制服天国(ユメオト) — Seifuku Tengoku, under the Yumeoto umbrella — is a ホテヘル filed as ホテヘル(学園系/五反田): a hotel health, school-themed, working out of 東京都品川区東五反田1丁目20番4号 Mステージ2階, three minutes off Gotanda station. The number in the header is 03-5789-2042, and the magic words are 「ヘブン見た」. Trading hours are 11:00 to 5:00 the next morning, reception opening an hour earlier at 10:00, 年中無休 — no closing days at all. Official site is seyten.com; the group's is yumeoto.net.
The shop describes itself in the third person and the manager signs his own copy: 「初めまして 制服天国 校長です」 — pleased to meet you, I'm the principal of Uniform Heaven. He runs, by his own account, the 『人気No1素人イメクラ』 of the 関東最大級グレイスグループ, in business 『創業10年以上』. The concept line is specific about intake: 「しろうと系、18歳~20代の制服が似合う可愛い系の女の子が在籍するお店になります」. Amateurs, 18 through their twenties, girls who suit a uniform. For scale, the breadcrumb counter for Gotanda hotel health reads 85 shops, 7,846 women.
Hold onto that phrase — 18 through their twenties. It is the only claim on this listing I could test against two independent data sets, and it is the one that breaks.
The Board Is Literally One Equation
Here is the オールタイム料金 board, exactly as printed, with no time-of-day variation anywhere on the page:
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 40 min | ¥13,000 | ¥325.00 |
| 60 min | ¥17,000 | ¥283.33 |
| 90 min | ¥24,000 | ¥266.67 |
| 120 min | ¥31,000 | ¥258.33 |
| 150 min | ¥38,000 | ¥253.33 |
| 180 min | ¥45,000 | ¥250.00 |
| Each further 30 min | ¥7,000 | ¥233.33 |
| ご指名料 (nomination) | ¥2,000 | — |
| 延長 30 min (extension) | ¥10,000 | ¥333.33 |
The per-minute column falls as you buy more, which is the normal direction. But the interesting part is how cleanly it falls. Every block past the first hour costs ¥7,000 per 30 minutes — a flat ¥233.33 a minute, forever. Run that rate back to zero and the implied door charge is ¥3,000.
So test it. ¥3,000 + ¥233.33 × minutes:
- 60 min → 3,000 + 14,000 = ¥17,000 ✓
- 90 min → 3,000 + 21,000 = ¥24,000 ✓
- 120 min → 3,000 + 28,000 = ¥31,000 ✓
- 150 min → 3,000 + 35,000 = ¥38,000 ✓
- 180 min → 3,000 + 42,000 = ¥45,000 ✓
Five for five, to the yen. This is not a price list, it is a line — a ¥3,000 cover charge and one honest rate on the clock. I have taken apart a lot of these boards and they almost never come out this clean.
Then there is the 40-minute course. The line predicts ¥12,333. The board says ¥13,000. It is the only course on the board that misses, and it misses upward, by ¥667.
Which produces the single strangest number on this listing. Going from 40 minutes to 60 costs ¥4,000 for 20 minutes — ¥200 a minute, the cheapest minutes in the building, cheaper even than the ¥233.33 flat rate. The twenty minutes you buy to escape the 40-minute course are the best-value twenty minutes this shop sells. That is what an overpriced entry course looks like from the inside.
And note the extension trap, which here is unusually steep: ¥7,000 per half hour bought at the phone, ¥10,000 per half hour bought after she has arrived. Same thirty minutes, 42.9% more for deciding late. Decide the length before she leaves the office.
Two Courses Customers Were Still Buying in August
The delivery footnotes carry a rule that cannot be followed:
※交通費が3,000円以上のエリアへのデリバリーは75分コース以上からでお願い致します。
Deliveries to the ¥3,000-and-up zones require a 75-minute course or longer. There is no 75-minute course on the board. It runs 40, 60, 90 — the number the footnote gates nineteen wards behind simply is not for sale.
It was, though. When this site covered the shop in June 2026, the board carried 40分 ¥11,000 / 60分 ¥17,000 / 75分 ¥20,500 / 90分 ¥24,000. And the receipts in the review column show customers still buying the missing steps a month ago:
- 2026/08/25 — 75分 ¥22,500 (室料別)
- 2026/08/19 — 105分 ¥24,500, with 8,000円のポイント割引利用
Now put those against the line. 75 minutes on the ¥3,000 + ¥233.33 formula = ¥20,500 — exactly the June board price, and exactly ¥2,000 below that August receipt, which is precisely the nomination fee. 105 minutes = ¥27,500; add ¥2,000 nomination and ¥3,000 transport and you get ¥32,500, which is the ¥24,500 paid plus the ¥8,000 of points spent. To the yen, again.
So the deleted courses were not rounding errors. They sat perfectly on the shop's own line, in 15-minute granularity, and they are gone. What remains is a board that jumps 40 → 60 → 90, with the entry step marked ¥667 above the line. Both edits push you the same direction. Meanwhile the 40-minute course is the one that actually moved in price: ¥11,000 in June, ¥13,000 today — up 18.2% — while 60 and 90 minutes did not change at all.
The Costume Is Free. Everything Else Isn't.
This is the part I keep coming back to. The full options board:
| Price | Options |
|---|---|
| ¥10,000 | AF |
Four free items, seven paid ones, ¥26,000 if you bought the paid column outright — more than the 90-minute course. And not one of the seven has anything to do with a school, a uniform, or the 【夜這い・逆夜這い・痴漢・逆痴漢・恋人】 scenario menu the shop leads with. The paid options are the same generic list you would find at a shop called anything.
Read commercially, this is a real signal and not a cynical one. A shop that believed the uniform was its product would charge for it, the way every image club in this city charges for its costume box. Pricing it at zero says one of two things: either the costume is a genuine no-friction default — you get it, it is the house style, stop asking — or it is a marketing layer sitting on top of a business that actually sells time, and the shop knows it. The board's perfect linearity argues hard for the second reading. This place sells minutes at ¥233.33 and hands you a uniform on the way in.
148 Women. Forty-Four of Them Are Exactly Twenty.
I read every card across both roster pages. 148 women. Mean age 22.09, median 21, youngest 18, oldest 29 — and nobody, anywhere, over 29.
| Age | Women | % of roster |
|---|---|---|
| 18 | 4 | 2.7% |
| 19 | 9 | 6.1% |
| 20 | 44 | 29.7% |
| 21 | 20 | 13.5% |
| 22 | 12 | 8.1% |
| 23 | 14 | 9.5% |
| 24 | 15 | 10.1% |
| 25 | 14 | 9.5% |
| 26 | 7 | 4.7% |
| 27 | 5 | 3.4% |
| 28 | 2 | 1.4% |
| 29 | 2 | 1.4% |
Nearly three women in ten are exactly twenty years old. That is not a demographic, that is a target. Twenty is the youngest age in Japan that carries no ambiguity whatsoever and still reads adjacent to the concept, and this roster is stacked on it like a chip pile.
The intake confirms it. The 新人情報 board lists ten new faces between 9/8 and 9/16 — ten women in nine days, on a 148-roster. Their ages: 20, 20, 18, 21, 20, 21, 20, 22, 20, 20. Mean 20.2. Every single one inside the 18–22 band. The debut-day bonus is even themed to match: 【ユメオト限定】入学初日★最大5000pt — first day of enrollment, up to 5,000 points.
Now Cross It Against Who Actually Turns Up
The weekly schedule runs Sunday 9/20 through Saturday 9/26. I parsed all seven days and matched every entry back to a roster card. 65 distinct women are scheduled — 43.9% of the roster. All 65 matched; there are no phantom names.
Their mean age is 23.77, median 24. The roster's median is 21. Here is the table:
| Age band | On roster | Scheduled | Work rate | Reviews held |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 18–20 | 57 | 10 | 17.5% | 53 |
| 21–22 | 32 | 5 | 15.6% | 48 |
| 23–24 | 29 | 23 | 79.3% | 27 |
| 25–26 | 21 | 19 | 90.5% | 23 |
| 27–29 | 9 | 8 | 88.9% | 0 |
There is a cliff at 23 and it is nearly vertical. Split the roster there:
- Aged 18–22: 89 women, 60.1% of the roster → 15 scheduled, 23.1% of the schedule, a 16.9% work rate
- Aged 23–29: 59 women, 39.9% of the roster → 50 scheduled, 76.9% of the schedule, an 84.7% work rate
Five times the probability of working, on the wrong side of the shop's own concept line. The cleanest version of it: 44 women on this roster are exactly twenty. Eight of them are on the schedule this week. The largest single block in the building is also its least active.
And the day-by-day says the same thing in a different register:
| Day | Women | Mean age |
|---|---|---|
| Sun 9/20 (today) | 20 | 23.9 |
| Mon 9/21 | 24 | 23.2 |
| Tue 9/22 | 21 | 23.3 |
| Wed 9/23 | 21 | 23.4 |
| Thu 9/24 | 16 | 24.7 |
| Fri 9/25 | 14 | 24.5 |
| Sat 9/26 | 12 | 24.9 |
Every single day of the week runs older than the roster mean of 22.09 — by between 1.1 and 2.8 years. And the schedule thins toward the weekend: 24 women on Monday, 12 on Saturday. A school-themed shop at half staff on Saturday night, peaking on a Monday, is telling you its customer has a weekday-shaped afternoon.
I want to be fair about what this does and does not prove. It does not prove the twenty-year-olds are fictional — 53 reviews are attached to the 18–20 band, so plenty of them have worked. What it proves is that the roster page and the schedule page are two different products. The roster is a catalogue that recruits and advertises the concept; the schedule is the business, and the business is run by women aged 23 to 29 with an 85% attendance rate. If you browse the cards and pick a face, you are picking from a pool that is 60% unlikely to be available.
Eighteen Advertised Hours, a Peak of Eight
Today is Sunday 9/20: 20 women posted, 110.5 woman-hours, mean shift 5.53 hours. Against an advertised 18-hour trading day, here is the coverage:
| Hour | On shift | |
|---|---|---|
| 11:00 | 4 | ▉▉▉▉ |
| 13:00 | 5 | ▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 15:00 | 8 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 17:00 | 7 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 19:00 | 8 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 21:00 | 6 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 23:00 | 7 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 01:00 | 7 | ▉▉▉▉▉▉▉ |
| 03:00 | 4 | ▉▉▉▉ |
| 04:00 | 1 | ▉ |
A twin peak of eight — mid-afternoon and early evening — which is 5.4% of the 148-woman roster at its busiest. The curve is unusually flat across the night: seven women at 1 a.m. is barely off the 3 p.m. peak. Then it falls off a shelf. At 4:00 there is exactly one woman working, こゆ (23), who is posted 18:00–5:00 — an eleven-hour shift, closing the building alone.
The transport board covers all 23 wards, tiered, and it has a genuine oddity in it:
| Zone | Fee |
|---|---|
| 五反田駅東口/西口ホテル | Free |
| 五反田駅西口ホテル (W1/エメラルド/sun) | ¥1,000 |
| 品川 / 目黒 / 港 / 渋谷 (4 wards) | ¥2,000 |
| 千代田 / 中央 / 新宿 / 大田 / 江東 / 世田谷 / 台東 / 中野 (8 wards) | ¥3,000 |
| 杉並 / 足立 / 荒川 / 板橋 / 江戸川 / 葛飾 / 墨田 / 文京 / 豊島 / 練馬 / 北 (11 wards) | ¥4,000 |
Note the second row: the West Exit hotels are free except three named ones, which cost ¥1,000. A ¥1,000 carve-out inside the free zone, by hotel name. If you are meeting at W1, Emerald or sun, that is a thousand yen you did not budget.
And the minimums bite: ¥2,000 zones need a 60-minute course or longer; ¥3,000-plus zones need the 75-minute course that no longer exists. Meanwhile the Q&A contradicts the board outright — it puts 大田区 at ¥2,000 where the board puts it at ¥3,000, and omits 渋谷区 entirely. Ask on the phone. On the published numbers the board is the stricter document, and the Q&A is the older one.
Ten Receipts That All Reconcile
Customers here itemise, and — unusually — every single figure lands:
| Date | Course | Paid | Reconciliation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9/8 | 60 | ¥19,000 | 17,000 + 2,000 nomination |
| 9/5 | 60 | ¥19,000 (室料込み) | 17,000 + 2,000 |
| 9/4 | 90 | ¥25,000 | 24,000 + 2,000 + 2,000 transport − 3,000 points |
| 8/31 | 60 | ¥19,000 | 17,000 + 2,000 |
| 8/25 | 75 | ¥22,500 | 20,500 + 2,000 — course since deleted |
| 8/20 | 60 | ¥4,000 | consistent with ¥12,000 − 8,000 points; not itemised |
| 8/19 | 105 | ¥24,500 | 27,500 + 2,000 + 3,000 − 8,000 points — course since deleted |
| 8/19 | 90 | ¥24,000 | board exactly, free pick |
| 8/18 | 90 | ¥24,000 | board exactly, free pick |
| 8/13 | 60 | ¥19,000 | 17,000 + 2,000 |
Six of ten bought 60 minutes. That is the house course, and it is the one the board prices honestly. Three bought 90, two of them on a free pick at flat board price — proof the ¥0 door is real and gets used here. Note also that nine of ten are marked 室料別: the hotel room is yours to pay, and this listing never prices it anywhere.
The points are doing heavy work in that column — ¥3,000 and ¥8,000 knocked off two separate bookings. Points are spendable in arbitrary amounts, not fixed tiers. The Yumeoto layer behind that: founded 1999, 40-plus shops, roughly 1,500 women, and this is the group's first points system — 5,000 points on signup, 1 point = ¥1, valid one year, 1% of spend returned, no credit-card surcharge, booking 30 minutes ahead with 電話一切不要. There is also a standing 2,000 points for posting a review.
Which is worth sitting with for a second. The shop pays ¥2,000 a review, and its lifetime counter reads 491件 — while the 148 women currently on the books hold 151 between them, with only 41 women carrying a single one and 107 (72.3%) never reviewed at all. So 340 reviews, 69.2% of everything ever written here, belongs to women who have left. On a roster taking ten new faces in nine days, that is not a mystery; it is a turnover rate with a receipt. And the 27–29 band — nine women, eight of them working this week, the single most reliable cohort in the building — holds exactly zero reviews. The most available women here are the least written-about ones.
What I'd Actually Do
Book 60 minutes through Yumeoto, free pick, at a Gotanda station hotel. ¥12,000, no nomination, no transport — ¥200 a minute, which ties the cheapest marginal rate anywhere on this board. Six of the ten documented receipts are 60-minute bookings; it is what this shop actually sells.
Do not take the coupon with your name on it. ご新規様割 is ¥15,000 for the same hour the general Yumeoto rate gives you for ¥12,000. Register first, then book.
Buy the length up front. ¥7,000 per extra half hour at the phone, ¥10,000 once she is there — a 42.9% penalty for a decision you could make while putting your shoes on.
Skip the 40-minute course. It is the only price on this board that misses the shop's own line, and it misses upward. The twenty minutes that take you to the hour cost ¥200 each — the best value in the building.
Shop the schedule, not the roster. This is the one that will actually change your evening. Browsing 148 cards means browsing a pool where six in ten women have a 16.9% chance of being on shift. Open 出勤情報 first, pick from the 20-odd women who are actually working, and accept that the real median age of this shop is 24, not the 21 the cards suggest.
Check which hotel. Three named West Exit hotels cost ¥1,000 inside an otherwise free zone, and the room is separate money the listing never quotes.
