ドキドキNTR寝取られ生電話 — Dokidoki NTR Netorare Namadenwa, roughly "heart-pounding cuckold live phone call" — is a delivery health (deriheru) shop working Uguisudani, in Tokyo's Taito ward. Cityheaven files it under 鶯谷デリヘル in the standard category. Phone is 03-5824-8022, hours run 12:00 to 24:00 with phone reception opening at 11:30, and the official site is at n-namaden.com. The listing tells you to say 「ヘブン見た」— saw you on Heaven — when you call.
The concept, which the shop bills as 全国初 (a national first): the session is structured around a phone call. She's on the line with someone else and has to keep her composure while she isn't in a position to. That's it. That's the product. Everything else on the menu is a variation on who holds the handset.
I'm not going to relay the shop's own copy, which is written at a volume you can hear through the screen. The copy is free and it tells you nothing. The price list is where a shop accidentally tells the truth.
Four courses, one straight line
Reconstructing the standard ladder from the shop's time-sale block (¥2,000 off each row) and confirming the 80 against Cityheaven's own coupon table, which prints 通常 80分 21,000円:
| Course | Standard | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥16,000 | ¥266.7 |
| 80 min | ¥21,000 | ¥262.5 |
| 100 min | ¥26,000 | ¥260.0 |
| 120 min | ¥31,000 | ¥258.3 |
Every step up is ¥5,000 for 20 more minutes — ¥250 a minute, at every rung, without exception. Which means the whole list is one equation:
price = ¥1,000 + ¥250 × minutes
Check it: 1,000 + 15,000 = 16,000. 1,000 + 20,000 = 21,000. 1,000 + 25,000 = 26,000. 1,000 + 30,000 = 31,000. Four for four.
So there is no volume discount here at all. The per-minute column drifts down from ¥266.7 to ¥258.3, but that drift isn't a bulk deal — it's the fixed ¥1,000 getting spread over more minutes. Buy twice the time, pay twice the rate plus the same ¥1,000 once.
That sounds like a small distinction. It is the single most useful thing on the page, and here's why.
Because the line is flat, every discount favors the 60
When a menu has no volume discount, a flat yen-denominated discount is worth more per minute the shorter the course. All of this shop's discounts are flat yen amounts. So all of them point the same direction — at the 60 — and the shop's own promotions quietly invert their own ladder.
The newsletter. メルマガ registration is ¥1,000 off. That ¥1,000 is precisely the constant in the equation. Register, and the formula collapses to ¥250 × minutes flat:
| Course | Newsletter price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥15,000 | ¥250.0 |
| 80 min | ¥20,000 | ¥250.0 |
| 100 min | ¥25,000 | ¥250.0 |
| 120 min | ¥30,000 | ¥250.0 |
Four courses, one rate, no rounding. The newsletter isn't a discount so much as the removal of a cover charge.
The time sale, 12:00–15:00, ¥2,000 off — the shop publishes these directly: 60分 ¥14,000, 80分 ¥19,000, 100分 ¥24,000, 120分 ¥29,000. Now run the division:
| Course | Time-sale price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥14,000 | ¥233.3 |
| 80 min | ¥19,000 | ¥237.5 |
| 100 min | ¥24,000 | ¥240.0 |
| 120 min | ¥29,000 | ¥241.7 |
The ranking has flipped. On the standard ladder the 120 is the best per-minute rate; inside the time-sale window it's the worst, and the 60 is the best. The formula has gone negative on its constant — minus ¥1,000 plus ¥250 a minute — and a negative constant rewards short courses exactly as reliably as a positive one punishes them.
One catch the official site states and the Cityheaven event copy doesn't: the time sale is メルマガ登録必須, newsletter registration required. So the ¥2,000 is measured off the ¥16,000 list, not off the ¥15,000 you'd already be paying as a member. For a member the window is worth ¥1,000, not ¥2,000.
The new-staff discount — ¥3,000 off for women within three days of a trial shift — is the same story louder: 60分 ¥13,000 (¥216.7/min), 80分 ¥18,000 (¥225.0), 120分 ¥28,000 (¥233.3). Best published per-minute rate in the building, on the shortest course. Note the 100-minute row is simply missing from that list; by the formula it should be ¥23,000, but the shop doesn't say so. And it only applies if you say 「新人割りで!」on the phone and complete a mandatory post-session questionnaire call.
The ¥21,000 that the shop's own event page says nobody pays
Cityheaven carries two coupons, both dated 2025/11/19 with no expiry. The first is badged 38% OFF, new customers only, 60 minutes for ¥13,000. Its breakdown table is worth reading closely:
| Line | Normal | With coupon |
|---|---|---|
| Course | ¥16,000 | ¥13,000 |
| Fee | ¥3,000 | ¥0 |
| Fee | ¥2,000 | ¥0 |
| Total | ¥21,000 | ¥13,000 |
Those two unnamed fees match the official site's fee list exactly: 入会金 ¥3,000 membership, 指名料 ¥2,000 nomination. So the 38% is arithmetically honest — ¥13,000 off ¥21,000 really is 38%.
The problem is the other page. The shop's own standing opening promotion reads: 入会金 3,000円 ⇒ 無料。指名料 2,000円 ⇒ 無料。ネット指名 1,000円 ⇒ 無料 — membership free, nomination free, online nomination free, plus ¥1,000 for the newsletter and ¥1,000 questionnaire cashback, totalled as ¥8,000 off. If that promotion is live, the fee column in the coupon table is ¥0 before any coupon, and the real comparison is ¥16,000 against ¥13,000: 19% off, not 38%.
The second coupon on the same page settles it, badging itself honestly and printing both fee rows as ¥0 on both sides: 80 minutes, ¥21,000 down to ¥19,000, 10% OFF, for Heaven members who post a review and register for platinum mail. Two coupons, one page, two incompatible accounts of whether ¥5,000 of fees exist. The one that prints ¥0 is the one that matches the shop's own event page.
Worth having straight before you call: the ¥13,000 is real. The ¥8,000 it's supposedly saving you off is not.
A calendar disagreement that lands on today
The Cityheaven event listing for the time sale says 毎日開催 — held daily. The official site's version of the identical promotion, identical prices, says 平日開催 — weekdays only.
Today is Sunday, 2 August. Those two sentences cannot both be true about this afternoon, and the ¥2,000 rides on which one is. Ask on the phone before 15:00.
Three courses that went up this morning
Dated 8/2 — today — the shop split its single concept into three named courses, with no price difference published for any of them:
- NTRコース — the original. She's on the call when it starts; later you take the handset yourself.
- 男気NTRコース — "the manly one," for customers who'd rather not talk. The phone never changes hands.
- 極みNTRコース — the timing is concealed. The call comes at some unannounced point after things are underway; the shop floats 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and declines to commit.
I'd treat the third as the actual product differentiator and the other two as the same session with a choice about the handset. No price is attached to any of the three anywhere I can find, which either means they cost the same or means you'll find out on the phone. Ask.
Also new: a 限定 crooked-osteopath scenario course, priced for newsletter members at 60分 ¥17,000, 80分 ¥22,000, 100分 ¥27,000, 120分 ¥32,000, with the shop explaining the gap as oil costs. Run the formula and it's ¥2,000 + ¥250 × minutes — a flat ¥2,000 premium over the member rate at every length. Not a different rate. A surcharge with a story attached.
What actually costs extra
The scenario and costume choices are free options, chosen in advance on the site's questionnaire: schoolgirl, teacher, gym bloomers, housewife, nurse, office worker, police, school swimsuit, plus tights and garters. Free.
The three things with prices on them:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Womanizer (suction) | ¥2,000 |
| Womanizer DX (suction + vibe) | ¥3,000 |
| T.T.T — "toy telephone time" | ¥2,000 |
That's the paid-options list in full, as published.
Six steps, and step six tells you the clock is running
The official guide lays out the procedure, and it's more choreographed than most:
- Call from the JR Uguisudani north exit, or from your hotel.
- Fill in the 事前アンケート on the site first — preferred woman, course, options.
- Call again from the room with your name, hotel and room number. They quote the fee on that call and ask you to leave the cash on the table; if change is due, she leaves it there.
- She knocks. Open the door only slightly, take the antiseptic body soap and gargle solution she hands you, and go to the bathroom. This is a 即プレイ (soku-purei, "immediate start") shop — you're asked not to speak to her or show your face.
- Gargle and wash thoroughly while she sets up the room.
- She knocks when she's ready. And here's the line: bring your towel and cup into the bathroom and dry off inside, because drying off outside 「ロスタイムが生じる」— creates lost time. She'll be facing away, and starts the call as you come out.
Read step six twice. A shop that instructs you where to towel off is a shop telling you, politely, that the meter is running from the knock. That's not a complaint — it's the most honest line on the site — but plan around it. Have the room before you call.
The other consequence of 即プレイ is printed in the prohibitions and easy to miss: no change, no cancellation once she's dispatched. There's no look-then-decide step here by design. The pre-visit questionnaire is your only shot at getting the match right.
The prohibitions also ban photography and recording of any kind, which given that the entire concept is a live phone call is a rule worth noticing rather than skimming. The shop states it's registered under the adult-entertainment business law (新風俗営業法届出済み).
Today's floor
Roster is 154 profiles across two pages — a real book for a single-gimmick shop. It's also young for Uguisudani, a district otherwise known for its mature-women houses: published ages run from the late teens to 30, and 30 is the oldest I found anywhere on the list.
Seven women are on today's schedule, read at 13:13 on Sunday 2 August, all showing 待機中 — available:
| Shift | Age |
|---|---|
| 12:00–16:00 | 21 |
| 12:00–19:30 | 19 |
| 12:00–20:00 | 21 |
| 12:00–24:00 | 22 |
| 12:30–18:00 | 24 |
| 12:30–18:00 | 25 |
| 13:00–19:30 | 26 |
Mean age 22.6. One woman covers the full twelve-hour day; after 20:00 the floor is a single person, which for a shop with a mandatory no-change policy means the late window isn't really a choice. Come in the afternoon — it's also when the roster is deepest and when the time sale runs, assuming it runs today at all.
A small consistency note: ages and measurements don't always match between the two sites — one woman is 26 on Cityheaven and 28 on the official carousel, another's published cup differs by a letter. Minor, but it's the sort of thing that tells you which page is being maintained.
What isn't published
- Prices for the three new NTR courses. Announced today, no figures.
- Whether coupons stack with the time sale, the newsletter, or the new-staff discount. Nothing says.
- The 100-minute new-staff price. Every other row is listed; that one isn't.
- Any transport fee. Not stated anywhere — not as a number, not as free.
- Whether the fee waivers are permanent. The opening promotion has no end date and no start date either.
The verdict
Register for the newsletter before you call. It removes the ¥1,000 constant and turns every course into a flat ¥250 a minute, and it's a precondition for the time sale anyway.
Then book the 60. Not because short is better, but because this menu contains no reward for going long — the marginal minute costs ¥250 whether it's your first or your hundred-and-twentieth — and every discount the shop offers is a flat yen amount, which lands hardest on the shortest course. The 60 is the best per-minute rate on the time-sale ladder (¥233.3), on the new-staff ladder (¥216.7) and on the first-timer coupon (¥216.7). It's the worst on exactly one ladder: the undiscounted one nobody should be paying.
Get the room first, and fill in the questionnaire honestly. With no change and no cancellation, the form is the whole selection process, and step six says the clock doesn't wait for you to dry off.
And get the time sale confirmed on the phone. Two of this shop's own pages disagree about whether it runs on a Sunday, and that disagreement is worth ¥2,000.
Prices, courses, coupons, options, hours, procedure, roster and schedule above were read on 2026-08-02 from this shop's Cityheaven listing and its official site at n-namaden.com, and are quoted as published; the standard price ladder is reconstructed from the shop's own stated ¥2,000 time-sale discount and confirmed against its published 80-minute regular price. Transport fees and the pricing of the three new NTR courses are unpublished — confirm by phone before booking. Terms change. Adults 18+ only; the shop states it has no companions under 18.
