SHINJUKU GALDELI, Kabukicho: The Loudest Discount on the Page Is the Worst One, and the Cheapest Minute Belongs to Whoever Started Today

SHINJUKU GALDELI prints a ¥5,000 OFF banner in its own shop-info panel and three coupons one tab away. The banner is the worst of the four — a first-timer who obeys it pays ¥1,000 more for ten fewer minutes than the coupon sitting under the same review requirement. I priced all seventeen ways to buy a minute here, found a 75% spread, and worked out why the shop's own recommended course is the weakest rung on its own ladder.

SHINJUKU GALDELI, Kabukicho: The Loudest Discount on the Page Is the Worst One, and the Cheapest Minute Belongs to Whoever Started Today
Elon
ElonEvery Kabukicho listing has a loud part and a quiet part. The loud part is whatever the shop stamped in red on its own info panel. The quiet part is the coupon tab, which almost nobody opens because it's the seventh item in a menu of eleven. At SHINJUKU GALDELI the loud part says ¥5,000 OFF and asks you to write a review. The quiet part holds three coupons, two of which also ask you to write a review — and both beat the banner. One of them beats it by ¥1,000 and ten minutes, for identical homework. I spent a Monday afternoon on the Yasukuni-dori side of the block turning this page into yen-per-minute, and the spread between the best and the worst way to buy the exact same minute in this shop came out at 75%.

The shop, in facts I can point at

SHINJUKU GALDELI ~新宿ギャルデリ~ is a delivery health shop filed under 新宿・歌舞伎町 — Shinjuku-Kabukicho — phone 03-5944-9005, hours printed as 12:00~06:00, closed days: 無し, none, year-round. It dispatches to hotels or your home, anywhere in the 23 wards, with anything outside the wards "negotiable." The group site is nyandafullgroup.com.

The concept is stated without much subtlety: ここは歌舞伎町 / BLACK DIAMOND × WHITE DIAMOND の融合 — black gal and white gal, tanned and pale, a gal shop that wants you to pick a skin tone before you pick a woman. Everything in the copy is shouted at "アニキ," big brother. It is the house voice, and it is consistent from the header to the FAQ.

The roster page gives the first honest number on the site: 48 women, displayed 1 through 48, no pagination games. Of those, the site's own filters count 18 waiting or on shift today, 31 with a photo diary, and — hold onto this one — 新人(1). One newcomer.

For scale: the same site counts 118 shops and 12,298 women across Shinjuku-Kabukicho. That's an average of about 104 women per shop. GALDELI's 48 is under half the neighborhood average. This is not a warehouse. It's a mid-sized room, and that matters later, when one of the coupons asks you to gamble on the roster sight unseen.

The board

Here is the entire in-room price list as published, with the two mandatory fees the listing keeps in a separate box below it:

Course Printed + entry ¥2,000 + nomination ¥2,000 All-in ¥/min
60 min ¥23,000 ¥4,000 ¥27,000 ¥450.00
75 min ¥28,000 ¥4,000 ¥32,000 ¥426.67
90 min ¥34,000 ¥4,000 ¥38,000 ¥422.22
120 min ¥44,000 ¥4,000 ¥48,000 ¥400.00
180 min ¥66,000 ¥4,000 ¥70,000 ¥388.89

I'm not guessing at the all-in column. The shop's own beginner FAQ does the arithmetic for me: 大人気90分コース!入会金、指名料諸々込みで38000円! — the popular 90-minute course, entry and nomination and everything included, ¥38,000. That's ¥34,000 + ¥2,000 + ¥2,000. The math checks, which means the ¥4,000 is unavoidable and belongs in every number on this page.

Now look at the steps rather than the totals. What does each additional block of time actually cost?

Step Extra minutes Extra yen ¥/min for the step
60 → 75 15 ¥5,000 ¥333.33
75 → 90 15 ¥6,000 ¥400.00
90 → 120 30 ¥10,000 ¥333.33
120 → 180 60 ¥22,000 ¥366.67

The ladder is nearly flat at ¥333 a minute — except for one rung. The fifteen minutes that take you from 75 to 90 cost ¥400 each, twenty percent above every neighbor. And the 90 is precisely the course the shop's FAQ tells a first-timer to buy.

It isn't a scam; the 90's average rate (¥422/min) is still marginally better than the 75's (¥427/min). But the quarter hour you're buying to get there is the most expensive quarter hour on the single-woman ladder. If you're already at 75 and thinking about an upgrade, skip past 90 and go to 120 — those next thirty minutes are back down at ¥333.

The tab nobody clicks

The shop-info panel — the block with the phone number, the one that loads with the page — carries this, in red, under a header reading オープン記念, opening commemoration:

口コミ割りで更にお得に遊ぼう! 60分 ¥27,000 ↓ ¥5,000 OFF/75分 ¥32,000 ↓ ¥5,000 OFF/90分 ¥38,000 ↓ ¥5,000 OFF オールタイム!いつでも! ※他割引の併用不可 ※ホテル代別途 ※口コミ投稿必須

All-time, always, ¥5,000 off, review mandatory. Note that it quotes the all-in prices — ¥27,000, ¥32,000, ¥38,000 — so the discount does come off the real number, not the shelf number. Fine. That gives:

Banner deal All-in ¥/min
60 min ¥22,000 ¥366.67
75 min ¥27,000 ¥360.00
90 min ¥33,000 ¥366.67

Respectable. Roughly ¥90 a minute better than list. And it is the worst discount this shop offers.

Click クーポン, seventh item in the nav, and three coupons are sitting there, all dated 2026/04/30 ~ 無期限 — valid from the end of April, no expiry. Every one of them zeroes the ¥2,000 entry fee and the ¥2,000 nomination fee outright, and every one of them adds ten free minutes:

★★極・フリー割★★ — badge says 37% OFF. Say "フリー割" when you call. 60+10 → ¥20,000, 75+10 → ¥24,000, 90+10 → ¥28,000. No combining, transport extra. The word フリー is the catch: free choice means the shop's free choice, not yours. You take who's available.

★★新人割★★ — badge says 43% OFF. Ask for it by name: 『鬼がかった新人割』. 60→70 min ¥18,000, 75→85 ¥22,000, 90→100 ¥27,000. Conditions: 口コミ必須 (review required), 本指名利用不可 (not valid on a woman you've already requested by name before), no combining.

★☆ご新規様限定☆★ — badge says 33% OFF. Say "新規割." 60→70 ¥21,000, 75→85 ¥25,000, 90→100 ¥30,000. Review required, and the ¥5,000 comes back as cash after you show staff your posted review, same day only. Uniquely, this one is marked 全てのコース対応可能 — valid on every course.

Put all seventeen prices on one axis and the shop looks like a completely different business:

Way to buy Minutes All-in ¥/min What it costs you besides money
新人割 70 ¥18,000 ¥257.14 newcomer only, no repeat nomination, review
新人割 85 ¥22,000 ¥258.82 same
新人割 100 ¥27,000 ¥270.00 same
フリー割 100 ¥28,000 ¥280.00 you don't choose the woman
フリー割 85 ¥24,000 ¥282.35 same
フリー割 70 ¥20,000 ¥285.71 same
新規割 85 ¥25,000 ¥294.12 first visit only, review
新規割 70 ¥21,000 ¥300.00 same
新規割 100 ¥30,000 ¥300.00 same
口コミ割 (banner) 75 ¥27,000 ¥360.00 review
口コミ割 (banner) 60 ¥22,000 ¥366.67 review
口コミ割 (banner) 90 ¥33,000 ¥366.67 review
List 180 ¥70,000 ¥388.89 nothing
List 120 ¥48,000 ¥400.00 nothing
List 90 ¥38,000 ¥422.22 nothing
List 75 ¥32,000 ¥426.67 nothing
List 60 ¥27,000 ¥450.00 nothing

¥257.14 at the top, ¥450.00 at the bottom. Seventy-five percent. Same shop, same women, same hour of the same night.

And here is the one that should annoy you. The banner and the 新規割 coupon demand exactly the same thing — post a review. For a first-time customer the banner gives 60 minutes for ¥22,000; the coupon gives 70 minutes for ¥21,000. A thousand yen less, ten minutes more, identical homework. The only difference is whether you scrolled.

What those badges are measured against

The coupons wear big percentages: 37%, 43%, 33%. Where do they come from? Not from the course they replace.

The フリー割 sells you 70 minutes for ¥20,000. The course it upgrades is the 60, all-in ¥27,000 — that's 26% off, not 37%. But ¥20,000 against the 75-minute all-in of ¥32,000 is 37.5%. There it is. Same yardstick on the 新人割: ¥18,000 against ¥27,000 is 33%; against ¥32,000 it's 43.75%. The badge quotes the second number.

Measured honestly — against the course you'd otherwise have bought — the three coupons are 26%, 33% and 22% off. Which is still good. The discounts are real; only the badges are inflated, and they're inflated by exactly one rung of the ladder, consistently, which tells me somebody built these with a spreadsheet rather than a dartboard.

One correction runs the other way, and it's the funniest line on the page. The 新人割 advertises 最大8000円割引 — up to ¥8,000 off. Its own table shows ¥9,000 off the 60, ¥10,000 off the 75 and ¥11,000 off the 90, before you count the ten free minutes. It is the only number on this listing that undersells itself, by ¥3,000.

What it actually costs to choose

The price list says nomination is ¥2,000. That is the printed price of pointing at a photograph and saying her.

Now price it through the coupons, which is where the real number lives. Compare the two deals that differ mainly in whether you get to pick:

  • フリー割, 100 minutes, ¥28,000 — you don't choose.
  • 口コミ割, 90 minutes, ¥33,000 — you choose freely, any day, any woman.

Five thousand yen more for ten fewer minutes. ¥280.00 a minute against ¥366.67. The right to choose, priced by the shop's own coupon structure on a repeat visit, runs ¥86.67 per minute — about ¥7,800 over ninety minutes, or a shade under four times the ¥2,000 the price list admits to.

The full ladder is really a ladder of how much choice you're willing to surrender:

You give up… Best rate
All choice (フリー) ¥280/min
Choice limited to newcomers, no repeats, plus a review (新人割) ¥257/min
Nothing but a review, and you've never been here (新規割) ¥294/min
Nothing but a review, and you're a regular (口コミ割) ¥360/min
Nothing at all ¥389/min

Read that column top to bottom and the shop's actual pricing philosophy falls out. Flexibility is the product being sold. The women are priced identically; what varies is how much of your own decision-making you hand back at the door.

There is one offer aimed squarely at the regular, and I'll get to it below with the other events, but here's the spoiler: it waives the ¥2,000 nomination fee if you come back inside a month, it can't be combined with anything, and it therefore prices a returning customer's 90 minutes at ¥36,000 — ¥400.00 a minute, worse than simply writing a review. There is no exit from the top of this table.

The newcomer, who started today

The cheapest minute in the building — ¥257.14 — requires a 新人. On the day I read this page, the roster filter says 新人(1). One.

The 新人情報 block names her: 9/7入店, entered today. Twenty-one. Listed as 洋彫りオシャンだぜ忍. The weekly board has her on shift 19:00–05:00 — a ten-hour first day.

So the arithmetic that produces the best value at this shop currently resolves to a single person, who clocked on for the first time this afternoon. That's not a criticism; it's just what "43% OFF" means once you follow it to the end. A discount contingent on novelty is a discount with a roster of one, and it evaporates the moment she stops being new.

Two things follow. If the newcomer discount is the reason you're calling, call while there is a newcomer — check the 新人 filter before you dial, because on a different Monday that number is zero and the coupon is decorative. And note the 本指名利用不可 clause: it's a first-date coupon by design. Use it twice on the same woman and you've become a regular, which costs ¥100 a minute more.

The clock argues with itself

The header says 12:00~06:00. Eighteen hours a day, every day, no closed days.

Scroll to the shop's own information block, on the same page, and it says: 営業時間:12時〜翌6時(最終受付24時) — last reception, midnight.

Those are not the same claim. One promises eighteen bookable hours; the other closes the phone line after twelve of them.

So I counted. Here is Monday's board — nineteen names — resolved into how many women are actually on the clock, hour by hour:

Hour 12:00 15:00 18:00 20:00 22:00 00:00 02:00 04:00 05:00
Women on shift 3 7 8 11 14 10 10 8 1

The shop peaks at 22:00 with fourteen. It opens at noon with three. And it ends with exactly one woman working the final hour — 鏡花水月, 20, down for 19:00–06:00, the longest shift on the board at eleven hours. Today's average shift runs 7.9 hours; the shortest is a two-hour 20:30–22:30 block that was already marked 受付終了, reception closed, when I looked.

Here's the part that decides which of the two clocks to believe: ten of today's nineteen are scheduled past midnight. Over half the working roster is on shift during hours the shop's own text says you can no longer book into. Either the 最終受付24時 line is stale, or those late shifts exist to absorb bookings placed before the cutoff. My read, from the shape of the board: the midnight cutoff is real for new calls, and the 01:00–05:00 block is extension time for sessions already running. If you want a 180-minute course to finish inside published hours, the last clean start is around 03:00 — which you cannot book at 03:00. Call before midnight, or don't plan on the small hours.

The week, meanwhile, is not flat:

Mon 9/7 Tue 9/8 Wed 9/9 Thu 9/10 Fri 9/11 Sat 9/12 Sun 9/13
Women on the board 19 15 16 14 20 24 13

Thirty women publish a schedule across the seven days; ages run 18 to 26, averaging 20.8, with twelve of the thirty aged exactly 20. Saturday is nearly double Thursday.

Pair that with the フリー割 and you get a genuinely useful rule. The no-choice coupon is a bet on the roster, and the roster is 24 deep on Saturday and 13 deep on Sunday — for the identical ¥20,000. Same price, wildly different odds. If you're taking the coupon that removes your choice, take it on the night with the most women in it.

Geography can eat a whole coupon

Transport is charged in five bands, and the top band is not small:

Where you are Fee
Love hotels around Kabukicho / Okubo Station ¥0
Rest of Shinjuku-ku ¥2,000
Shibuya, Nakano, Toshima, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Minato ¥3,000
Shinagawa, Meguro, Setagaya, Suginami, Nerima, Itabashi, Kita, Arakawa, Taito, Chuo, Sumida, Koto ¥4,000
Ota, Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa ¥5,000
Outside the 23 wards negotiable

Home delivery is offered, with the caveat that it's woman-by-woman — some accept it, some don't. Ask the desk.

Now run the numbers, because this band structure is strong enough to overturn the entire coupon table. Take that best-in-shop 新人割 booking, 70 minutes for ¥18,000:

  • In a Kabukicho love hotel: ¥18,000 → ¥257.14/min
  • At your place in Edogawa-ku: ¥23,000 → ¥328.57/min

Eight kilometres east and the cheapest deal in the building has become worse than the フリー割 in Kabukicho (¥285.71), which required no review, no newcomer and no coupon-hunting at all. A ¥5,000 transport charge doesn't shave the discount — it demotes you an entire tier.

The corollary is blunt, and it's the most actionable line in this piece: at this shop, the cheapest room in Tokyo is a love hotel within a few minutes' walk of the shop's own dispatch point. The hotel charge is separate and yours to pay either way (※ホテル代別途), but the delivery is free, and free delivery is worth more here than most of the coupons.

Four events, and the arithmetic of taking one

The events tab holds four more offers, every one of them dated 7/1(水)~ with no end date, and every one of them carrying the same two lines of small print: ※他割引併用不可 — not combinable with other discounts — and ※プレミアム指名料の女性対応不可.

Read that second clause again, because it's doing something the price board doesn't. It excludes women who carry a premium nomination fee. The price list prints exactly one nomination fee: ¥2,000. Nowhere on the system page is there a premium tier, a second rate, or any indication of which women carry one. Three of the four events are conditioned on a fee that the shop never publishes. Ask what the premium nomination fee is, and who has it, before you plan a booking around any of this.

Here are the four:

Event What you get How to claim
歌舞伎町ならタダでいいっしょ! Transport free in Kabukicho, any course. Participation conditions: 特になし — none nothing to say
お帰りアニキ★また来るって言ったよね? Return within one month: ¥2,000 off nomination, any course say 『リピーター割』 on the phone
雨ニモ負ケズ★GALニ会エ Rainy days only: transport free, any course net reservation, say 『雨の日割』
平成ギャルただいま降臨!! Free uniform + loose socks, any course net reservation, password 『平成ギャル』

Now price them, because "not combinable" means every one of these is a choice against the coupon tab.

歌舞伎町ならタダでいいっしょ gives you free transport in Kabukicho. The standard transport table already gives you free transport to love hotels around Kabukicho and Okubo Station. If you're at one of those hotels, this event hands you ¥0 and, by taking it, costs you the ¥18,000 新人割 or the ¥20,000 フリー割. It is an offer with no conditions, no expiry, and — for the exact customer it names — no value.

雨の日割 is the same shape with weather attached. Rainy day, net reservation, free transport. In Kabukicho: worth ¥0, blocks every coupon. In Edogawa-ku: worth ¥5,000, which is real — but the 新人割 out there was already ¥23,000 all-in against a list price of ¥32,000, so you'd be trading a ¥14,000 saving for a ¥5,000 one. The rain event only makes sense for someone paying list price in a far ward, which is the most expensive way to use this shop.

平成ギャル is the one honest bargain in the set. Uniform and loose socks free — loose socks are a ¥1,000 option on the board, and cosplay is another ¥1,000, so call it ¥2,000 of value. Still less than every coupon, and still not combinable.

リピーター割 waives the ¥2,000 nomination for a return visit inside a month. That's the offer built for exactly the customer stuck at the top of my price ladder, and it moves them from ¥422.22/min to ¥400.00/min on the 90 — while the 口コミ割 they'd have to give up gets them to ¥366.67. The loyalty offer is worth less than the review offer, and you can't have both.

There's a pattern here and it's not subtle. Every offer this shop advertises outside the coupon tab is worth between ¥0 and ¥2,000, and every one of them voids access to offers worth ¥7,000 to ¥14,000. The rule writes itself: on a Kabukicho booking, never claim an event.

The options board, and the one clause that isn't priced in yen

Options are grouped into flat tiers:

Tier Items
¥1,000 each anal licking, panties to take home, one photo (below the neck only), loose socks, knee-high boots, baby oil, cosplay
¥2,000 each rotor, spit, sweats, trampling, meet-up
¥3,000 each wand vibe, vibrator, urination, masturbation, facial
¥4,000 鬼ギャルコース (the "demon gal" course — the shop's own copy describes trampling, verbal abuse and face-sitting)
¥5,000 each swallowing, immediate oral, SP
¥10,000 撮影コース (photo course)
¥10,000 AF

Two observations. 待ち合わせ — meet-up — is ¥2,000. At a delivery shop, being met somewhere rather than opening a door is a paid extra; budget for it if you were picturing a lobby. And the ¥1,000 "one photo, below the neck" sits at one-tenth the price of the ¥10,000 photo course, which is a reasonable spread — until you read the photo course's terms:

・お客様の身分証(免許等)の提示(コピー取) ・カメラは1台とさせて頂きます ・カメラはお客様ご持参のものとさせていただきます。・カメラの故障、紛失などその他機材の管理は、お客様責任とさせて頂きます。

Your ID — driver's licence or equivalent — presented and copied. One camera, yours, and any damage or loss is on you.

I'm not going to editorialise about whether that's reasonable; a shop letting a stranger photograph its staff has obvious reasons to know who the stranger is. I'll just make sure you noticed that the price is not ¥10,000. The price is ¥10,000 plus a photocopy of your legal identity, held by a delivery health business for an unstated period. That's the only line item on this entire page whose cost isn't denominated in yen, and it's printed in the smallest type on the board.

One more gap worth a phone call: the shop's own promo copy pitches an 【SPコース】 as 時間無制限+全オプション無料解放 — unlimited time, all options unlocked free. The price list contains no SP course. It contains "SP" as a ¥5,000 option, filed alongside swallowing and immediate oral. Those two things cannot both be true at ¥5,000. Ask what SP is before you assume you've just bought the night.

Two women, and the same weak rung

The 3P board:

Course Single 3P Second woman costs 3P ¥/min
60 min ¥23,000 ¥52,000 ¥29,000 (+26%) ¥866.67
75 min ¥28,000 ¥62,000 ¥34,000 (+21%) ¥826.67
90 min ¥34,000 ¥76,000 ¥42,000 (+24%) ¥844.44
120 min ¥44,000 ¥98,000 ¥54,000 (+23%) ¥816.67
180 min ¥66,000 ¥142,000 ¥76,000 (+15%) ¥788.89

The second woman consistently costs more than the first — 15% to 26% more — which is the opposite of how a lot of Tokyo shops price a double, and worth knowing before you assume a 3P is "two for slightly less than two."

And look at that ¥/min column: 866.67, 826.67, 844.44, 816.67, 788.89. It descends, jumps, then descends again. The 90-minute rung is the only one that costs more per minute than the rung below it — exactly the same defect as the single ladder. Priced as a step, the fifteen minutes from 75 to 90 in a 3P run ¥933.33 a minute, the most expensive quarter hour anywhere on this listing. Whoever built this board built both ladders with the same bump at 90, and then the FAQ went and recommended the 90.

None of the three coupons prints a 3P price. The 新規割 claims 全てのコース対応可能 — all courses — so a first-timer may have a case; the other two show single-woman tables only. Ask, don't assume.

Cancellation, which is stricter than it looks

ご予約当日の2時間前までのキャンセル:ご利用料金の50% ご予約当日の2時間以内のキャンセル:100% 無断キャンセル:100%(今後のご利用をお断りする場合がございます)

Fifty percent is a heavy fee for a same-day cancellation made in good time — plenty of shops in this ward charge nothing until much closer in. Cancel that ¥18,000 booking at two hours and one minute out and you owe ¥9,000 for a session that never happened.

To the shop's credit, the exemptions are printed and specific: illness where 医療機関の受診履歴等の確認が可能な場合 — you can document a clinic visit — plus disasters or major transit disruption, provable, plus anything staff judge unavoidable. That's more generous than the usual silence on the subject, and it's the second sign today that somebody at this operation writes their terms properly. The first was the coupon percentages being wrong in a mathematically consistent direction.

The review economy has produced five reviews

Three of the four discounts on this page — 口コミ割, 新人割, 新規割 — require you to post a review. The entire cheap end of the price ladder is built on customer-generated content.

The review page carries five reviews. Dated June 5, June 16, July 8, July 26 and August 30, 2026. Five, across a 48-woman roster, in just under three months — one every eighteen days. Five women out of 48 have any review at all.

I can't tell you why. Maybe the requirement is enforced loosely; maybe most people take the フリー割, which is the only discount with no homework attached, and go home. But it's worth saying plainly, because it changes how to read this listing: the offers demanding proof of a review are not being taken up in visible numbers. If you do write one, you're a rare enough event that the desk will remember it.

While you're auditing dates: the coupons are stamped 2026/04/30, no expiry, the events all read 2026/7/1, the pinned "pickup" item is the April nomination ranking, and the banner discount is still labelled オープン記念 in September. The most recent thing on this page by a wide margin is the newcomer who joined this afternoon.

How I'd actually buy it

Reading a Kabukicho listing is mostly the work of finding out what the shop would rather you didn't compare. Here, it's the banner against the coupon tab.

If you've never called them before: ask for 新規割 by name. ¥21,000, 70 minutes, entry and nomination waived, full choice of the roster, and the ¥5,000 comes back in cash same-day when you show your posted review. It beats the banner by ¥1,000 and ten minutes on identical terms, and it's the only coupon marked valid across every course.

If price is the whole point: 新人割, ¥18,000 for 70 minutes, ¥257 a minute, the cheapest thing here by ¥23/min. Check the 新人 filter first — today it says one.

If you genuinely don't mind who answers the door: フリー割 at ¥20,000 for 70, ¥280 a minute, no review, no restrictions, no newcomer requirement. Take it on a Saturday, when 24 women are on the board rather than Sunday's 13. Best risk-adjusted deal on the page.

If you're a regular who wants one specific woman: you're in the ¥360–367/min lane and there's no way out of it. The coupon that saves real money explicitly bars 本指名, and the loyalty event that looks like your escape hatch is worth ¥2,000 and can't be stacked. That's the shop's design, not an oversight.

Never claim an event on a Kabukicho booking. Three of the four are worth ¥0–2,000 there, all four block the coupon tab, and three of them turn on a premium nomination fee the price list doesn't publish.

Whatever you pick: book a love hotel by Kabukicho or Okubo — free delivery, and the alternative runs to ¥5,000 — call before midnight, and step past the 90-minute course. It's the one rung on both ladders where the extra minutes are overpriced, and it's the one the shop recommends.

Eighteen published hours, forty-eight women, seventeen ways to buy a minute, four events that mostly cost you money to accept, and a 75% spread between the best and the worst of them. Everything you need is on the page. It just isn't on the part of the page written in red.
