ラブファンタジー — Love Fantasy — is a delivery health (deriheru) operation working out of western Tokyo. Phone is 080-2055-0721. Hours run 10:00 to 4:30 the next morning — eighteen and a half hours — with no closing days. Headline price is 50 minutes for ¥13,000.
Before anything else, the name. Cityheaven files this shop under 吉祥寺（武蔵野市） — Kichijoji, Musashino City. Its own domain is tama-fantasy.com, which is a different word entirely. The official site's page title reads 三鷹 調布 府中 デリヘル ラブファンタジー. The heading one scroll down reads 調布 デリヘル【ラブファンタジー】. The copyright line at the very bottom reads 三鷹 ラブファンタジー. And the introduction for one of today's trial-shift newcomers says she has descended upon 『しろうとむすめ』 — a brand name that appears nowhere else on the site.
One shop, two names, four cities, and a stray fifth brand in the cast copy. I am going to use "Love Fantasy," because that is what the logo says, and I am going to spend the rest of this piece on the geography, because the geography is where the money is.
Thirty municipalities, and the drive is free
Here is the published dispatch area, free transport included. It is not a list of neighborhoods. It is a list of municipalities:

Thirty jurisdictions, and the stated rule is 上記エリアは交通費無料 — everything above costs nothing to reach. The footnote adds that other areas can usually be arranged by phone.
That is a genuinely wide free zone. Most Tokyo shops price transport in ¥1,000 bands by ward and stop caring about you past the third one. This one will drive from Mitaka to Hachioji and not put a line item on it. I read the fee table twice looking for the catch.
The catch is eleven lines down.
Ten of those thirty cannot use the discount
Directly beneath the free-transport list, in the same typeface, sits a second list headed 割引適応外エリア — areas where discounts do not apply:

Cross it against the free-transport list and the picture resolves. Ten of the thirty free-transport areas are barred from every discount the shop runs: Hino, Akishima, part of Tachikawa, Nerima, Itabashi, Hachioji, Meguro, Shibuya, Kiyose, and Kawasaki Asao-ku. A third of the service area.
The maximum discount here is ¥3,000. So the honest way to read those two lists together is this: the shop did not abolish its transport fee. It renamed it. In twenty of thirty areas the drive is free and the course is ¥3,000 cheaper. In the other ten the drive is free and the course is ¥3,000 dearer than the advertised number. That is a ¥3,000 distance charge wearing a different hat, and it has the advantage of never appearing on a fee table.
Two more things about that exclusion list. 立川市一部 — part of Tachikawa — is never defined anywhere on the site, so one of Tokyo's larger cities is split by an invisible line that decides whether you pay ¥3,000. And 川崎市宮前区 appears on the exclusion list but not on the free-transport list. The shop has barred a discount in a ward it never says it serves.
The card fee is bigger than the discount
Buried under the options, in the same small print as everything else:

A 15% surcharge for paying by card. Not 3%, not 5%. Fifteen.
Set that against the ¥3,000 discount ceiling and you get a clean break-even:

At the 80-minute row the two cancel exactly — ¥3,000 of card fee against ¥3,000 of discount, to the yen. Below it the fee is smaller than the discount. Above it the fee runs away: on the six-hour course, paying by card costs four times what the largest available discount saves.
Bring cash. On anything past the 80, the card is the most expensive decision on the menu, and it is the only one nobody will talk you out of.
The board oscillates, and the 240 is the hole in it
Twelve courses, plus extension at ¥10,000 per 30 minutes. Nomination is ¥1,000 — cheap, most Tokyo shops want ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 — and membership is free.

The curve does not descend. It oscillates between ¥250 and ¥260 for the first seven rows, finally breaks downward at the 150, bottoms at the 180 — and then climbs back up ¥28 a minute at the 240.
Look at the marginal steps and you can see where the board was built and where it was patched:

Every long step on this board costs ¥167 a minute except one. The 180→240 step costs ¥333 a minute — exactly the extension rate, ¥10,000 per 30 minutes, to the yen.
Which means the four-hour course is not a course. It is a three-hour course with two extensions stapled on and a fresh price tag: ¥40,000 + ¥10,000 + ¥10,000 = ¥60,000, identical. You gain nothing by booking it up front, which is the one thing a long course exists to do.
The top of the board is even tidier. ¥80,000 is exactly twice ¥40,000, and 360 minutes is exactly twice 180. The six-hour course is priced as two three-hour courses, at an identical ¥222 a minute. Whatever the longest booking on this menu is for, it is not a volume discount.
Discounted, the one-hour beats the four-hour
Three discounts are published, and the shop is quiet about how they interact.
On the official site: say 「ＨＰ限定割引き」 when you order and take ¥3,000 off the 70, ¥2,000 off the 60, ¥1,000 off the 50. On Cityheaven: an evening deal between 20:00 and 4:00, keyword 口コミ情報割引希望, ¥3,000 off any 70-minute-or-longer お任せ (shop's-choice) course. Plus ¥3,000 off 70+ minutes with a new girl. Every one of them tops out at ¥3,000, and every one carries the same condition — 割引なのでチェンジ、キャンセルはご遠慮下さい, no swapping and no cancelling once you have taken the discount.
Apply the ¥3,000 ceiling and the board reorders itself:

The discounted 60-minute course, at ¥217 a minute, is a better rate than the 90, the 100, the 120, the 300 and the 240. One hour beats four hours. A flat discount does that — ¥3,000 is 17% of the 70-minute course and 3.75% of the six-hour one, so the shortest qualifying rows absorb nearly all of its value and the long courses at the bottom barely move.
Note where ¥13,000 lands. It is the number on the shop's splash page — 只今、50分13,000円 — and it is also what a discounted 60 minutes costs. Same money, ten more minutes, one Japanese phrase on the phone.
The floor is the discounted 180 at ¥37,000, ¥206 a minute. Nothing else on this board goes below ¥210 except the 80 and the 150.
The coupons, dated
Three on the Cityheaven coupon page:
- 17% off, 70 min ¥18,000 → ¥15,000, net booking, first-timers only, nomination fee separate. Issued 2023/07/26, no expiry. That "exclusive lowest price" has been standing for three years and two months.
- 8% off, 50 min ¥13,000 → ¥12,000. Issued 2025/12/01, no expiry. ¥1,000 off ¥13,000 is 7.7%, so the badge rounds in its own favour; it is also the exact 50-minute tier of the HP discount, under a different name on a different site.
- 8% off, 50 min ¥13,000 → ¥12,000, attached to a named woman, valid 2026/09/20 – 2026/09/21. Today and tomorrow.
That third one is the second one with a two-day clock bolted to it. Identical course, identical price, identical percentage — but the permanent version has been sitting there since last December. The urgency is decoration.
The shop's own discount block, meanwhile, prints three cards, and two of them are the same card: the HP discount ladder, duplicated verbatim.
163 hotel listings, none of them in Kichijoji
The system page publishes a hotel directory, which is a real service and more than most shops bother with. Here is how it distributes:

Two readings, both true.
First: the shop is listed on Cityheaven under Kichijoji, and Kichijoji is the one place on its map where it cannot tell you where to go. Not one room in Musashino or Mitaka, despite Mitaka appearing in both the page title and the copyright line.
Second: the Hachioji cluster holds 70% of every hotel on the page — and Hachioji is on the no-discount list. The area with the most rooms is the area where you pay full price. The 八王子周辺 section also runs 81 entries for 53 distinct hotels; フロンティア, ドルフィン and マリオン each appear three times. Somebody pasted the same block repeatedly and nobody read it back.
Fifty of fifty-nine women have a 56cm waist
Fifty-nine women on the roster board. The numbers:

Ages concentrate hard: fourteen women are exactly 20, eleven are 21, twelve are 23. There is not a single 27-year-old on the board, and nobody is 30.
Now the column nobody reads. Waist measurements across all fifty-nine cards:

Fifty of fifty-nine women — 84.7% — are published with the identical 56cm waist. That includes all three of today's trial-shift newcomers, who are 152cm, 160cm and 164cm tall respectively and share a waistline to the centimeter.
That is not a measurement. That is a default value in a form. Treat the W field on every card here as decoration — and note it is the same 50-of-59 as the under-25 share, two unrelated columns landing on one number, which is the kind of coincidence that makes you recheck your arithmetic. I did.
The bust column does vary and looks real: 13 C, 19 D, 13 E, 7 F, 5 G, 2 H. Four women carry a 新人 marker and three are on trial shifts today, two of them on day one. The intake pipeline is running.
What ¥13,000 buys, and the rules around it
Six items are listed as 基本プレイ — included in every course, not sold separately. The paid options are short: ¥1,000 each for a rotor, pantyhose, panty takeaway, 聖水, or watching her; ¥5,000 for AF. That is the whole upsell menu. For a shop with a ¥13,000 entry price the base content is unusually broad and the extras list unusually thin, and that combination is the most straightforwardly honest thing on the site.
The conditions attached are not thin at all:
- Courses run in 10-minute units, and arriving 10 or more minutes late is charged as a course change — you pay the difference to the next row up. On the 60 that is ¥3,000, which is the entire discount. Being late costs exactly what showing up on time saves.
- You will be refused service if you decline to bathe with her first. It is listed among the grounds for immediate termination with no refund, alongside the ones you would expect.
- Outside contact carries a stated fine of ¥300,000 to ¥1,000,000, with a published precedent of a ¥1,000,000 settlement after a woman left the shop.
- Recording is met with fines and a police report. Two precedents are printed: ¥300,000 for filming, ¥1,000,000 plus criminal charges for uploading.
- Phoning counts as agreeing to the terms — お電話頂いた時点で、利用規約に同意したものとみなします.
One oddity: the late-arrival notice refers to インコール・アウトコール both, implying in-call rooms at a shop that is otherwise purely a dispatch business. Nothing else on either site mentions a room. I would read that as inherited boilerplate rather than a hidden facility, but if it matters to you, ask.
The schedule says do not book before eight
From the 9/20 attendance board: three women listed on a 10:00–20:00 day shift, and the bulk of the roster on 19:30–4:30.
Set that beside the evening discount window of 20:00–4:00 and the conclusion writes itself. Before 8pm you get three women and no discount. After 8pm you get forty-odd women and ¥3,000 off. Most shops discount their dead hours to fill them; this one discounts its busy ones. For once the customer is on the right side of a pricing quirk, and there is no argument at all for calling this shop in the afternoon.
What I would actually do
Check your municipality first. Everything below assumes you are in one of the twenty discount-eligible areas. If you are in Hachioji, Tachikawa-in-part, Shibuya, Meguro, Nerima, Itabashi, Hino, Akishima, Kiyose or Asao-ku, add ¥3,000 to every number here and decide again.
Best rate on the board: the 180-minute course at ¥37,000 after discount, ¥206 a minute. Call after 20:00, take the お任せ course, pay cash. Nothing else here goes below ¥210.
Best short booking: the 80 at ¥17,000, ¥213 a minute — it beats the 90, the 100, the 120, the 240 and the 300 despite being shorter than all of them. If you only want an hour, the discounted 60 at ¥13,000 is ¥217 a minute and still beats the four-hour course.
Do not book the 240. It is three hours plus two extensions at the same price, it is the worst per-minute rate in the bottom half of the board, and one more hour on top of it costs ¥10,000 — a sixth of what the previous hour cost you.
Do not pay by card above the 80-minute row. The 15% surcharge overtakes the discount exactly there and never looks back.
Do not be ten minutes late. And when you call, say the discount phrase before you say anything else — on this board it is worth more than any other decision you will make on the phone.
