A five-course board with a total spread of ¥22.23 per minute from cheapest to dearest is, genuinely, about as close to 明朗会計 as this industry gets.
Which makes what happens next more interesting, because the honesty stops the instant you stop reading the course table.
The Marginal Numbers, and Where They Break
What actually decides your bill is never the average — it is what the next half hour costs:

- 90 → 120: +¥6,000 for 30 min = ¥200.00/min

Symmetrical, sane, and cheapest at both ends. Minutes 61–90 and minutes 151–180 are the two best buys in this shop, both at ¥166.67. Now the 延長 block:

Thirty minutes bought in advance, by booking the next course up, costs ¥5,000 or ¥6,000. Thirty minutes bought in the room, after the clock has started, costs ¥8,000. That is a 33% to 60% markup on identical time, and it is the single most expensive decision available to you here.
The 60-minute extension is worse than that, and it is worth stating slowly, because it is the strangest number on the page: an hour of extension costs ¥15,000. An hour as a course costs ¥13,000. The shop will sell you a complete sixty-minute booking — dispatch, arrival, the whole thing — for ¥2,000 less than it charges to simply keep going for another sixty minutes with the woman already there. Every marginal cost argument in economics runs the other way. Here, the cheapest hour in the building is the first one.

The shop says there is no cosplay and then lists cosplay, by name, as a free option. It says there is no extreme play and then prints a tariff for six categories of exactly that, topping out at ¥8,000. I am not moralising — this is a legal adult service and the menu is the menu. I am pointing out that the concept blurb and the option table were written by two different people who did not speak to each other, and that when a shop's own two pages disagree, the one with numbers on it is the one that is true.
The footnote under the table is the operationally important part: オプションに関しましては女性と確認のうえお願い致します — options are subject to confirmation with the woman herself. Which means none of these six lines is a guarantee. They are prices for things that may or may not be on offer from whoever knocks on your door, and there is no per-woman availability grid anywhere on this listing. Ask at booking, not at the door.
The Camera Menu Has an Arbitrage in It
Look at only the photo and video lines and a small, genuinely funny piece of arithmetic falls out:

- Three stills of her face cost ¥9,000. The video of her face costs ¥8,000. Past two photographs, the moving picture is cheaper than the slideshow.
And the face premium itself is a clean, published number: +¥2,000 to show her face in a photo, +¥3,000 to show it on video. That is this shop putting an explicit price on the one thing every woman on this roster is actually risking, and the price is three thousand yen.
One more placement worth noticing. AF sits in the same ¥8,000 cell as filming her face. Of everything on this menu, the shop has decided those two are worth the same, which tells you more about how it thinks than any of the ripe-fruit prose above it.
Three Coupons, Two Booking Channels, One Missing Row
The coupon terms are not interchangeable and the differences are not decorative. The 60-minute offer (valid 2026/06/15 onward, indefinitely) wants you to say you saw the coupon. The 120-minute offer (running since 2026/06/01) wants the standard Heaven mita. The 90-minute offer — the one I just argued is the only real discount on the page — is ネット予約限定, web reservations only. You cannot phone for it.
Then there is the events tab, which publishes the same campaign under the heading 新規料金のご案内, running 6/15(月)〜, and lists 60分 13,000円 ➡ 8,000円 and 90分 18,000円 ➡ 12,000円 — and stops. The 120-minute row is not there, despite that coupon being the oldest of the three. Its participation condition is also, flatly, お電話にて「ヘブン見た」とお伝え下さい — by telephone — which contradicts the 90-minute coupon's web-only rule on the neighbouring page. Two shop-authored pages, two different answers about how to claim the same offer. Worth one sentence of clarification before you assume either.
スグ割: A ¥1,000 Discount That Needs a Quorum
The second event is the only non-first-timer discount published anywhere on this listing, and it is a strange little thing. スグ割, running since 6/29(月):

So: a ¥1,000 saving, available only in daylight, only on weekdays, only if three women happen to be free at that moment, and explicitly not if you are asking for someone you have met before. Every returning customer is excluded by name. Measured against the board, it is a 7.7% discount on the 60-minute course and a 2.9% discount on the 180, and it is worth exactly as much as the cheapest option on the menu.
What it really is, of course, is a load-balancer. The shop is offering to pay you ¥1,000 to take whoever is idle during its slowest hours, and the moment idleness stops being its problem — evenings, weekends, or when you have a preference — the offer evaporates. That is a rational thing to build. Just do not read it as generosity.
Note also what the two discounts do to the nomination fees. Two things stand out. First: Nakano is not on this list. Nakano-ku sits physically between Suginami and Shinjuku, both priced at ¥1,000, and by the table's own wording anything unnamed falls into その他23区 — ¥3,000 and up. A ward you could drive through on the way to a ¥1,000 destination is, as published, a ¥3,000 destination. I would ask rather than assume; I would also not be shocked if the answer over the phone is ¥1,000 and the table is simply stale.
Second: the shop's own Cityheaven category is 吉祥寺・府中・調布・多摩周辺, and Fuchu, Chofu, Mitaka and the rest of the Tama side appear nowhere in the fee table. The only non-ward entry is the undefined 吉祥寺周辺, "around Kichijoji," with no radius given. The table prices the entire eastern half of Tokyo in four tiers and leaves its own home region to a phrase. The closing line — 詳しくはお問い合わせください, please enquire for details — is doing a lot of work under a heading that says 明朗会計.
Priced properly, transport is where the flat ¥200 board actually bends. A 60-minute course in Shibuya with one nomination is ¥13,000 + ¥1,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥16,000, or ¥266.67 a minute — which is, to the yen, the rate of the 30-minute extension. Add the ¥3,000 outer-ward fee and a 本指名 instead, and the same hour is ¥18,000, ¥300 a minute, a 50% premium over the headline rate for the same sixty minutes. The further you are from Kichijoji and the shorter you book, the less of your bill is the booking.
The Clock Is Real. I Checked Every Cell.
Shops advertise 24時間 constantly and mean it rarely, so I counted the whole attendance grid: 19 women × 7 days = 133 cells, posted a full week ahead, today being Friday 9/18.
Every single woman works exactly six of the seven days. Not five, not a scatter — nineteen rows, one blank day each, 114 shifts on the board. And each woman's shift is identical in length every day she works: 菊池 is 6:00–18:00 six times, 大園 is 20:00–6:00 six times, nobody varies by so much as an hour across the week. I have read a lot of these grids and I have never seen one this rigid. Whether that reflects genuinely fixed rosters or a template someone fills once and copies sideways, I cannot tell from outside — but it is worth knowing that the page's specificity and its reliability are two different claims.
Today, 15 of the 19 are posted — matching the roster filter exactly, 現在待機中or本日出勤(15) — with 松井, 三田, 加藤 and 多田 taking Friday off. Counting heads hour by hour off the actual start and finish times:

It never hits zero. The day is built out of a 6:00–18:00 block (four women), a mid-shift spine (渡辺 8:00–21:00, 神崎 9:00–21:00, 吉田 13:00–23:00), and a 18:00–6:00 night wall (姫川, 山田, 桂, 笹崎, plus 大園 from 20:00). The hand-off happens at exactly 6:00 a.m., where the night wall clocks out and the morning block clocks in on the same minute. The 24-hour claim, unusually, checks out — the thinnest stretch is 6 to 8 in the morning with four women, and the fat hour is 8 p.m. with eleven.
Which also tells you when スグ割's "three immediately available" condition can plausibly fire: the weekday-before-18:00 window it requires is staffed by four to ten women, so the quorum is reachable. It is the only discount on this listing whose feasibility you can verify from a public page before you call.
The Roster: Nineteen Wives, Average Age 33.5, Zero Reviews
The cast is exactly what the genre promises and the numbers are tight. 19 women, ages 27 to 38, mean 33.5, nobody in their twenties except 一之瀬 (27), 神崎 (29) and 大園 (30). Then the measurements, where the production values slip. Twelve of the nineteen list a waist of exactly 60. Three women — 内田, 米倉 and 多田 — publish the identical line 88(E)-60-89. Nobody is claiming these are surveyed figures, and every shop in Japan rounds, but twelve identical waists out of nineteen is a spreadsheet, not a tape measure.
The filter counts underneath are where I would want a customer to look hardest:

Two useful facts fall out of those four words. 本指名 confirms repeat designations genuinely happen here despite the zero review count; ご自宅 confirms dispatch to private homes, not just hotels, which the system page never states either way. Note also that the newest diary entry is 9/15 — three days stale as of today, and that 松井, its most prolific author, is one of the four women not working this Friday.
The Downside Risks, Stated Plainly
Cancellation is 総額の50％ — half of the total, not half of the course. That wording matters. On a 180-minute booking to an outer ward with a 本指名 (¥35,000 + ¥2,000 + ¥3,000 = ¥40,000), backing out costs ¥20,000 — more than the entire 90-minute course, for nothing at all.
チェンジ is ¥5,000, and it is the number that quietly cancels the marketing. The 60-minute first-timer coupon saves you exactly ¥5,000. So a single change — one look, one polite no-thank-you — erases the shop's own headline 38% discount to the yen, and leaves you paying ¥13,000 for the hour you were quoted at ¥8,000. Against the discounted course price, a change is a 62.5% surcharge. If you are coming in on the coupon, understand that you are buying a booking you have effectively pre-committed to.
The options are conditional. Six priced categories, one footnote saying every one of them is subject to the woman's agreement, and no per-woman list anywhere. If a specific option is the reason you are booking, it is a question for the phone, not a line on a table.
And there is no outside voice. Zero reviews, zero women with reviews, zero videos, zero newcomers. The florid concept copy, the flat ¥200 board, the rigid roster grid — all of it is self-reported, all of it uncorroborated, all of it on a listing whose category holds fourteen other shops.
