Mix Japan works out of an office in Higashi-Gotanda and sends women anywhere in Tokyo's 23 wards. Here is what the ride costs, by where you are:
Shinagawa ¥1,000. Minato and Meguro ¥2,000. Shibuya, Ota, Chuo ¥3,000. Shinjuku, Chiyoda, Koto, Setagaya, Nakano ¥4,000. Bunkyo, Toshima, Suginami, Taito, Sumida, Arakawa, Kita ¥5,000. Itabashi, Nerima, Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa ¥6,000.
Six bands, six times the money end to end. The base hour is ¥20,000, so the same sixty minutes with the same woman costs ¥21,000 in Gotanda and ¥26,000 in Edogawa — a 24% swing that has nothing to do with what you booked and everything to do with where you sleep.
That's the first thing worth knowing about this shop. The second is stranger.
The time ladder is straight, and then it isn't
The full board: 60 min ¥20,000. 90 ¥28,000. 120 ¥36,000. 150 ¥44,000. 180 ¥52,000. 240 ¥69,000. 300 ¥86,000. 360 ¥103,000. 420 ¥120,000. 480 ¥138,000. 540 ¥156,000. 600 ¥174,000.
Twelve rungs, running to ten hours. Do the subtraction and the bottom half is perfect: from sixty minutes to three hours, every rung is exactly ¥4,000 plus ¥8,000 per half hour. Sixty: four plus sixteen is twenty. One-eighty: four plus forty-eight is fifty-two. Five rungs, no wobble.
Then it starts charging you a premium for staying. Run that same formula up the top half and the gap widens every single time: 240 is ¥1,000 over the line. 300 is ¥2,000 over. 360 ¥3,000. 420 ¥4,000. 480 ¥6,000. 540 ¥8,000. 600 ¥10,000.
This is backwards from how price boards normally lie to you. The usual long-course tier is a bulk discount, real or theatrical. Here the marginal minute gets more expensive the longer you book — ¥267 a minute between ninety and one-eighty, ¥283 through the middle, ¥300 from seven hours up. Taken alone, the ten-hour course is a worse per-minute deal than the three-hour one: ¥290 against ¥288.9. Ten hours, priced above three.
Where the two mistakes cancel
Except you never buy the course alone. You buy the course plus the ride, and the ride is a flat fee that gets thinner the longer you stay — 30% of a one-hour booking, 3.4% of a ten-hour one.
So one ladder punishes long bookings and the other punishes short ones. Put them together at the outermost band, the ¥6,000 one, and this happens:

Four consecutive rungs, flat to the yen. The accelerating long-course penalty and the amortizing transport fee cancel each other exactly, and only at ¥6,000 — run the same table at ¥5,000 or ¥1,000 and it drifts. I can't tell you whether someone built that on purpose. I can tell you it holds four times in a row, and that if you live in Nerima or Edogawa, the choice between seven hours and ten is a pure question of appetite. It is not a question of value. There is no value difference. That is a rare sentence to be able to write about a price board.
Seven hours is the floor, everywhere
Here's the part that survives whatever band you're in. Compute the all-in per-minute cost across all twelve rungs at each transport tier, and the cheapest minute in the building is the 420-minute course — every time, in every band. At ¥1,000 transport it bottoms at ¥288.1 a minute and climbs after. At ¥3,000, ¥292.9. At ¥6,000, ¥300 and then a flat plateau.
Seven hours. Not ten, not five. The shop's longest courses are its weakest ones, and it prints them anyway.
The only coupon is one woman and a three-hour window
There is exactly one live coupon, and it's narrow enough to be worth reading twice: 120 minutes for ¥28,000, down from ¥36,000 — 22% off, ¥8,000 saved. The conditions are where it lives: 17:00 to 20:00 only, same-day phone reservation only, not combinable with other discounts, transport still separate, and it applies to one cast member — Meru, 23. Like most shops on the listing site, it's claimed by saying "ヘブン見た" — I saw you on Heaven — when you call.
Two observations. First, ¥28,000 is precisely the list price of the 90-minute course, so the coupon is really a clean thirty free minutes rather than a percentage. Second, at ¥233 a minute it beats the 420-minute floor by a distance — it is, by some way, the cheapest time this shop sells. It's also available for three hours a day, to whoever calls first, for one woman. Both things are true.
Separately the shop prints an 【オープン割】 at ¥6,000 off. The terms — which courses, what dates — aren't published anywhere I could read them, and the 22% coupon explicitly refuses to stack, so treat that six thousand as a question for the phone call rather than a number you can bank.
Couples, and what the cap costs
A male-female couple books at ¥38,000 / 60, ¥54,000 / 90, ¥70,000 / 120. Against two solo bookings of the same length — ¥40,000, ¥56,000, ¥72,000 — the couple rate is exactly ¥2,000 less. At all three lengths. Flat, so it decays: 5% off at an hour, 2.8% at two.
But the flat ¥2,000 isn't the real cost. The cap is. Couples stop at 120 minutes — there is no 240, no 420, no plateau. The entire cheap end of this board is solo-only. A couple's best available minute is ¥291.7 each; a solo booker willing to go seven hours pays ¥285.7. Bring a partner and you're locked out of the value zone by the menu itself.
What the shop actually is
Mix Japan is a newhalf specialist — nyūhāfu, the working Japanese trade term for trans women in nightlife and adult entertainment, and the word the shop, the listing site and the cast's own profiles all use. The house line is that it recruits SSS-class cast from across Japan into this one Gotanda operation, which is a claim about curation rather than a fact I can audit; what I can report is that it runs the lane as its whole identity, not a side menu. Prices are quoted nomination included — no separate 指名料 stacked at the door, which is cleaner than most boards manage. Meeting-style bookings (待ち合わせ) add ten minutes at the same price.
House rules are printed plainly: 18 and over only, no high school students, condoms mandatory for AF and reverse AF, and preparatory hygiene required of the client for reverse AF. Services remain subject to the cast member's own agreement — stated on the page, and the right way round.

Mix Japan is honest in the first half of its price board and quietly expensive in the second, and almost nobody reading it will notice, because the second half is where the numbers get big enough to stop being checked. Three hours is priced with a straight edge. Ten hours is priced with a thumb on the scale — a thumb that happens to weigh exactly as much as a ¥6,000 taxi ride.
So the whole shop reduces to two decisions made before you dial. Know your transport band, because it's a 24% swing on a short booking and you cannot negotiate your own address. And if you're going long, stop at seven hours — it's the cheapest minute here from every postcode in Tokyo, and the three rungs above it are the only place this otherwise straightforward board is charging you for the privilege of not doing arithmetic.
