華恋人～カレント — Karent — is a delivery health (deriheru) shop specializing in 人妻, married women, working out of Uguisudani in Tokyo's Taito ward. Phone is 03-5808-0800. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 22:00, 年中無休 — no closing days, all year. The Cityheaven listing and the official site at karent-u.com agree on all of that.
They also agree on the price board, which is unusually short. Three rungs, no membership fee, and — notably — no nomination fee printed anywhere. No 指名料, no 本指名料, no line item for asking for a specific woman. On a Tokyo deriheru board that's a real omission in the customer's favor, and it's the first thing I looked for twice to be sure I hadn't missed it.
Three courses, and the middle one is a trap

Look at that middle row. The 100-minute course is the most expensive minute you can buy at this shop. Not the shortest course, which is how these ladders normally work — the middle one. The board is non-monotonic, which means somebody set three prices at three different times and nobody ever laid them side by side.
The marginal math is where it gets loud. Going from 80 to 100 costs ¥6,000 for 20 minutes — ¥300 a minute. Going from 100 to 120 costs ¥5,000 for 20 minutes — ¥250 a minute. So the twenty minutes that take you into the middle course are the most expensive twenty minutes on the board, and the twenty that take you out of it are the cheapest. The 100 is squeezed from both sides. There is no length at which it is the right answer.
Now, from the shop's own FAQ, asked what a first-timer should book: 「100分コースが好評ですが…」 — the 100-minute course is the popular one. It may well be. It's also the one rung of three that costs you more per minute than either neighbor. That's not a scam, it's sediment — but it's yours to notice, not theirs.
What the new-girl discount actually does
Karent runs a 新人割 (new-staff discount) on women carrying a NEW badge: ¥2,000 off the 80, ¥3,000 off the 100 and the 120. Quote 「新人割引で」 when you call.

The discount isn't just money off — it's a different-shaped board. Under 新人割, every extra minute past 80 costs exactly ¥250, at both steps. 80→100 is ¥5,000, 100→120 is ¥5,000. The ¥300 kink is gone; the ladder goes straight. The three per-minute rates collapse into a ¥4.2 spread instead of a ¥7.5 one. In plain terms: the new-staff discount is the only version of this menu where buying the long course isn't a penalty.
There's also a 口コミ割 — ¥2,000 off for posting a review of the woman you saw and registering her as a favorite, repeatable every time you post. That's a flat ¥2,000, and flat discounts always land hardest on the shortest course: it makes the 80 a ¥237.5 minute and leaves the 100 and 120 tied at ¥250.
Whether these two stack is not stated anywhere I could find. Ask.
The transport map is the actual product
This is the part that tells you what kind of shop Karent is. Dispatch fees:

Put those on the Yamanote and something jumps out. Ueno is one stop from Uguisudani and costs ¥2,000. Otsuka is seven stops away and is free. Distance has nothing to do with this fee. The free zone runs north along the loop — Uguisudani, Nippori, Nishi-Nippori, Komagome, Sugamo, Otsuka — and the paid zone runs south, into Ueno, Okachimachi and Akihabara. Read it as a love-hotel map rather than a rail map and it resolves instantly: the shop is free where the leisure hotels are and charges you where the business hotels are.
Two footnotes on that table. Tabata isn't on it. It sits between Nishi-Nippori and Komagome, both free, and it is simply not named — so it's neither free nor priced. And the shop itself prints 「交通費は同じエリアでも異なる場合がございます」: the fee can differ within the same area. Even the free zone carries an asterisk — a change of companion costs ¥2,000 there.
One hard constraint that shapes everything else: 「自宅出張は行っておりません」 — no home visits. This is a hotel-only shop. If you weren't already planning to be in a room in Uguisudani, that ¥2,000 or ¥3,000 isn't a transport fee, it's a tax on being in the wrong neighborhood — and ¥2,000 is 7.6 minutes at the 80-minute rate.
141 women on the books, 24 on the floor
The official 女性一覧 lists 141 women with published ages. Cityheaven's blurb says 「100人以上在籍」 with a 28–39 age range. The published roster is wider than that on both ends:
- Range: 25 to 40
- Mean 32.9, median 33
- Modal age 34 — 23 women, the single biggest block
- 86.5% fall between 29 and 37
Four women are under 28 and two are 40, so the advertised 28–39 band is close but not what's on the page. What the numbers really say is how tight the casting is: nearly nine in ten of this roster sit inside a nine-year window centered on the mid-thirties. That's not a general hitozuma shop hedging its bets. That's a specific type, bought repeatedly.
Of those 141, 18 carry a NEW badge — 12.8%, which is the share of the roster the 新人割 can actually touch. And on the day I read it, 24 were marked 本日出勤. One in six. The "100+ women" headline is a catalogue, not a menu; the menu is two dozen.
The clock is the real constraint
Here is the finding I'd actually change my plans over. I pulled the 156 shift entries published on the Cityheaven listing and counted how many women are on the floor at each hour:

The roster peaks at 3 p.m. and never recovers. By 20:00 you are choosing from 33 women — 27% of the peak. By 21:00, 21 women, 17.5%. The single most common finishing time is 17:00 (30 entries, 19.2% of the board); 55.8% of all shifts are done by 18:00 and 68.6% by 19:00. Meanwhile 64.7% start by noon.
I checked this against the shop's own site rather than trusting one source, and the official 本日出勤 list — a much smaller sample, 24 women — has the same shape: it peaks 14:00–16:00 and, at 20:00, has exactly four women who could still complete a 120-minute course before close. Two independent boards, same curve.
So: the shop advertises 9:30 to 22:00, and that's true. But the hours are not the roster. This is a daytime business with an evening tail, aimed at the man with a free afternoon, not the man finishing work at seven. If you arrive at 20:00 wanting the 120 — which, remember, must start by 20:00 to finish by close — you are picking from roughly one in six of the women who were available five hours earlier.
(A wrinkle worth a phone call: 13 of the 156 shift entries run to 23:00, an hour past the shop's own stated 22:00 close. Somebody's grid disagrees with somebody's sign.)
Options, payment, and the point of no return
Options are cheap and short: cosplay ¥1,000, rotor ¥1,000, vibe ¥2,000. The costume list is long — OL, nurse, sailor uniform, maid, bunny girl, china dress, cheerleader, bodycon, gym clothes, apron, race queen — with a request not to soil them.
Cards are accepted, but you must say so when you book, and dispatch doesn't begin until the payment clears. Budget that into your timing, particularly late in the day when the roster is thin and a delay costs you the whole selection.
And the rule to read before you book anything: 「女性キャストが脱衣後、若しくは体に触れられてからのチェンジやキャンセルは出来ません」 — once she has undressed or been touched, no change and no cancellation. With a ¥2,000 change fee even inside the free zone, your selection happens on the phone or on the web form. Not in the room.
On booking: the official contact form explicitly does not take reservations — it asks you to phone. There's a separate WEB予約 button, and several of Cityheaven's per-woman coupons are marked ネット予約限定, web-booking only. So the discount you want may live behind a different door than the one the site points you at.
What isn't published
- Whether 新人割 and 口コミ割 stack. Nothing says.
- Any extension (延長) rate. Not printed on either site. If you want to go long, the only published path is buying the longer course up front.
- Tabata's dispatch fee. Surrounded by free stations, named on neither list.
- The exact free-zone boundary, which the shop admits varies within the same area.
- Nomination fees, which appear to be zero — but "not printed" and "free" are different claims, and only the phone can close that gap.
The verdict
Go at lunch. Not as a preference — as arithmetic. The roster is at 120 women at 3 p.m. and 21 at 9 p.m., which means the afternoon isn't just more convenient, it's a fundamentally different shop with six times the selection. Every other decision here is worth less than this one.
Skip the 100. It's the worst per-minute rate on the standard board, it's the rung the shop's FAQ pushes, and the twenty minutes that get you there cost ¥300 each while the twenty that get you out cost ¥250. Take the 80 if you want the best standard rate, the 120 if you want time — the 100 is the only choice that's wrong on both counts.
If you're taking the 120, take it with 新人割. That discount is the only thing on this board that makes the long course rational: it flattens the marginal minute to a flat ¥250 and kills the kink. 18 of the 141 women qualify — filter for NEW first, then pick.
Get a room north of the station, not south of it. Ueno is one stop away and costs ¥2,000; Otsuka is seven and costs nothing. There are no home visits, so where you sleep is a pricing decision, and it's worth 7.6 minutes of your course either way.
