全裸美女からのカゲキな誘惑 吉祥寺店 — roughly "Radical Temptation from a Naked Beauty," Kichijoji branch, which I am going to shorten to Zenra Bijo — is listed on Cityheaven as a delivery health (deriheru) serving Kichijoji, Musashino City. Phone 042-512-9744. Hours 8:30 to 5:00 the next morning, open all year.
The name is the concept. This is a naked-entry shop: the house copy promises that the moment the door opens, she is already undressed, and play starts immediately — 即全裸、即ディープ — with unlimited finishes inside the booked time. The shop calls itself an image club (imekura) that "you will never go back from." Fine. That is the pitch. This piece is about the paperwork around the pitch, because on this listing the paperwork is where the surprises are.
I was sitting in Kichijoji. The shop is in Tachikawa.
Scroll the Kichijoji listing and the headline does not say Kichijoji. It says:

Hotel health (hoteheru) is a different format from delivery. You walk into a reception office, pay, pick a hotel nearby, and she meets you there. The same page gives that reception office an address: 東京都立川市曙町2-21-10, five minutes on foot from Tachikawa Station. The link marked "official site" goes to the Tachikawa listing, not a Kichijoji one. And the English-language mirror of this branch, on YOASOBI Heaven, files it under Chofu outcall.
So one branch, three towns. The honest description is: this is a Tachikawa hotel health with a second storefront pointed east along the Chuo Line. The Kichijoji page exists so that someone in Kichijoji searching for Kichijoji finds it. That is not a scam — every dispatch shop in western Tokyo does some version of it — but it has consequences for price, and the transport table spells them out.
The transport table puts Kichijoji in the ¥3,000 band

Every band is measured outward from Tachikawa. Musashino — the city this branch is named for — sits in the third band, next to Hamura and Akiruno. Kichijoji's direct neighbor Suginami is in the top band at ¥5,000.
Read that from a Kichijoji love hotel and the math is simple: whatever the course costs, add ¥3,000 for the drive, plus ¥1,000 more if you are at home rather than a hotel. The only place on this entire map where transport is free is a hotel near Tachikawa Station — about twenty minutes down the Chuo Line from where the listing says the shop serves.
The price board is a flat ¥300 a minute

Every row is exactly ¥300 a minute. No volume discount anywhere, from one hour to four. That is unusual — most Tokyo boards get cheaper per minute as they get longer — and it means the long courses are not a deal; they are just more of the same thing.
What the longer rows buy you instead is toys. The 80 adds a vibrator. The 100 adds a denma (electric massager). If you were going to pay for those as options anyway, the 100 is where the included list stops growing, and nothing past it adds anything but time.
The extension rate is ¥12,000 per 30 minutes — ¥400 a minute, a third more than any course. Book the length you want up front. Extending a 60 by half an hour costs ¥30,000; simply booking the 90 costs ¥27,000.
The rest of the fees:
- Membership fee: ¥3,000, struck through and listed as free.
- Photo nomination: ¥2,000. Regular (hon-shimei) nomination: ¥3,000.

Where the cheap numbers live: the coupons are for the Tachikawa product
The listing's coupon page runs three offers, and all three are written in the 全裸入室即プレイ (naked entry, immediate play) course names — which is the Tachikawa hotel-health menu, not the delivery table above. You can see it in the prices: the coupons quote a 30-minute course at ¥12,000, and there is no 30-minute row anywhere on the delivery board.

Three things jump out.
The "normal" totals are padded. ¥17,000 for 30 minutes is ¥12,000 of course plus the ¥3,000 membership fee plus a ¥2,000 nomination fee. But the system page already says membership is free. The "41% OFF" badge is measured against a fee the shop has stopped charging and a nomination you may not want.
The new-member coupon does not discount the course. It waives membership and the photo nomination fee. The course stays at ¥18,000 — the same ¥18,000 as the delivery board's 60-minute row. The "18% OFF" is entirely made of fees.
The nomination fee changes between pages. The system page says photo nomination is ¥2,000. The two 60-minute coupons both list it as ¥1,000. Someone updated one page and not the others. If you are nominating, ask which number applies before you hang up.
The one real bargain here is the ¥9,999 half hour. It has been running for over fifteen months with no expiry, it has no conditions beyond "anyone," and it is a genuine ¥2,000 under the ¥12,000 list price. It is also a thirty-minute naked-entry session that you walk into in Tachikawa. For a Kichijoji guest, the cheapest thing on this listing is a train ride away.
The morning discount is also a walk-in deal
Further down the top page, the shop publishes a 午前割り — morning discount — for 10:00 to 12:00, applicable when you come to reception in person:

Real money, and it scales with course length, which is more than the coupons do. But again the condition is show up at the Tachikawa counter. Cityheaven separately advertises a Heaven-exclusive morning deal of 50 minutes for ¥10,000 and a first-timer 60 minutes for ¥13,000, with details on an event page that — when I pulled it — was essentially empty. Mention the Cityheaven listing when you call and ask which of those is live that day.
The English page: ¥33,000
Now the number I started with. YOASOBI Heaven is Cityheaven's English-language portal, built specifically for visitors to Japan, and this branch is on it under a green "Foreign visitors are welcome" banner. Its fare system has exactly two rows:

On the 60, the English page is ¥12,000 higher — 57% more — than the Japanese page's course-plus-transport for the same city. On the 90, it is ¥19,000 higher.
To be fair to the shop, the English price is labeled "total," and the page never says what the total covers. It could fold in a nomination fee, a hotel room, the transport, or a margin for handling a customer in a second language. It does not itemize, so I cannot tell you which. What I can tell you is that the Japanese board, read line by line, gets you to ¥21,000 for the same hour, and that there are two published prices for this hour depending on which language you read them in.
If you are a visitor and can get someone to call in Japanese, or you book through the Japanese listing, ask for the Japanese price and see what you're quoted. If you book through the English page, ask what the ¥33,000 includes before you agree. The English rules page on YOASOBI is otherwise standard and worth reading: shower and gargle are mandatory, no photos, no exchanging contact details, no requests for "real performance" (the legal line in this industry), and she leaves when the time is up.
The roster skews very young
The Cityheaven girl list I pulled shows 100 cards. The age column:

Almost a third of the roster is exactly 20, and 74 of 100 are 24 or under. Ten women are 30 or older, all between 30 and 34. If the house "naked beauty" pitch had a demographic, this is it. The front-page "available now" strip on the day I read it showed six women, ages 20 to 27, all on standby from noon.
The weekly schedule leans hard toward daytime shifts — the first few cards run 10:00 to 16:00, 17:00 or 18:00, with one woman working 10:00 to 22:00 from Friday. For a shop open until 5 a.m., that is worth knowing: the deepest bench looks like the daytime one, which also happens to be when the morning discounts run.
What I would actually do
If you are in Kichijoji and staying there: budget the delivery board plus ¥3,000 transport, plus the hotel, and pay cash to skip the 10% card fee. The 60 comes to ¥21,000 before the room. If you want toys included, the 80 (vibrator) or the 100 (denma) are the rows where that changes; nothing beyond the 100 adds anything but minutes.
If you are willing to ride the Chuo Line: this is really a Tachikawa shop, and the good prices are in Tachikawa. The ¥9,999 half hour, the morning walk-in rates, the free-transport zone — all of it assumes you are standing near Tachikawa Station. Twenty minutes on the train is the biggest discount on the listing.
If you only read English: the ¥33,000 hour is published and legitimate as an offer, but it is not the only price for that hour. Ask what the total includes. If it does not include a nomination or a room, you are paying a language premium, and you are allowed to know that before you say yes.
Either way: book the full length up front — the ¥400-a-minute extension is the most expensive thing on the board — and confirm the nomination fee, because the shop's own pages disagree about it.
