A shop with a staircase
New York has a rule: if a place makes you climb stairs to find it, it's either very good or it's hiding something. Usually it's just cheaper rent.
Tokyo Mitchaku Room (東京密着ROOM, roughly "Tokyo Close-Contact Room") sits at Dogenzaka 2-17-3, SG Building, 2F, in the Hyakkendana arcade on the hill behind Shibuya 109. Phone 03-6427-0135. Cityheaven files it as a reception-type esthe (受付型エステ): you go to the shop, choose there, then go to a nearby hotel where the therapist meets you. The pitch is all amateurs, "all of our girls are amateurs," giving an oil massage that's as close-contact as the name says.
On Monday, October 19, 2026, I went through the shop's Cityheaven pages (top, system, coupon, events, schedule, cast list) and the official site tokyo-secretroom.com (system, guide, access, delivery and event pages). Everything below comes from those pages. I didn't call, I didn't book, and I'm not going to pretend I climbed those stairs.
Getting there: follow the blue curtain
The official access page reads like a treasure map, and it's a good one. From the Hachiko exit, cross the scramble toward 109, take the left fork (Dogenzaka), then turn right under the Hyakkendana arcade. Pass the strip theater on your right and the Lawson ahead, turn left at the cigarette machine, and look for an izakaya. The reception room is on the second floor of that building, behind a blue noren. The shop says it's five minutes on foot, and that you can call from Hachiko or from the Lawson and staff will talk you in.
The site says it's open 10:00 to "LAST". Cityheaven puts reception at 10:00 to 24:00, no days off. Booking opens at 9:40: members can book from the day before, new customers only on the day.
The visit, step by step
The official guide page walks you through it in four steps. Here it is with my notes:
- Reception and photo viewing (free). Staff explain the system and you look at photos. The guide says they'll only take you if someone actually appeals to you, and that dropping in just to look is welcome. Most shops say "no pressure" on the phone. This one puts it in writing.
- Pick a woman, a course and a hotel, and pay. It's fully prepaid. Cards are accepted and receipts are available, and the guide says there are no extra charges after that. The hotel is the only other cost.
- Membership card. You get one on your first visit, but only if you can take it home. Members get events and perks, so bring it back next time.
- Hotel. Check in, call the shop with the hotel name and room number, and the therapist comes to you. You shower after she arrives, and that first shower is off the clock, so the course time is all treatment.
Then, if you want your thousand yen back, you walk back to the shop and fill out a survey. More on that below.
The hotels: the part nobody prices for you
This is where a reception shop beats a phone-only shop. The official delivery page lists the nearby love hotels with phone numbers and rates, and transport is free to all of them:
| Hotel (from the shop's list) | 90 min | 120 min |
|---|---|---|
| Petit White | ¥2,500 | ¥3,200 |
| Erme | ¥2,600 | ¥3,600 |
| Top / Moti | ¥2,800 | ¥3,400–3,600 |
| Onyx | ¥3,200 | ¥3,700 |
| Asia | ¥3,300 | ¥3,800 |
It also lists bigger rooms (Zero, Paris and others, mostly priced for 120 to 180 minutes) and about a dozen business hotels around Shibuya, Maruyamacho and Sakuragaoka. For those, the shop says staff may need to meet you at the front desk or entrance. The page also says the shop has no connection to any of these hotels. That's normal for a list like this, but it's good to see it stated.
Budget ¥2,500 to ¥3,800 on top of whatever you pay at the counter. If you book 100 minutes, you're paying the hotel's 120-minute rate, so plan on the higher column.
One hour, six prices
Here's my one real complaint. These are all prices for about an hour, all from this shop's own pages:
| Where it appears | Price | Strings attached |
|---|---|---|
| "Regular" price in the coupon and event text | ¥20,500 | none |
| Coupon calculator "regular" total | ¥21,500 | course ¥17,000 + joining ¥2,000 + nomination ¥1,000 + costume ¥1,500 |
| Main system menu, "nomination included" | ¥15,000 | none listed |
| Cityheaven review course | ¥15,000 | plus 10 minutes or ¥1,000 off |
| Event "Heaven Mita" price | ¥13,000 | newsletter + review, no repeat nomination, any number of visits |
| Review coupon | ¥12,000 | or ¥13,000 for 70 minutes |
The two "regular" numbers at the top are built from fees the shop is waiving anyway: the joining fee is free during the campaign, costumes are free during the campaign, and the ¥1,000 photo nomination is free forever once you're on the newsletter. So ignore them. The real starting point is the system menu:
| Course | System menu (nomination included) | Event price |
|---|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥15,000 | ¥13,000 |
| 75 min | ¥18,000 | ¥16,000 |
| 90 min | ¥21,000 | ¥19,000 |
| 120 min | ¥28,000 | ¥26,000 |
| 150 min | ¥36,000 | ¥34,000 |
| 180 min | ¥44,000 | ¥42,000 |
Against the menu, the event saves you a flat ¥2,000 on every course. Against the inflated "regular" price, it saves you up to ¥10,500, which is how the shop gets its "save up to ¥9,500" headline. Same discount, different starting point.
The first-timer deal, decoded
New customers who book online get a special course: 100 minutes for ¥18,000. The listed perks are oil massage, topless, touching, and a hand finish. The shop calls it "¥10,500 off in total" and breaks it down as joining fee ¥2,000, course discount ¥3,000, nomination ¥1,000, costume ¥1,500 and survey ¥1,000, plus a free 10-minute extension "worth ¥3,333."
Add up the five items and you get ¥8,500, not ¥10,500. And three of them (joining fee, costume, nomination with the newsletter) are free for everyone right now. The honest version is this: it's the 90-minute menu course (¥21,000) for ¥3,000 less, plus ten free minutes. That still works out to ¥180 a minute, the cheapest regular rate on any of the shop's pages. It's a good deal. It just isn't the deal the headline describes.
The fine print: the survey is required, posting a review is required, and you have to sign up for the official newsletter. The survey ¥1,000 is already counted in the ¥18,000, so don't expect it back in cash on top.
The thousand yen you walk back for
For everyone else, the survey cashback is a real ¥1,000 in your hand. Go back to the reception room after your session, answer a short questionnaire, and they pay you on the spot. Cityheaven adds two limits: it only applies the first time you nominate a given woman (no repeat nominations), and the Cityheaven collab course (75 minutes, ¥15,000, said at the counter as "Heaven mita") already includes it.
It's a smart trick. It brings you back through the door, where you're one glance at the photo board away from booking next time.
Options, costumes and the stamp card
- All-nude: ¥3,000, ¥2,000 during the campaign. The shop marks it "recommended."
- Costumes: micro bikini, competition swimsuit or T-back leotard. Normally ¥1,500, free during the campaign.
- Repeat nomination: ¥1,000 (the newsletter waiver doesn't cover it).
- Point card: 1 point per visit (newsletter members only; a photo-viewing visit with no booking counts), +1 for 120 minutes or more, +1 for a repeat nomination. 10 points gets you half-price all-nude, 20 gets it free, and 30 gets a free 10-minute extension and a gold card with better rewards.
- The monster: an 840-minute "stay all day" course for ¥500,000, open to close, switching between any women working that day. I'm reporting it, not recommending it.
One small inconsistency: Cityheaven says play starts in all-nude or the costume you chose, while the official system page says the therapist starts in her treatment wear. If the starting outfit matters to you, ask at the counter.
The rules on the wall
The official system page has a short refusal list: under 18, organized crime, violent behavior, heavy drunkenness, drug use, scouts, visible infections, and anyone the shop considers unsuitable. Banned acts are asking for intercourse, anything the therapist refuses, asking her out or recruiting her, hidden cameras or recorders, and any third person in the room. Break a rule and you're out mid-session with no refund. I didn't find any rule about foreign customers.
Who this suits
- You want to see before you pay. Free photo viewing at a real counter is rare and worth the stairs.
- You're already in Shibuya. Five minutes from Hachiko, with hotels a minute from the door.
- You'll put up with homework. Every discount wants a newsletter signup, a review or a survey, and sometimes all three.
My plan for a first visit: book the 100-minute online course for ¥18,000, take a 120-minute room from the list for about ¥3,200–3,600, and budget around ¥21,500 all in. After that, the event price (60 minutes for ¥13,000, as often as you like) is the number to remember. Don't take the "regular" prices seriously, and keep your membership card.
