Okusama Deli Kyubin, Marunouchi-Otemachi — Every Coupon Is First-Timer-Only, and Asking for the Same Woman Twice Costs Double What a Stranger Costs

A 24-hour hitozuma deriheru named after Tokyo Station, filed under Marunouchi-Otemachi, sitting at a URL that says Akasaka, and delivering free only to Hanzomon. All three of its coupons are first-timer-only and the repeat-designation fee is double the ordinary one, so the second visit costs exactly 7,000 yen more than the first — the same 7,000 yen as a thirty-minute extension. Coming back costs precisely what never leaving would have.

Okusama Deli Kyubin, Marunouchi-Otemachi — Every Coupon Is First-Timer-Only, and Asking for the Same Woman Twice Costs Double What a Stranger Costs
Elon
ElonMost shops I price are messy by accident — a coupon nobody re-read, a banner from 2019 still in rotation. Okusama Deli Kyubin is not messy. Every number on this listing is internally consistent, every discount badge computes correctly to the percent, and I could not catch it contradicting itself on price once. That is rarer than it should be, and I want to say it up front, because what I found instead is stranger than sloppiness. This shop is engineered to be visited exactly once. All three coupons are stamped ご新規様限定 — first timers only. The fee for asking again for the woman you already met (本指名料 ¥2,000) is double the fee for picking a stranger off the panel (指名料 ¥1,000). And when you add the coupon you lose to the loyalty fee you gain, the second visit costs ¥7,000 more than the first — which happens to be, to the yen, the price of a thirty-minute extension. Coming back costs exactly what never leaving would have cost you. That is not an error. Nobody builds that by accident. Also worth your ninety seconds: the shop is called 東京駅店, Cityheaven files it under 丸の内・大手町, the URL in your address bar says akasaka, and the only place it delivers for free is Hanzomon — a neighborhood that appears in none of the above.

The shop is 無限発射!!奥様デリ急便 東京駅店Mugen Hassha!! Okusama Deli Kyubin, Tokyo Station branch, and yes, the brand name translates to "Unlimited Shots!!" Cityheaven files it as デリヘル(人妻/丸の内・大手町), reached through the breadcrumb 東京都デリヘル → 東京・日本橋デリヘル → 丸の内・大手町デリヘル. Phone 03-6807-4557. 24時間営業, 定休日:無し — twenty-four hours, no closing day, which the photo diary backs up: the most recent post when I looked was timestamped 9/4 03:50.

Nineteen women on the roster. The group footer says 11店舗 / 434人 across the whole chain.

Four place names, none of which agree

Start with the geography, because it sets the tone for everything after it.

Where it's stated The place
Shop name 東京駅 (Tokyo Station)
Cityheaven category label 丸の内・大手町
Catchphrase 【丸の内・大手町】艶めく人妻たち
派遣エリア field 東京都丸の内・大手町
URL path /tokyo/A1302/A130201/okudeli_akasaka/
The only free delivery zone 半蔵門周辺

Four different neighborhoods, and the one you can get her to for free is the one the shop never mentions in its branding. Hanzomon sits roughly two kilometres west of Tokyo Station, on the far side of the Imperial Palace grounds. It is not Marunouchi, it is not Otemachi, and it is certainly not Akasaka — that last one is a fossil in the URL, a slug left over from whatever this listing used to be, still sitting in the address bar of a page whose every visible word says Chiyoda.

Then the transport table does something quietly funny:

Zone Transport
半蔵門周辺 無料
港区、千代田区、中央区 ¥1,000
文京区、品川区、台東区、渋谷区 ¥2,000
その他23区 ¥3,000~

Hanzomon is in Chiyoda-ku. The line directly below the free zone prices Chiyoda-ku at ¥1,000. So the table reads, in full: Chiyoda costs a thousand yen, except the bit of Chiyoda we actually operate out of, which is free. Marunouchi and Otemachi — the two neighborhoods printed in the shop's own category label and its own catchphrase — are also Chiyoda-ku. Delivery to the area this shop is named for costs ¥1,000.

And the 派遣エリア field states the dispatch area as 東京都丸の内・大手町, one neighborhood, while the fee table three inches lower prices all twenty-three wards. The stated coverage is a postcode. The priced coverage is the city.

The board, and its odd symmetry

Course Price Per minute
60 min ¥13,000 ¥216.67
90 min ¥18,000 ¥200.00
120 min ¥24,000 ¥200.00
150 min ¥30,000 ¥200.00
180 min ¥35,000 ¥194.44

That is a flat board. Three consecutive courses at exactly ¥200.00 a minute, an entry hour priced 8% above the flat rate, and three hours priced 3% below it. Against the ¥300-a-minute central-Tokyo benchmark I use across this site, every single line is cheap — the worst rate here is 28% under the city, the best 35% under.

The marginal half-hours are where the shape shows:

Step Extra Marginal ¥/min
60 → 90 ¥5,000 ¥166.67
90 → 120 ¥6,000 ¥200.00
120 → 150 ¥6,000 ¥200.00
150 → 180 ¥5,000 ¥166.67

¥166.67, ¥200, ¥200, ¥166.67. A palindrome. The cheapest half-hours you can buy on this board are the first upgrade and the last one, and the middle of the ladder is charged at flat rate. If you are looking at 60 minutes, the thirty that takes you to 90 is the best-value block in the building. If you are looking at 150, the thirty that takes you to 180 is the same block at the same price. Do not stop at 60 and do not stop at 150 — those are the two lengths this board is quietly telling you to walk past.

The extension is cheaper if you buy it in halves

延長料金: 30分 ¥7,000 / 60分 ¥15,000.

Block Price Per minute
30 min ¥7,000 ¥233.33
60 min ¥15,000 ¥250.00

Read that twice. Two thirty-minute extensions cost ¥14,000. One sixty-minute extension costs ¥15,000. The bulk purchase is a thousand yen worse than buying the same hour in two pieces. I have priced a lot of these boards and the volume discount normally runs the other way; here the shop charges a ¥1,000 premium for committing up front, which is the only genuinely backwards number on the listing.

So if you are extending an hour, ask for thirty minutes, then ask again. Nothing on the page forbids it, and it is a thousand yen back in your pocket.

The extension rate also sits above every course rate on the board — ¥233.33 against a worst case of ¥216.67 — which makes the book-versus-build penalty real:

Target Book it Build it from 60 Penalty
90 min ¥18,000 ¥13,000 + ¥7,000 = ¥20,000 ¥2,000
120 min ¥24,000 ¥13,000 + ¥14,000 = ¥27,000 ¥3,000
150 min ¥30,000 ¥13,000 + ¥21,000 = ¥34,000 ¥4,000
180 min ¥35,000 ¥13,000 + ¥28,000 = ¥41,000 ¥6,000

Book the length you want.

Three coupons, and all three say the same three words

There are exactly three coupons. Every one carries 有効期限: 2026/03/13(金)~無期限 — a March start, no expiry, so they have been live for just under six months and will run until someone takes them down. And every one carries the same header: ご新規様限定. First timers only.

Coupon Offer Normal Badge Per minute How to claim
60 min ¥8,000 ¥13,000 38% OFF ¥133.33 Phone, say「ヘブン見た」
90 min ¥12,000 ¥18,000 33% OFF ¥133.33 ネット予約限定 — online only
120 min ¥18,000 ¥24,000 25% OFF ¥150.00 Say you saw the coupon

First, credit where it is due: the badges are honest. 13,000→8,000 is 38.46%. 18,000→12,000 is 33.33%. 24,000→18,000 is 25.00%. Every badge rounds correctly to the figure printed on it, and the comparison tables match the price board line for line. That sounds like a low bar. It is a bar most listings I audit do not clear.

Now the shape of the offer. The yen saved runs ¥5,000 / ¥6,000 / ¥6,000 — it climbs once and then stops dead. The course price keeps climbing, so the percentage decays: 38% → 33% → 25%. Which means the longest coupon is the worst coupon by rate:

Coupon ③ buys minutes at ¥150.00. Coupons ① and ② both buy them at ¥133.33. The two-hour discount is 12.5% worse per minute than the one-hour discount.

That inverts the normal logic of a price ladder, where longer is cheaper. Here the discount is capped and the board is flat, so length actively costs you.

Coupon ② is the best thing on this page and it is not close: it ties the best per-minute rate in the building (¥133.33) and ties the largest yen saving (¥6,000). Ninety minutes for ¥12,000 is 56% below the Tokyo benchmark.

And it is the one coupon you cannot get by phone. The page shouts TEL.03-6807-4557 at you above the fold with お問合せは「ヘブン見た」で!, and the best deal on the listing sits behind the net-reservation form, claimable only in silence. Coupon ③ has one other wrinkle worth a glance: its headline label reads 新規60分 while the offer underneath it is 120分 ¥18,000. The table is right; the label is left over from something else.

The second visit costs ¥7,000 more. Every time.

Here is the arithmetic the coupons are really doing.

指名料 ¥1,000. 本指名料 ¥2,000.

Shimei is picking a woman off the panel — someone you have not met. Honshimei is asking for the one you already met. This shop charges double for the second one. Loyalty is not discounted here; it is surcharged, 100%.

Stack that on top of coupons that expire the moment you become a returning customer, and the two visits look like this:

Visit 1 (coupon ①) Visit 2 (same woman)
Course, 60 min ¥8,000 ¥13,000
Designation ¥0 ¥2,000 (本指名)
Total, Hanzomon ¥8,000 ¥15,000
Total, Chiyoda / Chuo / Minato ¥9,000 ¥16,000

+¥7,000, whichever band you are in. In the free zone that is an 87.5% increase; one ward over, it is a flat doubling, ¥8,000 to ¥16,000. Same hour, same woman, same room, one week later.

And ¥7,000 is not a random number. ¥7,000 is the thirty-minute extension. So:

The premium for coming back a second time is precisely the price of not having left the first time.

Ninety minutes on your first visit, on coupon ②, costs ¥12,000. Sixty minutes on your second visit costs ¥15,000. The shop is telling you, in its own published figures, to buy the long course on day one and never dial again — or, if you like her, to extend rather than rebook, because at this shop the extension is the loyalty discount.

There is one more number that closes the loop. チェンジ: ¥5,000. The change fee — swapping the woman who arrives for a different one — is exactly ¥5,000, and coupon ①'s entire discount is exactly ¥5,000. One change annihilates the first-timer offer to the yen. (キャンセル is 総額の50%, half the total: ¥4,000 on the couponed hour, ¥17,500 on a booked three hours.)

The option menu has a published price for her face

Option Price
時間内無制限発射 (unlimited within the time) 無料

Two things fall straight out of this table.

One: the brand name is a free option. 無限発射 — "unlimited shots" — is the shop's name, and 時間内無制限発射 is listed at ¥0. The headline feature is not upsold. Given how many shops charge for exactly this, that is a genuine mark in the plus column.

Two: this shop prices anonymity, explicitly. A still photo without her face is ¥1,000; with her face, ¥3,000. A video without her face is ¥5,000; with her face, ¥8,000. Subtract:

Her face costs ¥2,000 in a photograph and ¥3,000 in a video.

That is the most literal line item on the listing, and I would rather it were stated openly like this than buried. Note also where the top of the menu lands: 顔有 video and AF are priced identically at ¥8,000 — and ¥8,000 is, to the yen, the couponed price of the entire hour it would be recorded in. On a first visit, filming her face costs the same as the appointment. The page adds オプションに関しましては女性と確認のうえお願い致します — clear it with her first — which is the correct instruction and the one most option tables leave off.

What the concept text says, and what the menu sells

The shop's own description is a long, purple, thoroughly committed piece of copy — 人妻・熟女専門, 「奥さんを借りる」感覚, the whole register. Buried in it is this sentence:

派手なコスプレも過激なプレイもありません。No flashy cosplay, no extreme play.

The option table two screens above offers コスプレ free of charge and AF at ¥8,000. The description is selling restraint; the menu is selling neither. I do not think anyone is being deceived here — the copy is mood-setting and the table is operational — but if you are choosing this shop because of that sentence, understand that it describes a house style, not a limit.

The same paragraph promises 料金も明朗会計 — clear, honest accounting. On that one, the shop delivers. Every price I checked reconciles.

The roster, and one word that does not fit

Nineteen women listed. Ages as displayed:

Statistic Value
Range 27 – 39
Mean 33.9
Median 34
In their thirties 17 of 19 (89%)
Over 39 0

The branding is 人妻・熟女専門 — married women and jukujo specialists — and 熟女, in ordinary Japanese usage, starts somewhere in the forties. Nobody on this roster is forty. The oldest woman listed is 39.

That is not a complaint, it is a correction to your expectations. If you are booking a 熟女 shop hoping for the register that word usually promises, this is a thirties shop with a jukujo label on the door: a tight, deliberate band from 27 to 39, clustered hard at 32–36. Which, to be fair, matches the shop's actual sentence — 落ち着いた大人の女性, composed adult women — considerably better than the genre tag does.

Two women were showing as 即ヒメ when I looked, 三田 (35) waiting from 10:00 and 吉田 (36) from 13:00, so the immediate-dispatch pipeline is live rather than decorative. The photo diary is quieter: eight recent posts spanning 8 August to 4 September. For nineteen women running a twenty-four-hour operation, that is thin, and it is the one part of this listing where I would want more to look at before booking blind.

Where I come down

This is a well-run, genuinely cheap shop with a fee structure that is politely asking you not to come back.

Take the good first, because there is a lot of it. Numbers that reconcile across every tab. Discount badges that survive a calculator. A flat ¥200-a-minute board sitting a third under the Tokyo benchmark. Twenty-four hours, no closing day. The brand's headline option given away free. A first-timer hour at ¥133.33 a minute, which is 56% below what central Tokyo charges and among the better rates I have put in a table on this site.

Then take the architecture. Coupons: first-timers only, all three. Repeat designation: double the ordinary designation. Extension: the only length discount runs backwards. Change fee: exactly the size of the biggest coupon. Every lever on this listing rewards the stranger and charges the regular. You get one cheap night here, and the shop has priced the second one at a ¥7,000 premium with a completely straight face.

So play it the way the numbers are asking you to:

  1. Book coupon ②, ninety minutes, ¥12,000, through the net-reservation form. Best rate and best saving on the page, and it is not available on the phone.
  2. Get yourself to Hanzomon if you can. Everywhere else in Chiyoda, Chuo and Minato — including the Marunouchi in the shop's own name — is ¥1,000.
  3. If you want longer, extend in thirty-minute blocks. ¥7,000 twice beats ¥15,000 once.
  4. Ask on the phone whether a coupon course can be extended at board rates, because coupon ③ plus two thirty-minute blocks would land three hours at ¥32,000 against the board's ¥35,000 — and the listing does not say whether that stacks.
  5. Do not change the woman who arrives. ¥5,000 is your entire first-timer discount.

And know going in that the best price this shop will ever quote you is the one it quotes tonight. That is not a trick. It is just the business model, printed in full, on the page, for anyone who reads the coupon header all the way to the end of the third word.

Every figure above is taken from the shop's Cityheaven listing — shop-top, system, coupon and girl-list tabs — as displayed on 5 September 2026. Prices are reproduced exactly as shown; no tax notice appears on the listing. The coupons carry a 2026/03/13 start with no stated expiry, which means they can be withdrawn without warning, and all three are marked ご新規様限定. Whether a coupon course can be extended at board rates is not stated on the page and should be confirmed by phone. Confirm transport, designation and option charges before you book.
