プレミアリーグ — Premier League — is a hotel health (ホテヘル) shop in the image-club (イメクラ) genre, working out of 百人町2-17-12, 和光マンション304, three minutes on foot from Shin-Okubo on the Yamanote and three minutes from Okubo on the Chuo-Sobu line. Phone is 03-5348-3815. Hours are 10:00 to 24:00, which Cityheaven annotates as 最終受付 — last reception. No parking. The official site bills it as 「新大久保 素人専門 イメクラ」 — an amateur-specialist image club — and the Cityheaven blurb calls it 「超本格イメクラ専門店」, a hardcore specialist, 「イメクラ好きのイメクラ好きによるイメクラ好きの為の」 老舗: by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, and long-established.
Both boards print the same four prices. That agreement matters, because a third page on the same site does not.
The board, and the room fee that rewrites it
All-time pricing — one board, no day/night split:
| Course | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 50 min (trial) | ¥16,000 | ¥320.00 |
| 70 min | ¥21,000 | ¥300.00 |
| 90 min | ¥26,000 | ¥288.89 |
| 120 min | ¥35,000 | ¥291.67 |
Read the last two rows. The 90 is cheaper per minute than the 120. The ladder climbs sensibly for three rungs and then reverses at the top, which is not how these boards usually behave. The marginal math says why: going 50→70 costs ¥5,000 for 20 minutes and going 70→90 costs ¥5,000 for 20 minutes — a flat ¥250 a minute both times — and then 90→120 costs ¥9,000 for 30 minutes, or ¥300 a minute. The last half hour is 20% more expensive than every minute before it.
So on the printed board, the 90 is the value pick. Except the printed board is not what you pay.
The room is not included: 「ホテル代 2,500円~」 on Cityheaven, 「お部屋代 2,500円~」 on the shop's own system page. It's a fixed cost, it lands on every visit regardless of length, and fixed costs always punish short courses. Fold in the ¥2,500 floor:
| Course | Course + room | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 50 min | ¥18,500 | ¥370.00 |
| 70 min | ¥23,500 | ¥335.71 |
| 90 min | ¥28,500 | ¥316.67 |
| 120 min | ¥37,500 | ¥312.50 |
The ranking inverts. Once the room is in the number, the 120 is the cheapest minute you can buy here and the ladder becomes monotonic again. I ran the break-even: the 90 and the 120 tie at an all-in per-minute rate when the room costs exactly ¥1,000. Above that, the 120 wins; below it, the 90 does. The shop's own published floor is ¥2,500 — two and a half times the tipping point — so in practice there is no room in Shin-Okubo cheap enough to make the 90 the better buy. The board says one thing; the board plus the mandatory extra says the opposite.
And the 50-minute trial course, at ¥370 an all-in minute, is the most expensive way to buy time at this shop by a distance — 18% worse per minute than the 120. It's the rung a first-timer reaches for. It's the rung the room fee hurts most.
The five zeros, and the one that isn't
Here is the fee list, and it is genuinely short:
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Room | ¥2,500~ |
Five zeros and a room fee. On a Tokyo board that's close to a clean quote — what you see plus ¥2,500 is what you pay. The scenario and the costume being free is the headline, because the scenario is the product at an image club. The shop's entire selling proposition costs nothing extra.
Now the footnote. The Cityheaven coupon page carries a 口コミ割引き — a review discount — valid from 2026/09/08, no expiry, and its terms include this line: 「※本指名の女の子にはご使用不可」 — not usable on a woman you are requesting by name. The official site defines that term precisely: 「本指名…一度お遊び頂いた事がある女の子をご予約・ご指名頂く場合」 — booking a woman you have seen before.
Put those two documents together. 本指名料 is ¥0. But requesting the woman you liked costs you the ¥1,000 review discount you'd otherwise have. The fee isn't charged, it's withheld — and the arithmetic on your wallet is identical to a ¥1,000 nomination fee. The board's proudest zero is a zero only for men who never come back for the same person.
As a share of the course, that phantom ¥1,000 is 6.25% on the 50, 4.76% on the 70, 3.85% on the 90, and 2.86% on the 120 — worst, again, on the trial.
Three prices for one course
The coupon page is worth reading slowly, because it prints the 50-minute course at three different numbers in a single block:
- A badge reading 12% OFF
- A comparison row: 通常 50分 17,000円 → クーポン利用時 50分 15,000円, with 合計 (total saving) given as 1,000円
- A second row directly beneath: コース 50分 16,000円 → 50分 15,000円
Both the Cityheaven main board and the shop's own system page say the 50-minute course is ¥16,000, so ¥16,000 is almost certainly the live price and the ¥17,000 is stale. But watch what the inconsistency does to the badge: 17,000 → 15,000 is 11.76%, which rounds to the advertised 12%. 16,000 → 15,000 is 6.25%. The percentage on the badge is computed from the old price while the saving printed underneath — ¥1,000 — is computed from the new one. Two numbers on the same coupon, two different starting points. The real discount is ¥1,000 flat, which is what the main board's 口コミ割 column shows across all four rungs anyway: ¥15,000 / ¥20,000 / ¥25,000 / ¥34,000.
A flat ¥1,000 doesn't change the shape of the ladder — the marginal rates stay ¥250, ¥250, ¥300 — but it does shift the all-in break-even between the 90 and the 120 from ¥1,000 up to ¥2,000. At the shop's ¥2,500 room floor the 120 still wins, but by ¥1.39 a minute instead of ¥4.17. If you find a ¥1,800 room and you're using the discount, take the 90.
Seven of eight scenarios begin without her face
The official site's プレイ内容 page lists eight named courses, and reading them as a set tells you more about this shop than any paragraph of marketing:
拘束電マコース (restraint + wand) · 恋人コース (lovers) · 痴漢コース (groping) · 逆痴漢コース (reverse) · 拘束コース (restraint) · 逆拘束コース (reverse) · 夜這いコース (night visit) · 逆夜這いコース (reverse)
Four scenarios and their four mirror images — the menu is symmetrical by design, and half of it hands the initiative to her. But the structural detail is the one nobody advertises: only 恋人コース begins with the two of you meeting. In that one, she arrives, you shower together, and it proceeds. In the other seven, the scene opens with an eye mask — hers or yours — and the shop's own copy is explicit about it: 「女の子と対面しないで、シャワーを浴びて下さい」, shower without meeting her. On the four reverse courses you go further: shower, call the shop a second time from the room, leave the door unlocked, put on the mask, and wait.
That is a legitimately distinctive product, and it is also a logistics problem you are paying for by the minute. Reception, room, first call, shower, second call, positioning — none of that is play time, and the shop publishes no figure for how long it eats. On a 50-minute course at ¥370 an all-in minute, every five minutes of setup is ¥1,850. That's the strongest argument here against the trial course and for the 120: the ritual cost is fixed, so the longer the course, the smaller the fraction of your money that buys a phone call and a shower.
One more piece of the flow, from the official site: 「当店は受付場所でモザイクなしの写真を見て選べます」 — at the reception you choose from un-mosaiced photos. The selection happens in person, on paper, before anything else. That's unusual and, if you care about knowing who you're booking, genuinely useful.
Forty costumes free, a pair of glasses ¥1,000
The コスチューム page lists 42 entries, 40 of them distinct (チャイナ白 and バドワイザーハイレグ are each printed twice). All free. Request at reception or in the room.
The composition is not subtle: 12 of the 40 are school-coded — 女子校生, セーラー服 summer and winter, five 制服 variants, スクール水着, 体操, 体操着(ブルマ). The rest runs OL suits and vests, nurse in white and purple, four China dresses, competitive swimwear, leotards in three colors, yoga in two, apron, dress, baby doll, marathon and soccer kit — and, my favorite entries on any menu this year, ローソン and バドワイザー: a convenience-store uniform and a beer-brand campaign outfit. September's featured costume is ビキニ.
Forty costumes, ¥0. Then the option list:
| Option | Price |
|---|---|
| Glasses / panties / pantyhose | ¥1,000 each |
| Rotor | ¥2,000 |
| Vibrator · wand · おしっこ · facial | ¥3,000 |
| ごっくん | ¥5,000 |
| Video recording | ¥10,000 |
| 3P | course price × 2 |
The joke writes itself: a full theatrical wardrobe costs nothing and a pair of glasses costs ¥1,000. But note the 3P line, because it's the one number here that isn't small — course price doubled means a 120-minute 3P is ¥70,000 before the room.
A discrepancy to settle by phone: Cityheaven's option list reads 「AF、ビデオ撮影 10,000円」. The shop's own system page lists ビデオ撮影 at ¥10,000 and does not mention AF anywhere — not on the option list, not in the included-play list, nowhere on the site. One board offers a service the other doesn't acknowledge. Ask before you assume.
Included in every course, per both sources: オールヌード, キス and Dキス, 全身リップ, 生フェラ, 69, 素股, 指入れ, 口内発射, ローションプレイ, and 時間内発射無制限 — unlimited finishes within your time.
52 women, median age 20
The roster page publishes 52 women with ages, and the distribution is the tightest I've counted at a Tokyo shop:
- Range: 18 to 25
- Mean 20.06, median 20
- Mode 20 — 28 women, 53.8% of the entire roster
- 41 of 52 (78.8%) are 20 or younger; ten are 18
- Heights 145–168 cm, mean 157.1
Half the roster is exactly twenty years old. That is not a shop hedging across types — that is one specific casting brief executed 52 times, and it lines up exactly with the 素人専門 positioning and the twelve school-coded costumes. The new-arrival blurbs on the official site repeat 「完全業界未経験」 — completely new to the industry — like a chorus.
Review counts are published for 42 of the 52: 185 reviews total, mean 4.4, median 3, top of the board 21 (えな, 20). So the attention is spread thin and shallow — no dominant star, most of the roster carrying single digits.
The turnover number explains that. The 新人 list shows 10 women who joined between 8/17 and 9/8 — ten arrivals in 23 days, 19.2% of the roster, one in five hired inside a month. A roster that young, refreshing that fast, is going to have thin review counts by construction.
The grid is 94% empty, and that's the rule working
Now the finding I'd actually plan around. Premier League publishes a seven-day shift grid. I counted it cell by cell:
| Day | Published shifts |
|---|---|
| 9/9 (Wed) | 4 (three 待機中, one 受付終了) |
| 9/10 (Thu) | 5 |
| 9/11 (Fri) | 3 |
| 9/12 (Sat) | 0 |
| 9/13 (Sun) | 0 |
| 9/14 (Mon) | 0 |
| 9/15 (Tue) | 0 |
Thirty women in the grid, 210 cells, 12 filled — 5.7%. Twenty of the thirty have no published shift at all, and 22 of the 52-woman roster don't appear in the grid in the first place.
That looks like neglect until you find this on the official site's system page, under RESERVATION:
「会員様は前々日の午前10時からご予約の受付を致します。ご新規様は前日の午前10時からご予約の受付を致します。」
Members can book from 10:00 two days before. New customers from 10:00 one day before. I read that grid on 9/9. Two days out from 9/9 is 9/11 — the exact last day with a single entry on it. The blank Saturday isn't missing data. The schedule is only ever published as deep as the booking window, and the window is two days.
Which makes the practical consequence sharp: as a first-timer today, your bookable window is one day and it contained five women — five out of 52, or 9.6% of the roster. Members reading the same page saw three more. You cannot plan this shop a week out. Nobody can. The forward schedule does not exist yet.
The clock, and where the advertised hours stop being true
I took all 17 shift entries the shop currently publishes across its live days and counted coverage by hour:
| Hour | On shift | Can still finish a 120 |
|---|---|---|
| 10:00 | 2 | 2 |
| 12:00 | 8 | 8 |
| 14:00 | 13 | 13 |
| 15:00–16:00 | 15 | 13–14 |
| 18:00 | 13 | 10 |
| 19:00 | 11 | 8 |
| 20:00 | 9 | 5 |
| 21:00 | 5 | 0 |
| 22:00 | 1 | 0 |
| 23:00 | 0 | 0 |
Shifts run a mean of 6.9 hours, the modal start is 12:00 and the modal ends are 21:00 and 22:00. The earliest start on the board is 10:00, matching opening. The latest finish anywhere on the board is 22:30.
The shop advertises reception until 24:00. Its own published roster is empty by 22:30, and — the number that matters — after 20:00, not one published shift can still accommodate the 120-minute course. By 21:00 the count is zero. There is a four-hour gap between the last time the shop says it will take your booking and the last time its schedule can actually deliver its flagship course. The hours on the sign are the phone line's hours, not the roster's.
What isn't published
- Whether AF is actually offered. On Cityheaven at ¥10,000; absent from the shop's own menu entirely.
- How long the scenario setup takes. It's the core product, it's free, and it runs on your clock. No figure anywhere.
- Any extension (延長) rate. Not on either board. The only published way to buy more time is buying a longer course up front.
- Cancellation and change rules. The official site's 禁止事項 covers conduct, not cancellation. Nothing on either page about changing your selection.
- What the room actually costs. ¥2,500~ is a floor, and it's the single fixed cost that decides which course is the right one.
- Whether the ¥17,000 on the coupon is a stale price or a live one. Two boards say ¥16,000. Get it confirmed on the phone before you hand anything over.
The verdict
Take the 120, and take it because of the room fee, not in spite of it. On the printed board the 90 looks like the value pick at ¥288.89 a minute. Add the ¥2,500 room that every visit pays and the 120 becomes the cheapest minute on the board at ¥312.50 all-in. The break-even room price is ¥1,000 and no room here costs that. This is the whole calculation.
Skip the 50-minute trial. ¥370 an all-in minute, 18% worse than the 120, and it's the course that absorbs the fixed setup ritual — reception, room, two phone calls, shower — as the largest share of what you paid for.
Book at 14:00, not at 20:00. Coverage peaks at 15 women mid-afternoon and collapses to five by 21:00, and past 20:00 nothing on the published board can complete a 120 at all. The 24:00 reception time is real; the roster behind it is not.
Understand the two-day wall before you try to plan. You cannot see next weekend because next weekend isn't bookable yet. As a new customer you get one day of visibility; regulars get two. If a specific woman matters to you, the move is to check at 10:00 sharp — that's when the next day's window opens and when the five-name list you're choosing from gets written.
And decide early whether you're coming back. 本指名料 is genuinely ¥0, but the review coupon is explicitly void on a repeat request. Loyalty at this shop is free on the board and costs ¥1,000 in practice — which on the 50-minute course is 6.25% of the bill.
Prices, the fee list, options, the eight scenario courses, the 40-item costume list, hours, the 52-woman roster with ages, the 17 published shift entries and the 30×7 weekly grid above were read on 2026-09-09 from this shop's Cityheaven listing and its official site at p-league.biz, and are quoted as published. Per-minute figures, marginal rates, all-in totals, break-even room prices and the hourly coverage table are my arithmetic on the shop's own printed numbers. The two sites agree on all four course prices and disagree on AF and on the 50-minute list price shown in the coupon comparison; confirm both by phone. Roster and shift figures are a snapshot at time of reading, not a guarantee. Terms change. Adults 18+ only. The shop's published 禁止事項 decline service to anyone under 18, to organized-crime affiliates and 「刺青等のある方」 — those with tattoos — to anyone demanding 本番 or behaving violently, to drug users and to scouts; it states that play is stopped immediately and no refund given. Read that list yourself before you dial.
