錦糸町人妻セレブリティ(ユメオト) — Kinshicho Hitozuma Celebrity, run by the Yumeoto group — is an outcall デリヘル filed under デリヘル(人妻/錦糸町), a married-woman delivery health working out of Kinshicho, on the east side of the Sumida. The phone in the listing header is 03-6303-9022. Trading hours are 10:00 to 4:00 the next morning, with reception opening an hour early at 9:00. No closing days are posted. The address field says, in its entirety, 東京都錦糸町 — the ward is not even offered, because this is a 待ち合わせ型 operation: you don't get a building, you get a rendezvous point, and you walk to the hotel together. Official site is celeb-ks.com; the group's is yumeoto.net.
The concept line reads 「気品漂う若妻やお姉さま方の普段見せない淫らな欲望と姿を…」 — the hidden appetites of refined young wives and older sisters — and the banner across the top of the shop's own visual widens that to three categories at once: 人妻、熟女、若妻. Married women, mature women, young wives. Hold onto that list. The roster does something interesting with it.
Cityheaven's own blurb calls the place 東京を代表する人妻デリヘル, one of Tokyo's definitive married-woman shops, and recommends it to the customer who 「普通の風俗では満足出来ない」. For scale, the breadcrumb counter for Kinshicho deriheru reads 61 shops, 5,553 women.
The Board Reads Backwards
Here is the entire price structure, as printed:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| 入会金 (membership) | Free |
| フリー (no choice, shop picks) | ¥0 |
| ネット指名料 (net nomination) | ¥1,000 |
| 本指名料 (nomination) | ¥2,000 |
| プレミアムキャスト指名料 | ¥1,000 and up |
| 90 min | ¥21,000 |
| 120 min | ¥29,000 |
| 150 min | ¥37,000 |
| Each further 30 min | ¥8,000 |
| 延長 30 min (extension) | ¥10,000 |
Now convert the courses, because this is where the board stops behaving like every other board in Tokyo:
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 90 min | ¥21,000 | ¥233.33 |
| 120 min | ¥29,000 | ¥241.67 |
| 150 min | ¥37,000 | ¥246.67 |
| 180 min (by the ¥8,000 rule) | ¥45,000 | ¥250.00 |
The per-minute rate goes up as you book longer. That is backwards. Almost every shop in this city discounts the minute as you buy more of them — the long course is the bulk deal. Here the 90-minute course is the cheapest minute in the building, and every additional block you buy makes your average worse.
The reason is visible once you extrapolate. Every block past the first ninety minutes costs ¥8,000 per 30 minutes = ¥266.67 a minute, flat, forever. Run that rate back down to zero and the implied door charge is minus ¥3,000. The shop is not charging you to walk in; it is handing you ¥3,000 at the front of the booking and then selling time at a single honest rate for the rest of the night.
And ¥3,000 is not a random number in this listing. It is the exact transport fee for everywhere in the delivery map except Kinshicho station itself. The discount baked into the entry course is precisely the cost of getting her to you.
Two Different Prices for the Same Thirty Minutes
The board prints thirty minutes twice, at two different numbers, and does not explain the gap:
- 以降30分ごと — ¥8,000 (¥266.67/min): each additional half hour when you book the long course up front
- 延長30分 — ¥10,000 (¥333.33/min): a half hour added after she has arrived
Same thirty minutes, 25% more for deciding late. On a booking where you end up wanting 120 minutes, the difference between choosing that at the phone and choosing it on the bed is ¥2,000 — nearly ten percent of the 90-minute course, for a decision you could have made while putting your shoes on.
The rule is blunt and worth memorising: if there is any chance you want more than ninety minutes, buy it before she leaves the office. The board also notes that courses longer than 150 minutes exist and are quoted by telephone only — which is the one pricing mechanism on this listing with no published number attached to it.
The ¥0 Door and the ¥1,000 Reject Button
Two lines sit on the price board that most people skim past, and together they are the most interesting product this shop sells.
The first: フリー ¥0. You can book without choosing. The shop picks, you pay nothing for the privilege, and the 90-minute course lands at ¥21,000 flat.
The second is buried in the footnotes: 「チェンジ、キャンセルの場合は交通費のみいただきます」 — if you change or cancel, you pay only the transport fee. Not the course. Not a penalty. The transport fee.
Put those together. Booking blind costs ¥0. Sending her away costs ¥1,000 if you are meeting around Kinshicho station, ¥3,000 anywhere else. The shop has effectively priced a look at one thousand yen inside its home station, and it advertises this as confidence — the same footnote opens with 「当店は、女性の質に絶対の自信を持っております」, we have absolute confidence in the quality of our women. Read it as a warranty rather than a boast and the free-pick course becomes the most rational entry point on the board: cheapest door charge, cheapest minute, cheapest exit.
Here is the part that made me sit up. I read the ten most recent reviews on the front page of the review section. Every single one of them paid a nomination fee. Ten out of ten. The cheapest door in the building — the ¥0 one — does not appear in a single documented visit.
The Discount Is Biggest Where the Headline Isn't
Work the three coupons properly — pay-today price, plus the points that come back — and the ranking inverts the marketing:
| Course | Board | You pay | Points back | Total value | As % of board | Effective ¥/min |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 90 min | ¥21,000 | ¥16,000 | 2,000 | ¥7,000 | 33.3% | ¥155.56 |
| 120 min | ¥29,000 | ¥24,000 | 3,000 | ¥8,000 | 27.6% | ¥175.00 |
| 150 min | ¥37,000 | ¥32,000 | 5,000 | ¥10,000 | 27.0% | ¥180.00 |
The headline number — ¥10,000 — lives on the 150-minute course. The best deal lives on the 90-minute course, which returns a third of its own sticker price and prices out at ¥155.56 a minute against ¥180 at the top. The coupon is engineered to walk you up the ladder; the arithmetic says stay at the bottom. This is the same conclusion the raw board gave, arrived at by a completely different route, which is usually a sign the conclusion is real.
Floor and ceiling, out the door, on the published numbers:
- Cheapest documented entry: new-customer coupon, 90 min, free pick, Kinshicho meetup — ¥16,000 + ¥1,000 = ¥17,000, or ¥188.89 a minute
- Standing price, no coupon: 90 min free pick, Kinshicho — ¥22,000, ¥244.44 a minute
- Top of the published board: 150 min, 本指名 + premium cast + the ¥3,000 transport zone — ¥44,000, ¥293.33 a minute
A 1.55× spread in yen-per-minute inside one shop, and every bit of it is decisions you make at the phone. None of these figures include the hotel: every receipt in the review column is marked 室料別, room not included, and the listing never names a room price anywhere.
There are, for the record, only three paid options — ローター ¥1,000, パンスト ¥1,000, AF ¥5,000 — against a thirteen-item included list (ディープキス, 生フェラ, 全身リップ, 素股, 玉なめ, 指入れ, パイズリ, 69, 口内発射, アナルなめ, 即尺, 潜望鏡, 顔射), with the standard caveat that individual women opt out and you check her profile. That is a genuinely short upsell menu by Tokyo standards. The money here is in the time and the nomination, not in the à la carte.
Ten Receipts, and a Price Rise Nobody Announced
Customers here itemise, which is a gift. Ten reviews on the front page, with totals:
| Date | Woman | Course | Total | Stated breakdown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
(36) | 90 | ¥27,000 | (none given) |
Look at the bottom two rows. Same woman, same 120-minute course, same fee structure as described by the customer — ¥32,000 in November 2025, ¥34,000 in September 2026. Three separate September receipts land on ¥34,000; the November one lands on ¥32,000.
The extra ¥2,000 is itemised exactly once, by the reviewer on 9/2, as 指名追加料金 2,000円 — an additional nomination charge on top of the ¥2,000 本指名料. And the shop confirms it in a place you would never think to look: the ★8月度本指名ランキング★ notice, which lists No.1 ゆか 40歳 and prints, beside her name, プレミアム2000円.
So the board's プレミアムキャスト指名料 1000円~ is real, it is ¥2,000 for the shop's most-nominated woman, and it means naming her costs ¥4,000 all-in — double the standard. The price of her went up 6.3% between November and September, and the announcement was a ranking post.
The general lesson is bigger than one woman: the board publishes a floor ("¥1,000 and up") and not a schedule. For any premium cast other than the August number one, the surcharge is unpublished until you ask. Two of the ten receipts don't reconcile either — the 9/8 total is ¥3,000 short of where the premium fee would put it, and the 9/10 total is ¥6,000 above a plain 90-minute booking with no breakdown offered. Neither gap is explained anywhere on the listing. Ask for the total before you agree to it.
181 Women. 119 Have Never Been Reviewed.
The roster page states 181人. I read every card across both pages. 62 women carry at least one review; 119 — 65.7% — are stamped 口コミ募集, reviews wanted. Only three women in the entire building have reached ten.
That 62 is a hard number, not an estimate: the review page's filter dropdown lists exactly 62 names, and every one of them is a woman currently on the roster. Which incidentally kills the comfortable explanation for the other discrepancy here — the shop's review counter reads 267件 while the profile cards add up to 172. The obvious answer would be that ninety-five reviews belong to women who have since left. They don't: the filter and the roster match name for name. I can't reconcile the gap from the published pages, and neither, apparently, can the pages.
The age structure is where this gets genuinely strange for a shop with 人妻 in its name:
| Age band | Women | % of roster |
|---|---|---|
| 21–24 | 16 | 8.8% |
| 25–29 | 87 | 48.1% |
| 30–34 | 47 | 26.0% |
| 35–39 | 25 | 13.8% |
| 40+ | 6 | 3.3% |
Median age 28. Mean 29.6. Youngest 21, oldest 42. Nearly half the roster sits in a five-year band that ends before thirty, and a shop whose banner advertises 熟女 has six women over forty out of a hundred and eighty-one.
There is a second contradiction sitting right next to that, on the same page. The recruitment notice reads 「25歳~40代までの『大人の女性』を大募集中!!」 — hiring adult women aged 25 through their forties. Sixteen women on the current roster are under 25, including one aged 21 and one aged 22. The shop is staffed, to the tune of 8.8%, below its own advertised hiring floor.
The Age Gradient Is Actually Two People
Now cross the roster against the reviews, and you get the table that looks like a thesis:
| Age band | Women | Reviews | Avg per woman |
|---|---|---|---|
| 21–24 | 16 | 10 | 0.62 |
| 25–29 | 87 | 43 | 0.49 |
| 30–34 | 47 | 30 | 0.64 |
| 35–39 | 25 | 43 | 1.72 |
| 40+ | 6 | 46 | 7.67 |
The 40-plus cohort is 3.3% of the roster and 26.7% of the reviews. The 35-plus half of that — 17.1% of the roster — holds 51.7%. Meanwhile the 87 women in the 25–29 band, the largest block in the building by a distance, post the lowest reviews-per-woman figure on the entire board. Read straight, it says the shop is buying inventory in the age band its customers write about least, while the women who actually generate the paper trail are the ones it has almost none of.
Except you cannot read it straight, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Strip out ゆか (40) and the 40-plus cohort is five women with four reviews between them. Strip out ゆか and ロゼ (36) and the entire 35-plus group is 29 women averaging 0.52 — statistically identical to the twenty-somethings. The whole gradient is two people.
Which brings us back to October 28. The notice board announces Miss Heaven 2026 with voting opening that date, and the reviews tell you exactly what a review is worth in that contest. One customer, 9/9: 「今回の訪問と口コミで投票🎟️ゲット!投票期間が楽しみです♪」 — this visit plus a review got me a vote ticket, looking forward to the voting period. Another explains he books twice, through both systems, ヘブン総選挙対策のため. A third review published on 9/7 describes a visit dated 22 November 2025 — a ten-month-old memory filed the week the ballots started mattering.
Seven of the ten reviews on the front page are about ゆか. Six of those seven were posted between 9/7 and 9/16.
So here is the honest version: this shop's review page is not a quality signal right now, it is a turnout operation. Which does not mean ゆか isn't excellent — she is the August number one, her premium fee exists because demand justified it, and the write-ups about her are specific and unhinged in the way genuine enthusiasm is. It means the distribution is measuring campaign effort, and you should not read 42-versus-0 as a verdict on 42-versus-0.
Eighteen Advertised Hours, Four Women in the First One
I counted today's schedule — Saturday 9/19 — row by row. 33 women posted, 18.2% of the roster, five of them showing 待機中 (free right now) at around 1:20 in the afternoon. Mean shift 6.5 hours; 215.5 woman-hours across the day.
Here is the coverage curve, women on shift by hour:
| Hour | On shift | |
|---|---|---|
| 10:00 | 4 | ▉▉▉▉ |
| 11:00 | 8 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 12:00 | 12 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 13:00 | 16 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 15:00 | 21 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 17:00 | 19 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 18:00 | 14 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 20:00 | 16 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 22:00 | 12 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 00:00 | 7 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 02:00 | 4 | ▉▉▉▉ |
| 03:00 | 4 | ▉▉▉▉ |
The shop advertises eighteen hours and the roster is meaningfully open for about nine of them. The peak is 15:00 — a mid-afternoon peak, which for a married-woman shop is exactly right and tells you who the customer is: someone with a free weekday-shaped afternoon, not a Saturday-night crowd. By 22:00 you are choosing from twelve; by 2 a.m., from four.
Those last four are doing the heavy lifting. ののか (30) is posted 10:00–4:00 — an eighteen-hour shift, the entire trading day. みあ (24) runs 15:00–4:00, ゆずき (39) 18:00–4:00.
And there is a clock hidden in the transport table that will catch people out. The three delivery zones are:
- 錦糸町駅周辺 — ¥1,000, meetup or hotel, 10:00–4:00
- Sixteen named stations (亀戸, 両国, 新小岩, 小岩, 市川, 西船橋, 船橋, 平井, 上野, 鶯谷, 日暮里, 西日暮里, 秋葉原, 水道橋, 水天宮, 東京) — ¥3,000, meetup only, 10:00–22:00
- All 23 wards plus Urayasu, Ichikawa, Funabashi — ¥3,000, home or hotel, 10:00–4:00
So the entire street-rendezvous network outside Kinshicho shuts at 22:00 — the hour the roster is already down to twelve and falling. After ten at night the options are: Kinshicho station, or a room you already hold. If you were planning to meet her outside Akihabara at eleven, you were planning something the board does not sell.
Points, a Star System, and Nine in the Morning Two Days Out
The Yumeoto layer is worth understanding because it is where the money actually moves. Founded 1999, the group runs 40-plus shops and roughly 1,500 women, and this is the first points system in its history. Registration currently pays 5,000 points, 1 point = ¥1, spendable immediately, valid one year. The system also returns 1% of spend, charges no credit-card fee — worth stating plainly, because card surcharges of ten and fifteen percent are not rare in this city — and grades you two ways: a ゲストグレード by spend and frequency, and a スター制度 by your manners.
The booking channels are not equivalent, and the gap is stark. By phone, reservations open at 9:00 a.m. two days before your intended date. Through Yumeoto, the pitch is 電話一切不要, no phone at all, and a booking 30 minutes out. One channel gives you a two-day window; the other gives you half an hour and full visibility of who is free. Every one of the itemised receipts I read came from the app.
One more standing offer, because it is the best repeat-customer number on the listing: 新人初日限定, Yumeoto members only, a woman's debut day only — 5,000 points back on the 90-minute course, 7,000 on 120 minutes or longer. The shop captions it (赤字です), we're losing money on this. On the 120-minute course that is 24.1% back, and the shop has run ten new faces between 8/30 and 9/20, so the window comes around roughly every other day. It is mail-magazine and app only, and it does not combine with the new-customer coupon — but the new-customer coupon only fires once, and this one doesn't.
Two housekeeping facts, stated without comment because they are simply useful: the shop publishes that it runs regular STI testing through さくら検査研究所, a named outside laboratory; and the listing prints two different phone numbers — 03-6303-9022 in the header, 03-5625-4165 in the shop's own information block. Use the header one; that is the number attached to ヘブン見た, the phrase you say when you call.
What I'd Actually Do
Book 90 minutes. Everything on this listing agrees on that point and nothing argues against it. It is the cheapest minute on the raw board (¥233.33), the deepest coupon (33.3% of sticker), and the best effective rate after points (¥155.56/min). The long courses on this board are not a bulk discount — they are a bulk premium.
Decide the length before she leaves. Thirty minutes bought up front is ¥8,000; the same thirty bought on arrival is ¥10,000.
If you're new, take the coupon and register first. ¥16,000 for ninety minutes, plus 2,000 points back, plus the 5,000-point signup already reflected in that price. Say 「ヘブンで新規割を見た」.
Meet at Kinshicho. ¥1,000 instead of ¥3,000, and it is the only zone that stays open to 4 a.m. Budget the hotel separately; nothing on this page prices it.
Ask the nomination question in one sentence: is she premium, and how much. The board says "¥1,000 and up" and publishes exactly one actual figure, in a ranking post, for one woman. The difference between a plain nomination and the August number one is ¥2,000 versus ¥4,000.
And read the review page with the calendar in your hand. Voting opens October 28. Forty-two reviews on one woman and zero on a hundred and nineteen others is not a hundred and twenty verdicts — it is one campaign and a lot of people nobody has written about yet. The manager's own ten picks are the better shortlist, and they skew five years older than the roster he is hiring.
