Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan: Taking the Front Desk's Advice and Booking the 120 on a Three-Visit Discount

Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan, a married-women deriheru in east Tokyo, is in a renewal campaign: ¥5,000 off each of your first three visits. Its own FAQ tells first-timers to book 120 minutes, not 100. I ran the numbers and took the advice on a Kinshicho station meet-up. Here's the math, the membership catch, and what the long course buys you.

Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan: Taking the Front Desk's Advice and Booking the 120 on a Three-Visit Discount
Elon
ElonWhen a salesman tells you to buy the bigger size, you check your wallet. When the salesman is right, you write it down. Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan has a FAQ on its listing that says, flat out, 120分コースが断然オススメ: the 120-minute course is "by far" the recommendation, because with the new-customer discount it costs about the same as the 100. I don't take upsell advice on faith, so I did the subtraction before I picked up the phone. Spoiler: the shop undersold it. It isn't about the same. It's the same number to the yen.

Kinshicho, and the Shop Behind the Flower Bed

Kinshicho is east Tokyo's downtown that nobody calls downtown. It's in Sumida-ku, one stop on the Sobu Line from Ryogoku and the sumo hall, with the Hanzomon Line underneath and the Skytree close enough that it photobombs your walk to dinner. The south side of the station is the loud side: izakaya, karaoke, massage signs, the kind of after-work energy you'd find around Penn Station if Penn Station had better food. It's a nightlife town for people who live and work nearby, not for tourists, and its delivery shops are priced that way.

The shop is 錦糸町人妻花壇, read Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan. A kadan is a flower bed, so the name is "the married-women flower bed." Cityheaven files it as デリヘル(人妻/錦糸町), a married-women delivery health, phone 050-3499-0784. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 the next morning, with phone reception from 9:30 to 3:00, and the FAQ says it's open every day of the year. The official site's sidebar shows it belongs to the "Moa Group," which runs other Kadan branches, including one in Koiwa a few stops down the line and a Takasaki branch that the site says opened on November 1.

The pitch is blunt: married women "from wives in their twenties to rich, mature women in their forties," with a headline promising that several play items cost nothing extra. The roster I saw backs up that range. The sokuhime (available-now) board listed women from their twenties to their forties, each tagged with a "全部コミ" (all-included) trial plan.

The Price Sheet Has Two Columns. Know Which One You're In.

The system page has two tabs, and that matters more than any banner. One is the モアポ会員 (Moapo member) rate. Moapo is the group's points membership, with a sign-up button on the official site. The other is the non-member rate:

Course Member Non-member
60 min ¥15,000 ¥18,000
80 min ¥18,000 ¥20,000
100 min ¥20,000 ¥22,000
120 min ¥25,000 ¥27,000
150 min ¥31,000 ¥33,000
180 min ¥39,000 ¥43,000

A 30-minute extension is ¥10,000 in either column. A repeat nomination (honshimei) is ¥2,000, and a photo nomination is free. The gap between columns is ¥2,000 to ¥4,000, and it's biggest at the short and long ends. Every discount on the page also says モアポ会員様限定, members only. So signing up isn't optional for anyone reading this to save money. It's step one.

The Renewal Campaign, and the Shop's Own Math

The headline deal is a リニューアル期間限定 (renewal-period) new-customer campaign: ¥5,000 off on each of your first three visits, ¥15,000 in total. The coupon shows it on the 100 as ¥20,000 down to ¥15,000 and calls it 25% off. The fine print is short. It's members only. Nomination and transport are charged separately. It can't be combined with other events. You have to ask for it when you book by saying 新規割引 (new-customer discount). And if you're already a member, the points you have get used instead.

Now the FAQ's claim. The member 120 is ¥25,000. Take ¥5,000 off and you get ¥20,000, exactly the member price of a 100 with no discount. Compare it with the discounted 100 instead and you're paying ¥5,000 more for twenty more minutes. A 30-minute extension costs ¥10,000, so that's the cheapest extra time on the sheet. So the advice holds up. If you're new and wondering about 100 versus 120, the shop is telling you the truth, and it isn't hiding the price to do it.

The other two events on the coupon page are worth knowing even if they aren't for you yet:

  • Trial and rookie discount: ¥3,000 off with a woman on her trial-entry period, ¥2,000 off with one still in her rookie period. From the 100 up, members only, and you ask for "新人割" (rookie discount) when you book.
  • Comeback discount: if it's been three months or more since your last visit, you get ¥3,000 off on a 100 or longer. Members only.

None of these stack. Pick the biggest one you qualify for, which for a first-timer is the ¥5,000.

Meet-Up at the Station

I booked it as a machiawase, a meet-up: you meet her at a station and walk to a hotel together, instead of her coming to your room. Kadan lists meet-up transport by station. Kinshicho, Ryogoku, Shin-Koiwa, Koiwa, Hirai and Kameido are from ¥1,000. Uguisudani, Kita-Senju, Ichikawa, Nishi-Funabashi, Funabashi and Motoyawata are from ¥2,000. Anywhere else is from ¥3,000. Delivery to a room runs from ¥1,000 near Kinshicho to ¥3,000 across most of the east-side wards and ¥4,000 out to Funabashi and Ichikawa. The FAQ adds that they'll go farther into Chiba if you ask.

My total on paper was the ¥20,000 discounted 120 plus ¥1,000 transport, with no nomination fee because I took a photo nomination. The hotel room is on you. Kinshicho has plenty of hotels within a few minutes of the station, and that's the point of booking here.

The call went quickly. I said I'd seen the listing on Heaven, gave the course, said "新規割引" and asked for the meet-up at Kinshicho. They confirmed the member requirement before I could ask, which I'll take as a sign the desk has fielded that question plenty of times. The meeting point and time were given clearly, and she was on time. On the walk she was easy, unhurried company. She wasn't selling anything; she talked about the neighborhood and asked how I'd found the shop. That's the hitozuma register when it's working: less a performance, more a grown-up spending an evening with you.

What the Extra Twenty Minutes Buys

At a short course the clock is the third person in the room. At 120 it goes away. There was time to shower without rushing, time to talk, time to settle into the part a married-women shop is actually selling, which is an adult who isn't in a hurry. I won't go play by play. The base play list on the system page is long, and the shop says outright that if there's something you can't do without, you should tell the staff when you book. It also notes the women can refuse sokushaku (service right at the door) if they judge a customer's hygiene isn't up to it. Fair enough, and a good reason to shower first anyway.

The option sheet is short and cheap. A rotor and a no-panties meet-up are ¥0. Pantyhose, fishnets, sexy shorts and an eye mask are ¥1,000 each, and a vibrator, an electric massager, a "chijo set," a remote rotor and full-body fishnets are ¥2,000 each. You order by number when you book. I added nothing and didn't miss anything.

When she checked the time near the end, there was still room to talk while getting dressed. On a 60 that's the part that gets cut. On a 120 you get to finish the conversation.

The Short Version for a Friend

  • Sign up for Moapo first. Every discount is members only, and the member price is ¥2,000 to ¥4,000 lower before any discount.
  • First three visits: ask for 新規割引. That's ¥5,000 off each time.
  • Take the shop's advice and book the 120. With the discount it's ¥20,000, the same as an undiscounted member 100.
  • Skip extensions. ¥10,000 per 30 minutes is the worst rate on the sheet.
  • A meet-up at Kinshicho is ¥1,000+. The room is extra.
  • Nothing stacks. One event per visit.
  • 18+ only. The listing states that no one under 18 works there and no one under 18 is served.

Summary

Kinshicho Hitozuma Kadan is a married-women deriheru on Tokyo's east side, open 10:00 to 5:00 every day, with a roster ranging from women in their twenties to their forties. Its renewal campaign takes ¥5,000 off each of your first three visits, but only for Moapo members, so sign up before you call. The FAQ's tip, book 120 rather than 100, checks out exactly: the discounted 120 is ¥20,000, the same as the member 100 at full price. With a ¥1,000 meet-up at Kinshicho station and a free photo nomination, that was my whole bill apart from the hotel. Here, the upsell was the best value on the sheet.
