Quality Yoshiwara: Pricing Out a Weekday-Morning Soapland Run Before I Dial

Quality is a budget soapland in Yoshiwara, open 8 a.m. to midnight, that hires only women in their twenties and starts at ¥19,000 for 50 minutes. Before booking a weekday-morning slot I read its official board, its event page and its Cityheaven listing, then worked out which nomination is free, what the +¥1,000 'High Quality' badge costs, and how the point caps work.

Quality Yoshiwara: Pricing Out a Weekday-Morning Soapland Run Before I Dial
Elon
ElonQuality is the kind of Yoshiwara shop that lives or dies by the small print: one flat board, then a stack of add-ons and discounts that each move the bill by a thousand yen. The headline number is honest. The fun part is figuring out which of the extras you actually have to pay. Here's my pre-game for a weekday morning, done with a calculator rather than a hunch.

The plan: a Tuesday, before noon

I don't do Yoshiwara on Saturday nights anymore. The cabs crawl, the phones are jammed, and every shop is at full price. So the plan is a weekday morning: Hibiya Line to Minowa, out Exit 3, walk south into Senzoku 4-chome while the street is still half asleep.

The shop is Quality (クオリティ吉原), a budget soapland at 千束4丁目21番3号. One small thing gives away its past: the Cityheaven URL still ends in maid-paradise, so the listing clearly belonged to an older brand. The October banner says おかげさまで2周年, a two-year anniversary for the current name.

The pitch is simple. Every woman on the roster is in her twenties, and the shop says it lists real ages, not "Yoshiwara ages". It also says staff "graduate" on their 30th birthday. Everyone greets you in a white one-piece dress, the same dress they wear in their profile photos, so the photo and the person at the door are meant to match. One line from the shop's "10 points" page I liked: they don't hire women with tattoos. Whatever you think of that, it's a policy stated in plain text rather than implied.

The board, and what it costs per minute

The official price image and the Cityheaven top page agree. These are all-in totals, 8:00 to closing:

Course Price Yen per minute Max points usable
50 min ¥19,000 380 1,000
60 min ¥22,000 367 2,000
80 min ¥28,000 350 3,000
100 min ¥33,000 330 3,000
+30 min extension ¥12,000 400 —

The extension is the worst deal on the board. Thirty extra minutes at ¥400 a minute costs more per minute than any course. If you think you'll want more time, book the longer course up front. Going from 50 to 80 minutes costs ¥9,000 for 30 minutes; adding the same 30 minutes later costs ¥12,000.

Three nomination prices, one of them free

This is where people overpay.

  • Net nomination / photo nomination: free. Pick her off the website, or pick her from the photo book at the front desk, and there's no fee.
  • Honshimei (a repeat nomination): +¥2,000. That's the regular-customer fee for going back to the same woman.
  • The "High Quality" badge: +¥1,000. Since 8/1, cast members who meet the shop's "strict standard" carry a crystal "High QUALITY +1,000円" symbol, and choosing one adds ¥1,000 to the base price.

So a first-timer who picks an unbadged woman online pays the board price exactly. A repeat visit with a badged woman runs ¥3,000 over the board: a 60-minute course goes from ¥22,000 to ¥25,000. Check her profile for the badge before you fall for the photo.

The shop also says the front desk will show you photos of women who keep their faces off the web, at no charge. Their claim is that walking in and booking online cost exactly the same.

The morning discount is real, but read the fine print

The official event page runs a weekday-only morning deal, 8:00–12:00:

Course Morning price Plus
50 min ¥18,000 1,000 pts
60 min ¥21,000 1,000 pts
80 min ¥27,000 1,000 pts
100 min ¥32,000 1,000 pts

That's ¥1,000 off and 1,000 points, roughly ¥2,000 of value per visit. Two catches. First, previous-day bookings don't qualify, so you have to call that morning. Phones open at 7:15, and they won't take calls before that. Second, you have to say 朝割イベントを見た ("I saw the morning deal") when you book.

One quirk worth noting: the worked examples on the points page (50 min ¥18,000 → ¥17,000 with 1,000 points; 60 min ¥21,000 → ¥19,000) use the morning prices, not the ¥19,000/¥22,000 board. Either the page was written around the morning rates or it predates the current board. Either way, treat the board as the real price and the morning rates as the discount.

How the points actually pay out

The point card is free and issued on the spot. The return rate depends on the card color:

  • Blue and yellow cards (regular members): 3% of the total back
  • Black VIP card: 5%
  • Every Tuesday: 10% for everyone

One point is worth ¥1, used in blocks of 1,000. You can't use points on top of other discounts, but you earn points on the price after a discount. A 100-minute course on a Tuesday at ¥33,000 earns 3,300 points. A 50-minute course at ¥19,000 earns 1,900. Since a 50-minute course caps point use at 1,000, a single long Tuesday session earns enough to max out the next three short visits.

There's another stackable stream until year-end. The Miss Heaven 2026 voting event hands out ¥1,000 and ¥2,000 discount tickets based on how many votes you cast for one nominee. The tickets are honored at Quality and its sister shop DOLCE Yoshiwara from 11/17 to 12/20, and the shop says they can be combined with the point card. That's the one discount I found that explicitly stacks.

Coupons for newcomers

The Cityheaven coupon page has two that matter:

  • Trial-entry discount: ¥2,000 off any course with a woman in her first three days
  • New-face discount: ¥1,000 off any course with a woman in her first month

Both have the same fine print: say it at the front desk before check-in (not after), they don't apply to repeat nominations, and they don't stack with points. The review coupon gives 1,000 points, credited from the visit after next, not cash off today. The Cityheaven tile shows it as "50 min ¥18,000," which is misleading.

Booking windows

  • Same day, by phone: 07:15–22:50
  • Next day, by phone: from 17:00 the day before
  • VIP members: from 17:00 six days before
  • Online: from the same day up to five days ahead, 0:00–23:30. In October, picking an online-only course of 60 minutes or longer adds 1,000 points.

Last entry depends on the course length: 50 min by 23:00, 60 by 22:50, 80 by 22:30, 100 by 22:10. fuzoku.jp says cards are accepted and receipts are not issued.

Small stuff

  • Free options: glasses, babydoll, micro bikini, maid outfit, pantyhose (including the "tear them" request). Other options start at ¥2,000.
  • Order sheet: you fill in your preferences before the session, and the shop surveys you afterward.
  • The waiting room was recently redone: pale gray walls, mint armchairs, a big TV and a shelf of manga. It looks clean in the shop's own photos.
  • Walk times don't quite agree: one block says Minowa Exit 3 is 7 minutes away, another says 10. Plan on 10. Uguisudani is about 20 minutes on foot. I didn't see any shuttle mentioned.
  • House rules: they refuse anyone under 18, anyone drunk or on drugs, gang members, hidden cameras, scouts, and pushing a woman into things she refuses. They also warn there are no refunds if you're thrown out. There's no foreigner clause on the board.

My math for the morning

A Tuesday, a 60-minute course, a woman picked off the website without the badge, booked by phone after 7:15 that morning:

  • Morning price ¥21,000
  • Plus 1,000 morning points, and 10% Tuesday points on ¥21,000 = 2,100, for 3,100 points toward next time

The same slot on a Saturday night with a badged woman as a repeat nomination costs ¥25,000 and earns 750 points. That's a ¥4,000 gap before points, for the same 60 minutes in the same building.

The bottom line on Quality: the board is clean and the free nomination is real. Book the course you actually want instead of extending, call in the morning instead of the night before, and go on a Tuesday.
