The sentence that made me open a spreadsheet
Most shops let the headline number do its work and then stay quiet about it. This one doesn't. The catchcopy for 新宿本店 ぽちゃカワ女子専門店 / Pochakawa Joshi Senmonten Shinjuku Honten reads:
なんとヘルス業界破格 『料金に記載の通り』 なんと30分3000円で射精まで出来る激安風俗店です♪ A price unheard of in the health industry — exactly as listed in the price sheet — ¥3,000 for 30 minutes, all the way to the finish.
Exactly as listed in the price sheet. The shop volunteered that. Nobody makes you put a truth claim in quotation marks in your own catchcopy. So this article is me taking it up on the offer: I read the price sheet — both of them, the Cityheaven one and the official one — and then I read what thirty-nine of its customers wrote down about the money that actually left their hands.
The basics first, because they're real and they're good: デリヘル(ぽっちゃり/大久保・新大久保), a plus-size delivery-health shop with reception at 歌舞伎町1-13-4 黎昇ビル地下1階, phone 03-3202-1115, open 10:00 to 05:00, no closed days, 116 women on the board, 713 reviews on the card. Official site pochafuzoku.com/shinjuku/, one of fourteen shops in a national group.
"30 minutes" means twenty
Cityheaven's price table is a clean two-column list. And so on down. Underneath it, in the footnote pile, sits this:
※最初の10分お一人様でのシャワータイムになります。 The first 10 minutes is your own shower time, alone.
You could read that footnote and never connect it to the table above it. The shop's official site removes all doubt, because there the courses are written out longhand:
| Official site label | What it says | Price |
|---|---|---|
Jisshitsu — "effectively," "in substance." Every course on the board is its advertised length minus ten minutes, and the shop performs the subtraction itself, in a table, on the site it controls. The ¥3,000 flagship is twenty minutes with the woman and ten minutes in a shower by yourself.
I want to be fair about this, because it isn't a trick and the shop isn't hiding it. A ten-minute solo shower is a standard hygiene rule across this genre; it's the shop protecting its staff and it should. What's off is only the arithmetic of the headline. Run the ladder both ways:
| Course | Contact minutes | Price | ¥ / advertised min | ¥ / contact min |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 60分 | 50 | ¥6,000 | ¥100.00 | ¥120.00 ← best |
The headline course is the worst per-minute buy in the building, and it is the only number on the search shelf. The best is the 60-minute course at ¥120 per contact minute — a full 20% better than the one the shop leads with.
And watch what a fixed ten-minute deduction does to the cost of stepping up a rung: 30→40 is ¥100 per extra minute. 40→60 is ¥100. 60→70 is ¥200. 70→80 is ¥200. 80→100 is ¥150. 100→130 is ¥100. There's a cliff between the 60- and 80-minute courses where every additional minute costs double the going rate, and then it drops back to normal. If you were going to buy seventy minutes, buy sixty or buy a hundred. The middle of that ladder is where the money goes to die.
Four charges that live outside the number
Three of these are on Cityheaven. One is only findable if you open a coupon.
| Charge | Amount | Where it's published |
|---|---|---|
| 本指名料 (repeat nomination) | ¥2,500 | both |
| お部屋代 / ホテル代 | ¥1,500〜 | only inside a coupon's conditions text, and in the official site's fee box |
That room charge is the one that matters. It appears nowhere in the Cityheaven price table. It surfaces in six-point type under the 初めて割 coupon — 別途お部屋代(1,500円)がかかります — and in the official fee box as ホテル代 1,500円〜, with a tilde, meaning it can be more.
It is a legitimate charge, and here is why: the group site states グループ全店無店舗型性風俗特殊営業届出済み店 — every shop in the group is registered as non-store-based. A non-store-based business cannot legally provide the room. So they walk you to a rental room and you pay whoever owns it. Entirely above board, and the reviews confirm the mechanism — customers describe arriving at a レンタルルーム. It just isn't in the price table, and it is 50% of the headline price.
Now stack it. Every path a real person can take to the ¥3,000 course:
| Who you are | Course | 入会金 | 指名 | Discounts | Tax | Room | Total | ¥/contact min |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| First visit, you pick the woman | 3,000 | 1,000 | 1,500 | — | 550 | 1,500 | ¥7,550 | ¥377.50 |
| First visit, no nomination | 3,000 | 1,000 | — | — | 400 | 1,500 | ¥5,900 | ¥295.00 |
| Repeat, no nomination, on the mailing list | 3,000 | — | — | −500 | 250 | 1,500 | ¥4,250 | ¥212.50 |
| Repeat, mailing list, own Kabukicho room | 3,000 | — | — | −500 | 250 | 0 | ¥2,750 | ¥137.50 |
The floor for a normal first-time customer choosing his own company is ¥7,550 — 2.5× the sign — and it buys twenty minutes, at ¥377.50 a minute against a headline that implies ¥100.
But look at that last row, because it's the honest one and it goes the shop's way. A returning customer on the mailing list who already has a room in Kabukicho pays no transport, no room fee and no membership: ¥2,750, under the advertised price. That configuration exists. It is exactly one configuration out of every combination I could construct, and it requires you to have been here before and to be standing in a hotel room you paid for separately. Which is the whole gap in one sentence: ¥3,000 isn't a price, it's a coordinate, and almost nobody is standing on it.
What thirty-nine customers actually wrote down
Cityheaven's review form has a 料金の総額 field — total amount paid — and this shop's customers fill it in with unusual diligence, several of them showing their working. Ninety reviews are displayed across nine pages; thirty-nine carry a usable total. Note what the platform stamps on every one: (室料別) — room fee excluded. Thirty-eight of the thirty-nine are labelled that way. These are all pre-room numbers.
| Reported total | Count | What it reconciles to |
|---|---|---|
| ¥1,650 | 1 | stamp card — 50 min of play free, nomination only |
| ¥6,050 | 2 | 60-min course − mailmag, no nomination, × 1.1 |
| ¥6,060 | 1 | "used points, shockingly cheap" |
| ¥6,600 | 18 | (6,000 + 1,500 nomination − 500 − 1,000) × 1.1 |
| ¥7,500 | 3 | 6,000 + 1,500, reported pre-tax |
| ¥7,700 | 8 | (6,000 + 2,500 repeat-nomination − 500 − 1,000) × 1.1 |
| ¥11,000 | 3 | the 80-minute early-bird, 10,000 × 1.1 |
| ¥14,500 | 1 | 100 min + nomination, pre-tax |
| ¥18,150 | 1 | "delivery 100 min + nomination" — a course not on the delivery menu |
| ¥23,000 | 1 | 130 min, doesn't reconcile to anything published |
Median ¥6,600. Mean ¥7,984. Add the ¥1,500 room the platform explicitly excluded and the median customer's real cash is ¥8,100.
Two things jump out of that table.
First: the ¥3,000 headline course appears in zero of thirty-nine receipts. Not one. The duration breakdown is 50 min ×5, 60 min ×29, 80 min ×2, 100 min ×2, 130 min ×1. The shortest thing anybody bought and reported was fifty minutes — and since ¥6,600 recurs under both "50分" and "60分," those are customers reporting the 60-minute course by the time they actually got. They're already thinking in contact minutes. The shop's entire public identity is a course its documented customers do not buy.
Second: ¥6,600 is exactly ¥6,000 × 1.10. Look at why. The two standing discounts — メルマガ会員で500円OFF and 口コミ投稿で1000円OFF — total ¥1,500, which is precisely the online nomination fee. They cancel. Four separate customers wrote the equation out themselves; one is worth quoting whole:
60分6000円+指名料1500円 メルマガ割500円 口コミ割1000円 計6000円×税
So a regular who's on the mailing list and has posted one review pays the advertised 60-minute price plus tax and picks his own company for free. ¥6,600 + ¥1,500 room = ¥8,100 for fifty contact minutes = ¥162.00 a minute. That is a genuinely decent number for this district, and it is 62% above what the headline implies, and both of those are true at once.
One trap. The shop's own standard reply to reviews spells out the condition: 実質60分以上でお遊びの場合、指名料から1,000円OFF. The ¥1,000 review discount only applies at 60 minutes or longer. It does not apply to the ¥3,000 headline course. The cheapest course is the one the discounts refuse to touch.
The receipts also expose three mechanisms published nowhere: a スタンプ card (one customer got 50 minutes of play free and paid ¥1,650 for the nomination alone), a ポイント system, and a メンバーズカード referenced in the shop's own reply template as something you're expected to present. None of the three appear on either price page. Ask about all of them.
The coupons, which are more honest than the headline and still don't add up
Three coupons are live. They are the only place the shop states an all-in figure, and I respect that — but the arithmetic wobbles.
The breakdown is properly itemized: 合計 ¥8,500 → ¥6,000, 入会金 1,000 → 0, 指名料 1,500 → ―, and then a row reading The course-price arrow points from a number to itself. The whole discount is the two waived fees, clearly shown, which is fine. But the row labelled 合計 — total — says ¥6,000, and four lines below it the conditions say tax is extra and the room is ¥1,500 extra. The real total is ¥8,100, which the receipts confirm. The "total" is 26% short. Recomputed honestly, ¥10,850 → ¥8,100 is a 25.3% discount rather than 29% — still a real and decent first-visit deal, just not the badged one.
— and the coupon charges ¥11,000. The title is the pre-tax figure; the breakdown correctly shows 10,000 + 1,000 tax. The math is right; the headline on the coupon's own title bar is ¥1,000 light. Cityheaven's shop-top page repeats the ¥10,000 version: 10時~18時のご利用で80分10,000円.
③ アフター6割 — same 80 minutes, same ¥11,000, same 20% badge. Its breakdown row reads: course 80分10000円 → 80分11000円, tax ¥1,250 → ―. The discounted line item is ¥1,000 higher than the normal one, because the shop folded the tax into the course row and left the tax row blank. The total is correct. The itemization, as displayed, shows a price going up underneath a 20%-off badge.
And the windows are narrower than they look. ② is weekdays only, 10:00–18:00. ③ runs 18:00–26:00, but 24:00 on Sundays. Today is a Sunday. Business hours are nineteen hours long; the only discount available to a repeat customer today ran 18:00 to 24:00 — six hours, 32% of the trading day. Coupons ② and ③ have both carried 有効期限 2024/05/14〜無期限 — running unchanged for two years and three months.
Three different transport tables on two websites
The delivery fees are published three times and no two agree.
| Zone | Cityheaven system block | Official site | Cityheaven Q&A block | Search card |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Two sources agree; the third is uniformly ¥1,000 low across every single tier — an old table left standing in the Q&A accordion on the same page as the new one. Quote the Q&A figure at reception and you will be wrong by exactly a thousand yen, in the direction that costs you.
While we're auditing: both price sheets promise 「90分コース以上でアイマスク・ローター・バイブ・電マ使いたい放題」. There is no 90-minute course. The ladder is 30/40/60/70/80/100/130. The official site then contradicts its own line four rows later with 「※80分〜(電マ・バイブ・ピンクローター無料)」. The toys are free from eighty minutes; the sentence advertising them names a course that doesn't exist.
The delivery ladder, and a ¥400 arbitrage
There is a second, entirely separate price list for delivery to your own room across the 23 wards:
| Course | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|
7,000 | Kabukicho area only |
Nomination and membership apply on top, tax is separate, and the ten-minute shower deduction is not stated here — I don't know whether it applies, and neither will you until you ask.
But run the Kabukicho case. In-house 60-minute course: ¥6,000 × 1.1 + ¥1,500 room = ¥8,100 for fifty contact minutes. Delivery 50-minute course to a Kabukicho hotel: transport free inside Kabukicho, no room fee owed to the shop, ¥7,000 × 1.1 = ¥7,700 for a stated fifty minutes. Four hundred yen cheaper, same district, same clock. Whether it holds depends entirely on the shower question and on you already having the room — but if you're staying in Kabukicho, the delivery ladder is the one to ask about, and nothing on the listing points you at it.
The roster, where the numbers finally mean something
116 women listed; the board displays 100 with full measurements, and I took all of them.
| Measure | Range | Mean | Median | Most common |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Age | 18–32 | 22.1 | 21 | 20 (×23) |
| Height | 150–168 | 157.6 | 157 | 155 (×18) |
| Bust | 83–120 | 95.0 | 93 | 88 (×15) |
| Waist | 56–93 | 66.7 | 67 | 62 (×15) |
| Hip | 83–110 | 90.5 | 90 | 86 & 88 (×13) |
Cups: D 22, F 20, E 16, G 16, H 11, I 8, C 4, J 2, K 1. No A, no B. Fifty-eight of a hundred are F or larger; thirty-two report a bust of 100 cm or more. For a shop selling 爆乳・ぽちゃカワイイ, that's a roster that matches its own genre tag, which is rarer than it ought to be.
Then the waist column, which is why I find this listing genuinely interesting. In every ordinary Tokyo roster I read, waist is the fabricated field — it compresses into a five-centimetre band around 56–58 while height spans thirty centimetres and bust spans twenty. Here it spans thirty-seven centimetres, 56 to 93, across twenty distinct values, with a real distribution: 11 under 60, 33 at 60–64, 26 at 65–69, 24 at 70–79, 6 at 80+. This is the one genre where the waist number is the product, so it's the one genre where nobody rounds it down. You can watch an entire industry's rounding habit switch off, in a single column, because the incentive reversed.
Which cuts the other way too. Eleven of a hundred women at a plus-size specialist have waists under 60 cm — including a 20-year-old listed at T156・83(C)・56・84. Four C-cups, and a smallest bust of 83. Roughly one woman in ten on this board is not plus-size by any reading, and the filters give you no way to sort for it. If pocha is the point, read the numbers on the card, not the name over the door.
Board filters, which are the honest counters because staff don't type them: 現在待機中or本日出勤 16, 新人 3, 写メ日記アリ 37, 動画アリ 46, 口コミアリ 69, オキニトーク 98. Sixteen of 116 working on a Sunday afternoon — 13.8%. A 116-name roster is a catalogue; sixteen is your actual choice today, and no course price changes that.
The ratings say the value is real
Ninety displayed reviews, and here's the part that argues for this place:
| Category | Mean | % giving 5.0 |
|---|---|---|
| 料金 (price) | 4.64 | 69% |
| プレイ (service) | 4.56 | 56% |
| 女の子 (the woman) | 4.50 | 51% |
Price is the highest-rated of the five categories, by customers who paid a median of ¥8,100 rather than ¥3,000 and knew exactly what they'd handed over. Photos are the weak spot at 43% five-star — so if you're choosing off pictures at a shop where the measurements are the product, weight the measurements.
The dates are worth a glance too: of ninety displayed reviews, all but one pinned entry fall in May–August 2026 — roughly twenty-two a month. That isn't organic enthusiasm, it's a ¥1,000 discount doing its job, and the group site's boast of 口コミ投稿数NO.1 describes the mechanism rather than the shop. Which is fine by me. The reviews are still itemized, still specific, and still the most useful thing on the entire listing — including to whoever wrote this article.
One thing English-speaking readers need to know before they call
The official site's prohibited-persons list, at pochafuzoku.com/shinjuku/system/, runs to about thirty lines. Among the ordinary entries — no recording, no scouting, no drugs, no organized crime — sits this:
◆外国籍の方 Foreign nationals.
That is on the shop's own site, in its own list of people it will refuse service to. It is not on the Cityheaven page. Whether it's enforced strictly, applied only to customers who can't handle the phone call in Japanese, or boilerplate copied across all fourteen group shops, I can't tell you from here — but it is published, it is unambiguous as written, and every reader of this site deserves to know it exists before spending a train fare. The same page also carries a ¥1,000,000 damages clause for prohibited conduct. Neither of those is unusual in this industry. Both are worth reading before you book rather than after.
What I'd actually do
Budget ¥8,100, not ¥3,000. That's the modal real receipt: 60-minute course, both standing discounts on, your choice of woman, tax, room. Fifty contact minutes at ¥162 a minute. Walk in expecting that number and this shop is a good deal. Walk in expecting the banner and you'll feel worked at the front desk over money that was always going to be owed.
Buy the 60-minute course. Never the 70 or the 80. ¥120 per contact minute against ¥133 and ¥143. The step from sixty to eighty costs ¥200 a minute — double the rate everywhere else on the ladder.
Register for the mailing list before you go, and post a review after your first visit. ¥500 and ¥1,000, permanent, stackable, and together they exactly erase the ¥1,500 nomination fee. It's the highest-leverage move on the page and it's stated plainly. Just note the ¥1,000 one needs a 60-minute-or-longer booking.
Ask four questions at reception, all of which have documented answers that aren't on the price sheet: exactly how much is the room (published as ¥1,500〜, with a tilde); what's on the stamp card; how do the points work; and does the delivery course include the ten-minute shower. Every one of those appears in a receipt or a fee box and in no menu.
If you already have a Kabukicho room, price the delivery 50-minute course. ¥7,700 all-in against ¥8,100 in-house, transport free inside Kabukicho — and having your own room is the only route by which anyone genuinely pays under ¥3,000 for the short course.
Quote the transport fee off the system table, not the Q&A. The Q&A is a thousand yen light in every zone.
116 women, a roster that actually matches its genre tag, a waist column that tells the truth because it has no incentive not to, price rated 4.64 out of 5 by the people paying it, and a headline describing a twenty-minute course that nobody in thirty-nine receipts bought. The product here is better than the sign. That's an odd complaint to have to file, and it's the one I've got.
