現役女子大生☆ミスキャンパス上京美少女編 — Miss Campus Shimbashi files on Cityheaven as デリヘル (スタンダード), breadcrumbed to 新橋・銀座・有楽町 › 新橋・汐留 — Shimbashi and Shiodome, in Minato ward. Phone is on the listing at 03-6912-7745. The door is 24時間営業 with no closing days, and the venue is hotel or private residence, outcall only. Dispatch runs 東京23区内、23区外一部 — all twenty-three wards, plus a slice of what's outside them.
It is also brand new. The first-timer coupon dates from 2026/07/07, the event board fires from 7/25 and 8/2, and the headline promo is still literally called オープン記念 — the opening commemoration. So everything you're about to read is launch pricing, and launch pricing is a shop at its most generous and least honest simultaneously.
The Board, Cold
Here is the entire published price surface, gathered off the coupon page and the event page, because the shop's own 料金システム page sits behind an age gate and never rendered for me:
| What | Price | Fine print |
|---|---|---|
| 60 min — list | ¥25,000 | the only undiscounted number on the whole listing |
| 入会金 (membership) | ¥2,000 | waived by the first-timer coupon |
| 交通費 (transport) | ¥1,000 | waived by the coupon, Shimbashi only |
60 min | ¥17,000 | 9:00–17:00, Shimbashi rental room or business hotel |
| 昼割 — 75 min | ¥22,000 | same window, 指名料 separate |
| ロング割 — 100 min | ¥27,000 (from ¥30,000) | Shimbashi business hotel, 指名料・交通費込 |
| ロング割 — 130 min | ¥35,000 (from ¥40,000) | same, billed as 最大8,000円OFF |
指名料 — the nomination fee — is referenced in the conditions of three separate offers and printed nowhere on the page. Hold onto that; it does more work later than it looks like it should.
Where the 42% Comes From
The coupon says 60分25,000円 → 70分17,000円, and stamps 42%OFF across it.
Take the cash difference against the list course and you get ¥8,000 off ¥25,000, which is 32%. That's the number most people would compute standing on the sidewalk, and it's not 42.
So where's the other ten points? In the ten free minutes. List rate is ¥25,000 for 60 minutes — ¥416.7 a minute. Price seventy minutes at that rate and you get a notional ¥29,167. Now ¥17,000 against ¥29,167 is 41.7% off, which rounds to exactly the number on the banner.
That's the trick, and I want to be precise about what kind of trick it is: it isn't a lie. You do receive seventy minutes. The shop simply valued the bonus ten at full list rate, added it to a price nobody was going to pay, and discounted from the sum. It's the sandwich sign. The list price exists to be the thing the percentage is taken from.
There is, though, a third number, and it's the one I'd actually put on the banner if I ran the place. A full-freight first visit is ¥25,000 plus ¥2,000 membership plus ¥1,000 transport — ¥28,000 out the door, before nomination. The coupon waives both fees. So the real money that stays in your pocket is ¥11,000, or 39%. Higher than 32, lower than 42, and the only one of the three that describes cash actually not leaving your wallet.
Divide By The Minutes
So let's. Every offer on the board, at its per-minute rate:
- 新橋限定 coupon, 70 min ¥17,000 → ¥243/min
- オープン記念, 70 min ¥17,000 → ¥243/min
- ロング割, 130 min ¥35,000 → ¥269/min (nomination and transport included)
- ロング割, 100 min ¥27,000 → ¥270/min (nomination and transport included)
- 昼割, 60 min ¥17,000 → ¥283/min
- 昼割, 75 min ¥22,000 → ¥293/min
- オープン記念, 90 min ¥27,000 → ¥300/min
- 60 min list, ¥25,000 → ¥417/min
Three things fall straight out of that column.
The first-timer coupon is the cheapest minute in the building, and it isn't close. ¥243 against a ¥417 list is the shop paying nearly half your first visit to get a name in the book. Normal for a launch, and genuinely the best window this brand will ever offer this station.
The long courses beat the daytime discount. This surprised me. 昼割 is presented as the value play — play cheap while it's still light out — but at ¥283 and ¥293 a minute it sits above both ロング割 rungs, and the ロング割 numbers are all-in while the 昼割 explicitly bills 指名料 on top. The daytime deal is the second- and third-worst minute on the discounted board.
And the 90-minute opening course is the worst buy on the page. ¥300 a minute, only transport included, and it costs exactly the same as something better.
¥27,000 Buys 90 Minutes. It Also Buys 100.
This is the single most actionable thing on the listing, so I'll say it flat.
オープン記念 90 min = ¥27,000, transport included, nomination extra. ロング割 100 min = ¥27,000, transport and nomination included.
Identical money. The second one is ten minutes longer and eats a fee the first one hands you. The only difference in the conditions is the venue: ロング割 requires a business hotel in Shimbashi (ビジホでまったりロング割り), while the opening course doesn't fence the venue.
So unless you specifically need a residence call or a hotel outside the fence, the 90 has no reason to exist for you. Same ¥27,000, book the 100. If nomination runs anything at all — and it's charged on the 90 — the gap is bigger than ten minutes; it's ten minutes plus a fee nobody will quote you until you're on the phone.
I'd guess the 90 is there because the opening-promo板 was built before the long-course board and nobody reconciled them. That's what a four-week-old shop looks like from the outside: two price sheets written by two people on two different weeks, published on the same page, quietly contradicting each other.
The ¥8,000 That Doesn't Add Up
ロング割 is advertised as 最大8,000円OFF. Here's what's actually printed under it:
- 100 min: ¥30,000 → ¥27,000 = ¥3,000 off
- 130 min: ¥40,000 → ¥35,000 = ¥5,000 off
The largest single sticker cut on the board is ¥5,000. There is no ¥8,000 discount anywhere in that table — unless you add the two together, which would be a strange thing to call a maximum, or unless the ¥8,000 is meant to include the bundled 指名料 and 交通費 on top of the ¥5,000 cut. Transport is ¥1,000 per the coupon table, which would leave the nomination fee doing ¥2,000 of the work.
That reconciles cleanly. It's also unverifiable, because the shop never prints its 指名料. A "maximum discount" that only reaches its advertised size by including a fee whose amount is not published anywhere on the page is, at minimum, a number you can't check. Same house style as the 42%: pick a baseline, sum some unlike things, print the larger figure.
Everything Is Fenced To One Station
The dispatch line says 東京23区内、23区外一部. Twenty-three wards and change — a citywide map.
Now read the conditions. The first-timer coupon is 新橋限定, and says 新橋以外は別途交通費. ロング割 is Shimbashi business hotels. 昼割 is Shimbashi rental rooms or business hotels. Every discount on the board, without exception, is geo-fenced to a single station.
That's not a contradiction so much as an honest picture of what this shop is: a chain shop with a chain's map and a neighborhood's price sheet. The parent network runs 52 shops and 3,563 cast, and it can drive to Nerima if you ask. But it only wants Shimbashi right now, because a new branch wins by dominating four hundred meters of one town, not by covering the metropolis at a loss.
Practical version: if you're calling from anywhere but Shimbashi, none of the numbers in this article are your numbers. Get the transport quoted first, then re-run the per-minute math. From Shibuya or Ikebukuro the fence eats most of the launch advantage.
The Concept, Read Plainly
The catchphrase is 上京現役大学生の秘密のアルバイト!面接後すぐお届け!! — the secret part-time job of university students who've come up to Tokyo, delivered straight from the interview. The concept copy runs S級シロウト現役女子大生限定で採用, and the stated age band is 18–22.
Two observations, no editorializing beyond them.
One: "delivered straight from the interview" is a freshness claim, and freshness claims are the standard tool of a chain that has 3,563 people to place and needs a story for the newest ones. It's a marketing frame, not a service description.
Two — and this is the part that costs you money if you ignore it — a roster built on newness is a roster with no review history. The listing shows 新人 entries stacking up week after week. A shop whose entire premise is that everyone just started is a shop where you cannot read the room before you book, because there's nothing written about anyone yet. That's the actual trade you're making at ¥243 a minute: launch pricing in exchange for launch-grade information.
The Verdict
- Entry value: ★★★★★ — ¥243 a minute against a ¥417 list, with membership and transport waived. Whatever you think of the banner math, ¥17,000 for seventy minutes in Minato ward is a real price and the best one this brand will ever quote Shimbashi.
- Price transparency: ★★☆☆☆ — 42% that's really 32 in cash, a 最大8,000円OFF whose largest printed cut is ¥5,000, and a nomination fee referenced in three sets of conditions and published in none. Nothing here is false. Nothing here is checkable either.
- Board coherence: ★★☆☆☆ — a 90-minute course priced identically to a longer, more inclusive 100-minute course sitting one section away. Two price sheets, one page.
- Access / hours: ★★★★☆ — 24 hours, no closing days, hotel or residence, and a deliberately carved 9:00–17:00 daytime rate. In an office district that clock is exactly right, even if the daytime rate itself isn't the bargain it's dressed as.
- Coverage: ★★★☆☆ — 23 wards on the map, one station on the price sheet.
- Going back: △ — one visit on the first-timer coupon is straightforwardly good value. A second visit is the ロング割 100 at ¥270 all-in or nothing, and I'd want to see this board again in six months, after somebody reconciles it.
The read I'd hand a friend, standing at the Shiodome end of the station with the salarymen coming out of the Yurikamome: this is a competent new branch of a large chain doing what new branches do — buying its first hundred customers at cost and dressing the invoice in the largest percentage it can construct. The construction isn't dishonest, but it is constant, and it means the sign is never the number.
Take the seventy on the coupon while it's live and 本数限定 still means there are slots left. If you go back, go back for the 100 at ¥27,000 with the fees folded in, and let the 90 sit there being ten minutes shorter for the same money forever. Get the 指名料 quoted on the phone before you commit to anything, because it's the one figure this shop has decided you'll find out about later. And if you're not calling from Shimbashi, understand that you're outside the fence and the whole board resets.
Divide the yen by the minutes. It's the only line on the sheet nobody got to write for you. First visit logged.
