Gotanda Shinagawa Okaasan: A Weekday-Morning Read of a Mature Deriheru That Now Sells a 'Millennial' Course

Gotanda Shinagawa Okaasan is a mature-women delivery health whose logo says 30 to 60. I read its board on a Thursday morning: a ¥10,000 hotel-included 40 minutes, 80 minutes for the 70-minute price before 4 p.m., no change or cancel at all, and a new 'Millennial' course that charges ¥2,000 more for women in their twenties.

ElonA shop called "Mom" just added a premium tier for twenty-somethings. That's either a smart hedge or an identity crisis. I sat down with Gotanda Shinagawa Okaasan's pages at nine on a Thursday morning, when the phones open, to find the cheapest honest way in. Short version: the weekday-daytime deals are real and easy to use. The no-change, no-cancel rule is the thing to plan around. And the house brand is still the women in their forties and fifties, so the Millennial course costs more and isn't the point.

五反田・品川おかあさん, "Gotanda Shinagawa Okaasan" (okaasan means "mom"), is a delivery health (deriheru) on Cityheaven, filed under Gotanda. You call, choose a woman, and she meets you at a hotel. The dispatch area on the listing is Gotanda (Shinagawa Ward). Phone 03-5719-4004. Hours: 9:00 to "LAST," open every day. The shop's own tips section translates "last" as midnight.

It's part of the Okaasan group. I've already written up the Kinshicho branch, which was a head count of the roster. This one is about the clock. Gotanda is a business-hotel neighborhood two stops from Shinagawa, and this branch prices its mornings and afternoons like it knows that.

Everything below comes from the shop's Cityheaven pages (top, system, coupons, girl list) and its official site (5.okasan.net), read on the morning of October 1, 2026. I haven't booked. This is what I'd want to know before dialing, written down so you don't have to dig.

The logo, the copy, and the roster

The official site's splash page doesn't oversell. A cartoon mom in a sleeveless top, a big green "30~60", and two red badges: "STD-tested within 3 months" and "no card fees, ever." That last one is worth noting. Plenty of Tokyo shops add a surcharge to card payments.

The Cityheaven copy goes for something moodier. Women from their late twenties to their fifties, many with families, offering "the thrill you're not supposed to have." It's well-written and it's marketing. The roster is what tells you who actually shows up.

I counted 93 women on the girl list. The youngest listed age is 34 and the oldest is 62. The biggest clusters are at 52, 53 and 58. So the "late twenties" in the copy belongs to the copywriter, while the "30~60" on the logo is close to the truth. This is a fifties shop with a strong forties bench.

The day's board on the official site said 23 women working. The first twenty shifts I could see ran from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., with ages from 39 to 59. By mid-morning, five of those were already "fully booked" and four were marked "available right now." The morning slots here get used.

The board

Course Price Per minute
40 min ¥8,000 ¥200
70 min ¥12,000 ~¥171
100 min ¥17,000 ¥170
130 min ¥22,000 ~¥169
160 min ¥27,000 ~¥169
190 min ¥32,000 ~¥168
Extension, 30 min ¥6,000 ¥200

Gotanda is one of the cheaper deriheru markets in central Tokyo, and this board sits comfortably at that level. Past 70 minutes the rate is basically flat. The 40-minute course and the extension are the expensive minutes, so if you think you might want more time, book it up front instead of extending.

Add-ons: photo nomination is free the first time. A repeat nomination (hon-shimei) is ¥1,000. "Premium" women carry a surcharge of ¥1,000 and up. The hotel room is separate, and the page estimates it at about ¥4,000 (the official site says ¥3,000 to ¥4,000). There's also a menu of paid options from ¥1,000 to ¥8,000, and some require 100 minutes or more. The shop notes that not every woman does every option. Check her profile.

One line in the small print matters more than it looks: your time starts when she enters the room. You don't lose minutes to her walk from the station.

The three morning-friendly ways in

This is where the branch earns its keep if your schedule is flexible.

1. The ¥10,000 hotel-included 40 minutes. Go to a hotel the shop designates and you get the 40-minute course and the room for ¥10,000 flat. A room alone is roughly ¥4,000, so that's about ¥2,000 off. Nomination and premium fees are still extra. If the designated hotel is full or you want somewhere else, you pay ¥8,000 plus the room. It's the cheapest all-in number on this board. Forty minutes is short, but for a lunch-hour visit that's the honest size.

2. Weekdays until 4 p.m.: 80 minutes for ¥12,000. That's ten free minutes on the 70-minute course, for Gotanda bookings only. If you're staying near Gotanda Station and can go before mid-afternoon, it's the best value on the page, at about ¥150 a minute.

3. Weekday nights: +10 minutes on every course. It's also Gotanda-only. "Holidays: service time all day" is listed too, but the page doesn't say what that service is. Ask before you count on it.

Smaller extras: - Review discount: post a review and you get a code for ¥1,000 off your next visit, valid for two months. The coupon example shows 70 minutes at ¥11,000. - Repeat bookings of 100+ minutes: choose either +10 minutes or ¥1,000 off. - 100+ minute courses: the official site lists one small option free (a choice between two).

The "Millennial course": mom's place hires the kids

The newest item on the page is "Waka-oka limited: Millennial Course." Waka-oka means "young mom," and the course is for women in their twenties to early thirties. It has its own price list:

Course Regular Millennial
70 min ¥12,000 ¥14,000
100 min ¥17,000 ¥19,000
130 min ¥22,000 ¥24,000
160 min ¥27,000 ¥29,000
190 min ¥32,000 ¥34,000
Extension 30 min ¥6,000 ¥9,000

That's a flat ¥2,000 more on every course and 50% more on extensions. And on the day I looked, the girl list showed nobody under 34. Maybe the young women are listed somewhere I couldn't see, or the course is ahead of the hiring. Either way, if a younger woman is what you want, this isn't your shop, and Gotanda has plenty of shops that are. The reason to call Okaasan is the women in their forties and fifties at ¥12,000.

The rules, read carefully

No change, no cancel. The page puts it plainly: the shop does not offer change or cancellation. You can't swap her at the door, so choose on the phone. The shop also asks for a confirmation call before your booking on the day, because women sometimes call in sick. If you book through the official site's web reservation (members only, free sign-up), you can skip that call. Reservations open one week ahead, at no charge. Call with caller ID turned on, because the shop requires it.

Outside Gotanda, the floor rises. Bookings outside the home area need 100 minutes or more, plus transport. Hotels along the Yamanote Line have a flat ¥1,000 transport fee. Other nearby stations start at ¥2,000. Visits to your home start at ¥3,000, depending on where you live and on the woman. All the morning deals above are Gotanda-only. If you're at a Shinagawa hotel, you're on the regular board with a 100-minute minimum.

The conduct line. The official site's notice is blunter than most. Intercourse is strictly prohibited, and "if discovered, we will contact the police." Pushing past the basic menu, pressuring her to drink, or doing anything she hasn't agreed to ends the session with no refund. That isn't the shop being fussy. A deriheru is licensed as a business that doesn't include intercourse, and paid intercourse is illegal in Japan under the Anti-Prostitution Act. The page also says outright that it operates under the Entertainment Business Act. Good. Read it once and act like a guest.

What it actually costs

From a hotel near Gotanda Station on a weekday, using only the page's numbers:

Plan Course Room Nomination Total
Lunch hour 40 min hotel-included included photo, free ¥10,000
Weekday before 4 p.m. 80 min for ¥12,000 ~¥4,000 photo, free ~¥16,000
Weekday evening 100 min (+10 free) ¥17,000 ~¥4,000 photo, free ~¥21,000
From a Shinagawa hotel 100 min ¥17,000 your room photo, free ¥18,000 (incl. ¥1,000 Yamanote fee)

Add ¥1,000 or more if she's marked premium, and ¥1,000 on a return visit.

Should you call?

Yes, if you're in Gotanda on a weekday with a free morning or a long lunch, and you'd rather spend time with a relaxed woman in her forties or fifties than a twenty-two-year-old reading a script. The ¥10,000 hotel-included course and the 80-minute daytime deal are cheap entry prices for central Tokyo. And the no-card-fee policy means paying by card costs nothing extra.

Pick her carefully, because there's no change at the door. Read her profile, check her options, and ask the front desk. The shop's own tip is that the staff will tell you things the profile doesn't. Then make the confirmation call, or book on the web and skip it.

Skip it if the Millennial course is why you clicked. It costs ¥2,000 more and the roster didn't show anyone in that range. And skip it if you're staying in Shinagawa and only want 40 minutes: outside Gotanda the minimum is 100.

"Mom" opens at nine. For a Gotanda weekday, that's the best part of the deal.
