乳首愛撫専門店「五反田シルキータッチ」, "Gotanda Silky Touch, the nipple-caress specialist," is a delivery health (deriheru) filed under Gotanda on Cityheaven, in the fetish category. You call, pick a woman, and she meets you at a hotel. Phone 03-6417-4200. Cityheaven lists hours of 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., open every day. The listing on fuzoku.jp says 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., last booking at 10 p.m. Plan around the later start and the 10 p.m. cutoff and you're covered either way.
The official site (agst.jp) shows the shop's police filing: registered with Osaki Police on September 20, 2012. In Gotanda years, that's a veteran. The site calls itself the "original and long-standing" name in the nipple-caress category, and notes that the neighborhood once had several shops doing the same thing. Make of the past tense what you will.
Everything below comes from the shop's Cityheaven pages (top, system, coupons, girl list), its fuzoku.jp listing and its official site, all read on October 1, 2026. I haven't booked. This is the briefing I'd want before dialing a shop whose entire concept fits on a Post-it.
"Not torture. Caress."
The official site leads with one line, and it's a good one: "This is not nipple torture. It's nipple caress."
That distinction is the whole pitch. Gotanda has no shortage of shops where a woman in boots makes you beg. Silky Touch is the soft version: warmth, patience, attention, time. The copy promises women who "understand the passionate feelings of gentlemen with sensitive nipples," and who will work "gently, stickily, taking their time, with plenty of affection." The Cityheaven headline calls it a "men's passive paradise" and makes a promise I haven't seen elsewhere: "Even at the moment of release, and in the afterglow, your nipples will not be left unattended."
Translation for the first-timer: you don't do anything. That's the point. It's a fully woman-led session, and the house sells it to guys who are curious about nipple sensitivity, or "nipple development," but have zero interest in hard SM.
The official site also spends a whole paragraph on Aroma Kikaku, a long-running Japanese fetish video label, and says the label has put out a lot of nipple-themed titles connected to Silky Touch. I'm not going to guess at the business relationship. But it tells you where the shop sees itself: a niche with a fan base, not a gimmick that opened last spring.
What's actually on the menu
fuzoku.jp lists the basic play in loving, slightly absurd detail. Nineteen entries, every one of them about the same two spots: licking, sucking, rolling with the tongue, gentle biting, pinching, pulling, flicking, scratching with a fingernail, "finger slaps," squeezing between two fingers. Somebody at the front desk had fun with that list.
Then the part that matters: the session ends with a handjob. That's the finish. On the 60-minute course you get one; at 90 minutes and up, finishes are unlimited within your time.
What's not in the base price, and this is where first-timers get surprised:
- She stays dressed. Underwear is a ¥1,000 option, topless ¥2,000, full nude ¥4,000, and full nude comes with "no body touching."
- Touching her at all is its own option: "soft touch," ¥2,000.
- Kissing: French ¥2,000, deep ¥4,000.

So the base course is exactly what the sign says: she caresses, you receive. If your idea of a deriheru is mutual, the math changes fast. The shop says options can be added after you meet or even mid-session, and that not every woman does every option, so check her profile or ask.
The free options are where the house concept lives: blindfold and restraint caressing, a nipple rotor, and a "massage" that the shop honestly labels not a real massage, just shoulder and leg rubbing. I appreciate a business that undersells its own freebies.

Extensions on the basic course: ¥7,000 for 30 minutes, ¥13,000 for 60. The full-body licking course also runs to 180 minutes for ¥61,500. A 3P with two women is the base price times two, at limited hotels.
On top of that: an admission fee of ¥1,000, waived if you say you saw the shop on Cityheaven. Web nomination is ¥1,000, and repeat-nomination fees vary by woman. fuzoku.jp adds that transport is separate and points you to the love hotels by the west exit of JR Gotanda Station. Cityheaven lists the dispatch area as Gotanda (Shinagawa Ward). Your hotel room is on you.
A few of the variants, decoded:
- "Instant" (soku): she walks in without knocking and starts with no small talk. That's ¥1,000 more for skipping the awkward part, which some guys will call a bargain.
- Low-frequency pulse: a TENS-style current on the nipples alongside her hands, with the strength adjustable "from soft M to hardcore M." It's the one course that drifts toward the hard end, and it's still a dial.
- Panty-flash cosplay: schoolgirl, office lady or nurse costume, teasing while she works.

The bottom line is the interesting one. For about ¥5,500 more than the coupon, 90 minutes takes the one-finish cap off. For a shop whose whole promise is "we'll keep going after you're done," that's arguably the course the concept was built for.
The women
The girl list showed 34 women, ages 22 to 34, with the bulk between 23 and 26. That's young for a fetish shop, where you often expect a more seasoned crew. At 12:43 p.m. on the day I looked, the "available now" board showed one woman free. Profiles say whether she does 3P and which options she takes. Read them, because of the next point.
The two rules to plan around
1. No change, no cancel. fuzoku.jp lists both as "not possible." Whoever comes through the door is your session. Pick from the profile, ask the front desk what she's like, and book her by name if it matters to you.
2. Cards go through a web payment page. fuzoku.jp describes an online card payment for VISA and Mastercard: you book, then enter your own card details yourself. It has to be your card, you'll need the phone number you booked with, and they may ask for ID. That's fine for a resident. If you're visiting, carry cash and don't count on a foreign card clearing.
Should you call?
Yes, if you've always wondered whether this works on you and want the gentlest possible test. ¥10,000 for an hour of being the center of attention is a low-risk price in central Tokyo. And Silky Touch has been doing this one thing in Gotanda since 2012, which beats a shop that bolted "nipple play" onto a menu last month.
Book 90 minutes if you already know you're a fan. Unlimited finishes is where this concept stops being a novelty.
Skip it if you want a give-and-take deriheru. Here, touching her is an add-on, nudity is an add-on and kissing is an add-on. Price those up and the coupon hour lands around ¥16,000, which is regular-deriheru money for a session that's still built around her hands, not yours. Skip it too if a no-change policy makes you nervous.
The sign says caress, not torture. For once, the marketing and the menu agree.
