Line them up and the differences are not rounding errors:
- The bottom tier moved. Cityheaven's STANDARD starts at ¥60,000. The official board has no STANDARD at all; its floor is SILVER at ¥70,000, with a ¥30,000 extension instead of ¥25,000. The roster uses SILVER. So does the shop. The cheaper tier appears to be a ghost.
- A tier appeared. PLATINUMplus exists on the official board and on roughly a fifth of the roster — and nowhere on Cityheaven.
- 3P is five times the price. Cityheaven: ¥20,000~. Official: ¥100,000~. One of those is a typo, and I would not bet on it being the official one.
- The membership fee has a way out. Official: ¥5,000, free if you register on LINE.
- The transport table flipped. The official page lists all twenty-three wards under 期間限定正会員無料 — free for full members, for a limited period — then adds ¥5,000–10,000 after the last train or late at night, ¥10,000–30,000 for the Tama cities, and ¥30,000–200,000 for the rest of Kanto. Outside the 23 wards, 120 minutes minimum.
- Changes aren't for sale. Official: 当店はチェンジ・キャンセルは承れません — no changes, no cancellations. Not ¥30,000. Just no.
- Cancellation is a percentage, not a band. 100% same day, 50% the day before, and a fee that "occurs automatically" if they can't reach you — with no further bookings until it's paid.

Every row is ¥10,000 apart, in the shop's favor on Cityheaven. The Cityheaven coupon itemizes its "normal" GOLD total as ¥128,000 — ¥120,000 course, ¥5,000 membership, and a ¥3,000 LINE membership annual fee I found nowhere else on either site — and waives the last two. The official page adds free transport anywhere in the 23 wards and a gift of private photos of the roster.
The conditions are identical on both, and one of them is the most interesting sentence in the whole listing:
- First visit only.
- Free (omakase) only — you pick the rank, the shop picks the woman.
- Book through LINE@ (Cityheaven bookings are accepted, but they ask you to message LINE first).

Read that last one twice. The discount is conditional on the rating. I am not telling you the reviews are false. I am telling you they were not free.
Booking it: what the process actually looked like
I did this as a first-timer, on the coupon, because that is the only way this shop's numbers make sense for anyone who isn't expensing it.
The guide tells you up front that the shop runs on "a new system — everything arranged through the app, not the phone," and it means it. I added the official LINE, said I'd seen the new-customer page, and asked for GOLD, ninety minutes, free choice, at a city hotel in Roppongi. What you're waiting for in the reply is the three things the guide says it will give you before anything is confirmed: the course price, the transport, and the total. On the official new-customer page that should read ¥60,000, transport ¥0 in the 23 wards, membership waived — ¥60,000. If the number that comes back is ¥70,000, you're being quoted the Cityheaven coupon; say which page you're booking from and get it corrected in writing. It's worth ¥10,000 of typing, and the guide itself says the campaign price can't be applied once she has arrived.
Confirmation came over Telegram, per the guide's step 3 — a second app, which is either a privacy feature or a mild annoyance depending on how many apps you like on your phone. Nobody asked for a card number, because there is no card option. The published methods are cash, bank transfer, PayPay, or crypto (USDT, fee extra). PayPay, transfer and crypto are paid in advance; cash is handed over at the door, the moment you meet — the terms define the full fee as owed at that point. So I did the thing you do in a city built on cash: an envelope, exact amount, on the desk before the knock.

Three stars, and the missing two are about paperwork, not the product. Rafflesia promises the two things that matter most at this price — the photo is real, and the total is fixed before you commit — and its first-visit rate cuts a ¥110,000 hour-and-a-half to ¥60,000. But it publishes three menus that contradict each other, a 3P price that's either ¥20,000 or ¥100,000, a transport table that is free or ¥5,000 depending on which tab you opened, and a coupon whose price is tied to the stars you give it.
The short version. Book through LINE, on the official new-customer page, at GOLD — ¥60,000 for ninety minutes, transport free in the 23 wards, membership waived. Ask in the chat which price list they're quoting, and screenshot the answer. Decide between 90 and 120 before you open the door, because the five-minute course-up window is cheaper than any extension. Bring cash in an envelope or prepay by PayPay — there's no card. And if you post the review the coupon asks for, remember that everyone else did too — so when you're choosing a shop at this price, read the stars on this listing as partly paid for.
