Kinshicho Kairaku M-Seikan Club, October Edition: The Hotel Came Out of the Price, and a ¥4,000 Fee Arrives November 1

A Saturday re-check of Kinshicho Kairaku M-Seikan Club for a first-timer: the old hotel-included board now says hotel extra, the cheapest rookie rates are members-only on the official site, a web-only course undercuts VIP while bundling an option, and from November 1 some cast carry a flat ¥4,000 travel charge.

Kinshicho Kairaku M-Seikan Club, October Edition: The Hotel Came Out of the Price, and a ¥4,000 Fee Arrives November 1

Saturday, 1 p.m., Kinshicho South Exit

Kinshicho on a Saturday afternoon is all shopping bags and horse-racing papers, and the love hotels on the Kotobashi 4-chome blocks look shut until somebody walks into one. I was standing by the south exit with a phone open to a shop I'd already priced once, back in July: Kinshicho Kairaku M-Seikan Club, a prostate-massage M-seikan delivery shop. Hours 9:00 to 5:00 the next morning, phone 03-6659-2835. Two women were showing as available "right now" from just after 1:00.

My July piece was about one thing: the main board quoted everything with the hotel included, and the one course that didn't was the one on the banner. So the first thing I checked today was that board.

It's gone. Every course line now says ホテル代は別途, hotel extra, and the Cityheaven system page says flat out that the total you pay is course plus hotel. The numbers barely moved, but the room moved out of them:

VIP course (all-nude) July, hotel included October, hotel extra
60 min ¥17,800 ¥17,600 + room
80 min ¥22,200 ¥22,000 + room
100 min ¥26,600 ¥26,400 + room
120 min ¥32,300 ¥30,800 + room

The 60 dropped by ¥200 and lost a hotel. That isn't a price cut. It's a price rise wearing a price cut's jacket. On a weekday first visit, put the cheapest 120-minute rest on the shop's own hotel list (¥2,980) on top. With the ¥1,100 registration, an unnominated VIP hour now runs about ¥21,680. The same hour cost ¥18,900 in July. That's roughly 15% more for the identical hour, before anyone gets nominated.

Elon
ElonWhenever I come back to a shop I've already priced, I don't reread my old numbers first. I reread the fine print under them. Course prices are sticky because regulars notice when they move. The footnote is where a shop changes the deal quietly: hotel included becomes hotel extra, free delivery becomes "may be charged." A ¥200 drop on the headline next to a new footnote is the classic tell. Compare the totals, never the headline.

Pick the Room Before You Pick the Woman

Since the room is on you now, the useful page on their official site isn't the roster, it's the hotel list. Twenty love hotels, almost all on Kotobashi 3 and 4-chome, each with its lowest posted rate:

Hotel (shop's list) Posted rate 3P surcharge
Pure Asian / Lohas 120 min ¥2,980~ ×1.5
DUO 60 min ¥2,480~ +¥1,000
Rupo / Music 120 min ¥3,500~ ×1.5
GRANSKY 120 min ¥3,980~ ×1.3
Allee Love Tokyo 555 150 min ¥4,070~ ×1.5
Colore 180 min ¥4,000~ —
RAY FIELD 180 min ¥5,070~ —

Two things this table does for a first-timer.

First, match the room block to the course. A 60-minute course in DUO's 60-minute room is a stopwatch race through the shower. A 120-minute rest at ¥2,980 comfortably holds a 100-minute course, and that pairing is the cheapest serious session on the board: ¥26,400 + ¥2,980 = ¥29,380. If you want 120 minutes of course, you need a 150 or 180 block, which puts you at Allee Love or Colore for about ¥4,000 and up.

Second, rental rooms are refused. The shop says so on the hotel page: the rooms are too small and have no bathtub, so they'll ask you to move to a love hotel. If you're planning on a cheap rental room near the station, don't.

One contradiction worth a phone question. Cityheaven calls this a hotel-only dispatch shop. The official system page says hotel or home. If you want them at your own apartment, ask before you assume.

The Booking Rules Nobody Reads

The official system page has a short block on booking that decides how your Saturday goes:

  • New customers: same-day bookings only, from 9:00.
  • Members: from 9:00 two days ahead.
  • Members' web booking: the next day through seven days out.
  • Advance bookings: you call to confirm an hour before, and that call is when they tell you if she's sick or her shift moved.
  • Cards: say so when you book, and they send a payment link by SMS.

The translation is simple: as a first-timer, you can't lock in a Saturday night on Thursday. You call the same day, and the earlier you call, the more of the roster you get. The site also has a pre-visit questionnaire (問診票). In a shop whose whole product is "tell the woman what you want and then lie back," fill it in. It's the cheapest upgrade on offer.

Three Discounts, Three Catches

The first-timer review coupon. Live October 24–31, attached to one named woman. It prices the lingerie 60 at ¥12,400 against a "regular" ¥15,400. That regular figure is the ¥14,300 course plus the ¥1,100 registration, so the coupon is really a ¥3,000 same-day cut, conditional on posting a review afterward. The second half of the advertised "up to ¥6,000" is ¥2,000 off, or 10 free minutes, next time. It's south-exit hotels only, and you can't stack it with anything. That makes it a fair deal if lingerie-on is fine with you. Lingerie course means underwear stays on for the whole session, shower included.

The rookie rates. Cityheaven shows a rookie VIP 60 at ¥12,300 and a rookie lingerie 60 at ¥9,000, the cheapest time in the building, with a mandatory post-session survey. The official site lists the same rookie lingerie rates with one extra line: 優良会員様のみ, good-standing members only. So a first-timer reading Cityheaven may be pricing a course he can't book yet. The official site's other rookie tier, the 新人割引 lingerie at 80 min ¥15,700 / 100 min ¥20,100, carries no member restriction. That's the realistic first-visit discount.

The web-only "holy water included" course. Cityheaven-exclusive, web booking only: 60 min ¥16,500, ¥1,100 under the VIP 60, with the ¥2,200 holy-water option already built in. Nomination is extra, and you're told not to add the option again. On paper that beats VIP by ¥3,300 of value. But the listing doesn't say whether it's the all-nude VIP format or lingerie, and the official site ties web booking to members. Two questions, one phone call. And obviously, only book it if that option is actually your thing. A cheaper course that contains something you don't want isn't cheaper.

Elon
ElonWhen a Cityheaven price is lower than anything on the shop's own site, assume there's a condition that didn't make the trip. Here it was "members only" on the rookie rates. Shops write their official page for the people already in the system and their portal page for the people they want in the system. Read both before you dial. The cheapest line you can actually book is the only one that matters.

November 1: The ¥4,000 Question

The newest item on the official site is a notice dated October 10. Starting November 1, 2026, women who work at more than one of the group's shops will be charged a flat ¥4,000 travel fee if they're working out of another store that day. That covers anywhere between Nishi-Funabashi and Kinshicho, or in between. The stated reason is fuel and expressway costs. The shop says it will quote the fee when you book.

That's an honest notice, and it creates one new phone habit: ask whether she's working out of Kinshicho today. If the answer is no, that ¥4,000 turns a ¥17,600 hour into ¥21,600 before the room, which is about the price of moving up to the 80. It also stacks on the regular area ladder, which hasn't changed: free for south-exit love hotels, ¥2,000 and up for Sumida and Kameido, up to ¥5,000 and up for Minato or Adachi.

What I'd Actually Book

A first-timer on a weekday, no nomination: the official rookie-discount lingerie 100 (¥20,100) if you're curious and on a budget. If you came for what the shop is named for, the VIP 100 (¥26,400) in a ¥2,980 two-hour rest, plus the ¥1,100 registration. Call the same day, tell them it's your first M-seikan, fill in the questionnaire, ask about the travel fee once November starts, and don't touch the ¥9,000 30-minute extension.

The shop's own first-timer page undersells itself, and that helps. It says this isn't an SM shop, there's no hard or violent play, some of the women are new to the business, and you probably won't reach a dry orgasm on your first visit. That's more candor than most of the menu. The prices got less candid since July. The welcome didn't.
