of nomination, no tax, nothing else.
Except that on this board, ¥13,000 is the price of a woman who does not appear in my sample.
The fee nobody puts on the board
Nowhere on the price image, the system page, the event page or the coupon page does プレミア appear as a line item. It appears inside individual women's profiles, in a block each of them pastes into her own blurb:

So I opened profiles — sixty-three of them, everyone linked from the front page. Fifty published a PREMIERE figure; thirteen published none. The distribution:

Mean ¥2,620. Median ¥3,000. Eighty percent of the women who publish a number sit at ¥2,000 or ¥3,000, and not one of the sixty-three published a zero. The ¥13,000 headline is the price of a booking with no premium attached — and if such women exist here, they are the thirteen printing no ladder at all, which is not something you can filter for on the site.
Solving the board
With fifty ladders you can stop guessing. Write P for the woman's Premiere fee, and every published figure in my sample falls out of six expressions, all pre-tax:

Every ¥1,000-tier profile printed 60/90/120/180 at 14,000 / 18,000 / 28,000 / 42,000. Every ¥2,000 tier: 15,000 / 19,000 / 30,000 / 45,000. Every ¥3,000: 16,000 / 20,000 / 32,000 / 48,000. Every ¥4,000: 17,000 / 21,000 / 34,000 / 51,000. The model does not miss.
Two things fall out of it that matter more than any coupon on the site.
One: past 90 minutes, the nomination fee and the premium both start multiplying. At 120 minutes you pay the ¥2,000 nomination twice and her premium twice. At 180, three times each. The shop states this obliquely on its event page — 「130分→26400円の場合はプレミア料金×2になります」 — and states it nowhere on the price board.
Two, and this is the whole thing: the long courses are not discounts. They are multiples. 26,000 + 2P is exactly 2 × (13,000 + P). 39,000 + 3P is exactly 3 × (13,000 + P). The 120 is priced as two 60s and the 180 as three 60s, to the yen, at every premium tier.
The per-minute table, and the only real discount on it
At the sample's median premium of ¥3,000, with the 10% tax the profiles tell you to add:

Read the right-hand column twice. The 60, the 120 and the 180 cost the same per minute — ¥293.33 — and that is not a quirk of this tier. It is algebra: the long courses are defined as multiples of the 60, so their per-minute rate is identical to the 60's at every premium level.
Which leaves the 90 standing alone as the only rung that buys you anything. Depending on tier it runs 15% to 18% cheaper per minute than the 60/120/180 rate — 15.6% at the ¥2,000 tier, 16.7% at ¥3,000, 17.6% at ¥4,000. The 75 is second best. The 45, at ¥354 a minute, is the most expensive way to buy time here by 21%.
And if you want three hours, the arithmetic is blunt: two 90s cost ¥44,000 at the ¥3,000 tier; a single 180 costs ¥52,800. The long course is ¥8,800 worse than buying the same clock in the shop's own best unit.
Sixty-one things that cost nothing
Now the other half of the shop, and to be fair to it, this part is real. Included in every course as 基本プレイ, eleven items: キス, ディープキス, 全身リップ, 生フェラ, 玉舐め, 乳首舐め, シックスナイン, 指入れ, スマタ, 口内発射, and 時間内無制限 — unlimited finishes inside your time.
Then the 無料オプション grid: 44 items at ¥0, running from 即尺 and 即即プレイ through イラマチオ, 顔射, ゴックン, お掃除フェラ, 前立腺マッサージ, パイズリ, パンスト破り, デンマ・ローター・バイブ, 聖水, オナニー鑑賞, 言葉責め, クスコ, 母乳プレイ, パイパン, 3P, 逆3P（お客様2名）, ペニバン, コスプレ, レズプレイ・鑑賞, 自宅出張, 顔面騎乗位, ノーパン入室, ノーブラ入室, 足コキ, ローション風呂 and, listed dead straight between two others, International.
Then three filming lines, also free: 携帯写真撮影, 携帯動画撮影, 機材動画撮影 — phone stills, phone video, and video on your own equipment.
Then a separate 無料ハードオプション block, fourteen more at ¥0, captioned 「※出来る女の子は限られます」, only some women do these: AF, お湯浣腸, 牛乳浣腸, ヨーグルト浣腸, いちじく浣腸, アナル調教, 食ザーメン, 強制食後イラマチオ, 強制突き刺しハードイラマチオ, 口内放尿, 飲尿, フィストファック, バラ鞭, 一本鞭.
Forty-four plus three plus fourteen: 61 line items, every one at zero yen. I have read a lot of Tokyo option boards this year. I have not seen another where AF and video recording are both free and the entire revenue model has been pushed into the nomination and the premium instead. Say what you like about the design — it is at least coherent.
The catch is procedural, not financial. 即-prefixed options, ノーパン入室, ノーブラ入室, anything filming-related, anything enema-related and anything marked 持ち込み must be declared at reception; everything else can be added once you are in the room. Get the declaration list wrong and the free option is unavailable to you, which is a strange way to lose something that costs nothing.
The coupon that removes the reason to come
Three coupons run permanently (有効期限 2026/07/15〜無期限). The badges deserve arithmetic.
「完全新規わり」／おかえり割引, badged 15% OFF. 65分 12,000 / 80分 14,000 / 95分 16,000 / 130分 24,000, 指名料込み, usable three times, and open to anyone who has not visited in six months. Against the ¥13,000 regular 60, the cash saving is ¥1,000 — 7.7%. The badge's 15% comes from the per-minute rate, which drops from ¥216.67 to ¥184.62, or 14.8%, because the deal quietly hands you five extra minutes. Both numbers are honest; only one of them is money. And the premium and the tax still land on top.
「ありが10」, badged 14% OFF. Come back within ten days, get +10 minutes. The coupon's own table is refreshingly explicit: 通常 60分 14,300円 → クーポン 70分 14,300円. Same money. The entire discount is time — ¥238.33 a minute becomes ¥204.29, the advertised 14%. Note the itemisation there, too: 入会金 0円, 指名料金 2,200円, 60分コース 12,100円, 交通費 0円, オプション全て 0円. Those are the tax-inclusive versions of ¥2,000 and ¥11,000, which is how you know the 10% is real and not decorative.
「価格破壊！90分フリークーポン」, badged 17% OFF. ¥19,800 → ¥16,500 for 90 minutes. This is the one genuine cash discount on the site: ¥3,300, or 16.7%, and ¥16,500 is exactly the ¥15,000 board price plus tax — the premium waived entirely. Then read the conditions: 完全ご新規様限定, five customers per day, プレミア嬢のみ, フリー only so you cannot choose, ホテル案内のみ so no home dispatch, 始発から終電まで so not at night, and — 「フリー限定イベントになりますので、オプションの方は付かない」 — the options do not come with it.
The cheapest headline at a shop whose name is literally where I tried all kinds of free options is the one deal that takes the free options away.
Two more promos run on the event page: NEWCAST割 (women inside their first month: 60分 13,000→11,000, 95分 17,000→15,000, conditional on you posting a review of that specific woman) and 事前予約割, an advance-booking rate — 写真指名 70分 13,000 / 95分 17,000 / 130分 26,000 — that comes with 「予約保険」: if your booked woman cancels, you get another at the same course and price plus ten minutes. There is also a night promotion running since 17 July, 特陰イベント, 21:00 to 06:00: transport half off everywhere, and ¥2,000 off the pre-tax price at Okubo and Shin-Okubo love hotels, with the password 「山川よしき参上」 and a stop condition I have never seen printed on a shop page before — 「選手たちの財布の中身がなくなったら、中止致します」, it ends when the staff run out of pocket money.
Here is the pattern underneath all of it. 新規割: 本指名様適用外. NEWCAST割: 本指名様適用外. 事前予約割: 本指名適用外. 特陰イベント: 本指名様適用不可. Four of the six promotions are closed to the customer who asks for the same woman twice — and 本指名 also costs ¥1,000 extra on the board. Loyalty here is a line item, not a perk. The two exceptions are ありが10, which explicitly says 本指名様のお客様もご利用できます, and the 口コミコード the shop hands out in its review replies: 写真指名 gets ¥1,000 off on 60 minutes or more, 本指名 gets +10 minutes instead.
Transport is a second board
Delivery health, so the room is yours and the travel is billed. The published zones:

Plus a late-night rule in a speech bubble: 「深夜帯 新宿区内 交通費無料!!」 — inside Shinjuku ward, late at night, travel is free.
Note what this does to 自宅出張, which the option grid lists at ¥0. The dispatch is free; getting her to your apartment is not, and the coupon page says so directly: 「ご自宅派遣でのご利用の際は交通費がかかります」. A free option with a ¥3,000 delivery charge attached is a pricing decision, not a gift.
What ten customers said they actually paid
The review page publishes a 料金の総額 field and reviewers fill it in. Here are the last ten, as posted — every one marked 室料別, room not included:

Mean ¥24,330. Median ¥20,900. Cheapest ¥17,000. Dearest ¥41,800 — 3.2 times the ¥13,000 the front page quotes, and not one of these figures includes the hotel.
They corroborate the model, too. One reviewer annotated his own bill: 「75分 19,000円（室料別）料金表（p3000）75分+指名料」 — p3000, his shorthand for her premium tier. Another logged 「100分 22,000円 本指名＋90分＋口コミ10分クーポン」, which is the ¥2,000-tier 90 at ¥19,000, plus ¥1,000 for 本指名, times 1.1, to the yen. The ¥41,800 implies a premium of ¥6,000 — above anything published in my sample of fifty.
427, 700, 800, 1,000
The women's list says, at the top of page one: 「女の子一覧 427人中1-100人目を表示しています」. Four hundred and twenty-seven published profiles across five pages.
Now the same shop's own claims, all live today:
- Front page h3: 「圧倒的！在籍人数700人OVER！」
- Front page subtitle, in the same box, four lines below it: 「在籍人数1000人OVER！」
- Coupon page: 「在籍人数800名オーバー☆」
Seven hundred, one thousand and eight hundred, from a list of 427. The first two sit inside the same box; you can see both without scrolling. I doubt this is deception so much as three people editing three fields in three different years — which is its own kind of information about how the place is run.
The 427 that do exist skew young and hard. On page one — the hundred women I counted in detail — mean age 19.27, forty of them 18, sixty-two of them 18 or 19, oldest 25. Review counts across that hundred: 882 total, median 3, maximum 74, and twenty-five carrying 口コミ募集 — no reviews at all. Attention is concentrated in a handful of names and thin everywhere else, which is what a roster this size and this fast-moving produces.
The clock is real; the roster at 6 a.m. is not
24時間営業 is genuine — today's shift board (Thursday 9/10) carries 45 entries, three already marked 受付終了, mean shift length 8.5 hours, and it does wrap all the way round the clock. The coverage is not flat:

Peak is 22:00 at thirty-two women. The floor is 05:00–09:00, at three or four. So the 24-hour claim is a scheduling fact and a selection fiction: at ten at night you are choosing from thirty-two, at six in the morning from three. The forward grid runs seven days out. Today's 45 carry the same age profile as the roster — mean 19.09, twenty-one of them 18, one 25.
The rules that bite
From the 当店のルール block, worth knowing before you dial rather than after:
- 非通知 and payphone calls are refused outright. 「非通知、公衆電話からの受付は一切行っておりません」
- No negotiating with the woman about anything. 「女の子との交渉等、いかなる交渉にも応じません」
- Once the booking is confirmed on the phone you cannot change the course, change the woman, or cancel — 「キャンセルされる方は100％負担」. Full liability.
- It is a health service: 本番 ends the session and she leaves immediately.
- 禁止事項, six items: 本番・強要, 盗撮・盗聴・窃盗, スカウト・引き抜き, anything she does not want, verbal or physical violence, and organised-crime affiliation. Breach it and play stops on the spot, with 損害賠償請求 threatened in serious cases.
Put the cancellation rule next to the 予約保険 on the advance-booking promo and the asymmetry is exact: if she cancels, you get ten free minutes; if you cancel, you pay 100%.
The filming rules are the most detailed part of the entire board, which figures, since filming is free. Uploading anything you shoot is prohibited, and the shop defines upload exhaustively: video sites, blogs, Twitter, LINE, Facebook, Instagram, email attachments, and 「他者が閲覧できる状態にすること」 — anything another person can view. Three procedural rules follow: tell her before you start, check first because some women are 「アイマスク限定」 (only with an eye mask on), and let her confirm the footage afterwards.
What isn't published
- The Premiere fee itself, anywhere a first-time visitor would look. Not on the price image, not on the system page, not as a number in the coupon terms. It is in the profiles, and after the course length it is the largest variable in your bill.
- Which women are ¥0. Thirteen of the sixty-three profiles I opened print no ladder. That may mean no premium, or it may mean nobody updated the blurb.
- A consistent ladder within a tier. Of the nineteen profiles stating PREMIERE 3000, fourteen print the 60 at ¥16,000, four print ¥17,000, and one prints ¥17,600. One profile labelled ¥5,000 prints a ¥6,000 ladder throughout. Same stated tier, three different prices.
- Whether the tax is already in. Most ladders are pre-tax and captioned ＋(別途消費税10%). At least one prints the tax-inclusive version — ¥17,600 / ¥19,800 / ¥22,000 — under that same caption. Add 10% to that one and you have overcharged yourself by a tenth.
- What 3P and 逆3P at ¥0 actually mean. A second woman is a second booking everywhere else in Tokyo. There is no asterisk on either line. Ask.
- The hotel. Every reported total on the review page says 室料別. Budget it separately.
- Any 延長 rate. No published extension price. The only way to buy more time is a longer course, and the longer courses are multiples.
The verdict
Book the 90. Not because it is a round number, but because it is the single rung on this board that is not priced as a multiple of another rung. At the median ¥3,000 premium it costs ¥244.44 a minute against ¥293.33 for the 60, the 120 and the 180 — the same rate, all three, by construction.
Do not buy the 120 or the 180 expecting a bulk rate. There isn't one. If you want two hours, the honest comparison is 90 minutes at ¥22,000 against 120 at ¥35,200. If you want three, two separate 90s beat the 180 by ¥8,800 at the same tier.
Check her Premiere before you decide anything else. It is the difference between a ¥17,600 hour and a ¥23,100 hour, it lives only in her profile text, and it doubles on the 120 and triples on the 180 — so across three hours a ¥4,000 woman costs ¥9,000 more than a ¥1,000 woman before tax, on that one line alone.
Stay inside Okubo if you can. Shin-Okubo, Okubo and Hyakunincho are the ¥0 transport zone; the outer wards are ¥3,000 and up, and the ¥0 home-dispatch option quietly reintroduces the charge. If you are out late inside Shinjuku ward transport is free anyway, and the 21:00–06:00 promo halves it everywhere else.
Go at 22:00, not at 06:00. Thirty-two women against three.
And take the free options seriously, because they are the actual product. Sixty-one items at zero yen with filming included is not a marketing line at this shop — it is the reason the fee structure looks the way it does. Just declare the 即 options, the enemas, the no-underwear entries and anything you plan to film at reception, because after that the door on those particular freebies is shut.
The price board, the fee list, the 61-item option grid, the transport zones, the shop rules, the four events, the three coupons, the 427-woman roster, today's 45 shift entries and the ten customer-reported totals above were read on 2026-09-10 from this shop's Cityheaven listing and are quoted as published. The Premiere distribution is my own count from 63 individual profile pages opened the same day, 50 of which published a figure. The formulas, per-minute rates, multiples and every comparison table are my arithmetic on the shop's own printed numbers; the shop publishes no such analysis. Its pages disagree with each other on the roster size (427 listed against 700, 800 and 1,000 claimed), on the ladder for the ¥3,000 tier, and on whether the ladders include tax — confirm your total on the phone before you commit, particularly since the booking becomes non-cancellable at 100% liability the moment it is confirmed. Room charges are excluded from every price quoted here. Roster and shift figures are a snapshot at time of reading, not a guarantee; terms change. Adults 18+ only. The shop states it refuses under-18s and high-school students, organised-crime affiliates, and anyone demanding 本番 or behaving violently, and that play is stopped on the spot in those cases.
