The shop is ハレンチリップガールズ / HARENCHI LIP GIRLS, a deriheru — delivery health, meaning she comes to your hotel room and there is no shop to walk into. Phone 03-6380-3021, the same ten digits on every listing I found. Past that, almost nothing about this business holds still.
Six neighborhoods, one phone number
I pulled every listing I could reach. Here is where each one says the shop is:

Asakusa to Kamata is the length of the city. Ginza and Shinjuku are not neighbors. For a shop with no premises this is less absurd than it sounds — a deriheru is a phone, a roster and a car, and "area" is a marketing choice — but it isn't cosmetic either, because area is what your transport fee and your waiting time get priced off. Six answers means nobody reading any one page knows how far the car is coming.
The hours don't agree either. 風俗じゃぱん: 24時間, 年中無休. 駅ちか: 24時間営業, and in the shop's own news post there, 24時間365日. The English page: 00:00～LAST, rendered in English as "00:00～Irregular time." The Cityheaven entry in my own shop index, last refreshed 15 January 2026, has it at 10:30–23:00 — twelve and a half hours. Three sources say always open. One says it shuts at eleven.
Four price boards for the same sixty minutes
This is the part that matters. Every figure below was transcribed off a live page on 22 September 2026.

Read the last two columns against each other. The English board versus the Japanese list price, course by course: +58%, +65%, +64%, +67%, +57%, +50%. It never once dips below fifty. Against the new-customer price a Japanese reader is actually offered, it runs 2.7× to 3.75×.
And the English page is not some rogue third party. It is 駅ちか！パラダイス, the inbound-facing arm of 駅ちか！ — the same company whose Japanese listing prints ¥19,000 for that same hour. The rosters prove it: on the Japanese page, さら, 21歳, 158cm, B86(D) W57 H89; on the English page, sara, 21Age, T158 - 86(D)・57・89. Identical down to the hip measurement. Same company, same woman, same night — ¥19,000 in Japanese, ¥30,000 in English.
The "speaks English" tag is a font, not a skill
The English listing shows 38 cast profiles, numbered No.001 through No.039 with No.031 missing. Twenty-five carry the badges English / Chinese / Korean. Thirteen carry none. A Tokyo deriheru where two-thirds of the roster is trilingual would be genuinely remarkable.
So I checked which twenty-five. Here is the rule, and it holds for all 38 with zero exceptions:
If the profile name is written in romaji, she "speaks English, Chinese and Korean." If it's written in kana, she speaks nothing.
sara, tsukushi, arare, misaki, rin, kanna, yuri, risa, shio, sakura, suzuka, ramu, akari, ruka, haruka, miyu, sana, mika, chika, nijika, aoi, karen, hibiki, hime, yui — all flagged. みずほ, しずく, ひめ, ひまり, つばき, みお, みき, まゆ, りな, とも, ゆりか, いおり, あん — none flagged. Thirty-eight for thirty-eight.
And then the listing hands you the proof itself. No.004 is ひめ: T160 - 88(F)・57・89, no language badges. No.039 is hime: T160 - 88(F)・57・89, English, Chinese and Korean. Same height, same bust, same cup, same waist, same hip — the same woman entered twice, once in kana and once in romaji, and the romaji copy of her speaks three languages the kana copy doesn't. The badge isn't tracking a person. It's tracking a character set.
I'd rather be wrong about this, so here's the charitable reading: perhaps the shop fills in the language fields itself and happens to romanize exactly the women who studied abroad. Thirty-eight for thirty-eight, including the same woman on both sides of the line, is not that.
Two completely different rosters answer the same phone
Now the strange part. 風俗じゃぱん, the other Japanese portal, publishes for this same phone number a roster of 24 registered, 20 working today. The 駅ちか family publishes 38 registered, 31 working today. Fine — portals go stale. Except these haven't:

Both boards were updated within hours of each other today. Neither is abandoned. And the names essentially don't intersect — the closest thing to a match is a みか, 26 on one board and a mika, 26 on the other, whose published measurements are T163 / B84(D) / W56 / H84 and T158 / 89(F) / 57 / 88 respectively. Same name, same age, four different numbers.
The age distributions are the giveaway. The 駅ちか roster is 94.7% aged 23 or under, with exactly two women older than that in 38. The 風俗じゃぱん roster runs 20 to 29 with three women at 26 or above out of the twelve it publishes ages for. That is not one group of people with a sync error between two listings. It reads as two separate rosters behind one telephone number — which, if you are calling to book a specific woman whose photo you saw, is the most practical sentence in this article.
One more from inside the same company: the Japanese 駅ちか card for さら prints her hours today as 12:00–00:00. The English 駅ちか card for sara prints 10:00–20:00. Same date, same woman, same operator, two different shifts, with the Japanese panel timestamped 13:22.
The extension is the most expensive minute on this shop
From the 風俗じゃぱん system table: 入会金 free · 指名料 ¥2,000 · 本指名料 ¥2,000 · 延長30分 ¥10,000.
That extension works out to ¥333 a minute, against ¥133–¥175 a minute on every new-customer course on either Japanese board. Which produces this:

Ten more minutes for ¥1,000 less, or the identical two hours for ¥7,000 less. Never extend. Book the longer course.
There's a second trap, and it lives on only one board. The 70-minute course, ¥12,000 to a new customer, appears solely on 風俗じゃぱん. It costs ¥4,000 more than the 60 — ¥400 for each of those ten minutes, worse even than the extension rate — while the 80-minute course on 駅ちか is ¥13,000. A thousand yen more than the 70 buys ten more minutes. The 70 is beaten by the course on either side of it and should never be bought.
Which produces the genuinely useful table, the one nobody publishes because no shop publishes its rivals' coupons:

The two portals sit ¥1,000 apart in opposite directions depending on course length, which is how you know nobody is maintaining one master price list.
What the English page leaves out
Set the money aside for a second. Here is what the foreigner-facing page does and doesn't tell you, measured against the Japanese ones:
- The house rules. The English page carries a tidy block of prohibitions — no full service, no photographing the girls, no refusing the shower, no exchanging contact details. That block is 駅ちか's own boilerplate, printed identically across its listings. The shop's own rules exist only in Japanese, run thirteen lines, and one of them is the foreigner exclusion. The generic list can't warn you about it, because the generic list doesn't know it's there.
- Transport. English page: nine wards (Minato, Chuo, Taito, Shinagawa, Ota, Koto, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Chiyoda) and a fee that reads "Some free — please contact us for details." Japanese page: all 23 wards, ¥2,000 and up, with every ward printed. One page gives you a number; the other gives you a shrug in your own language.
- Payment. Both Japanese boards say cards accepted and receipts issued. The English page has a "Payment methiods" field — their spelling — and it is blank. The single most operational fact a visiting foreigner needs, missing from the only page written for him.
- How to reach them. The English page offers LINE, WeChat, and a mail link that resolves to a personal @gmail.com address cc'd to the portal. Not the shop's phone number, which is printed in full on every Japanese page.
The two doors that wouldn't open
Worth recording, because it shapes what an English reader can actually verify.
The Cityheaven listing — the biggest directory in the country, and where I started — never opened once from my connection. Every request 302'd to the age gate at img.cityheaven.net/cs/nenrei/ and stopped there; a plain request answered a bare 403 Forbidden. Area index pages loaded fine. Shop detail pages, never.
The shop's own website, harenchi-lip-girls.com, did worse. HTTPS closes the connection outright — Chrome reports ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED — and plain HTTP answers 403 Forbidden from a server identifying itself as Apache/2.2.34 (Amazon), the final release of a branch that went end-of-life in 2017. I tried from two unrelated networks. Neither got a page. All I can tell you about that site is what its search listing shows: the title reads 「東京 銀座 デリヘル『ハレンチリップガールズ』」, which is the sixth neighborhood.
Whether that's geo-filtering, an ancient box, or both, the practical result is the same, and it is the point of this article: of the six places this business publishes itself, the two that carry its own voice wouldn't open for me, and the one that opened in English is the one charging 60% more.
The visit
I did the honest version, which is the research and then the phone.
The plan was the good one: 100 minutes, ¥17,000 off the 駅ちか new-customer board, plus ¥2,000 nomination and ¥2,000 transport into Minato-ku — ¥21,000 all in, less than the English page's discounted hour, for forty extra minutes. Card accepted, receipt available, both per the Japanese listings. A business hotel near the water, a number to call, no reservation system to fight, a shop that by three of its own listings never closes.
And then the sentence. 外国人外国籍のお客様はご利用できません. It sits in the shop's own prohibited list, in Japanese, on the same page that publishes the cheap price — while the page in my language, run by a company that demonstrably holds the shop's real roster, headlines it as a place that welcomes me. I've read a lot of these boards. I have never seen one where the two answers were this far apart, this actively maintained on both sides, and this reliably sorted by which language you happen to read.
So no, I'm not going to invent a room for you. I'm going to give you the number, the clause, and the fact that the call is thirty seconds long and is the only part of this that matters: ask first. Some shops enforce that line strictly; some apply it only to customers who can't communicate in Japanese; some stopped enforcing it years ago and never edited the page. This shop is, uniquely in my reading, paying a portal to advertise the exact opposite in three languages. Only one of those parties can tell you which it is, and it isn't the portal.

Roster as read on 22 September 2026: 駅ちか / パラダイス — 38 profiles (No.001–No.039, No.031 absent), 31 on today's board, ages 18–26, mean 21.2, median 21, 94.7% aged 23 or under; 25 tagged English/Chinese/Korean, and every one of those 25 has a romaji name. 風俗じゃぱん — 24 registered, 20 on today's board, ages 20–29 among those published, mean 24.2. Photo diaries active on both, same day, different women.
Live offers, no expiry printed on any of them. 風俗じゃぱん, ご新規様限定: 60/70/80/100/120 at ¥8,000 / ¥12,000 / ¥14,000 / ¥18,000 / ¥22,000. 駅ちか, same campaign: 60/80/100/120/150/180 at ¥9,000 / ¥13,000 / ¥17,000 / ¥21,000 / ¥26,000 / ¥31,000, badged 53% OFF — which is honest arithmetic, ¥10,000 off ¥19,000 being 52.6%. Everything above is transcribed from what this business publishes about itself and cross-checked page against page on a single day. None of it is a promise about what happens in a room, and none of it replaces the phone call.

Two stars, and both belong to the Japanese-language boards, which are cheap, itemized and — on the 駅ちか side — genuinely well documented. The English presence is the problem, and it isn't a translation problem. It is a different price list, a language badge generated from a font, a blank payment field, a personal Gmail instead of the phone number, and a headline promising a welcome over a shop whose own rules, one portal away, say the opposite.
Short version. Ask about the 外国人 clause before anything else — it's in the shop's own prohibited list and nowhere in English. If the answer is yes, never book off the English page: it runs 50–67% over the Japanese list price and up to 3.75× the Japanese new-customer rate, and its "discounted" hour costs about what three hours cost in Japanese. Take 100 minutes at ¥17,000 from 駅ちか, or 60 minutes at ¥8,000 from 風俗じゃぱん — those are the two best cells on the entire grid. Skip the 70-minute course and never extend; both are priced above the course that beats them. Budget ¥2,000 nomination and ¥2,000-plus transport, and get the area and her shift confirmed on the call, because six listings give six answers and two of them disagree about the same woman's hours on the same afternoon.
