ウルトラホワイト (Ultra White) is a dispatch deriheru — delivery health, a woman sent to your hotel room — working out of Gotanda in Shinagawa-ku, listed on Cityheaven under the 五反田・目黒・白金 patch and covering all twenty-three Tokyo wards. It is one of a dozen shops in the Ultra Group, three of which sit in Gotanda alone. Its tagline is 「素人だってエロい」 — roughly, amateurs are hot too — which places it below the group's ウルトラロイヤル ("top-grade amateur deriheru") and beside sisters I've already been through: Ultra Blaze in Kinshicho, Ultra Platinum in Kabukicho, Ultra Dream in Shinjuku.
Small thing I enjoyed before I'd read a single price: the age-gate banner says ≪ウルトラグループ 全11店舗≫ and then lists twelve shop names underneath it, eleven of which are hyperlinked. Nobody updated the header when Kabukicho's ウルトララグジュアリー joined. It is the least consequential error on this site and the only one that costs nothing.
The shop
| Genre | デリヘル(スタンダード) — outcall delivery health |
| Base | 東京都五反田(品川区) — dispatch only, no storefront |
| Listed area | 五反田・目黒・白金 |
| Coverage | Tokyo's 23 wards; other areas by phone |
| Phone | 03-6431-8971 |
| Hours | 9:00–翌5:00, seven days, ※駆け込み大歓迎 (last-minute welcome) |
| Closed | 無し — none |
| Roster | 80名以上 per the Heaven data table |
| On today's board | 12 women, ages 18 to 22, earliest 9:00, latest running to 5:00 |
| Official | ultra-white.net |
| Concept | 素人だってエロい |
Twelve women on shift against a roster of eighty-plus is about fifteen percent — normal for an outcall house this size. What isn't normal is the age band. Not one woman on today's board is older than 22, and three are 18. Three new arrivals in the last three weeks, one of them listed 完全未経験 — no prior experience. For a shop selling "amateur," the roster is the concept, and the roster is consistent.
One genre note: Cityheaven files this as デリヘル, the shop's own page title says ホテヘル in one place and デリヘル in another, and the meta keywords sell 即尺・即プレイ・ノーパン・ノーブラ. The operation is outcall to your hotel. The keywords are the keywords.
The whole price board is one line of arithmetic
Eight rungs, split across two headings — ヘルスコース for the short end, ロングコース for the long. Here they are as printed, which is to say tax-exclusive:
| Course | Printed (税別) | With tax | ¥/min (tax-in) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 min | ¥13,000 | ¥14,300 | ¥286.00 |
| 70 min | ¥18,000 | ¥19,800 | ¥282.86 |
| 90 min | ¥23,000 | ¥25,300 | ¥281.11 |
| 110 min | ¥28,000 | ¥30,800 | ¥280.00 |
| 150 min | ¥38,000 | ¥41,800 | ¥278.67 |
| 180 min | ¥46,000 | ¥50,600 | ¥281.11 |
| 240 min | ¥61,000 | ¥67,100 | ¥279.58 |
| 300 min | ¥76,000 | ¥83,600 | ¥278.67 |
| 延長 20 min | ¥8,000 | ¥8,800 | ¥440.00 |
Now watch what happens when you difference the rungs. 50→70 is +¥5,000 for twenty minutes. 70→90, +¥5,000. 90→110, +¥5,000. 110→150 is +¥10,000 for forty. 180→240 is +¥15,000 for sixty. 240→300, +¥15,000 for sixty.
Every one of those is ¥250.00 a minute, exactly. Six steps, one rate, no drift. So I solved the whole board:
Price = ¥250 × minutes + ¥500 — for the 50, 70, 90, 110 and 150. Price = ¥250 × minutes + ¥1,000 — for the 180, 240 and 300.
Check it yourself. 250×50 + 500 = 13,000. 250×110 + 500 = 28,000. 250×150 + 500 = 38,000. 250×180 + 1,000 = 46,000. 250×240 + 1,000 = 61,000. 250×300 + 1,000 = 76,000. Eight rows, zero deviation, one discontinuity — a ¥500 bump in the constant that lands between 150 and 180.
I've audited a lot of these boards. Most are hand-tuned, with a psychologically round number here and a promotional dip there. This one was built by somebody who picked a per-minute rate, added a flat handling charge, and typed the results. The only human decision in the entire structure is where to put that ¥500 step.
The ¥500 step exists so that 180 is exactly two 90s
And it's a deliberate decision, because of what it buys:
| Pair | Half | Double | Ratio |
|---|---|---|---|
| 90 → 180 min | ¥23,000 | ¥46,000 | ×2.000 |
| 150 → 300 min | ¥38,000 | ¥76,000 | ×2.000 |
Both doublings are exact to the yen. They can only be exact if the constant doubles too — ¥500 to ¥1,000 — and the step is parked in precisely the one gap that makes both pairs work. Move it anywhere else on the board and one of those two ×2.000 relationships breaks.
The cost of that elegance is a dead rung. Per minute, the ladder should fall monotonically as you buy more; instead it bottoms at ¥278.67 (the 150), climbs back to ¥281.11 at 180, then falls again to ¥279.58 at 240 and back to ¥278.67 at 300. The three-hour course is a local maximum, priced identically per minute to the ninety-minute one, and dearer per minute than the 110 beneath it.
The 150 and the 300 are tied for the cheapest minute on the board, at ¥278.67 tax-in. The 180 is the worst long course on the board. It's still worth more than extending — see below — but if you're choosing between 150 and 180 on value, the 150 wins and costs ¥8,800 less.
The extension is a 60% penalty
延長 is ¥8,000 for twenty minutes — ¥400.00 a minute tax-excluded, ¥440.00 with tax. The ladder's own marginal rate for the identical twenty minutes is ¥250.00. So deciding late costs 60% more than deciding early, and because both figures are flat, the penalty is a constant:
| What you do | Total (税別) | Booked up front | Penalty |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 + 20 ext = 70 min | ¥21,000 | ¥18,000 | +¥3,000 |
| 70 + 20 ext = 90 min | ¥26,000 | ¥23,000 | +¥3,000 |
| 90 + 20 ext = 110 min | ¥31,000 | ¥28,000 | +¥3,000 |
| 110 + 40 ext = 150 min | ¥44,000 | ¥38,000 | +¥6,000 |
| 150 + 20 ext = 170 min | ¥46,000 | ¥46,000 (for 180) | +10 minutes lost |
That last row is my favourite. Extending the 150 by twenty minutes costs exactly what the 180 costs — so you pay the same money for 170 minutes instead of 180. The extension door and the front door meet at precisely one point on this board, and at that point the front door hands you ten free minutes.
Membership, nomination, and the fifty minutes that isn't ¥13,000
Three fees sit above the course, all tax-exclusive:
| Fee | 税別 | With tax |
|---|---|---|
| 入会金 (membership, first visit) | ¥3,000 | ¥3,300 |
| 予約指名 (booking a specific woman) | ¥2,000 | ¥2,200 |
| 本指名 (asking for her again) | ¥2,000 | ¥2,200 |
The two nomination fees are identical, and that's worth naming, because the trade convention is to charge more for 本指名 — loyalty usually carries a premium. Here, requesting the woman you saw last month costs exactly what picking a stranger off the site costs. No free-assignment rate is printed anywhere, which reads as ¥0.
So the fifty-minute rung, walked through honestly:
| Fifty minutes, first visit | Running total |
|---|---|
| Course, as advertised | ¥13,000 |
| + 入会金 | ¥16,000 |
| + 予約指名 | ¥18,000 |
| + 10% tax | ¥19,800 |
| + a hotel in Meguro-ku | ¥22,000 |
The advertised number is ¥13,000. The realistic number for a first-timer who wants to choose his own company and isn't standing in the Gotanda hotel block is ¥22,000 — 69% higher, every yen of it published somewhere.
Cityheaven's "regular price" is the honest one
The Heaven coupon widget carries a banner reading 22%OFF:50分18,000円 → 50分14,000円, and my first reaction was the usual one: inflated "regular" price, manufactured discount, ¥18,000 for a course the board sells at ¥13,000.
Wrong. Look:
¥13,000 course + ¥3,000 membership + ¥2,000 nomination = ¥18,000, tax excluded, exactly.
That ¥18,000 is not a markup. It is the true tax-exclusive cost of a first visit with a named woman, assembled correctly, to the yen — while the board's ¥13,000 is the partial figure. And ¥4,000 off ¥18,000 is 22.2%, so the "22%OFF" checks out too. The coupon widget is more honest about what fifty minutes costs than the shop's own price board is. I don't get to write that sentence often.
The ¥4,000 comes from the new-customer event, which is a two-step stack: say 「シティヘブンを見た」 at reception for ¥2,000 off the total, then show a MyHeaven shop-registration or newsletter-signup screen for another ¥2,000. Both together, ¥4,000. And then:
On a 90-minute course or longer, the new-customer discount becomes ¥5,000 — which is exactly ¥3,000 membership + ¥2,000 nomination.
Book the 90 on your first visit with a named woman and the discount annihilates both fees precisely, leaving you paying the board price and nothing but the board price: ¥23,000, or ¥25,300 with tax. That is either a very deliberate piece of design or the single luckiest coincidence on this page, and given what the course ladder looks like, I know which way I'd bet.
One wrinkle: the Heaven coupon is labelled 「※最安値¥4000割引!」 — lowest price, ¥4,000 off — while the shop's own events page offers ¥5,000 on 90+. The coupon calling itself the floor isn't the floor.
The morning board, where the 70 is the rung to skip
朝割, running 9:00 to 11:59:
| Course | Board (税別) | Morning (税別) | Cut | Morning ¥/min (tax-in) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 min | ¥13,000 | ¥10,000 | ¥3,000 | ¥220.00 |
| 70 min | ¥18,000 | ¥15,000 | ¥3,000 | ¥235.71 |
| 90 min | ¥23,000 | ¥19,000 | ¥4,000 | ¥232.22 |
| 110 min | ¥28,000 | ¥23,000 | ¥5,000 | ¥230.00 |
The discount inverts the ladder. On the standard board, longer is always cheaper per minute; before noon, the fifty is the cheapest rung by a distance (¥220.00 a minute against the board's best of ¥278.67 — a 21% improvement), and the seventy becomes the worst rung on the morning board, dearer per minute than both the 90 and the 110 above it. The marginal rate from 70 to 90 and from 90 to 110 drops to ¥200.00 a minute; from 50 to 70 it stays at ¥250.00. If you're up early and thinking about 70 minutes, buy 90.
And one number to keep in your head: before noon, 110 minutes costs ¥25,300 tax-in — which is exactly what 90 minutes costs at lunchtime. Twenty free minutes for setting an alarm.
The forty-minute course that isn't on the board
There's a 写真指名限定 offer, photo-nomination only, and it's the most confused thing on the site:
- The title says 「40分10,000円ポッキリ☆」. Pokkiri means flat, all-in, nothing else on top.
- The body says 「40分 11,000円!」.
- The next line says 「+別途税となります」 — tax extra.
- The line after that says 「※事前予約不可」 — no advance booking.
Read it as ¥10,000 plus tax and you get ¥11,000, which is the body figure, and the "tax extra" note is a redundant leftover. Read it literally — ¥11,000 plus tax — and you get ¥12,100. There is a ¥1,100 gap between two readings of the same four lines, and pokkiri sits at the top of it contradicting both, since 写真指名 is a nomination and nominations cost ¥2,000 on this board unless somebody says otherwise. Nobody says otherwise.
What's genuinely interesting is where ¥10,000 falls against the shop's own equation. ¥250 × 40 + ¥500 = ¥10,500. The promo is ¥500 under the line — the formula's constant, waived. Forty minutes at a flat ¥250.00 a minute, the pure rate with the handling fee stripped off. Whoever built this promo knew exactly what the board's formula was.
The option pack loses money on 10 of its 84 combinations
Sixteen options, all tax-exclusive:
| Price | Options |
|---|---|
The subset contains five ¥1,000 items, two ¥2,000 items, one ¥3,000 and one ¥4,000. Which means the pack is only a discount if the three things you actually want add up to more than ¥4,000 — and there are 84 ways to choose three:
| Your three items total | Combinations | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| ¥3,000 (three ¥1,000 items) | 10 | You pay ¥1,000 extra for the privilege |
| ¥4,000 | 20 | Exactly break-even |
| ¥5,000–¥9,000 | 54 | Saves ¥1,000 to ¥5,000 |
Ten of the eighty-four possible packs cost more than buying the same three items à la carte, and another twenty are pure wash. The best pack on the board is ウーマナイザー + 電マ + バイブ — ¥9,000 of options for ¥4,000, a 56% cut. The rule is simple enough to carry in your head: if the Womanizer is in your three, take the pack; if all three of your picks are ¥1,000 items, don't.
Two more notes. The pack excludes every "act" option except オナニー鑑賞 — 口内, 聖水, 即プレイ, コスプレ and the ¥7,000 動画撮影 are all outside it. And ニーハイ, at ¥1,000, is the only ¥1,000 garment not in the pack while パンスト and 網タイツ both are. There is no visible reason for that. Somebody typed a list.
Your hotel's ward, priced
Five bands, published as both a table and a colour-coded map of the twenty-three wards — genuinely more than most outcall shops bother with:
| Transport (税別) | Where |
|---|---|
| ¥0 | Hotels around Gotanda station |
| ¥1,000 | 品川区 and the hotels in front of Shinagawa station |
Three things fall out of that map.
Two of the five bands aren't defined by ward boundaries at all. The free band is "hotels around Gotanda station" — a vibe, not a line — and Setagaya is cut in half by 環七通り, Ring Road 7, with ¥1,000 riding on which side of the asphalt your hotel sits. Everything else is administrative; those two are geography by description.
The shop's own ward isn't free, and its own advertised patch isn't either. Gotanda station is in Shinagawa-ku, the free zone is a pocket inside Shinagawa-ku, and the rest of Shinagawa-ku is ¥1,000. Meanwhile the Heaven listing sells this shop as 五反田・目黒・白金 — and 目黒区 is the ¥2,000 band, while 白金 sits in Minato-ku, also ¥2,000. Two of the three neighbourhoods in its own headline cost ¥2,200 with tax to reach.
The ladder is clean. ¥0/1,000/2,000/3,000/4,000 with no skipped rung and no ¥5,000 outer band — the full twenty-three wards inside a ¥4,000 spread (¥4,400 with tax) is a tighter map than most Gotanda outcall houses publish. On the ¥14,300 fifty-minute rung, though, a ¥4,400 fee is still a 31% surcharge on the course.
What the board doesn't say
Payment methods. Anywhere. Cash or card is stated on no page of the shop's site I could read, and there's no card row in the Heaven data table. On a board that runs to ¥83,600 for a five-hour course, that's the first thing I'd ask on the phone.
The cancellation policy. The site's navigation runs ホーム / 出勤表 / 女の子 / 料金システム / イベント / 写メ日記 / 求人 / WEB予約 / 口コミ — there is no terms or how-to-play page at all, and no cancellation clause on the price image. A shop can charge you 100% on the day; this one doesn't publish that it will or won't.
Whether the discounts stack. Only 予約保険 says outright that it can't be combined. Whether the ¥4,000 new-customer stack survives contact with the morning discount is unaddressed, and the two of them together on a 50 would be most of the course.
Whether the "total" discounts come off before or after tax. The new-customer event says 総額より — off the grand total — and the morning event quotes its 50-minute cut tax-inclusive but its 70/90/110 cuts tax-exclusive. On ¥5,000 that ambiguity is worth ¥500.
Whether the 40-minute promo carries its nomination fee, which is the difference between ¥11,000 and ¥13,200 on a course that requires a photo nomination to qualify.
Whether extensions cap. Two rungs aren't priced; one is, and nothing says how many times you may buy it.
The ノーパンノーブラ and 即尺 courses, which the morning event names as 大人気 — hugely popular — and which appear nowhere on the price board. 即プレイ is a ¥3,000 option; the others are course names with no course prices.
Every published rate, ranked
Per minute, tax included, cheapest first:
| ¥/min | What it buys |
|---|---|
| ¥220.00 | 朝割 50 min — the cheapest minute in the shop |
| ¥230.00 | 朝割 110 min |
| ¥232.22 | 朝割 90 min |
| ¥235.71 | 朝割 70 min — the worst morning rung |
| ¥275.00 | 写真指名限定 40 min · the ladder's own marginal rate, ¥250 net of tax |
| ¥278.67 | Board 150 min and 300 min — the cheapest standard rungs |
| ¥279.58 | Board 240 min |
| ¥280.00 | Board 110 min |
| ¥281.11 | Board 90 min · board 180 min (identical) |
| ¥282.86 | Board 70 min |
| ¥286.00 | Board 50 min |
| ¥440.00 | 20-minute extension — the priciest minute on the board |
Top to bottom that's a 2.0× spread, and note how little of it lives on the board itself: the eight standard rungs span ¥278.67 to ¥286.00, a range of 2.6%. Essentially all the variance in this shop's pricing is in the promotions and the extension.
What it costs, all in
The advertised entry. 50 minutes: ¥13,000 — a figure nobody pays.
The real entry. 50 minutes, free assignment, first visit, Gotanda hotel: 13,000 + 3,000 membership, +10% = ¥17,600. ¥352.00 a minute.
The best first visit. 90 minutes, named woman, both new-customer steps claimed, Gotanda hotel: 23,000 + 3,000 + 2,000 − 5,000 = 23,000, +10% = ¥25,300. The discount cancels the membership and the nomination exactly, so you pay the board and only the board.
The best value in the building. 朝割, 110 minutes, free assignment, Gotanda hotel, member: ¥25,300 — the same money as the ninety above, for twenty more minutes. Set an alarm.
A realistic member booking. 90 minutes, 本指名, hotel in Meguro: 23,000 + 2,000 + 2,000, +10% = ¥29,700. ¥330.00 a minute.
The geography tax. 50 minutes, 本指名, first visit, hotel in Edogawa: 13,000 + 2,000 + 3,000 + 4,000, +10% = ¥24,200 for fifty minutes — ¥484.00 a minute, and only ¥14,300 of it is the course.
The one I'd book. 150 minutes, 予約指名, Gotanda hotel, second visit onward: 38,000 + 2,000, +10% = ¥44,000. ¥293.33 a minute for two and a half hours, on the joint-cheapest rung the board sells, with the woman I picked.
The top of the board. 300 minutes with a nomination, Gotanda hotel: ¥85,800, five hours, cancellation terms unpublished.
Verdict
- Board internals: ★★★★★ — eight rungs, one equation, ¥250 a minute plus a constant, and a ¥500 step placed exactly where it makes both 180=2×90 and 300=2×150 land to the yen. I have not audited a cleaner structure this year.
- Board honesty: ★★☆☆☆ — and then it's printed tax-exclusive on a JPEG, with the disclaimer in the smallest type on the page. Every headline in this shop is 10% short of what you'll pay, and the ¥13,000 entry rung is really ¥17,600 on a first visit.
- Fee disclosure: ★★★☆☆ — the ward map is better than most of the outcall trade manages and the nomination fees are flat and stated. Docked hard for no payment method and no cancellation policy anywhere on the site.
- Coupon honesty: ★★★★☆ — the Heaven "regular ¥18,000" reconciles perfectly as course + membership + nomination, the 22% checks out, and the ¥5,000 tier on 90+ is exactly the two fees it cancels. Docked for a coupon labelled 最安値 that isn't the best offer available.
- Event copy: ★★☆☆☆ — a morning box that quotes one rung tax-in and three rungs tax-out, and a 40-minute promo that says pokkiri, then prints two prices, then adds tax.
- Value: ★★★★☆ — before noon this is genuinely cheap for central Tokyo, and the 150 is the rung the whole board is built around. After noon it's ordinary, and the ¥440-a-minute extension is where the money leaks.
- Roster fit: ★★★★☆ — twelve women on shift, none over 22, three arrivals in three weeks, one with no prior experience. Whatever else this operation gets wrong, it is not confused about what it's selling.
- Going back: ○ — 150 minutes, named, hotel inside the free zone, and I'd ask about the card on the phone first.
What I keep turning over is how two halves of the same shop can be built by such different hands. The price ladder is a piece of engineering — one rate, one constant, one deliberate discontinuity, eight rows that all check out. The pages around it are a scrapbook: a header that says eleven and lists twelve, a pokkiri price with tax on top, one event box quoting the yen two ways, an option pack that quietly overcharges ten of its eighty-four buyers, and the single most important line on the board — all prices exclude tax — set in type you could miss on a phone.
The equation is doing the honest work here. Multiply by 1.1, add ¥3,000 the first time, add ¥2,000 if you want to choose, and check the map before you book the room. Then the number stops moving.
