It was the third week of October and Shin-Okubo had already gone full Halloween. Plastic bats over the cosmetics shops on Okubo-dori, a hotteok stand selling something orange, and a group of college kids in matching inflatable dinosaur suits trying to get through the ticket gate at once. The whole neighborhood was in costume a week and a half early, and so was the event page of BBW (ビービーダブリュー), the plus-size deriheru (delivery health, outcall only) that Cityheaven files under 大久保・新大久保.
I already wrote up this branch in August, and that piece was about the base price grid. I won't redo it. The short version is that nine course families all sit on one ladder plus flat surcharges. This time I ignored the standing grid and looked only at what was new: the Halloween-week board plus the coupons running alongside it. I wanted to know which October deal wins, for whom, and by how much.
The fixed facts first. The phone is 03-5155-1251 and reception runs 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. The brief is still 巨乳巨尻ぽっちゃり痴女, a busty, big-hipped, plus-size chijo (a woman who takes the lead). The first page of the roster backs that up without exception. I saw cup sizes from F all the way to Q, plus several women whose bust line runs past 140 cm.
The fee schedule you need in your head
Every October deal is measured against these numbers from BBW's own system page:

Deal one: "Halloween Night," 120 minutes, ¥27,000
The headline plan is ハロウィンナイト☆120分 27,000円. It bundles nomination, transport and the entry fee into one price and promises to send the shop's "いたずら好き痴女" (mischief-loving chijo, on brand for the season) anywhere in the 23 wards. Repeat nomination is extra. So is transport beyond 8 km.
So what does the same two hours cost off the plan? Take a first-timer who nominates a specific woman: ¥22,000 + ¥2,000 entry + ¥1,000 nomination = ¥25,000 before transport. When I priced this branch in August, transport ran free within 0.8 km, then ¥1,500 to 1.5 km, ¥2,000 to 3 km, ¥3,000 to 5 km and ¥4,000 to 8 km. Plug those in:

This is the part I like. The plan is honest about its pitch, "遠方でも" (even if you're far away), and the arithmetic agrees: it's a transport subsidy, not a discount. If you're in a love hotel two blocks from Shin-Okubo station, the Halloween plan is the most expensive way to buy those two hours. If you're in a business hotel out in Ikebukuro, Shinagawa or across the river, it's a modest win of up to ¥2,000.
For a returning customer who has already paid the entry fee (confirm on the phone that it's one-time, as entry fees usually are), the off-plan price drops to ¥23,000 plus transport. Then the plan only ties at the 8 km edge and loses everywhere closer. Regulars should skip it.
Deal two: the review coupon quietly beats it
Running at the same time, valid 2026/10/21–10/22: 【口コ書いて】120 minutes for ¥20,000, open to new customers and members, with the entry fee and nomination included. Repeat nomination is extra, and so is transport. The featured woman on the coupon was 天照 (Amaterasu, 36, a listed N-cup).
Add even the 8 km transport fee to it and you get ¥24,000, ¥3,000 under the Halloween plan at its best. Inside the free zone it's ¥20,000 flat, seven thousand under Halloween Night. The price is a written review afterward. Whether that's free depends on how you feel about homework.
One thing to check on the phone. The coupon's banner says the "regular" price is ¥27,000, but its own itemized row lists ¥25,000. The ¥25,000 is the one that matches the fee schedule (course + entry + nomination). The ¥27,000 happens to be exactly the Halloween price, which is either a coincidence or a reused graphic.
Deal three: the costume pack is ¥1,000 off, not ¥5,000
ぬるぬるっ仮装パック is the most Halloween thing on the board: the lotion bath, a micro-bikini and a 獣耳カチューシャ (animal-ear headband) in one bundle. The shop says it's "normally ¥10,000" and calls ¥5,000 a 赤字大特価, a loss-leader price. It adds that you won't know which ears she brings until she arrives, which is a fun line.
The option list prices it differently. The lotion bath is ¥4,000 and a cosplay (the micro-bikini is on the costume list) is ¥2,000, so that's ¥6,000 for the two parts that have prices. The ears have no price because they aren't sold separately. Against ¥6,000, the pack saves you ¥1,000. If you're a mail-magazine member, the starred cosplay option is half price, the pair costs ¥5,000 anyway, and the pack saves you nothing, apart from the ears.
It's still a reasonable add-on if you were going to order the lotion bath, the shop's own top-ranked option. Just know the "¥10,000" is a number nobody actually charges. Say "仮装パック" when you book.
Deal four: the web booking, and the day-before ten minutes
WEB予約割: 85 minutes for ¥14,000, web booking only, entry fee and nomination extra. If you book the day before, you also get +10 minutes.
For a first-timer that's ¥14,000 + ¥2,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥17,000. That's worse than the standing new-customer coupon, 85 minutes for ¥15,000 all-in, which also includes a cosplay of the shop's choosing (コスプレお任せ). Its featured woman was 苺 (Ichigo, 20, a listed J-cup), whose roster tagline bills her return as "ザ・ストロベリータイム" (the Strawberry Time). New customers should take the coupon and ignore the web deal.
For a returning customer the web deal finally works. Book the night before and nominate: ¥14,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥15,000 for 95 minutes with the woman you chose. The standard 85-minute course with nomination is ¥16,000 for ten fewer minutes. That's the cheapest choose-your-own-woman time I found on the October board, and the cost is planning a day ahead.
Deal five: "Mushroom Hunting," the daytime group discount
The pun I'll remember from this trip is キノコ狩り割, the mushroom-hunting discount, an autumn pastime given the obvious adult double meaning. Any session that starts by 19:00 gets ¥2,000 off 3P and ¥3,000 off 4P or more. Nomination fees are extra.
The 3P course is exactly double the base course at every length, so 60 minutes with two women is normally ¥22,000. Before 7 p.m. it's ¥20,000, which comes to ¥10,000 per woman per hour. Four or more women is offered with no price table on the system page, so call before you plan anything that ambitious. The shop's sales line is "ぽっちゃり×痴女×複数プレイの破壊力" (plus-size × chijo × group play: the destructive power), and I won't argue.
What I'd actually book
The board is busy, but the decision comes down to four cases:
- First visit, hotel near Shin-Okubo: the new-customer coupon. 85 minutes for ¥15,000, entry fee and nomination waived, cosplay included. Add the costume pack if you want the lotion bath anyway.
- First visit, two hours, willing to write a review: the review coupon, 120 minutes for ¥20,000 plus transport. It beats Halloween Night at every distance.
- No review, hotel 5 km or more out: Halloween Night at ¥27,000 does what it says. Inside 3 km it costs you money.
- Regular who plans ahead: the day-before web booking, 95 minutes with your nomination for ¥15,000.
And if you can wait for November, the shop runs a standing 月初祭り (start-of-month festival) for the first five days of every month: 85 minutes for ¥13,000 plus nomination, with the same day-before +10 minutes. That beats everything on the Halloween board. The cheapest night in this building isn't a holiday. It's November 1st.
I walked back to the station past the dinosaurs, who had made it through the gate. The neighborhood was selling Halloween to everyone. BBW was selling it too, mostly to people staying a long way out.
