November 3rd. Culture Day. Otemachi on a public holiday is a ghost town of glass: the banks are shut, the lobby escalators run for nobody, and the only crowd is the line for the ramen place under the Shin-Marunouchi Building. I had a free morning, a hotel room I didn't need to leave until two, and an old browser tab I hadn't closed since September: 無限発射!!奥様デリ急便 東京駅店, Mugen Hassha!! Okusama Deli Kyubin, Tokyo Station branch.
The basics haven't moved. It's a hitozuma (married-woman) delivery health filed under 丸の内・大手町. Phone 03-6807-4557, open 24 hours, no closing day, and the URL still says akasaka for no reason anyone has explained. The price board is untouched too: 60 min ¥13,000 / 90 min ¥18,000 / 120 min ¥24,000 / 150 min ¥30,000 / 180 min ¥35,000. The details around it are what changed.
Change one: the transport map got simple
In September the transport table was a small puzzle. It went free around Hanzomon, ¥1,000 for Minato, Chiyoda and Chuo, ¥2,000 for Bunkyo, Shinagawa, Taito and Shibuya, and ¥3,000 and up everywhere else. That's all gone. The fee line now reads, in full: 23区内全域 ¥1,000 (anywhere in the 23 wards: ¥1,000).
| Where you are | September | Now | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hanzomon area | Free | ¥1,000 | +¥1,000 |
| Marunouchi / Ginza / Roppongi (Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato) | ¥1,000 | ¥1,000 | — |
| Shibuya, Shinagawa, Ueno side (Taito), Bunkyo | ¥2,000 | ¥1,000 | −¥1,000 |
| Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, the rest of the 23 wards | ¥3,000~ | ¥1,000 | −¥2,000 or more |
Only the people who used to get free delivery lose out. Everyone else breaks even or saves money, and a Shinjuku or Ikebukuro hotel now costs the same as one next to Tokyo Station. The 派遣エリア field still claims "東京都丸の内・大手町" as if the shop delivers to one neighborhood. Ignore it. The fee line prices the whole city.
Change two: a designation deal that runs on a clock
The event tab has a deal running since 6/22 that I didn't cover last time: 指名料無料!!スグ割!! Here are the terms, exactly as listed:
- Applies when three or more women are on immediate standby (即姫)
- The designation fee is waived, on all courses
- Weekdays only, until 18:00
- Not valid for repeat designation (本指名)
- Say "スグ割" when you book
At 11:27 this morning the 即ヒメ board showed five women waiting: 三田 (35), 渡辺 (38), 菊池 (37), 多田 (33) and 米倉 (34). A sixth, 吉田 (36), was listed from 13:00. That's comfortably over the threshold of three. On any weekday before six, you could have picked any of them for the ¥1,000 designation fee, waived.
Then there's the calendar. Today is a national holiday that falls on a Tuesday. The terms say 平日 (weekdays) and nothing about holidays. Some shops treat a holiday Tuesday as a weekday. Plenty don't. The listing doesn't say, so I'm not going to guess for you. If you're planning around Sugu-wari on a holiday, ask before you name a woman. Yesterday, Monday the 2nd, would have been the clean day to try it.
Note the last condition, too. Sugu-wari waives the ordinary ¥1,000 fee for picking someone new. It does not touch the ¥2,000 本指名 fee for asking for someone you've already met. So the September pattern still holds, just in daylight:
| Weekday, 60 min, before 18:00 | Total (with ¥1,000 transport) |
|---|---|
| A new woman from the standby board, Sugu-wari | ¥14,000 |
| No designation (free pick) | ¥14,000 |
| The same woman as last time (本指名) | ¥16,000 |
Picking a stranger off the board costs the same as letting the shop choose. Loyalty still costs ¥2,000 extra.
Change three: the two pages disagree on how to book ¥12,000
The three coupons are the same as before: ご新規様限定 (first-timers only), valid 2026/03/13 with no expiry. Coupon ② is still the best deal on the listing: 90 minutes for ¥12,000, ¥133 a minute. Its condition is still ネット予約限定, online booking only.
But the event tab has its own banner, 新規料金のご案内, running since 6/10. It lists the same first-timer prices, 60 min ¥8,000 and 90 min ¥12,000, and its booking condition is お電話にて「ヘブン見た」とお伝え下さい: call and say you saw it on Heaven.
So which is it? The coupon tab puts the ¥12,000 ninety on the web form only. The event tab says you get it by phone. Same shop, same listing, same price, two different booking methods. My read: the event banner is the shop's own standing first-timer rate, and the coupon is the Cityheaven version of it. The practical advice:
- Book coupon ② through the net-reservation form if you can. It's the method the coupon itself names, so there's nothing to argue about.
- If you'd rather call, mention the 新規料金 event by name, not the coupon. That's the page whose terms say phone.
- Coupon ③ still has a stale label: the header says 新規60分 while the offer is 120 min ¥18,000. The table underneath is correct. Go by the table.
What else I noticed this time
- The roster has shrunk from 19 to 17. Ages run 27 to 39, median 34, mean about 34.3, and 16 of the 17 are in their thirties. It's still a thirties shop under a jukujo (mature women) label. Nobody listed is forty.
- The face on the coupons is a woman you can actually book. Coupon ① features 菊池 (37), and she was on the standby board this morning. Coupon ② features 内田 (36), who is in the manager's picks (店長オススメ).
- The late hours are real. The latest photo-diary post on the top page came from 一之瀬 at 10/31 02:21 and read 「4時までいます」, "I'm here until 4." For a 24-hour shop, that's the most convincing proof you'll find.
- Everything else is as I left it. Extensions cost ¥7,000 per 30 minutes or ¥15,000 for 60, so two half-hours still beat one full hour by ¥1,000. Changing the woman who arrives costs ¥5,000. Cancelling costs 50% of the total. Unlimited finishes within the session is still free.
How I'd play it now
I closed the tab without calling. Not because anything looked wrong, but because the numbers said wait a day. Here's the order of operations:
- First visit: coupon ②, 90 min, ¥12,000 + ¥1,000 transport = ¥13,000, booked online. That rate now holds from Shinjuku as well as Marunouchi.
- Coming back, any weekday before 18:00, with three or more women on standby: pick someone new and say スグ割, 60 min for ¥14,000 total.
- Coming back for the same woman: budget ¥16,000 for the hour. To stay longer, extend in 30-minute blocks.
- Holidays and evenings: expect board price plus fees, and ask before you assume Sugu-wari applies.
September's verdict stands, with one change. This is still a shop that gives first-timers the best price, but it has quietly made everyone else's trip cheaper. A weekday lunch break near Tokyo Station is now the cheapest way back in. Culture Day, it turns out, is a better day for museums.
Figures come from the shop's Cityheaven listing (shop top, system, coupon, event and girl-list tabs) as displayed on the morning of 3 November 2026. Prices are reproduced exactly as shown; no tax notice appears on the listing. The listing doesn't say whether Sugu-wari applies on national holidays, or whether it can be combined with first-timer pricing, so confirm both by phone. Coupons have no stated expiry and can be withdrawn without notice. This article is informational and intended for readers aged 18 and over.
