Delivery area is 東京都錦糸町(墨田区) — Kinshicho proper, in Sumida ward. Phone is 03-3632-5815, and the page asks you to say 「ヘブン見た」 when you call. Hours are 9:00~LAST, and the 定休日 field — regular closing day — is blank. There's an official site at ks.madam-g.com and a group site at madam-gr.net; the banner strip calls the group おかあさんグループ and advertises カード手数料永年無料, no card processing fee, permanently. One sister shop is listed: マダム西船橋, same genre, Funabashi.
The concept copy is the most aggressive piece of positioning I've read on this site in a month:
嘘偽り無しの本格マダム専門店!! 今時の若い女性には無い・・ 月日を重ねた本当の女性だからこそできる上質なサービス!
No lies, no fakes, a genuine mature-women specialist. Not something young women today have. The quality of service only a real woman who has accumulated years can provide. It goes further, and this is the line I kept coming back to: ごく普通のマダム達が胸に抱える欲望 — the desires held in the chests of perfectly ordinary madams. Ordinary. Not goddesses, not 美魔女 in the marketing sense, not a fantasy grade. Ordinary.
That's a claim you can check. So I checked all three of the places it's checkable: the price page, the roster, and the shift board. Two of them back the copy up. The third one is the story.
The Price Page Is Four Lines and None of Them Are Hiding
Delivery health bills simpler than soapland, and this shop bills simpler than most delivery health. Here is the entire fee structure as published:
| Item | Japanese | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Membership | 入会金 | ¥0 |
| Online nomination | ネット指名料 | ¥0 |
| Nomination | 本指名料 | ¥2,000 |
| After 11 PM | 23時以降 | +¥1,000 |
| 30-min extension | 延長30分 | ¥8,000 |
| Transport, Kinshicho | 交通費 | ¥0 (待ち合わせ可能) |
| Transport, elsewhere | デリバリー | ¥1,000~ |
And the courses, in two tiers — the standing menu, and the first-visit menu:
| Course | Duration | Price | Per minute | Per hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| New customer | 60 min | ¥14,000 | ¥233.33 | ¥14,000 |
| New customer | 100 min | ¥19,000 | ¥190.00 | ¥11,400 |
| Regular | 70 min | ¥17,000 | ¥242.86 | ¥14,571 |
| Regular | 90 min | ¥21,000 | ¥233.33 | ¥14,000 |
| Regular | 120 min | ¥27,000 | ¥225.00 | ¥13,500 |
| Extension | 30 min | ¥8,000 | ¥266.67 | ¥16,000 |
Two things fall out of that table that the page itself never says out loud.
One: the extension is the worst-value minute in the building. ¥266.67 a minute, against ¥225 for the 120-minute course. If there's a chance you want two hours, buy two hours. Deciding at minute 68 that you'd like thirty more costs you an 18.5% premium over having decided at minute zero.
Two: the first-visit 100-minute course is not a small discount. At ¥190 a minute it undercuts the shop's own best standing rate — the 120-minute course at ¥225 — by 15.6%, and it beats the 90-minute standing course by 18.6%. ¥19,000 for 100 minutes, all-in except transport, is the cheapest minute this shop sells and it is only available to you once.
The Coupons Do the Math Honestly, Which Almost Never Happens
Three coupons are posted, all of them open-ended (無期限). What caught my attention wasn't the offers, it was the percentages printed on them.
Coupon 1 — フリーマダムコース, labelled 4% OFF. Valid from 2026/06/01, no expiry. Tied to the shop's "3"の付く日 promotion — days of the month containing a 3. On those days every customer gets triple points (3% → 9%), and if it's a madam you haven't seen before, 60 min ¥14,000 / 100 min ¥19,000. The comparison the coupon prints is 70 min ¥17,000 → 60 min ¥14,000.
Coupon 2 — 新人マダムコース. Valid from 2025/05/25, no expiry. 入店から2ヶ月 — for any woman within two months of joining the shop, the same 60/¥14,000 and 100/¥19,000 rates. Note that this one is a cast discount, not a customer discount. It's the deal you use on a new arrival, and it's open to everybody.
Coupon 3 — ご新規様割り, labelled 19% OFF. Valid from 2025/05/25, no expiry. First-time customers, 100 min ¥19,000, printed against the standing 90 min ¥21,000.
Now do the arithmetic the shop is implicitly claiming.
- Coupon 1: ¥17,000 ÷ 70 = ¥242.857/min. ¥14,000 ÷ 60 = ¥233.333/min. Reduction: 3.92%. Printed: 4% OFF.
- Coupon 3: ¥21,000 ÷ 90 = ¥233.333/min. ¥19,000 ÷ 100 = ¥190.000/min. Reduction: 18.57%. Printed: 19% OFF.
Both check out to within half a percentage point, and — this is the part worth stopping on — both are computed per minute, not on the headline total. The lazy, universal way to label that second coupon would be to compare ¥21,000 to ¥19,000 and call it "10% OFF," or to notice that you're getting ten extra minutes for less money and slap "30% OFF" on it with a starburst around it. This shop did neither. It normalized for duration and printed the honest number, which happens to make one coupon look worse (4%) and one look better (19%) than the sloppy version would.
I read a lot of these pages. That's rare enough that I'd flag it as the single best signal on the listing.
Thirty-Nine Names, Thirty-Eight Shifts
Here's where I stopped reading and started counting. The roster page lists 39 women. The 出勤 board publishes seven days forward — 9/15 (Tue) through 9/21 (Mon) while I was looking. I transcribed every cell for every woman.
Total shift-days across the entire shop, all 39 women, all 7 days: 38.
Thirty-nine women times seven days is 273 possible slots. Thirty-eight are filled. That's a 13.9% fill rate.
Broken out by how much each woman actually works:
| Shifts in the next 7 days | Women | Share of roster |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | 17 | 43.6% |
| 1 | 12 | 30.8% |
| 2 | 8 | 20.5% |
| 4 | 1 | 2.6% |
| 6 | 1 | 2.6% |
Seventeen of the thirty-nine women on this roster — 43.6% — have no shift at all in the next week. Not one. Their profile is up, their photographs are up, several carry review counts, and the board says 休み seven times in a row.
And day by day:
| Day | Women working |
|---|---|
| 9/15 (Tue) — today | 5 |
| 9/16 (Wed) | 6 |
| 9/17 (Thu) | 6 |
| 9/18 (Fri) | 9 |
| 9/19 (Sat) | 8 |
| 9/20 (Sun) | 3 |
| 9/21 (Mon) | 1 |
The busiest day this week has nine women on it. The quietest has one. If you open this listing on a Monday evening expecting to browse 39 profiles and pick, you are picking from one.
The shifts themselves are short and they are daytime. Mean length 4.83 hours, median 4.5. The shortest on the board is a thirty-minute window — Erika, Saturday, 10:30 to 11:00. The longest is nine hours — Momoka, Friday, 14:00 to 23:00. The modal shape is something like 11:00–17:00 or 12:00–16:00: in the door after the morning, out before dinner.
I want to be precise about what that means, because the cheap reading is "this shop is dying" and I don't think that's right at all.
This is what a real 人妻 roster looks like. The whole premise of the genre is women with lives attached — the copy's own phrase is ごく普通のマダム, ordinary madams — and an ordinary woman with a household does not work a nine-hour night shift six days a week. She works Wednesday afternoon while the house is empty and she's home by six. The 13.9% fill rate isn't evidence of a shop that can't staff itself. It's evidence of a shop whose staff are exactly who it says they are. The one woman on the board with something like a full-time pattern, Tsuyu, works six of the seven days, 13:00–17:00 every single time — four hours, same window, like a shift at a shop. That's the outlier here, not the norm.
But the practical consequence is brutal and nobody prints it: the roster page is a directory of people who sometimes work here, and you cannot book from it. You can only book from the 出勤 board, and the 出勤 board on a given afternoon is five names.
The Measurements Read Like a Population, Not a Spec Sheet
I ran the numbers on all 39 profiles, because in this genre the roster table is usually where the honesty goes to die.
Ages. Range 40 to 64. Mean 51.85, median 52, standard deviation 5.81 years.
| Decade | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|
| 40s | 13 | 33.3% |
| 50s | 21 | 53.8% |
| 60s | 5 | 12.8% |
Sixteen distinct listed ages across thirty-nine women. Four at 61, one at 64, two at 40. That is a distribution with actual shape to it — a 5.81-year standard deviation is what you get from a real group of people, not from a category filled in on a form.
Bodies. Mean 84.5 – 60.1 – 86.2, mean height 160.3 cm with a real spread (150 to 170, SD 5.09).
| Cup | Count |
|---|---|
| B | 2 |
| C | 19 |
| D | 9 |
| E | 3 |
| F | 4 |
| G | 2 |
Nineteen of thirty-nine women — 48.7% — are listed C-cup. The median cup at this shop is C. Exactly six women out of thirty-nine are listed F or above.
Sit with that for a second, because it's the whole argument. A shop selling a fantasy fills its roster with I-cups and J-cups and 57-centimeter waists and calls every woman twenty. This shop's median woman is 52 years old, 160 cm, C-cup, 60 cm waist. That is not aspirational. That is a description of women. The copy promised ごく普通のマダム and then the spec sheet went ahead and said ordinary too, which is a level of internal consistency I do not often get to report.
The catchphrases carry the same texture. シングルマザー細腕繁盛記 — a single mother making it work. 大切にしている息子さんの為に — for the son she cherishes. 現役ナース!!! — a working nurse. 童顔バツイチマダム — baby-faced, one divorce. 元某有名モデル! — former model at a certain famous agency. Whether every one of those is literally true I have no way to establish and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But they're specific, and specificity is itself a signal; the generic version of this page would say 癒し系 thirty-nine times and go home.
294 Reviews, 12 Names, and One 1.0 Still Standing
The review board totals 294件. The filter dropdown — the list of women you can sort reviews by — contains exactly 12 names, and the review counts printed on the roster cards sum to 103. So roughly two-thirds of this shop's all-time review corpus belongs to women no longer on the roster, which for a genre with this much turnover is unsurprising and worth knowing before you read the average.
Of the 103 attached to women you can actually book:
| Woman | Reviews | Share of the 103 |
|---|---|---|
| Karen (花恋, 48) | 32 | 31.1% |
| Erika (えりか, 48) | 14 | 13.6% |
| Suzuka (鈴花, 53) | 13 | 12.6% |
| Aya (綾, 53) | 12 | 11.7% |
| Komari (こまり, 50) | 11 | 10.7% |
| Junna (潤菜, 44) | 7 | 6.8% |
| Yurie (由梨絵, 53) | 4 | 3.9% |
| Shiori (しおり, 59) | 3 | 2.9% |
| Misaki (美咲, 56) | 3 | 2.9% |
| Ai (あい, 61) | 2 | 1.9% |
| Asami (◆あさみ, 56) | 1 | 1.0% |
| An (アン, 51) | 1 | 1.0% |
| The other 27 women | 0 | 0% |
Twelve women out of thirty-nine carry every review on the current roster. The top five carry 79.6% of them. Twenty-seven women have never been written up.
The ten reviews on the front page score 5.0, 5.0, 4.5, 5.0, 4.0, 4.6, 4.1, 1.0, 4.8, 4.8 — mean 4.28, median 4.55. Their visit dates run 2026/02/24 to 2026/08/25. Note that span: ten reviews across six months. This is not a high-volume review board, and you should calibrate accordingly — the newest entry on the front page was a visit three weeks before I looked.
Two of those ten deserve individual attention.
The top one is a ¥365,000 booking. Visit date 2026/08/25, with Erika, a flat 5.0 across all five sub-categories. The 料金の総額 field reads 840分 365000円(室料込み) — 840 minutes, ¥365,000, room included, logged as 70分Course×12. Fourteen hours. The reviewer describes her as the shop's only プレミアム woman, says 当日予約は取れません — no same-day booking, ever — and that she's reachable only by advance or request reservation. Whatever else is true about this shop's shift board, somebody is booking fourteen-hour days at it.
And the eighth one is a 1.0. Filed by yamamomo12, visit date 2026/03/26, one out of five in every sub-category, headline 対応に不満あり — unhappy with the handling. The substance: he'd seen her attendance post that morning, completed the confirmation call, and then got a sudden 体調不良 cancellation. He says the illness itself he could accept. What he couldn't was what came after — the follow quietly removed, the photo diary posts pulled down. His words: その後の行動が非常に確信犯的で不信感が増した — the subsequent behavior felt deliberate, and it increased his distrust.
The shop's reply is signed 店長Kai and it is not a form letter. It apologizes for the experience, states that the manager's side of the system showed her attendance confirmed at the time of the one-hour check and that she was bookable, offers the specific theory that he'd been blocked before the confirmation went through, flatly denies that any such practice is trained (断じてその様な研修は行っておりません), commits to the feedback, and awards him points against a future visit.
I'm not going to tell you who's right; I wasn't there and neither were you. What I'll tell you is that the 1.0 is on page one of the review board, dated, un-buried, with a named manager's reply underneath it. A shop that scrubs its board does not have a one-star sitting eighth from the top six months later. That review is worth more to me as a customer than the four 5.0s above it.
The Photo Diary Is Busier Than the Shop
Which brings me to the strangest number on this listing, and the one that rescued my read of the shift board.
The 写メ日記 feed's most recent ten posts are timestamped: 9/15 12:21, 12:12, 11:11, 09:48, 09:17, 08:13, 08:02, 07:02, 00:45, and 9/14 18:06.
Nine of the ten most recent posts in this shop's entire diary feed were written on the day I looked, and the tenth was the previous evening. The whole first page fits inside about eighteen hours. Compare that against the shift board, which says five women are working today.
The concentration is extreme. Asami (◆あさみ) wrote five of those nine posts — 12:12, 09:48, 09:17, 08:13, 08:02 — starting at two minutes past eight in the morning. She's also the woman with the second-most shifts on the board (four, all of them mornings: 9:00–12:30, 9:00–14:30, 11:00–14:30, 9:00–14:30), and her status today reads 受付終了 — reception closed. She's booked out and still writing. The rest: Karen at 12:21, Erika at 11:11, Remi at 07:02 (noting she's coming up on three months since joining — so she is just past the 新人マダムコース window), Aya at 00:45.
So the honest summary of this shop's activity level is a split decision. The bench is thin and the engine is running hot. Five or six women on any given weekday, and those five or six are posting eight, nine times a day between them.
What I Couldn't Verify
Some housekeeping, because I'd rather be dull than wrong.
The banner is stale. The top promotional strip, read on 2026/09/15, still leads with 【最大2,000円OFF・ポイント9%還元!】6/29(月)マダム錦糸町周年祭 — an anniversary event dated to the 29th of June. That's eleven weeks in the past. The points promotion underneath it (3% standing, 9% on days containing a 3) appears to be current and is repeated on the coupon page, so I read this as one unretired banner rather than a broken page. Still: when a shop's headline offer is a calendar quarter old, don't assume the rest of the strip is live either. Ask on the phone.
The point economy, I can describe but not price. 利用金額の3%をポイント還元 — 3% of spend back as points, tripled to 9% on 3-days. On the 70-minute ¥17,000 course that's ¥510 standing, ¥1,530 on a 3-day. What I can't tell you from the page is the redemption rate or the expiry, and points you can't spend are worth zero.
I didn't count the review board past page one. Nine pages of pagination sit under 294件; I read the front ten carefully and stopped. The distribution I'm reporting — mean 4.28 across ten, the six-month span — describes that front page only, not the corpus.
And the shift board is a forecast, not a contract. The page says so itself: ※表中の情報はあくまで予定です。急遽変更になる事がありますので、最新の情報はお電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。 Everything I counted above is a plan, and the 1.0 review upstairs is a working demonstration of what happens when the plan moves.
The Verdict
- Price transparency: ★★★★★ — four fees, five courses, one extension rate, all on one page, no second page with a bigger number on it. ¥0 membership, ¥0 online nomination, ¥2,000 to nominate. For a delivery shop this is as clean as the format gets, and I'd hold it up as the template.
- Coupon honesty: ★★★★★ — the 4% and the 19% both check out per-minute to within half a point. This is the thing I'd most want other shops to copy.
- Price level: ★★★★☆ — ¥190/min on the first-visit 100-minute course is genuinely cheap for central Tokyo; ¥225–243/min standing is ordinary-to-good. The ¥266.67/min extension is the one bad buy in the building.
- Roster size, on paper: ★★★★☆ — 39 women is a real bench for the genre.
- Roster size, in practice: ★★☆☆☆ — 38 shift-days across seven days, 17 women with zero, five working today, one working next Monday. The directory and the shop are two different sizes and only one of them is bookable.
- Roster honesty: ★★★★★ — ages 40 to 64 with a 5.81-year spread, median C-cup, mean 84.5–60.1–86.2. The copy promised ordinary women and the spec sheet delivered ordinary women. Almost nobody does this.
- Review depth: ★★★☆☆ — 294 all-time, but only 103 attach to bookable women, only 12 women have any, the top five hold 79.6%, and the front page covers six months. Thin for choosing between 39 people; useful for choosing between 5.
- Review integrity: ★★★★★ — a 1.0 sitting on page one with a named manager's detailed, non-defensive reply under it. Rarer and more informative than any of the fives.
- Listing upkeep: ★★★☆☆ — a June anniversary banner still flying in mid-September.
- Going back: ○ — but only on a Friday, only after reading the board, and only with a name already picked.
Here's how I'd actually use this listing if a friend asked me at the Marui end of Kinshicho.
Do not start at the roster page. Thirty-nine photographs is a browsing experience, not a booking, and there's a 43.6% chance the woman you land on has no shift for the next seven days. Start at 出勤. Find the four to nine people actually working the day you want. Cross that list against the twelve names that carry reviews — and note that five of those twelve (Karen, Erika, Suzuka, Aya, Komari) hold four-fifths of the write-ups, so if one of them is on the board, your decision is essentially made. Then call 03-3632-5815 and ask three things: whether your day qualifies for the "3"の付く日 rate, whether your chosen woman is inside the 入店から2ヶ月 window for the 新人マダムコース, and what the transport charge is to your specific hotel.
And if it's your first visit, take the 100-minute course at ¥19,000. It's ¥190 a minute, it's the best price this shop will ever quote you, and the offer has your name on it exactly once.
Nineteen drivers on the board, six cars moving. My uncle would have understood this place immediately. The trick was never to be disappointed by the nineteen — it was to stop looking at the board and ask who's rolling. First booking logged.
