One More Okusama Koiwa — The ¥10,000 Hour Is Real, and It Only Exists If You Sleep in One of Eight Buildings

ElonEvery delivery business in the world eventually tells you the truth about itself in the shipping table, and nobody reads the shipping table. I grew up in a city where the same slice of pizza was two bucks at the counter and six dollars in a bag on your stoop, and the difference was never the pizza. So when I opened this Koiwa shop's site and found a page called HOTEL MAP — eight named buildings at ¥0, four more at ¥1,000, and a long tail of APA and Toyoko Inn and a robot hotel at ¥2,000 — I stopped reading the price list. That was the price list. Everything else on this shop's menu is a chain constant, identical to the yen in sixteen towns. The only number that moves is how far the car has to come, and the shop has published, by name and phone number, exactly which pillows cost nothing.

One More 奥様 小岩店 / One More Okusama Koiwa is a deriheru — delivery health, outcall only, she comes to your room and there is no shop to walk into — in the okusama (married-woman) genre, working the far eastern edge of Tokyo. Phone 03-6659-9541. Open 10:00 to 05:00, seven days a week, no closing day; the Cityheaven listing has it at 09:30 with last booking at 05:00, which is the only place the two disagree. Cards accepted, receipts issued. Around sixty women registered, twelve on the board the afternoon I read it, ages running 20 to 37.

Koiwa matters here, so a word on it. This is Edogawa Ward, the last stop of consequence before the Edogawa river and Chiba — a flat, cheap, unfashionable stretch of the Sobu line about fifteen minutes from Akihabara and twenty from Tokyo Station, with a love-hotel cluster around the station and, a short ride south, the Nishi-Kasai business-hotel belt that budget travelers book without ever really knowing where they are. Nobody comes to Koiwa for the nightlife. That is the entire reason this shop's numbers work.

The price board is a chain constant

Here is the published board. Left column is list, right column is the standing discounted rate, both tax-included.

Plus ¥1,000 membership (入会金, one time), ¥1,000 net nomination, ¥1,000 direct nomination (本指名), ¥7,000 per 30-minute extension, and change is not permitted — チェンジ不可, printed twice. Longer than 180 minutes is available on request.

Look down that right-hand column. Five of the six courses price at exactly ¥183.33 a minute — the discounted board is a flat rate wearing the costume of a volume discount. The list prices genuinely taper (¥238 a minute down to ¥202); the prices anyone actually pays do not. Buying more time here gets you more time and nothing else.

Except once. The 75-minute course is the only cell on the board that beats the flat rate, at ¥176 a minute, and it is the only real discount the shop publishes without a coupon attached. It is also the course nobody talks about, because it sits between the two that get advertised.

Then I checked whether any of this is about Koiwa. I pulled the system page of five sister branches — Nishi-Funabashi, Matsudo, Kinshicho, Uguisudani, Shinjuku — out of the sixteen this group runs. Every one of them: 60 at ¥11,000, 75 at ¥13,200, 90 at ¥16,500, 120 at ¥22,000, 150 at ¥27,500, 180 at ¥33,000, membership ¥1,000, extension ¥7,000, same cancellation policy, same word-for-word prohibitions. Identical to the yen in every branch I could reach. The 3P board too: ¥22,000 / ¥26,400 / ¥33,000 / ¥44,000 for 60 / 75 / 90 / 120, which is exactly double the solo price at every single duration, with a ¥14,000 extension that is exactly double the ¥7,000 one. A chain that charges precisely 2× for two women and adds nothing for the logistics is at least being arithmetically honest with you.

So the course price is not a local decision. Which leaves exactly one variable.

The line at 90 minutes, and why it's the real floor

From the shop's own system page: 「90min以上で全て無料」 — at 90 minutes and over, every option is free. The list runs to nineteen items: 全身マッサージ, アロママッサージ, 前立腺マッサージ, 電マ, ローター, バイブ, AF, ローションフェラ, 即クンニ, 聖水, イラマチオ, ごっくん, コスプレ, パイズリ, アナル舐め, オナニー鑑賞, 顔射, 写真撮影, 動画撮影. Photography is capped at 3 stills and 30 seconds of video, no faces, saved only after the cast member checks them, and uploading any of it anywhere is a damages claim.

The 風俗じゃぱん listing prints the same options at ¥0 with no minimum attached, and swaps three items — パンスト, 網タイツ, ノーパンノーブラ instead of コスプレ, バイブ, アロママッサージ. Two pages from the same shop, two versions of the free list. Assume the stricter one is real: options are free from 90 minutes up.

That single line reprices the whole board. The 60 is the headline, but the 90 at ¥16,500 is where the menu actually starts, because it is the cheapest course where the advertised extras cost nothing. The gap between them is ¥5,500 for thirty minutes and the entire option list.

The basic course, before any of that, is published as: 即尺 (starting immediately, no warm-up), 強制2回戦 (a second round as standard), ディープキス, 全身リップ, 生フェラ, 玉舐め, クンニ, 指入れ, 口内発射, 手コキ, 素股, お掃除フェラ — with the shop's own caveat that a given woman's condition on the day may rule something out.

ElonNever extend. Not here, not once. The extension is ¥7,000 for thirty minutes — ¥233 a minute against a board that sells you time at ¥183. Run it in both directions and it's the same answer every time: sixty plus one extension is ninety minutes for ¥18,000, while the ninety-minute course is ¥16,500. Ninety plus one is ¥23,500; the two-hour course is ¥22,000. A hundred and twenty plus one is ¥29,000; the 150 is ¥27,500. A flat ¥1,500 penalty, every rung of the ladder, for the crime of deciding late. And if extending is what takes you past ninety minutes, you paid ¥1,500 extra and spent the first part of the booking on the side of the line where options aren't free. Book the longer course at the start. If you're genuinely unsure, take the 75 — it's the only cell priced below the house rate — and treat it as a floor, not a launchpad.

The hotel map is the price list

This is the part I have not seen another shop publish this plainly. The transport table, with the named-buildings page behind it:

And the free tier is not a vague gesture at a neighborhood. It is eight buildings, listed by name and telephone number on the shop's HOTEL MAP page: Hotel Lotus Koiwa, Hotel Honey, Heartland Imon, HOTEL PURE, Hotel Lido, Hotel 2001, Hotel IU, and the rental room OLUOLU. The ¥1,000 tier is four more — HOTEL SEKITEI, Cinderella Time, MORE, Sana Resort — all Shin-Koiwa.

The ¥2,000 tier is the one that should interest anyone reading this in English, because it is a list of ordinary business hotels a visitor books on a travel site without a second thought: Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shin-Koiwa, Smile Hotel Shin-Koiwa, Smile Hotel Nishi-Kasai, APA Nishi-Kasai (two of them), Toyoko Inn Nishi-Kasai, Rembrandt Nishi-Kasai (two), hotel MONday Nishi-Kasai, Hotel Livemax Kasai, Hotel Lumiere Nishi-Kasai, Minn Kasai, Cypress Inn Tokyo, Sky Heart Keisei-Koiwa, and Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishi-Kasai, the one with the robots at the front desk. If you are sleeping in any of those, your delivery fee is ¥2,000 and you already know it before you call.

Put the two halves together and the headline offer resolves. The ¥10,000 flat hour — 「1万円ポッキリ」 on 風俗じゃぱん, membership waived, transport included, sixty minutes — carries three conditions in small print: new customers only, no nomination (フリー only), and free-transport area only. Which is to say: it exists inside those eight buildings and nowhere else. Book the identical sixty minutes into a Shinjuku hotel and you are paying ¥11,000 plus ¥1,000 membership plus ¥5,000 in transport — ¥17,000 for the ¥10,000 hour, a 70% markup composed entirely of driving.

Which One More you call is decided by your pillow

Since the course price is the same in all sixteen towns and only the transport table changes, the right branch is a pure geography question. Every figure here is off the branches' own system pages, read the same day.

The Urayasu row is the one worth circling, because Urayasu is where the Tokyo Disney Resort hotels are and plenty of people sleep there without registering that they have crossed a prefectural line. The Koiwa branch will drive to you for ¥4,000; Nishi-Funabashi does it for ¥3,000. Meanwhile the Kinshicho branch prices all of Chiba at a flat ¥6,000 — double what Koiwa charges for the same river crossing. That asymmetry is the whole argument for this branch existing: Koiwa is the group's border shop, and it is the only one that treats Ichikawa and Urayasu as neighbors rather than as another country.

Reverse it and the rule is brutal and simple. From Uguisudani or Shinjuku, calling Koiwa costs you ¥3,000–4,000 extra for a service priced identically by a shop with the same name a few kilometers from your bed. Open the branch list, find the nearest one, call that.

The fine print that would actually cost you

Read this part before you book anything, because two of these are unusual.

• Cancellation: 100% on the day, 50% one day out, 30% two or more days out. That last clause is the strange one. Most shops stop charging once you are outside 24 hours; this chain's published policy bills you 30% of the course for cancelling three days ahead. Whether it is enforced against a polite phone call is between you and the staff, but it is what the page says, and it says it on all sixteen sites.
• No change (チェンジ不可). She arrives, that's the booking.
• No stacking. 割引の併用不可 — one discount per visit. The coupons below do not combine.
• Shower and gargle before she arrives, stated as a requirement, not a suggestion. This is the mechanism behind 即尺: the concept page says outright that you wash during her travel time, so that the clock isn't spent on it. A dirty room or bathroom is grounds for refusal, as are long or unclean fingernails.
• Nobody else in the room. A third party present, or arriving mid-booking, voids it.
• The fines are printed. Requesting full service: from ¥300,000. Recording or photographing outside the option rules: from ¥500,000, plus confiscation of the equipment and a police report. Trying to arrange anything outside the shop: from ¥300,000. Poaching a woman off the roster: from ¥3,000,000. Also barred: intoxication, drugs, organized-crime affiliation, anyone with a communicable infection, and anyone the staff simply judge unsuitable.

On payment: cards are accepted through a documented flow — book by phone first, staff quote the total, then an SMS arrives with a link where you enter the card details yourself, in yen, single payment, using a card in your own name and the phone number you booked with. The shop notes explicitly that the charge appears on your statement under a customer-service company name, not the shop's. Receipts are issued on request. For a visitor who would rather not walk across Tokyo with ¥20,000 in an envelope, that's four sentences of genuinely useful disclosure — and, notably, the shop wrote them down instead of making you ask.

The coupon board, ranked

Every one of these was live on 22 September 2026. Ranked by what the minute actually costs, since that's the only fair comparison.

Two notes that matter more than the table. First, there are two different ¥10,000 sixty-minute offers with different fine print — the 風俗じゃぱん 「ポッキリ」 is ¥10,000 including transport and membership; the shop's own event page quotes ¥10,000 plus nomination and transport. In a free-transport hotel they land in the same place. Anywhere else they don't, by up to ¥6,000. Say the coupon by name on the phone.

Second, the mailing list. Sign up, give the password on the call, and you get five free minutes added. It is a small thing, it is free, and at ¥183 a minute it's worth about ¥900.

The visit

I did this the way the numbers told me to, which meant the trip started with a hotel booking rather than a phone call.

I took the Sobu line out to Koiwa in the late afternoon and checked into one of the eight buildings on the shop's own free list — the sort of place where you pick a room off a lit panel in an empty lobby and never see another human being. Rest rate, cheap, clean enough, a television bolted at an angle nobody watches from. Then I called 03-6659-9541, said I'd seen the listing, and asked for the ninety at the new-customer rate: ¥15,000, plus ¥1,000 to nominate, ¥0 transport because of where I was standing. Sixteen thousand yen, quoted back to me in full before anything was confirmed, which is the shop's stated policy and, in my experience, something only about half of them actually do.

The staff member was quick and unbothered, gave me a number of minutes to wait, and told me to shower. That instruction is the shop's entire operating philosophy compressed into three words: the concept page says plainly that you wash while she's in the car, so that the clock you paid for is the clock you get. Whatever you make of 即尺 as a sales pitch, the logistics behind it are just respect for the meter.

Past the door, the honest thing to report is that the system did what the menu said it does. This shop sells a structure, not a person — immediate start, a second round proposed from her side so the shy customer never has to ask, the option list included because I was over the ninety-minute line. That structure held. I'm not going to invent a woman for you, or a scene, or the sort of detail that reads well and proves nothing; forty other sites will do that. What I'll tell you instead is that I walked out having paid ¥16,000 for ninety minutes, to the yen, with no upsell attempted at any point, and that the quote on the phone and the number in the room were the same number. In this business that is rarer than it should be.

The one thing I'd change: I booked the 90 because of the free-option line, and that was the right call. If I went back, I'd take 120 on the ロングコース割 — ¥19,000 plus the nomination fee, thirty extra minutes for ¥3,000 — which is the only offer on this board open to everyone that beats the flat ¥183-a-minute rate.

The verdict

Four stars, and they are earned in a specific place: inside Edogawa Ward. This is a shop that publishes its delivery costs by building name, prices its time at a flat and legible rate, throws in nineteen options above ninety minutes, and quotes you the full total before it takes the booking. That is more transparency than most of Tokyo manages, and it comes attached to a ¥10,000 hour that is genuinely a ¥10,000 hour — provided you did the one thing the shop can't do for you, which is book the right bed.

Short version. Sleep in Koiwa or Shin-Koiwa and this is one of the best-value shops in Tokyo; sleep anywhere west of Sumida and it isn't, because the course price is identical at fifteen other branches closer to you. Take 90 minutes minimum — that's where the option list goes free — at ¥15,000 as a new customer, or 120 on the ロングコース割 at ¥19,000 if you've been before. Never extend; it costs ¥1,500 more than simply booking the next course up, every single time. Shower before she arrives — it's a rule, not a courtesy. Confirm the transport tier on the call, because it swings ¥5,000. And if you're sleeping in Urayasu, Uguisudani, Kinshicho or Shinjuku, do the thing this article exists to tell you: call the branch nearest your hotel instead. The menu is the same. The drive isn't.
