The pitch: a secret, sold by the hour
Extra Secret ~妻の秘密~ means "Extra Secret: The Wife's Secret." It's a delivery health (デリヘル) out of Otsuka, one stop from Ikebukuro on the Yamanote Line. It held its grand opening on May 1, 2026. Every woman on the roster is billed as a hitozuma, a married woman. The copy lays the fantasy on thick. Even as a wife, I'm still a woman. I'll come see you without telling my husband. The official concept page goes further and tells you to treat the shop "like an underground dating site."
Underneath the romance novel it's a business, and a confident one. The site says a major health-shop operator runs it and that the women passed a strict screening. Listed ages on the roster run from 22 to 38. I counted more than 30 profiles, and on the day I checked, a good share of them carried the 新人 (newcomer) tag.
Two curtains, two menus
This is the part a first-timer has to understand before dialing. The official price sheet splits the basic play into two tiers, the Blue Curtain (青カーテン) and the Red Curtain (赤カーテン). Each woman's profile tells you which one she works under.
- Blue Curtain is the standard health menu: deep kissing, full-body kissing, 69 and hand play. Oral is listed as スキンフェラ, meaning with protection.
- Red Curtain adds unprotected oral, more rimming and ball play, sumata and finishing in the mouth.
The bottom line: the curtain isn't decoration. It decides what's in the base price. Read the profile, check the color, and don't bargain with a Blue Curtain woman for Red Curtain service. That's the polite move, and in a shop this new it's how you avoid starting off on the wrong foot.
The price board, straight from the official sheet
The regular course, called 人妻と秘密のプレイ ("Secret Play with a Married Woman"), climbs in neat steps:
| Course | Price |
|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥16,000 |
| 80 min | ¥18,000 |
| 100 min | ¥20,000 |
| 120 min | ¥22,000 |
| 140 min | ¥24,000 |
| 160 min | ¥26,000 |
| 180 min | ¥28,000 |
That's ¥2,000 for every extra 20 minutes. At the top, the 180-minute course works out to about ¥156 a minute, against ¥267 for the 60.
Then there's the "Secret Trial" (秘密のお試しコース) block, where it gets interesting:
- 45 min — ¥12,000
- 90 min — ¥21,000, with the shop's signature option まるで本生中 included
- 130 min — ¥25,000, same option included
On its own that option costs ¥3,000. Here's what the trial courses really save you:
- 45 vs. 60: exactly the same per-minute rate (¥267). The 45 is a cheaper ticket, not a discount. Book it if you want to look a woman over without committing an hour.
- 90 trial vs. 80 + option: both ¥21,000. The trial gives you 10 extra minutes for free.
- 90 trial vs. 100 + option: ¥21,000 vs. ¥23,000. You give up 10 minutes and keep ¥2,000.
- 130 trial vs. 120 + option: both ¥25,000, plus 10 free minutes again.
So if you were going to add the option anyway, the trial courses are the obvious pick. If you weren't, a plain 80 or 120 is cheaper.
For the long-game crowd there's a "Secret Date & Play" (秘密の密会デート&プレイ) course: 240 min ¥40,000, 300 min ¥50,000, 360 min ¥60,000. It allows a meetup outside and time somewhere other than the hotel, but the sheet says flatly that no play happens outdoors.
Stacking the opening discounts
Here's what's on the official event page right now:
- Admission fee: ¥2,000 → free
- New customers: ¥2,000 off every course
- First nomination fee: ¥1,000 → free (repeat nominations, 本指名, are ¥2,000)
- LINE booking (ID: contactsecret): ¥1,000 off, which the shop says stacks with every other discount
- Review discount: write a CityHeaven review and get a code for ¥3,000 off your next visit (the campaign rate, up from ¥2,000)
The CityHeaven coupon page also offers ¥2,000 off for web booking, though not on the Date course. One mismatch is worth flagging. That coupon advertises 100 minutes as "¥21,000 → ¥19,000," but the official sheet lists 100 minutes at ¥20,000. Say which coupon you're using when you call, and confirm the total before the woman knocks.
Transport and the fine print
Hotels around Otsuka Station are free. Ikebukuro North Exit and East Exit hotels are also free right now, down from ¥1,000. The rest of Toshima-ku is ¥1,000, and the official map runs ¥2,000 to ¥5,000 across the other 23 wards.
Hours depend on which page you read. The official site and CityHeaven both say 10:00 to 27:00 (3 a.m.). The CityHeaven Q&A says calls close at 23:00, with later times by advance request. If you're booking after 11 p.m., call ahead.
Read the house rules before you book. They're strict:
- No change, no cancellation, not even on a free (non-nominated) booking. Cancel the day before or the same day and you owe the full fee, transport included.
- Credit card is accepted, but it carries a 10% surcharge and the payment link goes to your phone by SMS.
- The usual hard nos: no pressing for intercourse, no recording, no rough handling, and no bringing your own toys. The shop says it reports violators to the authorities.
Who should book it
Book it if the married-woman concept is your thing, if you like the clarity of a two-curtain menu, and if you can use the trial-course math while the opening discounts are still live.
Skip it if you need flexibility. A no-change, full-fee cancellation policy punishes anyone whose evening might fall apart.
