It was a Wednesday in late October. I had a business-hotel room a few minutes' walk from Gotanda Station, the wet kind of evening when the neon on the east side of the tracks reflects off every surface, and a laptop open on a desk the size of a cafeteria tray. Gotanda is Tokyo's delivery-health capital. The love hotels cluster on the slope east of the station, and dozens of no-premises shops pick their dispatch zones so that "Gotanda" comes out at zero yen. I wanted a price for an ordinary first visit. Not the headline number. The number I'd actually hand over.
The shop was EROEX, pronounced "Erokkusu" on its own listing. Its Cityheaven address still carries an older name, kiwami-duma-g, and the official domain, kiwami-duma-gotanda.com, still loads under the title 性の極み妻 五反田店 (Sei no Kiwami Tsuma, Gotanda). That's the "married women" line of the same Gotanda group whose sister shop, Sei no Kiwami Waza no Dendoshi, I covered in September. The official site gives you nothing past the age gate. The working information is all on Cityheaven.
The board, in one paragraph
A no-premises delivery shop. The phone is 03-6455-7040. Hours are 12:00 to 05:00. It dispatches across the 23 wards to love hotels, business and city hotels, and private homes. Cards are accepted. There are two price columns: a regular price and a review-discount price.
| Course | Regular | Review discount | Regular, per minute |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥18,000 | ¥16,000 | ¥300 |
| 80 min | ¥22,000 | ¥20,000 | ¥275 |
| 90 min | ¥24,000 | ¥22,000 | ¥267 |
| 120 min | ¥30,000 | ¥28,000 | ¥250 |
| 150 min | ¥36,000 | ¥34,000 | ¥240 |
The pitch runs alongside it: 振り返り美人、実は欲しがり, roughly "the woman you'd turn around to look at on the street, who turns out to want it." The house adds a promise, in so many words, that you get the beautiful one and at a discount. Against the sister shop that promise holds up. Waza no Dendoshi charges ¥34,000 for 90 minutes, and EROEX charges ¥24,000. That's ten thousand yen less for the same thirty minutes past the hour, from the same group.
Why ¥16,000 isn't your number yet
The review discount is real and it's generous. You post a review on Cityheaven, a discount code appears under it in your MyHeaven page, and you quote that code when you book (or type it on the last screen of the net-booking form). You get ¥2,000 off. The event page stresses that you can do it again on every visit, including with the same woman. For a regular, that makes the second column the real price list.
For a first-timer it's a column you're not allowed to read. You only post a review after a session. So my Wednesday night started at ¥18,000, and here's how it built up:
- 60 minutes, free pick, Gotanda hotel: ¥18,000. Transport is ¥0 near Gotanda Station.
- Name a specific woman online: +¥1,000. The board calls it a reservation fee (ご予約料金). That makes ¥19,000.
- LINE friend registration: −¥1,000, one time. A ¥1,000 coupon for the mail-magazine sign-up is listed too. The page doesn't say whether the two stack with each other, or with a nomination. Ask before you assume.
- The room: your bill. No premises means no included room. Budget for the love hotel on top.
So a realistic first visit costs ¥18,000 to ¥19,000 plus the room. That's still cheap for Gotanda. It just isn't ¥16,000.
The second visit is where it gets interesting. Book the same woman again and the repeat nomination is ¥3,000, three times the first-visit fee. If you've posted a review, take ¥2,000 off that. 60 minutes with the same woman again works out to 18,000 + 3,000 − 2,000 = ¥19,000. That's identical to your first visit. Loyalty here isn't rewarded on price; it just breaks even. If you aren't attached to a particular name, a free pick with a review code costs ¥16,000, which is the cheapest legal hour on the board.
The one sentence that contradicts the rest
There's a line I read three times. The fee table ends with 表記の以外の金額は一切頂く事は御座いません: no amount beyond what's printed will be charged. Fine. But the footnote under the courses goes further. It says the listed price plus transport is the total, and that nomination fees, including the repeat nomination, are included in that price.
Two inches above that footnote, the same page lists a ¥1,000 reservation fee and a ¥3,000 repeat-nomination fee as separate items. Both statements can't be true. My guess is that the "all included" footnote is group boilerplate copied from another shop's page. Either way, when you call, ask for the total, out loud, with the nomination in it. Don't let the footnote settle it for you.
Small signs the paperwork was copied
The nomination footnote isn't the only leftover. The "total ¥5,000 discount" event lists a ¥1,000 member-registration coupon (issued after your first visit), a ¥1,000 LINE coupon, ¥2,000 for a Cityheaven review and ¥1,000 for a review on 口コミ情報局 (Kuchikomi Jōhōkyoku), another review site. The Cityheaven link in that box goes to the sister shop's review page, not this one. The phone number at the bottom, 03-6456-2050, is the sister shop's number too. The hours it gives are 12:00 to 03:00. The header of this page says 05:00.
None of it costs you money if you know about it. It does tell you the event text came over from the sister shop's page and nobody re-checked it. Use the number in the header, 03-6455-7040. Write your Cityheaven review on the EROEX page, not the one that box links to. Otherwise you'll get your code from the wrong shop.
Extensions vs. booking longer
There's one more line worth doing math on. An extension costs ¥9,000. The page doesn't say how long that buys. Assume it's the usual 30 minutes and that's ¥300 a minute, the same rate as the 60-minute course and higher than anything longer.
Compare that with booking longer to begin with. Going from 60 to 90 minutes costs ¥6,000 more at regular price. A 30-minute extension costs ¥9,000. Even 60 to 80 costs only ¥4,000. If you think you might want more time, book it at the start. Asking for more when the timer goes off is the most expensive way to buy those minutes.
The per-minute column says the same thing in a quieter way. It drops from ¥300 to ¥240 across the board, but most of the drop comes between 60 and 90 minutes. Past 90 you're paying for time, not getting a better rate.
Transport, if you're not in Gotanda
Transport is a ring map, and it's honest:
- Near Gotanda Station: ¥0
- Meguro, Shinagawa, Osaki, Takanawa, Kita-Shinagawa, Togoshi, Hatanodai: ¥2,000
- Ebisu, Daikanyama, Oimachi, Ebara, Aomono-Yokocho: ¥3,000
- Shibuya, Setagaya, Minato (Roppongi, Akasaka, Azabu, Hamamatsucho), Shinbashi, Omori, Heiwajima: ¥4,000
- Shinjuku, Nakano, Suginami, Chiyoda, Chuo, Ota, Ginza, Takadanobaba: ¥5,000
- Adachi, Kita, Itabashi, Nerima: ¥7,000
The math is simple. If you're staying in Shinjuku, an 80-minute course with ¥5,000 transport costs ¥27,000. Take the Yamanote line to Gotanda (it's about twenty minutes) and book a 90-minute course for ¥24,000 plus the room. If your hotel's on the west side, the train ride is worth your time.
The roster under the label
The listing says 人妻, married women. The roster says something different. Of the 23 women on the board, nine are under 25, three are 20, and the oldest are 33. About five are 30 or over. If you're expecting a classic hitozuma house with women in their late thirties and forties, this isn't it. It's a twenties roster with a married-woman label, built around the group's "older-sister type who wants it" theme.
The reviews are heavily concentrated. Ten women have any reviews at all, about 238 in total. The top name has 94 of them, around 40%, and the top two together have 143, about 60%. Thirteen women show "口コミ募集," reviews wanted, and four joined between late September and the 19th of this month. On a Wednesday the daily schedule showed six women on shift, starting at noon and finishing at 5 a.m.
Two practical points. If you want someone who's been reviewed, there are only a handful of options, and the most-reviewed one is the busiest. If you take a newer name, all you've got to go on is the photos, and you're also the one writing the review that earns your next ¥2,000.
Booking etiquette, which the page spells out
The flow is ordinary. Pick a course and, if you want, a woman. Any options (¥2,000 each for the standard ones, ¥6,000 for photography, which comes with its own equipment and consent rules) have to be ordered at booking, not in the room. Give a name, and a false one is fine because the shop only wants something to confirm with. Don't call from a payphone, a hotel phone or a withheld number. Booking through Cityheaven's "ヨヤク" system opens slots up to seven days ahead, around the clock, and the booking is only confirmed after the shop sends a chat message and you reply to it. Once you're at the hotel, the shop asks you to fill in a short pre-session questionnaire on its site.
There's also a long, stern note banning industry people, scouts and anyone reselling photos, backed by a lawyer and a damages formula. That's aimed at people trying to poach the staff, not at you. Read it once and move on.
What I'd actually book
From a Gotanda hotel on a weeknight, first visit: 90 minutes for ¥24,000, or ¥25,000 if I named someone online. LINE coupon if it applies. I'd say the total back to the person on the phone before hanging up. I'd go with a reviewed name if her shift fit, and book the long course at the start instead of counting on an extension. Then I'd write the review that night, on the right page, because that ¥2,000 is the difference between this shop's first visit and its second.
- Price level: ★★★★☆. ¥24,000 for 90 minutes in Gotanda is a real undercut, and well below the group's own sister shop.
- Headline honesty: ★★★☆☆. The ¥16,000 hour is real, just not for first-timers. The coupon label doesn't make that obvious.
- Paperwork: ★★☆☆☆. The "nomination included" footnote contradicts the fee table, and the discount box gives the sister shop's phone, hours and review link.
- Access: ★★★★★. Zero transport near the station, a clear ring map, and coverage of all 23 wards.
- Roster depth: ★★★☆☆. Twenty-three names, but only ten have reviews, and two hold most of them.
- Would I go back: ○. With a review code in hand, a free-pick hour at ¥16,000 is the best price on the board.
