Soku no Kiwami Shinbashi: The No-Small-Talk Delivery Health, Booked From a Salaryman Hotel at Midnight

Soku no Kiwami Shinbashi is a delivery health that skips the small talk by design: open the door, and play starts. A New Yorker in a Shinbashi business hotel books the 80-minute Heaven-discount course at midnight and breaks down the two house courses, the options price list, the coupons, and what the bill actually comes to.

Elon
ElonNew Yorkers think they invented skipping the small talk. Then a Shinbashi delivery shop builds its entire menu around it. Soku no Kiwami's pitch fits in one line: she walks in, and it starts. If you want a girlfriend vibe, this is the wrong number. If you've been in meetings since nine and you're done talking for the day, it might be the most honest shop in the neighborhood. Call as a first-timer, say "Heaven-wari," and take the 80-minute course: that's where the price, the free toys, and the waived fees all line up.

Shinbashi, after the last toast

Shinbashi at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night is a nature documentary. Salarymen in identical navy suits drift out of yakitori joints under the tracks, ties loosened, faces the color of the lanterns. The SL steam locomotive in the plaza watches over them like a chaperone who gave up years ago. I was staying in one of those narrow business hotels a few blocks from the station. You know the kind: a room the size of a Manhattan walk-in closet, with a pants press nobody has used since 1994.

I'd spent the day in meetings with people I liked, and I had talked for nine straight hours. I didn't want a date. I didn't want to explain where I'm from, or confirm that yes, New York is expensive. I wanted somebody to skip the preamble.

Turns out there's a shop for that.

The shop

Soku no Kiwami Shinbashi (即プレイ専門店 即の極み 新橋店) bills itself as an instant-play specialist. Soku means "immediately." Kiwami means "the ultimate." The name is the whole business plan. It's a delivery health, standard class, listed under Shinbashi/Shiodome:

  • Hours: 10:00 to 5:00 a.m.
  • Phone: 03-5544-8819
  • Base: Shinbashi (Minato ward)
  • Where they go: rental rooms near Shinbashi, homes, and hotels, covering the Shinbashi area and the neighboring wards

Those 5 a.m. hours are what got me. Most of the neighborhood's bars close before the shop does.

Two courses, one philosophy

The shop sells two named courses, and each comes with an explanation that is more direct than anything you'll get from a New York real-estate broker.

S Course: "Soku no Kiwami" (instant play). The rule is literally open the door and it starts. The shop says there's no conversation, 100% play, and asks you to meet her at the door in a single bath towel, or naked. They recommend naked, and they add, cheerfully, that it becomes a habit. She starts immediately. After round one there's an interval where you're invited to take the lead with toys, and the course finishes with the shop's "special" sumata. One note in the fine print matters: anything aimed at the face or hair has to be confirmed before play starts.

Y Course: "Gyaku Yobai no Kiwami" (reverse night-crawl). Same engine, different theater. Yobai is the old rural custom of sneaking into someone's room at night. Here it's flipped: she comes after you. You wear an eye mask, she "ambushes" you in the dark, and you take the mask off whenever you like. The shop's own tip is that the best moment is round two. Same toy interval, same finish, same pre-play confirmation rule.

Both are consensual scripts sold to the customer, not surprises. You pick one when you book, and you can say no to any part of it before she arrives. I went with S, because tonight the whole point was not talking.

Price list: read this before you dial

Standard rates:

Course Regular Net booking
40 min ¥12,000 —
60 min ¥17,000 ¥16,000
80 min (vibe & denma free) ¥22,000 ¥20,000
100 min (vibe & denma free) ¥28,000 ¥26,000
120 min (vibe & denma free) ¥34,000 ¥31,000

Extension: 30 min ¥10,000. Nomination / regular nomination: ¥2,000 each.

The coupon page fills in costs the system page doesn't mention: a ¥2,000 membership fee for new customers and ¥2,000 transport to some areas. That's the real reason to use a coupon. Three were up when I checked:

  • "Heaven-wari" 80 minutes for ¥20,000: new customers only. They waive the membership fee and the transport fee (for some areas), and toys are free. Say "I saw the Heaven discount" on the phone. It can't be combined with other discounts, and the nomination fee is extra. On paper, ¥32,000 of list value for ¥20,000.
  • Trial course, 60 minutes for ¥15,000: also waives the membership and transport fees. Not valid for a repeat nomination.
  • Review discount: write a review within a month of your visit and get a code. That means 80 min ¥19,000 / 100 min ¥24,000 / 120 min ¥27,000, with your first nomination of a new woman included, transport extra, and repeat nominations +¥2,000.

A summer "Natsu-Ero-wari" banner was also still on the site. It's a sliding repeat-visit deal where your fourth 60-minute visit drops to ¥13,000. Summer's over, though, so ask before counting on it.

The options menu

The options board comes as a parchment-style poster, and every price is marked down:

Option Price
Eye mask ¥0
Handcuffs ¥1,000
Pantyhose ¥1,000
Panties ¥1,000
Denma (free at 80 min+) ¥2,000
Vibrator (free at 80 min+) ¥2,000
Golden shower ¥2,000
Facial ¥4,000
Swallow ¥4,000
Photos ¥9,000

The asterisk at the bottom is the important part: what's available depends on the woman. Ask on the phone, not at the door.

The call

I called just before midnight. Their English was about as good as my Japanese, and we met in the middle: "Heaven-wari," "eighty minutes," "S course," the hotel name, my room number. The staffer read the conditions back to me: first-timer, no other discounts, nomination extra. Then he quoted a wait. I didn't nominate anyone, so there was no nomination fee.

My bill: ¥20,000 flat. For 80 minutes in central Tokyo, with toys included and no add-on fees, that's a strong deal by Shinbashi standards.

The board that night ran deep. Late shifts were stacked until 5 a.m., and listed ages ran from 19 to late twenties. Several women had joined only in the past week.

The eighty minutes

Here's the part that's hard to write about, and it isn't hard because it was graphic. It's hard because it was so simple.

I did what the shop said. Towel, door unlocked, lights low. The knock came, she slipped in, and the course was exactly as advertised: no ice-breaking, no "where are you from," no polite routine about the weather. She'd read the booking, she knew the script, and she ran it with total confidence. When the interval came, a quick check-in was the only real conversation we had: what's okay, what isn't. That's the one point where talking actually counts, and she handled it like a pro.

I won't narrate the rest. The design does what it promises. When you strip out the social performance, an 80-minute course feels long in the best way.

Afterwards, toweling off, we did talk for about two minutes. She asked if American men really prefer this format. I said the ones who've worked a Tokyo business week would. She laughed, checked her phone for the driver, and was gone at the bell.

Rules and reality checks

  • Confirm the face/hair finish before play. The shop says so twice, and they mean it.
  • Options depend on the woman. Confirm by phone.
  • Coupons are first-timer-only, no stacking, and the nomination fee is extra.
  • Your hotel has to allow visitors. Rental rooms around Shinbashi are the shop's suggested fallback.
  • Under-18s are refused, and the listing states no companions under 18.
  • I found no overseas-guest ban on the pages I read, but bookings are by phone in Japanese. Keep it short: course, minutes, hotel, room.

Verdict

Concept clarity ★★★★★, the menu explains itself
Value (Heaven-wari 80 min) ★★★★★, ¥20,000 with toys and fees waived
Late-night coverage ★★★★★, open until 5 a.m.
Option pricing ★★★★☆, cheap, but woman-dependent
For conversation lovers ★☆☆☆☆, that's the point
For visitors ★★★☆☆, phone booking in Japanese

Soku no Kiwami isn't trying to be your girlfriend for an hour. It's the opposite of every "healing" pitch in Tokyo, and that's exactly why it works on the right night. When you've said everything you have to say for one day, call, say "Heaven-wari, eighty minutes," and leave the door unlocked.

At 1:30 a.m. I walked down to a 24-hour ramen counter under the tracks. The salarymen were still there, still talking. I ate in silence, and it was great.
