The shop is 東京性感エステ倶楽部 桃花道 大森店 — Tokyo Sensual Esthe Club Toukadou, Ōmori branch — listed on Cityheaven under 大森・平和島 as a delivery health in the エステ＆ヘルス genre. Phone 03-6435-7196, and the header asks you to open with 「ヘブン見た」. What it sells is the chain's house style: a real pressure-point massage that turns, over the course of the session, into something that isn't. The published basic service is four lines long — 指圧マッサージ, アロマオイル or パウダー, オールヌード回春（前立腺可）, and 素股、昇天フィニッシュ フェラ or ハンドフィニッシュ — and every coupon on the listing adds the shared shower up front (混浴シャワー後、密着マッサージ).
I've been to this branch before, at night, by hotel dispatch. This is not that story. This is the other half of the shop.
The board is two shops wearing one name
Pull up 出勤情報 and don't read it by name. Read it by start time. The thirty-two women on this week's board sort themselves into two crews with almost no overlap in character:
- The day crew clocks on between 10:00 and 12:00 and clocks off between 19:00 and 21:00. Typical row: 10:00–20:00, or 11:00–19:00.
- The night crew clocks on between 15:00 and 20:00 and runs to 1:00, 3:00, 5:00 or 6:00 — the shop's own close.
There are a couple of bridges — one woman works 12:00–23:00, a few start at 15:00 — but the shape is unmistakable. Here is Wednesday 23 September, the day I went, counted hour by hour off the board:

Two things jump out. First, the afternoon is a flat plateau — eleven women from noon to two, nobody arriving, nobody leaving. That's the stable window. Second, the 19:00 peak isn't the night crew being big; it's the two crews overlapping for about an hour before the day side goes home at eight. Everyone wants that 7 p.m. slot. The board tells you that's exactly when the shop is busiest handing people off.
And all eleven of Wednesday's day-shift women carried the red 現在待機中 flag when I read the board a little after one. On a Cityheaven listing that's the closest thing to a live signal you get: those women are clocked in and not currently booked.
The rest of the published week looks the same. Day-crew headcount runs 9 to 12 every day from Wednesday through Monday; total women per day runs 20 to 24. Saturday and Sunday both have 23 women on the board this week, eleven and ten of them on days. The last column, next Tuesday, is still empty — the board is filled in about six days ahead, so if you're planning further out than that, the phone is your only source.
Who works days
Eleven women on Wednesday's day side, and their published profiles cluster the way the whole roster does: ages 20 to 25, heights 155 to 167 cm, cups C to F. If you want a single name that the board says will be there, it's Hitomi (24, T163・86 E・55) — 10:00 to 20:00 on every one of the six published days. Nobody else on the day side matches that. Aki (25) shows five straight days starting Thursday; Kiki (20), the youngest on the roster, shows five of six.
That regularity is worth something in a shop like this, where the profile text doesn't tell you much and the review archive is tiny. A woman who is on the board every single day is a woman the shop can actually schedule you around. If you want to come back to the same person, that's the kind of row you want.
The daytime deal: a price printed as a total
The coupon tab carries three offers. The one that matters for an afternoon is the first:

Rental room only, and the headline is 総額 — the all-in total. The comparison table below it lists 入会金 ¥1,000 → ¥0. Validity reads 2025/05/29 ～ 無期限 — no expiry.
Now set it against the rest of the listing:

The ¥16,000 "normal" in the coupon is theatre — the system tab prices sixty minutes at ¥11,000 and membership at ¥0 — so ignore the 44%-off badge. The honest comparison is that the rental room is the cheapest sixty minutes the shop sells, and it's the only price on the listing that calls itself a total. The delivery coupons carry a footnote, ※交通費・指名料が別途かかる場合もございます — transport and nomination may be added. The rental-room coupon doesn't.
Why is this a daytime product? Because a rental room solves the daytime problem. At night you've got a hotel room, or you're home. At 1 p.m. on a workday you have neither — checking into a hotel for an hour at lunch is expensive and conspicuous, and home is wherever you commute from. The shop doesn't publish where its rental rooms are; reception gives you the details when you book. You show up, she shows up, nobody's paying for a hotel.
The call
Ten past one, from the Doutor. Said 「ヘブン見た」 and asked for the rental-room coupon, sixty minutes, today. Reception asked the usual things — what time, how long, anyone in particular — and I asked for Hitomi by name, because I'd picked her off the board for exactly the reason above.
The one thing I'd flag for anyone doing this: the rental-room coupon says nothing about nomination. The delivery coupons explicitly waive the ¥1,000 指名料 in their comparison tables; the rental-room coupon lists only membership. The system tab prices 写真指名・本指名 at ¥1,000. So assume nominating her puts you at ¥11,000, not ten, and ask on the phone. I asked. Ten plus one is what I paid — and at ¥11,000 for a named woman in an all-in hour, I'm not complaining.
She was free within the hour. I didn't have to shuffle anything: the plateau is real, and eleven women standing by at lunchtime means a Wednesday afternoon here is a buyer's market.
The hour
I'm not going to describe her beyond her public profile; that's not what this site is for, and invented detail helps nobody pick a shop. What I can tell you is that the hour ran the way every page of this listing says it will. Shower together first — the shop's rules make it mandatory, and the coupon calls it 混浴シャワー. Then oil or powder, your choice — I took oil — and a massage that starts as a genuine massage, face down, with real pressure. Then the turn over, and the kaishun half of the menu. The coupon's own summary is blunt about what the price includes — キス、フェラ、69、素股 — and the 100-minute coupon adds 前立腺 to that list for anyone who wants the full version of what 回春 means.
One small daytime observation, and it's the whole reason I'd do this again at lunch rather than at night: nobody was tired. The day crew starts at ten or eleven. By one o'clock she'd been on shift for a couple of hours, not nine. There's no way to put that in a price table, but anyone who has ever booked a 4 a.m. slot knows the difference.
The coupon's footnote on the 100-minute offer also says the women 検温、うがい、消毒をしてから伺います — temperature check, gargle, disinfect before arriving. A leftover from 2020 that nobody took down, and I'm glad nobody did.
The lunch-break math
Say you actually have a job. Here's what a daytime visit costs in clock time, not yen:
- Book: call once you know you're free. On a plateau afternoon I got a start within the hour; build in more on a Friday.
- Sixty minutes of course time, shower included — the clock covers the shower, so sixty is really about fifty on the table.
- Travel to wherever reception points you, plus a few minutes either side.
Call it ninety minutes door to door for the sixty-minute course. That's a long lunch, not an impossible one. If you can stretch it, the rental-room 90分 at ¥14,000 is where the massage half gets room to breathe — ¥155.56 a minute against the sixty's ¥166.67 — and it's still ¥1,000 under the board's ninety-minute delivery price. If you've got the whole afternoon, the separate ☆コスパ最強100分コース☆ at ¥15,000 is the best per-minute price in the building, but it's a delivery coupon, with that transport-may-apply footnote.
What you should not do at lunch is book the thirty-minute extension on the fly. The board prices it at ¥6,000 per 30 minutes; going from the sixty to the ninety on the rental-room coupon costs ¥4,000. Decide the length before you call.
The rules you'll be held to
The system tab's 禁止事項 list is standard for the genre but short and specific, and three lines matter more in a rental room than in your own hotel:
- Refusing the pre-session shower ends the session.
- Any third party present at the room or hotel when she arrives, or during the session, ends it.
- Recording of any kind — camera, recorder, eavesdropping — ends it.
The penalty line underneath is the same for all of them: no refund, no compensation for your room, a damages claim if the shop is out of pocket, and a police report if they judge it malicious. Also barred: under-18s and high-school students, organized crime, drugs, heavy drunkenness, anyone who seems unwell or unwashed, and anyone asking her out or trying to scout her.

Four stars — one more than I'd give the same shop at night, and the difference is entirely the clock. After dark, Toukadou Ōmori is a decent-value dispatch esthe competing for the 7 p.m. slot with everybody else. At lunchtime on a weekday it's eleven women with nothing booked, an all-in ¥10,000 hour, and nobody running on fumes.
The short version. Go between noon and three on a weekday, when the day crew is at full strength and flat. Book the rental-room coupon — ¥10,000 for sixty minutes, ¥14,000 for ninety — and quote it as the 総額 coupon. Add ¥1,000 if you nominate, and ask on the phone rather than assuming. If you want someone you can book again, pick from the women who are on the board every day — this week, that's Hitomi, 10 to 8, six days straight. And pick your length before you dial; the extension is the most expensive thirty minutes on the menu.
