性腺熟女１００％鶯谷（デリヘル市場） — Seisen Jukujo Hyaku-Percent Uguisudani — is a delivery health shop working Uguisudani, in Tokyo's Taito ward, filed on Cityheaven under 鶯谷/デリヘル with the 人妻 tag. Phone is 050-3154-0695, with 03-6277-0465 published as the fallback if the first line doesn't connect. Reception runs 10:00 to midnight, year-round, no closing days (定休日: 無し). Its official site is at dh2020.jp, under the デリヘル市場 group banner, and the flagship 性腺熟女１００％本店 works Gotanda.
The shop's own headline: 50代.60代だけの熟女専門店がついに鶯谷上陸 — a shop of nothing but women in their fifties and sixties has finally landed in Uguisudani. The house slogan is 上品でスケベな熟女専門, roughly "refined and filthy, mature women only," and there's a three-line 熟女の心得 — a mature woman's creed — printed on the listing that I'm not going to translate, because it's a dad joke about erections and it deserves to stay in Japanese.
Fine. Everybody writes copy. Let's check it against the roster.
The roster is a filter, not a preference
Three pages of 在籍 listings, 232 unique women, every one with a published age. Here's the whole distribution:

The zeroes are the story. A shop that merely leans mature has a long tail of thirty-eights and forty-fours, because that's where the supply is and because no one turns away a booking. This one has a wall at fifty and nothing behind it. Two hundred and thirty-one women out of 232 satisfy a claim that most shops in this genre treat as a vibe.
The ten women in their sixties, since a shop that can field ten of them is doing something unusual: 66, 65, 64, 64, 62, 61, and four aged 60. The oldest on the books is ともよ at 66, listed at 161cm and 102(H).
Which brings me to ひかり, aged 20, listed at 163cm, 82(B), joined 11 July, and appearing on this shop's own girl pages and its weekly schedule — not a group widget, not a sister shop. She is thirty years younger than the second-youngest woman here and a direct contradiction of the sign over the door. I'm not going to pretend I know why she's on this roster. I'll just note that in a dataset this clean, one row this far off the line is worth seeing before you assume the shop's description is a complete description.

C, D and E carry two-thirds of the shop between them. That's a normal-looking distribution, which is itself informative: this is a broad roster with a hard age filter on it, not a boutique of one body type. The shop says as much — 巨乳系、スレンダー系、おかあさん系、ぽっちゃり系, busty, slender, motherly, plump — and for once the copy matches the numbers.
Nine women joined in July, listed newest first: 7/31 まどか (50), 7/28 おとは (57), 7/28 るみ (60), 7/27 みすず (50), 7/20 えいこ (50, listed 101(H)), 7/19 もみじ (56), 7/17 あきよ (64), 7/11 ひかり (20), 7/4 あおば (50). A shop recruiting eight women over fifty in four weeks has a pipeline, not a page someone forgot to update.
What is not on the bill
Before the prices, the fees — because at most shops that's where the price actually lives.
Cityheaven's own summary line for this shop reads: 指名料無料！ OP全て無料！ No nomination fee. All options free. The official site adds 写真指名料、初回女性は無料 — the photo-nomination fee is waived for a woman you haven't seen before.
And the Q&A, question five, asked and answered plainly: does anything get added after the session? — コース変更をされる以外に追加料金は発生しません. No additional charges except a course change. Toys — vibrator, rotor, mini denma wand — are listed free in question three, though you can't bring your own.
I've spent a lot of afternoons this year watching a headline price get reassembled at the door out of a membership fee, a photo-nomination fee, a by-name fee and a toy tier. Here the fee column is essentially empty, and that's the single most useful fact on the listing. The number on the menu is close to the number you hand over.
Close. Not identical — the transport fee is never published anywhere, which I'll come back to.
Three courses, three ladders, one trap
Everything the shop publishes, across its official site and its Cityheaven coupons:

The 120-minute course costs exactly the same per minute as the 60 — ¥200 either way — and it's the worst rate on all three ladders. The curve is a U, and the 90 sits at the bottom of it on every single column.
Look at the marginal thirty minutes and you can see where it breaks. Going 60→90 costs ¥4,000, which is ¥133 a minute — cheaper than any course on the board. Going 90→120 costs ¥8,000, which is ¥267 a minute — twice the first step, and half again as expensive as the course you're extending. On the 熟直 ladder that second step softens to ¥7,000, still ¥233 a minute.
So the shop sells you thirty additional minutes at a bargain rate, then sells you the next thirty at the most expensive rate in the building. If you want two hours here, you are paying a premium for the privilege of not booking ninety minutes.
"Extension" is a course change, so the trap is the same trap
Question five again, second half: 延長は全てコース変更という形でお受け致します — all extensions are handled as course changes.
That's better than the industry norm and worse than it sounds. Better, because most shops charge a punitive flat rate per thirty minutes bolted onto the end — I've seen the same thirty minutes cost double when bought late. Here, deciding late costs exactly what deciding early costs; there is no separate penalty rate.
Worse, because the ladder already contains the penalty. Extending from 90 to 120 is that ¥8,000 step, ¥267 a minute, whether you commit to it on the phone or halfway through. The trap doesn't move. It's just honestly signposted.
The clock starts when you meet her, not when you get to the room
From the shop's own how-to-play page: 女性と会った時からチェックアウトまでのお時間がご利用時間となります. Your time runs from the moment you meet her until checkout. Payment is handed over in advance, once you're in the room.
Pair that with question one: she'll come straight to a hotel room, but 原則として最寄りの駅から歩いてうかがえるホテル — as a rule, hotels within walking distance of the nearest station, with 徒歩10分、1km以内 given as the guideline.
Do the arithmetic on those two sentences together. If you meet her at the station and walk ten minutes to the room, on the ¥10,000 熟直 sixty at ¥166.7 a minute, that walk costs ¥1,667 — eighty-three percent of the ¥2,000 discount you booked online to get. You can discount your way to a ¥10,000 hour and then hand most of it back on the pavement between the Yamanote exit and the hotel.
The fix is free and takes no negotiation: have the room before you call, give the shop the hotel and the room number, and let her come to the door. Uguisudani is not short of hotels within a thousand metres of the station.
熟直 is a discount for using the right door
The recurring word on every page of this shop is 熟直 — a coined term for booking directly through the official site's online form. The mechanic: reserve online, write 熟直 in the request field, and a further discount applies on top of the standard one. The shop states ご新規様は最大3,000円off, 常連のお客様は最大4,000円off — up to ¥3,000 off for new customers, up to ¥4,000 for regulars.
The ¥3,000 checks out: it's the 120-minute course, ¥24,000 down to ¥21,000, exactly as the Cityheaven coupon prices it. The ¥4,000 doesn't check out against anything published, and the only place it could hide is the 150-minute-plus tier, which has no published price. Regulars are being quoted a maximum saving on a course the shop won't show you.
Two coupons run on the Cityheaven listing, both issued 2026/7/24 with no expiry date: 熟直なら♪ at 60 minutes for ¥10,000 against ¥12,000, badged 17% OFF and restricted to new customers; and the same name at 120 minutes for ¥21,000, restricted to people using the online booking for the first time. There's a standing event dated 2026/7/1 headed 【熟直なら最安値♪】 — cheapest price if you book direct. Both coupons require you to type the magic word at reservation time; forget it and you pay the standard ladder.
Members who book online get the perks block: 24-hour online reservations, ポイント最大10％還元 (up to 10% back in points), and 3,000PT in your birthday month. Posting a review on the official site earns 500PT toward your next visit, and the shop goes out of its way to say a one-line review is fine — 「ありがとう」「良かったよ」「また来ます」 are given as acceptable examples. What a point is worth in yen is never stated, so treat all three of those figures as unpriced.
There is also, and I want this on the record, a 第1回エロ川柳大会 — a First Erotic Senryū Contest, announced 16 March 2026 with results posted 1 April. Grand prize: ¥3,000 off any course for three months, unlimited uses. Three runners-up got ¥2,000 off for two months. Whatever else is true about this operation, somebody there is having a good time.
The Gotanda ghost in the Uguisudani price list
Here's the part that would have cost me money if I hadn't cross-checked.
The Uguisudani official page's discount block prints its first row as 60分コース（五反田限定） — sixty-minute course, Gotanda only — and, two lines further down, 五反田は交通費無料でご案内！, free transport in Gotanda. That's the flagship shop's copy, sitting unedited on the branch's page.
Read that page alone and you'd conclude the sixty isn't available in Uguisudani. But this shop's own Cityheaven coupon sells 60 minutes for ¥10,000 against a stated regular ¥12,000, under this shop's name, dated a week ago. The two documents disagree, and the Cityheaven coupon is the specific one. The 60 exists here; the 五反田限定 tag is stale paste.
The transport line is the bigger problem, because it's the only place on any page where the words 交通費 appear — and it's about a different city district. This shop's own transport fee is published nowhere. Not on Cityheaven, not on the official site, not in the Q&A. Given that the entire proposition is a ¥10,000 hour, an unstated travel charge is the one variable that can move the total by a meaningful percentage.
The dispatch area doesn't agree with itself either. Cityheaven states 派遣エリア：東京都鶯谷（台東区）— Uguisudani, Taito ward, full stop. The Q&A, question eight, says the shop can't do all of Tokyo but covers 山手線沿線、都内近郊 — the Yamanote line and greater Tokyo — with anything else negotiable. Home visits are explicitly allowed in question six, with pickup and drop-off at your nearest station. So the real service area is considerably wider than the listing claims, and the price of that width is undisclosed. Ask on the phone.
Today's floor: sixty-nine women, and a peak you can set your watch to
Today is Thursday, 30 July. Sixty-nine women are on the schedule — 29.7% of the roster working on a midweek day, which is a healthy activation rate for a book this size. Their ages run 50 to 65, mean 53.1, with exactly one woman over sixty on shift.

The shape is a plateau, not a spike — from 14:00 to 18:00 you have between 44 and 48 women available, and it barely moves. That's the window where choice is real. Before noon it isn't: at opening there are four women working out of 232, and if none of them is what you came for, you're waiting three hours for the roster to fill.
One inconsistency, small but real: the shop's stated hours end at midnight, and seven of today's shifts are scheduled past it, four of them running to 1:00. Reception closing at midnight and courses running past it are perfectly compatible — a 120 booked at 23:00 has to end at 1:00 — but the published hours don't tell you that, and the schedule does.
For what it's worth, the shop's own popularity boards: June's 本指名 ranking went to あゆ (53) with さき (53) second, and a separate 隠れた逸材 — "hidden gems" — board is topped by しおり (51) and ひとみ (53). Every name on both lists is in their fifties.
What isn't published
Stated plainly, because the gaps here are unusually specific:
- The transport fee. Never given for this shop, anywhere. The only 交通費 line on the site is about Gotanda.
- The membership fee. Not published. Not stated as free either.
- The 本指名 fee — asking again for a woman you've already seen. Cityheaven says nomination is free; the official site only specifies that photo nomination is free for a woman you haven't met. Those two statements don't quite cover the same case.
- Every course above 120 minutes. They exist, per the shop's own line. No prices.
- The yen value of a point, which makes 10% back, 3,000PT and 500PT unpriceable.
- The ¥4,000 regulars' maximum, which reconciles with no published pair of numbers.
Housekeeping the shop does publish: reservations open one week ahead; online booking is 24-hour but provisional until a staff member calls you back; credit cards accepted; receipts issued, normally by post; companions are tested for STIs monthly, stated as a requirement; and the refusal list covers organised-crime affiliation, visible tattoos, non-payment and repeat cancellations, with service stopped on the spot and no refund.
The verdict
The unusual thing about this shop isn't the concept, it's the follow-through. A roster of 232 with a hard wall at fifty and ten women in their sixties is a real operating constraint, honoured 231 times out of 232, and the one exception is right there in the data if you'd rather know than not. The fee sheet is close to empty, the Q&A answers the question about surprise charges directly and in the customer's favour, and extensions are priced the same whenever you ask for them.
What's sloppy is the paperwork. A branch page still carrying the flagship's Gotanda copy. A dispatch area two documents disagree about. A transport fee that exists in reality and nowhere in print. A ¥4,000 headline that resolves to nothing.
Book the 90 at ¥14,000. It is the cheapest per minute on every ladder the shop publishes — ¥156 a minute — and the 120 above it costs ¥267 a minute to reach. Reserve through the official site's online form, write 熟直, and have the hotel room already taken so the clock doesn't start on a ten-minute walk.
If ¥10,000 is the number, the 60-minute 熟直 course is a genuine ¥10,000 — no nomination fee, no option fees, nothing added at the end. Just get the transport figure on the phone first, because it's the one line item nobody has written down.
Come between 2pm and 6pm. Forty-plus women on shift, peaking at 48 around 17:30. At the 10am opening there are four.
