The Name Is the Pitch
出会い系人妻ネットワーク錦糸町 reads Deai-kei Hitozuma Network Kinshicho. Deai-kei is the Japanese word for dating apps and hookup sites. Hitozuma means married woman. Put together, the name tells you the fantasy before you open the page: you aren't ordering from a delivery menu, you're "meeting" a wife who signed up on the side.
Cityheaven lists it as a デリヘル(人妻/小岩・新小岩), a married-women delivery health filed under Koiwa and Shin-Koiwa, with phone 03-3560-4004. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 the next morning, last booking at 3:00, and it lists no closing days. The official site sits under deai-tuma.net with a "Kinshicho to Koiwa" header, and the group copy on the coupon page calls itself one of the largest amateur meet-up deriheru groups in Tokyo.
The concept text is specific. Women from their twenties to their forties: "young wives, married women, beautiful mature women," screened for looks but also for manners and personality. The shop says it keeps its own contact with the customer to a minimum so the date feels real. You meet at a station ticket gate somewhere in the 23 wards, centered on the Kinshicho to Shin-Koiwa stretch of the Sobu Line, or the woman comes straight to your hotel or your home.
When I checked the available-now board on a weekday afternoon, six women were on standby, listed at ages 29 to 35. That's the real range of the place, not a banner promise.
Two Courses, Split by the Husband's Schedule
The system page has two price lists, and the reason for the split is the most honest sentence I've read on a listing this year.
Meet-up course (待ち合わせコース):
| Course | Price |
|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥13,000 |
| 90 min | ¥19,000 |
| 180 min | ¥38,000 |
| 270 min | ¥57,000 |
| 360 min | ¥76,000 |
| Extension, 30 min | ¥8,000 |
| Nomination | ¥2,000 |
The page says most of the women joined "without telling their husbands," so meet-ups run only until 20:00. After that, you're on the second list.
Delivery course (お届けコース, everything after 22:00):
| Course | Price |
|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥16,000 |
| 100 min | ¥22,000 |
| 130 min | ¥28,000 |
| Extension, 30 min | ¥10,000 |
| Nomination | ¥2,000 |
Do the math and the daylight is cheaper. A 90-minute meet-up is ¥19,000. A 100-minute delivery is ¥22,000. And the extension jumps from ¥8,000 to ¥10,000 once the sun is down. If your schedule allows a 4 p.m. date, take it.
One gap to flag: the page covers meet-ups until 20:00 and says everything after 22:00 is delivery. It doesn't say what happens between 8 and 10 p.m. If that's your window, ask on the phone. I didn't have to find out, because I was at Kinshicho station by four.
Transport is on top. Kinshicho, Kameido, Hirai and Shin-Koiwa stations are ¥1,000. Akihabara, Ryogoku, Ueno, Okachimachi, Yushima, Uguisudani, Nippori, Nishi-Nippori, Otsuka and Sugamo are ¥2,000. The rest of the Yamanote Line is ¥3,000, other parts of the 23 wards are ¥3,000 to ¥5,000, and outside the wards it's ¥5,000 and up. The hotel room is on you.
The Coupon Page Beats the Price List
Three coupons were running when I looked, and they don't stack with each other or with events.
- 店長お任せ★75分スペシャルフリー: manager's choice, 75 minutes for ¥13,000, transport extra. The coupon prices the "normal" 75 at ¥16,000, and its tagline is literally "use 75 minutes for the price of 60." New customers and members can both use it, it works "as many times as you like," and it combines with points.
- 錦糸町限定今すぐフリー: Kinshicho only, ¥2,000 off when you book a woman available right now, for 90 minutes or more. 90 minutes for ¥17,000, valid November 1 to 30.
- 千葉県進出記念: the group's expansion into Chiba. Transport to the Funabashi and Nishi-Funabashi area drops from ¥5,000 to ¥2,000.
The top page also advertises a trial 60 for first-timers: course ¥13,000, which it totals at ¥14,000 without a nomination ("the lowest price") and ¥15,000 with one. That's simply the ¥13,000 course plus the ¥1,000 Kinshicho transport, plus the ¥2,000 nomination if you pick someone.
Here's the per-minute comparison, before transport:
| Option | Price | Yen per minute |
|---|---|---|
| Trial / standard 60 meet-up | ¥13,000 | ~¥217 |
| Standard 90 meet-up | ¥19,000 | ~¥211 |
| "Now free" 90 (Kinshicho, Nov.) | ¥17,000 | ~¥189 |
| Manager's-choice 75 | ¥13,000 | ~¥173 |
The 75 wins, and it isn't close. The catch is the one in the name: you don't choose. The coupon makes its case directly. It knows you're afraid of a bad free booking, so it promises the shop only sends women it's confident in and starts with the popular ones, out of "nearly 100" women working across the group each day. A shop putting its free booking in writing like that is either confident or bluffing. For ¥13,000 I was willing to find out.
The Date
I called a little after two on a weekday, said I'd seen the shop on Heaven, and asked for the 75-minute special free with a meet-up at Kinshicho. The call was short, which fits the concept: the desk confirmed the station, the time, what I'd be wearing so she could spot me, and the total. Course ¥13,000, transport ¥1,000, no nomination. ¥14,000, plus the room.
That's where the rule that sold me comes in. The system page says the course time starts at hotel check-in, and the walk from the meeting point to the hotel isn't counted, as long as it's within 10 minutes. If you go shopping, eat or do karaoke first, the clock starts when you meet. In other words, the shop gives you a free ten-minute walk to break the ice, and if you want a real dinner date, you pay for it in course time. That's fair, and more transparent than most of what I see in Ikebukuro.
She was at the ticket gate on time, in an ordinary autumn coat, looking like anyone waiting for a friend. That's the point of the place. Nobody in that crowd would have clocked her as anything but a woman meeting somebody after errands. We walked south of the station, and in those few minutes she did what a good deai-kei date does: asked where I was from, laughed at my Japanese, and didn't mention money once. The concept is "a real affair, minus the paperwork," and the walk is where it either lands or doesn't. It landed.
Inside, the 75 minutes felt like more than a 60 usually does, and not because of the extra fifteen. Because the clock started at the door and not at the gate, none of the conversation had come out of the paid time. Shower, talk, the rest. I'll skip the play-by-play. The page notes that some women have NG plays and points you to each profile or the phone desk, so if anything matters to you, say it when you book. With a free booking you can't read her profile in advance, so the phone is your only chance.
The Rules Are Strict, and You Should Like That
The system page is long on prohibitions, and most of them protect the women. Here are the ones a visitor needs to know:
- Don't ask for her LINE, email or phone number. The page repeats this three times. Get caught and you're banned.
- No tips and no extra charges. The shop forbids the women from accepting either, so don't try to pay extra.
- One no-show and you're banned for good. Cancel at least 2 hours ahead.
- Customers with tattoos are refused, along with anyone the woman judges to have an STD, drug users, gang affiliates and scouts.
- Your own toys aren't allowed, and neither is recording of any kind.
- The shop says it does no substitutions (furikae) and lists no fake shifts (kakuu shukkin). Its stated policy: the course price plus transport is the total, plus ¥2,000 if you nominate.
For a foreign visitor, the tattoo rule is the one to take seriously. It's a refusal at the door, not a suggestion.
Cheat Sheet
- Want the best rate? Book the manager's-choice 75 at ¥13,000. You can use it repeatedly, and points apply.
- Have to pick her yourself? In November, the Kinshicho "now free" 90 at ¥17,000 is the next best deal, and it works with a nomination.
- Go before 20:00. Meet-ups are cheaper than the after-22:00 delivery menu, and extensions cost ¥8,000 instead of ¥10,000.
- Meet at Kinshicho, Kameido, Hirai or Shin-Koiwa for ¥1,000 transport. The room is extra.
- Walk straight to the hotel. The clock starts at check-in if the walk is 10 minutes or less.
- Ask about 20:00–22:00 on the phone if that's your window. The page doesn't cover it.
- No contact swapping, no tips, no tattoos, no no-shows.
- 18+ only. The listing says no one under 18 is employed or served.
Summary
Deai-kei Hitozuma Network Kinshicho sells a married-women "affair" built around a meet-up at a station gate in east Tokyo. It's open 10:00 to 5:00 with last booking at 3:00, and the women on the board that afternoon were 29 to 35. The standard meet-up course runs ¥13,000 for 60 minutes and ¥19,000 for 90 until 20:00, and after 22:00 the pricier delivery menu takes over. The real value is on the coupon page: let the manager choose, and 75 minutes cost ¥13,000, about ¥173 a minute, the cheapest rate the shop offers. Add the house rule that the clock waits until you check in, and a ¥14,000 afternoon at Kinshicho was the best-run cheap date I've had on the Sobu Line.
