欲情熟女!秘密の2回戦ーTHE SECOUNDー 品川店, roughly "Lustful Mature Women! The Secret Second Round — THE SECOUND," Shinagawa branch, is a delivery health (deriheru) on Cityheaven. You call, pick a woman, and she comes to your hotel. It's filed under Shinagawa, and the listing gives the dispatch area as Shinagawa Ward. Phone 03-6807-4637. Hours: open 24 hours, no days off.
Before we go further: yes, the logo says SECOUND and the body copy says SECOND. I'll call it THE SECOUND, because that's what's on the sign. Everything below comes from the shop's own Cityheaven pages (top, price system, coupons and roster) as I read them on September 30, 2026. I haven't booked. This is the read you do before you pick up the phone, done slowly so you don't have to.
The concept, and the part I'm not translating as a promise
The pitch is simple. This is a jukujo (mature women) specialist. The copy says every woman is hand-picked from the late twenties to late forties, "experienced and dripping with allure." The roster ages I saw on the girl list actually run narrower, from about 30 to 43. Nobody under thirty was on the page the day I looked.
Then there's the hook in the name: the "secret second round." The shop promises a first session, a break, and then a second one that is "bolder than the first," played with "the ease and technique only a mature woman has," "like lovers."
Here's where a careful reader slows down. The Japanese copy describes the first round in terms that imply intercourse. In Japan, a deriheru is licensed as a sex-related business that does not include intercourse. Paid intercourse is prohibited under the Anti-Prostitution Act no matter what an ad suggests. So I read "two rounds" the only way a licensed delivery health can legally offer it: two finishes inside the course you paid for. That's a real selling point with a clock attached. It is not a license for anything else. Don't ask for it, and don't treat the copy as a contract. The women are the ones who pay if a customer does.
With that settled, the actual value question is how much time a second round needs. Short answer: more than the cheapest course.
The price board
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥12,000 | ~¥171 |
| 90 min | ¥16,000 | ~¥178 |
| 120 min | ¥22,000 | ~¥183 |
| 150 min | ¥28,000 | ~¥187 |
| 180 min | ¥35,000 | ~¥194 |
Two things stand out.
First, it's cheap for Shinagawa. ¥12,000 for seventy minutes is the kind of number you usually see in Uguisudani or out on the edge of the Tokyo suburbs, not a stop from the Shinkansen platforms. Mature-women shops tend to price below the "young and pretty" houses, and this one sits at the low end even for its genre.
Second, the per-minute rate goes up the longer you book. Most boards give you a small bulk discount on the long courses. This one charges more per minute at 180 than at 70. The gap is small, about ¥23 a minute from bottom to top, but it tells you the shop is built around the 70- and 90-minute bookings. The long courses are for people who have already decided they like someone.
Extras on top of the course:
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| Photo nomination (choosing from the website) | ¥1,000 |
| Hon-shimei (repeat nomination of a woman you've seen before) | ¥2,000 |
| Change (swapping her at the door) | half the course fee |
| Cancellation | half the course fee |
The change and cancel lines matter more than they look. The page says fees apply once she has left the office. Half of a 90-minute course is ¥8,000 for someone you never spent a minute with. If you're not sure, decide on the phone, not at the door.
Transport: read this table twice
The listing publishes a two-line transport table, and it contradicts itself:
| Band | Areas as listed |
|---|---|
| ¥1,000 | Shinagawa, Meguro, Adachi, Arakawa, Minato |
| ¥2,000 | Ota, Minato |
| Other | "We dispatch elsewhere too — ask." |
Minato Ward appears in both bands. Adachi and Arakawa, which are about as far from Shinagawa as you can get and still be in the 23 wards, sit in the cheap band. Ota, which borders Shinagawa, sits in the dearer one. It reads like two branches' tables pasted together.
What this means for you: if your hotel is in Minato (Tamachi, Hamamatsucho, Shiba), ask which figure applies when you book, and get the total out loud. It's a ¥1,000 question, not a crisis. But the page won't answer it for you.
Three first-timer coupons, and one promo that doesn't fit
The coupon page carries three "ご新規様限定!欲情熟女体験割" (first-timer, mature-women trial) coupons. Each is pinned to one named woman and valid with no end date:
| Course | Normal | With coupon | Saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥12,000 | ¥10,000 | ¥2,000 |
| 90 min | ¥16,000 | ¥14,000 | ¥2,000 |
| 120 min | ¥22,000 | ¥20,000 | ¥2,000 |
Same conditions on all three: first-time customers only, say "クーポン見た" ("I saw the coupon") when you book, no stacking with other discounts, not valid with hon-shimei, and the shop may refuse depending on how busy it is. The top page also flashes a separate "70 min ¥12,000 → ¥10,000" coupon banner, which is the same deal.
So for a first visit, the flat ¥2,000 off makes the 90-minute coupon at ¥14,000 the sweet spot. It's the shortest course where a "second round" isn't a race.
Now the odd one. Right in the middle of the top page is a boxed campaign:
【新規限定大幅割引】60分11,000円 → 9,000円!
"First-timers only, big discount: 60 minutes ¥11,000 → ¥9,000."
The text says you get "nearly 90 minutes" of attention, round two included, for the 60-minute price. It's valid only on the 60-minute course, and you say "新規割引希望" ("I'd like the new-customer discount") when you book.
The problem: there is no 60-minute course on the price board. The board starts at 70 minutes for ¥12,000. There is no ¥11,000 "normal" price anywhere on it. And "nearly 90 minutes" inside a 60-minute course is marketing, not arithmetic.
My read is that the promo is left over from an older menu and nobody went back to update it. That doesn't make it fake. It might still be honored, and ¥9,000 would be the cheapest way into this shop by a wide margin. But it's not something to plan a night around. Ask for it by name when you call, and if they offer 70 minutes at ¥10,000 instead, that's the coupon doing its job. Don't try to stack the two. Both say no.
What a first booking actually costs
Staying at a hotel near Shinagawa Station, using only the numbers on the page:
| Plan | Course | Nomination | Transport | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cheapest listed | 70-min coupon ¥10,000 | photo ¥1,000 | ¥1,000 | ¥12,000 |
| The one I'd book | 90-min coupon ¥14,000 | photo ¥1,000 | ¥1,000 | ¥16,000 |
| No coupon, 120 min | ¥22,000 | photo ¥1,000 | ¥1,000 | ¥24,000 |
Note that the coupons are tied to a named woman. If you book her through the coupon, whether the ¥1,000 photo-nomination fee still applies is something the page doesn't say. Ask. And the hotel room is on you. Deriheru prices never include it.
Who's on the board
At the moment I pulled the page, the "available right now" strip showed four women on standby since just after noon. They were 34, 34, 39 and 41, all with their measurements posted. The photo-diary (shamenikki) feed was active but not busy: a handful of posts spread across the second half of September, mostly "I'm in from noon tomorrow" and thank-you notes. One mentioned a shift at another venue in Gotanda.
That's the profile of a working shop, not a showroom. Four women on standby at lunchtime on a weekday is a decent sign that the "24 hours" line is a real schedule rather than a slogan, though the page can't tell you who picks up at 4 a.m. Call and find out.
Should you call?
Yes, if you like women in their thirties and forties, you're staying anywhere between Shinagawa and Meguro, and you want a low-priced, no-fuss outcall at an odd hour. The board is one of the cheapest you'll find in this part of town, and the ¥2,000 coupons are straightforward.
Book the 90 minutes, not the 70, if "round two" is the reason you're here. Clarify three things on the phone: the transport band if you're in Minato, whether the ¥9,000 promo is still live, and the all-in total including nomination.
Skip it if the misspelled name and the copy-paste transport table bother you more than they amuse you. Or if what you took from the ad was the part that no licensed deriheru can legally sell. The shop can't give you that, and you shouldn't ask. What it can give you is two finishes' worth of time with an experienced woman, at a price that leaves room for dinner. On a Shinagawa business trip, that's not a bad deal.
