Gotanda Hitozumajo — Three Different Discounts Land on One Identical Price List, and Minutes 61 Through 100 Cost ¥100 Each

Gotanda Hitozumajo publishes a new-customer discount, a weekly Friday event and an always-on hotel-first discount. At eighty minutes and up, all three produce the exact same six prices. Meanwhile the marginal minute between sixty and a hundred costs ¥100, which makes the eighty-minute course ¥1,000 cheaper than the sixty.

Gotanda Hitozumajo — Three Different Discounts Land on One Identical Price List, and Minutes 61 Through 100 Cost ¥100 Each
Elon
ElonI have a rule about shops that run a lot of promotions: count the posters, then count the prices. If a place is advertising five separate discounts, the honest version of that is five different numbers you could end up paying. What you usually find instead is three posters pointing at one number, dressed differently so each one feels like it was written for you personally. Gotanda Hitozumajo is the cleanest example of that I've put on a spreadsheet all year. Its new-customer discount, its weekly Friday blowout and its permanent hotel-first discount produce — at every course length of eighty minutes or more — the identical six prices. Not similar. Identical, to the yen, six times in a row. That is not a scandal either. But it changes what "I got the discount" is worth, and it means the once-in-a-lifetime card in your wallet is worth nothing on five of the six rungs.

Gotanda is a station where the love hotels are a two-minute walk from the ticket gates and the delivery shops know it. 五反田人妻城 — Gotanda Hitozumajo, the "Gotanda Married-Woman Castle" — is a hitozuma deriheru operating out of that geography, part of the More Group's seventy-shop Kanto chain, open 10:00 to 6:00 the following morning, reception 9:30 to 4:00, no days off. Phone 03-5791-7615. The line to say is 「ヘブン見た」.

It's a big, competent, loud operation with a shop award to point at (100名店, 2025 and 2026) and a price board that rewards about twenty minutes of arithmetic more richly than any shop I've looked at in Shinagawa. So let's do the arithmetic.

First: it isn't one board, it's two

Almost every write-up of this shop you'll find quotes a single column of prices. There are two, and the gap between them is the biggest single decision you'll make here.

Course 待ち合わせ (meet-up) デリバリー (delivery) Delivery premium
60 min ¥17,000 ¥19,000 +¥2,000
80 min ¥19,000 ¥21,000 +¥2,000
100 min ¥21,000 ¥24,000 +¥3,000
120 min ¥26,000 ¥29,000 +¥3,000
150 min ¥32,000 ¥35,000 +¥3,000
180 min ¥42,000 ¥45,000 +¥3,000

待ち合わせ means you meet her somewhere — a listed corner, a convenience store, or the lobby of a Gotanda love hotel you've already checked into. デリバリー means she comes to your business hotel or your apartment. The shop frames this as a lifestyle choice: 「選べる2パターンの合流方法!」 — two ways to meet, pick one — and sells the meet-up version on atmosphere, 「待ち合わせでは不倫デート感覚を手軽に楽しめちゃう♪」, a casual affair-date feeling.

It's also a ¥2,000–¥3,000 choice on the course alone, before transport. And the premium isn't flat: it's ¥2,000 at the two short rungs and ¥3,000 from a hundred minutes up. That single ¥1,000 step is enough to move the value floor. On the meet-up column the cheapest minute is at 100 minutes (¥210.00). On the delivery column it's at 150 minutes (¥233.33). Same shop, same menu, and the "best" course is a different course depending on which column you're standing in.

The ¥100 minute

Now the number that actually matters. Forget averages and look at what each additional block of time costs on the meet-up board:

Extension Extra cost Per additional minute
60 → 80 min +¥2,000 ¥100.00
80 → 100 min +¥2,000 ¥100.00
100 → 120 min +¥5,000 ¥250.00
120 → 150 min +¥6,000 ¥200.00
150 → 180 min +¥10,000 ¥333.33
In-room extension, 30 min +¥10,000 ¥333.33

Minutes 61 through 100 cost one hundred yen each. The average minute at the sixty-minute rung costs ¥283.33. The next forty minutes cost ¥100 apiece. That is a 65% markdown on the marginal minute, published in plain sight, and it's the whole reason the average price per minute falls off a cliff — ¥283.33 at sixty, ¥237.50 at eighty, ¥210.00 at a hundred.

Two more things fall out of that table.

The ladder is not monotonic. The block from 100 to 120 minutes costs ¥250 a minute; the block from 120 to 150 costs ¥200. So if you're already contemplating two hours, the next half hour is cheaper per minute than the twenty minutes you just agreed to buy. ¥6,000 for thirty more minutes, against ¥5,000 for the previous twenty.

The 180-minute course is priced exactly as "150 minutes plus one extension." Going 150 → 180 in advance costs ¥10,000. Extending 30 minutes in the room costs ¥10,000. Identical rate. Which means booking the 150 and deciding later is free optionality — you pay the same either way, and you keep the right to stop. The only cost is her availability, which is a scheduling question, not a pricing one.

The sixty-minute course is strictly dominated

Here's the finding I'd want if I were dialling this number tonight.

The shop runs a permanent event, ▶ホテル先入りで3,000円割引 — walk into the hotel first and take ¥3,000 off the regular course — with one condition: 「※通常80分コース以上から適用可能」, eighty minutes or longer. The sixty-minute course is excluded.

So:

Route Course price
60 min, meet-up, list ¥17,000
80 min, meet-up, hotel-first ¥16,000

Eighty minutes costs ¥1,000 less than sixty minutes. Twenty extra minutes, one thousand yen cheaper, same column, same day, no membership, no coupon, no first-timer status required. The only thing you have to do is check into the hotel before you call, and say so.

Push it one rung further and the 100-minute course with the same discount is ¥18,000 — ¥1,000 more than the list sixty, for forty extra minutes. At ¥180.00 a minute that's the best non-Friday rate on the standard board.

And the shop itself notes 「※60分コースは女性によってご案内できない場合がございます」 — the sixty may not be available depending on the woman. So the shortest rung is simultaneously the worst value on the board and the least reliably bookable. There is no reading of this price list where the sixty-minute course is the right answer for anyone who isn't a first-timer in a hurry.

Three discounts, one price list

Now the spine of the thing. Gotanda Hitozumajo advertises its discounts as three separate propositions aimed at three separate people: the newcomer, the Friday crowd, and the guy who'll walk to the hotel himself.

ご新規様割 (first visit ever, once): ¥3,000 off the base course. Published rung by rung on its own page — 60分17,000円→14,000円, 80分19,000円→16,000円, 100分21,000円→18,000円, 120分26,000円→23,000円, 150分32,000円→29,000円, 180分42,000円→39,000円. Plus モアポ points: 1,000 for registering, 2,000 for posting a review afterwards, which the shop totals as 「最大6,000円分お得に!!」 — and note that this tells you the exchange rate outright: 1 point = ¥1. Say 「初来店割」 when you book.

大感謝祭 (every Friday, anyone): the shop's loudest event, running since 8/1. Two tiers. 写真指名・フリー価格 — picking from photos, or taking whoever's free — gets ¥5,000 off at every rung. 本指名価格 — re-booking a woman you've already seen — gets ¥3,000 off at every rung. Plus 1,000pt for booking online and another 1,000pt for a review — which is why the shop's own banner tops the event out at 最大¥7,000: five thousand in cash plus two thousand points, at the ¥1-a-point rate its new-customer page already published. The September Fridays are printed on the banner: 9/4, 11, 18, 25.

ホテル先入り (any day, anyone, 80 min+): ¥3,000 off.

Three posters. Here's what they actually pay out:

Course List (meet-up) 新規割 (once ever) Friday 本指名 Hotel-first (always) Friday 写真指名/free
60 min ¥17,000 ¥14,000 ¥14,000 — ¥12,000
80 min ¥19,000 ¥16,000 ¥16,000 ¥16,000 ¥14,000
100 min ¥21,000 ¥18,000 ¥18,000 ¥18,000 ¥16,000
120 min ¥26,000 ¥23,000 ¥23,000 ¥23,000 ¥21,000
150 min ¥32,000 ¥29,000 ¥29,000 ¥29,000 ¥27,000
180 min ¥42,000 ¥39,000 ¥39,000 ¥39,000 ¥37,000

Columns two, three and four are the same column. Six rungs, five of them shared by all three routes, every figure identical.

Which means: your once-in-a-lifetime new-customer discount is worth exactly ¥0 at eighty minutes and above, because the hotel-first discount pays the same ¥3,000, is available to everybody, and never expires. The first-timer card has precisely one rung of unique value — the sixty-minute course at ¥14,000, the only sub-¥16,000 price on a non-Friday — and that's the rung the rest of this article has just spent five hundred words telling you not to book.

Nothing stacks, incidentally. Every one of these events carries the same line: 「※モアポ以外併用不可」 — nothing combines except the point programme. So it's a single-choice problem, and the choice is easy once the columns are laid side by side.

Elon
ElonI don't think anybody sat in a back office and engineered this. Three discounts written at three different times by people who all reached for the same round number — ¥3,000, because ¥3,000 is what a discount looks like — will converge like this by accident. But the accident has a victim, and it's the guy who's been saving his first-visit discount for a big night. He's holding a card that the shop hands to every walk-in on the street, for free, forever. The one genuinely privileged position at this shop isn't being new. It's being willing to check into the hotel yourself, and being free on a Friday.

The Friday event triples the price of loyalty

Look again at the Friday tiers. Photo nomination gets ¥5,000 off. Repeat nomination of a specific woman gets ¥3,000 off. And the fee table charges 写真指名料 ¥1,000 against 本指名料 ¥2,000.

Stack those and compare the cost of loyalty on a Friday against any other day of the week, at eighty minutes:

Pick from photos Re-book your regular Cost of loyalty
Friday (大感謝祭) ¥14,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥15,000 ¥16,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥18,000 ¥3,000
Any other day (hotel-first) ¥16,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥17,000 ¥16,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥18,000 ¥1,000

The regular pays ¥18,000 either way. His Friday is a Tuesday. The shop's biggest weekly event, the one it names after gratitude — 大感謝祭, the Great Thanksgiving Festival — moves his price by nothing at all, at every rung from eighty minutes up, because the ¥3,000 it gives him is the same ¥3,000 he could take any afternoon by walking into the hotel first.

Meanwhile the man who has never met any of these women gets ¥2,000 more off than the man who came back for one of them, and the premium for choosing a specific woman goes from ¥1,000 to ¥3,000 — tripled — on exactly the day the shop is thanking its customers.

I want to be careful here, because there is a defensible reason for that shape: 本指名 bookings fill themselves, and a Friday discount is a tool for moving unsold shifts to strangers, not for rewarding the people who'd have booked anyway. Every airline on earth does the same thing. But it's worth knowing which side of that trade you're on before you set the alarm for Friday. If you have a favourite here, Friday is the worst day of the week to see her — you pay full freight on the day she's most likely to be booked out. Go on a Wednesday, walk into the hotel first, and pay the identical ¥18,000 in an empty diary.

The best two prices in the building

Once you strip the marketing off, the whole shop reduces to a short list of genuinely good rates. Course price only, per minute:

Route Course Price Per minute
Friday, photo nomination 100 min ¥16,000 ¥160.00
会員様特設, any day (モアポ members) 90 min ¥15,000 ¥166.67
Friday, photo nomination 80 min ¥14,000 ¥175.00
Friday, photo nomination 120 min ¥21,000 ¥175.00
Hotel-first, any day 100 min ¥18,000 ¥180.00
180分超得コース (モアポ members) 180 min ¥36,000 ¥200.00
List price, delivery 60 min ¥19,000 ¥316.67

Top to bottom that's a 1.98× spread — the most expensive minute this shop sells is very nearly double the cheapest, and every figure in that table is published on the shop's own pages.

Two of those rows deserve a note.

The 会員様特設 90分15,000円 is a course length that doesn't exist on the main board at all. Interpolate between the eighty (¥19,000) and the hundred (¥21,000) and ninety minutes should be about ¥20,000. It's ¥15,000. That's ¥5,000 below the shape of the board it's sitting next to, it has run every day since 8/21, and the entry requirement is a free membership the shop says takes thirty seconds at the time of booking. At ¥166.67 a minute it beats every non-Friday rung on the standard board, and it undercuts the best eighty-minute price by ¥1,000 while giving you ten more minutes.

The 180分超得コース at ¥36,000 bundles 電マ (¥3,000), パンスト (¥1,000) and コスプレ (¥1,000) — ¥5,000 of options off the shop's own list — into a course whose meet-up list price is ¥42,000. Call it ¥47,000 of goods for ¥36,000, a 23.4% markdown, and note that it's ¥1,000 cheaper than the Friday photo-nomination price for the same three hours (¥37,000) while including five thousand yen of props the Friday price doesn't. At the top rung, the everyday members' course beats the weekly headline event by ¥6,000 in value.

The coupon that costs you money and points

There is exactly one Heaven coupon live on this shop, and it's the strangest object on the page.

Three things in that small box disagree with each other.

One. The headline says 3,000円割引. The comparison table underneath says ¥21,000 → ¥17,000, which is ¥4,000, and the 19% badge agrees with the table (4,000 ÷ 21,000 = 19.05%). The coupon understates its own discount by a thousand yen.

Two. The headline says 本日限り — today only. The validity field says 2026/08/17(月)~無期限 — from 17 August, no expiry. One of those is decoration.

Three, and this is the one that costs you. The coupon's baseline is ¥21,000 — the delivery price for eighty minutes. Its condition is ホテル先入り限定, hotel-first only. But hotel-first is a meet-up: the shop's own transport table lists 「五反田駅東口ホテル先入り」 and 「五反田駅西口ホテル先入り」 under 待合わせ交通費 at ¥1,000, and the meet-up price for eighty minutes is ¥19,000. Set against the price a hotel-first customer would actually be quoted — and against the free, permanent ¥3,000 hotel-first discount that takes it to ¥16,000 — the coupon looks like this:

Route, 80 min, hotel-first Price Points spent
Hotel-first discount (free, always on) ¥16,000 0
This coupon ¥17,000 1,000pt

You pay ¥1,000 more and burn a thousand Heaven points to do it. Unless the shop bills hotel-first arrivals off the delivery column — which its own transport table says it doesn't — the coupon is the worst of the four routes to an eighty-minute course. It's a thirty-second phone question and I'd ask it before spending the points, but on the published numbers, skip it.

The unpublished fee

The fee table is short and admirably clear: 写真指名料 ¥1,000, 本指名料 ¥2,000, 延長30分 ¥10,000. Alongside it the shop promises 「分かりやすい料金システムで後から掛かる料金は一切ナシ!」 — a clear price system with no charges added afterwards — and 「※コース料金は、サービス料+派遣料となっております」.

But three separate events carry the note 「※指名料/特別指名料/交通費別途」, and the coupon carries 「※写真指名、本指名、交通費、特別指名料別途」. 特別指名料 — a special nomination fee, distinct from the two on the table — is named four times and priced zero times. It appears nowhere on the price image, nowhere in the shop introduction, nowhere I could find on the site.

That's not a hidden charge; you'd have to opt into whatever triggers it, and at most shops the special-nomination fee attaches to specific women flagged on their own profiles. But it is a fee the shop has reserved the right to charge, on a page that says nothing gets added afterwards. If you're nominating a woman near the top of the ranking, ask what her fee is. It's the one number in this entire operation I couldn't find.

Everything free is an act, everything paid is an object

Credit where it's due, because this part is genuinely good and unusually verifiable.

The shop claims 「即尺やAFやゴックン等、他店では有料オプションも全部無料!」 — the things other shops charge for are all free here. — no cap on finishes inside the course time.

Now the paid options, all eight of them:

# Option Price
1 パンスト (black or beige) ¥1,000

Read the two lists together and there's a clean rule underneath: every free item is something she does; every paid item is something the shop has to physically own, launder or give away. Tights, costumes, a wand, a restraint set, a pair of underwear you take home. Not one of the eight is an act. That's the most coherent option policy I've audited in Tokyo, and it makes the ¥3,000 電マ line legible rather than annoying — you're renting hardware, not buying permission.

Transport, and where the meter really runs

Two tables, and they behave very differently.

待合わせ (meet-up) — ¥1,000 flat to a long list of named points: both Gotanda station exits (hotel-first, the Don Quijote front, the FamilyMart front), Osaki, Shinagawa, Meguro (the Otakaraya west-exit main store), Ebisu (the Lawson at Ebisu-minami 1-chome), three Shibuya corners — the Tokyu department store main entrance, the Mos Burger on Dogenzaka, the Lawson at Hyakkendana — and Shinbashi (Tsubaki Cafe at the Karasumori exit). ¥2,000 for Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo. That's it. One or two thousand yen, anywhere across five wards.

デリバリー (business hotel / home) is a ward-by-ward escalator: ¥1,000~ for Shinagawa-ku within a kilometre of the station, ¥2,000~ Shinagawa/Meguro/Shibuya/Minato/Ota, ¥3,000~ Shinjuku/Koto/Chuo/Chiyoda/Setagaya/Kawasaki, ¥4,000~ Toshima/Bunkyo/Nakano/Suginami/Taito/Arakawa/Sumida, ¥5,000~ Nerima/Itabashi/Kita/Adachi/Katsushika/Edogawa. Every one of those is a from price — 「※距離に応じて交通費金額が変動する場合がございます」 — with taxi fare possible on top, plus ¥1,000 備品代, a supplies charge, for homes and business hotels.

Which turns the two-column board into something much sharper than a ¥2,000 gap. Eighty minutes, delivered to a business hotel in Shibuya, versus eighty minutes with you already in a Gotanda love hotel:

Course Transport Supplies Total
Delivery, Shibuya business hotel ¥21,000 ¥2,000~ ¥1,000 ¥24,000~
Meet-up, Gotanda, hotel-first ¥16,000 ¥1,000 — ¥17,000

A ¥7,000 gap — 41% — before you've counted the love hotel room, which in Gotanda will run a few thousand for a rest and is the one cost the right-hand row doesn't carry. Even so, that's an enormous swing for a logistics preference most people make without looking. If you're in Gotanda anyway, the meet-up column plus the hotel-first discount is where this shop is cheap. If you're in Edogawa-ku, it isn't a cheap shop at all.

One line in the hotel-first event deserves a mention because it's rarer than it should be: 「※当店は、風営法第二条6項二号に抵触するホテルとの提携は一切行っておりません」 — the shop states it holds no tie-ups with hotels of the category the Adult Entertainment Business Act restricts. You choose and pay for the room yourself. That's the legally clean version of this arrangement, printed voluntarily.

The roster doesn't match the pitch, and the customers don't either

The introduction promises range: 「幅広い年代の女性が在籍!ピチピチの10代から妖艶な50代まで多数ご紹介可能!」 — from fresh teens to alluring fifties.

I counted every woman with an age visible on the published weekly schedule and the last ten new-arrival cards. Forty-three women. Youngest 24, oldest 49. Median 33, mean 33.2. Fifteen under thirty, twenty-one in their thirties, seven at forty or above. Nobody in their teens. Nobody in their fifties. Both ends of the advertised range are empty this week — and to be fair to the shop, both ends are also the two hardest brackets in this business to keep staffed, and neither claim is one you'd make about a specific woman. Call it a brochure sentence rather than a lie. But if you came for either extreme, the schedule is the page to read, not the introduction.

The more interesting number is who the customers actually pick. The shop's own Of the top five, two are in their late forties — the oldest woman I found anywhere on the roster is ranked fourth. The house leads its marketing with 「ピチピチの10代」 and its clientele has voted, repeatedly and publicly, for the opposite thing. In a hitozuma shop that's not a contradiction so much as a reminder of what the genre is actually selling, and the ranking page understands the customers better than the introduction does.

What I'd actually do

Every event at this shop ends with the same clause: 「※申告制になります」 — you have to declare it. Five promotions, five lines telling you nothing happens automatically. The new-customer discount wants you to say 「初来店割」. The Friday event and the hotel-first discount want 「ヘブン見た」. The price you pay here is not a property of the shop. It's a function of what you say out loud in the first ninety seconds of the call, and the difference between the best sentence and no sentence at all is nearly half the bill.

So: register for モアポ — it's free, it takes thirty seconds at booking, and it unlocks the two best rates in the building. If it's Friday, take the event and pick from photos, at a hundred minutes for ¥16,000, which is ¥160 a minute and the cheapest thing this shop sells. If it isn't Friday, book the ninety-minute members' course at ¥15,000, which beats every rung on the standard board. If you have a favourite, don't go on Friday — you'll pay the same ¥18,000 you'd pay on a Wednesday, on the one night she's hardest to book. Meet her in Gotanda and walk into the hotel first, which is worth ¥3,000 plus a ¥1,000 flat transport fee instead of a ward-by-ward escalator. And whatever else you do, don't book the sixty, because eighty minutes costs a thousand yen less.

The board here is honest and it's fully published, which is more than most of this street manages. It's just been written by enough different hands, over enough different months, that the shop has stopped noticing its own discounts are all the same discount. That's worth twenty minutes with a calculator — which, at ¥160 a minute, is the best-paid twenty minutes in Gotanda.
