Let me get the paperwork out of the way, because the paperwork is the whole trick here.
The shop is ジュリアン府中 美少女美女＆人妻専門デリヘル — Julian Fuchu, a "beautiful girls, beauties and married women" delivery health. Phone 042-540-1559. Posted hours 8:00 to 5:00 the next morning, open every day. The pitch on its Cityheaven page: 立川・多摩エリア創業20年超の老舗 — a twenty-plus-year-old outfit from the Tachikawa/Tama side of Tokyo. That word, Tachikawa, is going to matter more than the word Fuchu in its name.
The coupon, read like a contract
Everything I did that night came off one coupon, 【今すぐ得々フリーコース】, valid from 2026/06/15 with no end date:

Four thousand off, flat, at either length. Now the fine print, which I read three times on the Chūō Line:
- It's a free course — the shop assigns a woman who can reach you in the travel window. No nomination.
- チェンジ・キャンセルは出来ません — no change, no cancel.
- Outside Tachikawa City, 90 minutes is the minimum.
- 交通費のかかる地域もござます — some areas still pay transport.
- You say 「今すぐフリー」 when you call.
So the deal isn't really "¥4,000 off." The deal is: you sell the shop your right to choose, your right to refuse, and your right to back out, for four thousand yen. Put that way, it's a real decision, not a coupon. I decided to make it anyway, and to make it on the shop's home turf.
Why I booked in Tachikawa and not Fuchu
Here's the thing nobody tells you about a shop called Fuchu. Pull up the transport table for the bishoujo/bijo board and the ¥0 line reads 立川駅周辺 — around Tachikawa Station. Fuchu City itself sits in the ¥2,000 band, alongside Hachioji and Kodaira. The 23 wards are ¥5,000.
The coupon warns that transport can still apply, and nothing on it says the free course waives the table. So I took the table at its word and went where the table says zero. A hotel a short walk from Tachikawa Station meant my night was, on paper:

Same ninety minutes booked from a Fuchu hotel? Add ¥2,000 and you've given back half the discount. From Shinjuku, ¥5,000 — and the coupon is now worse than just paying list price near Tachikawa. The coupon is a Tachikawa product. Use it there.
The call
I checked in a little after eleven, got the room number sorted, and dialed. I'm not going to transcribe a phone call word for word, but the shape was what you'd expect from a shop that's been doing this for two decades: the guy on the other end asked if I'd seen the listing, I said 「ヘブン見た、今すぐフリーで」, he asked the course length, the hotel name and the room, and a name to use at the door. He gave me an arrival window. He didn't try to upsell me into a nomination, and he didn't need to remind me about the no-change rule — I'd already said it back to him, which I'd recommend. Say the rules out loud on the call. It makes the shop's job easier and it makes yours clearer.
One thing to have ready: your course length before you dial. The coupon only lists 90 and 120, and outside Tachikawa City you can't go shorter than 90 anyway. Don't stand in a hotel room humming about it.
The knock
I'm not naming her, and that's the point of this article. On a free course you don't pick from a panel, so there's no profile I can honestly point you to — and the next guy who says 「今すぐフリー」 will get whoever's free for him. What I can tell you is what the blind booking felt like from my side of the door.
It felt like a first date where somebody else did the matching. That tension you normally burn off scrolling photos — is she going to look like the picture? — lands all at once, at the knock. Then it's gone. She was friendly, on time within the window I'd been given, handled the call-in to the office at the start without fuss, and didn't treat the free course like a lesser booking. There was no "oh, you're a free-course guy" energy. Honestly, I think free course customers get an easier read from the woman — you arrive with zero expectations pinned to a photograph, so there's nothing to fall short of.
The shop makes a promise on its own page — 過度な写真修正は絶対にしません, no heavy photo retouching — and a free booking is the one situation where that promise can't help you, because there's no photo. What does carry over is the shop's other claim, the one I could feel in the room: this is an old operation with a routine. Timing, the office check-in, the call before the end. Nothing improvised.
Ninety minutes is a good length for a blind booking, by the way. The first ten minutes are two strangers calibrating. At sixty you'd feel that. At ninety you don't.
What the discount actually buys, and what it costs
Let me put the four-thousand-yen question plainly, since that's what you came for.
What you give up:
- Choice. The regular board lets you nominate from photos. The system page prices 写真指名料 at ¥0–¥3,000 — a range, with no per-woman grid, so you'd have to ask on the phone anyway.
- The change. On a regular booking a change might be negotiable. Here it's printed as forbidden.
- The cancel. Same. If your plans are shaky, don't use this coupon.
What you get: ¥4,000 back, plus the ¥0–¥3,000 photo nomination you're not paying. So the real gap between a free-course 90 and a nominated 90 near Tachikawa is ¥4,000 to ¥7,000. That's the price of choosing, straight from the shop's own numbers.
If you're a regular with a favorite, obviously none of this applies — the 本指名料 is ¥2,000 and you'll pay it gladly. The free course is for the guy who's new to this shop, doesn't have a name in mind, and would rather spend the difference on a better hotel room.
Things the shop doesn't print — ask before you dial
- Extensions. I couldn't find a 延長 price anywhere on the system page. If there's any chance you'll want more time, ask the rate on the first call, not in the room.
- Hotel charges. It's delivery — the room is on you and isn't on the shop's price list at all.
- Options. None are included. The menu runs from ¥2,000 (costume, rotor, pantyhose, lotion bath) through ¥3,000–¥4,000 up to ¥8,000 for the top line. Decide on the call, not at the door.
- Transport outside the ¥0 zone. The free course doesn't say it waives the table. If you're anywhere but around Tachikawa Station, confirm the fee.
