LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa — Three Discounts, One Phone Call, and the Course Length Where Paying by Card Beats the Opening Deal

A Thursday in a Shinagawa business hotel, working out which of LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa's three first-timer deals to ask for: the opening plan that knocks a flat ¥5,200 off every course, the ¥15,400 portal coupon, or the 20% card-payment discount. The card wins once you book 100 minutes or more. Also covered: where 'free dispatch' really reaches from Shinagawa, and the one course with no sexual service in it.

LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa — Three Discounts, One Phone Call, and the Course Length Where Paying by Card Beats the Opening Deal

Thursday, October 8. I'm working the week out of a business hotel near Shinagawa station, the kind of room where the desk doubles as the luggage rack and the window looks at another hotel's window. Shinagawa is a train station that grew a neighborhood: Shinkansen platforms, office towers on the Konan side, hotels stacked on the Takanawa side, and a lot of men in good suits who are not from here. Every outcall shop in Tokyo knows this, and since November 2025 one more of them has been working this side of the city on purpose.

That's LIMIT BREAK 品川店 — LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa — a sister branch of the outcall aroma brand I took apart in LIMIT BREAK Kinshicho. That piece was about the price formula. This one is about a narrower question, the one you actually face with the phone in your hand: the shop advertises three different first-timer deals on three different pages, and which one do you say out loud?

What the shop is, in one paragraph

Outcall "esthe": the therapist comes to your hotel or home, the session is built around an oil massage, and the shop's whole pitch is how far past a plain massage it goes. The official site is a single gate page — "自宅・ビジホ派遣可能 / 外国人利用可": home and business-hotel visits OK, foreigners welcome, stated right on the front door. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 a.m., open every day of the year. Phone 03-3635-8710. Cards and receipts are accepted. The listings file it as delivery health out of Shinagawa; the brand calls its signature move the "LB Time," included in every course and longer on longer courses, and the therapist works fully nude on the main course.

The board, as printed

From the full price table on the shop's Delihel Town page:

無敵LB course (the main one) Price
60 min ¥19,800
80 min ¥24,200
100 min ¥28,600
120 min ¥33,000
180 min ¥50,000
Extension, 30 min ¥11,000

On top of that: membership (入会金) ¥3,000 for a first visit and nomination ¥1,100 if you pick a specific woman. So a first-timer asking for someone by name at 60 minutes is looking at ¥23,900 at board rates.

The course tiers aren't just more time. 60 and 80 minutes get the standard close-contact treatment. From 100 minutes it's upgraded to what the shop calls "GOD contact." At 120 the "ERO増し増し" add-on is thrown in free. At 180 they also throw in free photo nomination, so no ¥1,100. Options are free across the board: all-nude (standard on this course anyway), the premium "Platinum X" oil, and uncovered oral depending on the woman. The only paid option is bringing your own costume, ¥2,200, and it has to be new and still sealed.

Deal one: the opening plan, a flat ¥5,200

Delihel Town carries an "OPEN記念SP" plan for new customers, membership and nomination included:

Course Board + ¥3,000 + ¥1,100 Opening plan You save
60 min ¥23,900 ¥18,700 ¥5,200
80 min ¥28,300 ¥23,100 ¥5,200
100 min ¥32,700 ¥27,500 ¥5,200
120 min ¥37,100 ¥31,900 ¥5,200

Same ¥5,200 at every length. That's a real discount, but the banner above it calls the campaign "¥7,700 off," and the only way to get ¥7,700 is to start from ¥26,400 for an hour, which is not a number on this shop's board. (Kinshicho's "¥7,700 OFF" banner had the same kind of gap, worse.) A headline 180-minute price of ¥48,900 also appears, but not in the plan table.

Deal two: the portal coupon, 60 minutes only

fuzoku.jp lists a first-visit coupon called "無敵ディスカウント 60分": ¥15,400, no expiry, membership charged separately, no stacking with other discounts. Add the ¥3,000 and you're at ¥18,400.

Against the opening plan's ¥18,700, the coupon is ¥300 cheaper if you let the shop choose for you. It says nothing about nomination being included, so if you name a woman, assume ¥1,100 goes on top. That makes it ¥19,500, and the opening plan wins. It only exists at 60 minutes, so it drops out of the picture for anything longer.

Deal three: 20% off for paying by card

Also on fuzoku.jp, posted as a running event: pay by card and the fee is 20% off. Payment goes through an online card page the shop sends you. This is where it gets interesting, because 20% grows with the course and a flat ¥5,200 doesn't.

Assume the 20% only comes off the course, which is the cautious reading, and you still pay the ¥4,100 in fees at full price:

Course Opening plan Card 20% (course only) + fees Winner
60 min ¥18,700 ¥19,940 Opening plan
80 min ¥23,100 ¥23,460 Opening plan, barely
100 min ¥27,500 ¥26,980 Card
120 min ¥31,900 ¥30,500 Card
180 min ¥48,900 (headline) ¥43,000 Card, by ¥5,900

(At 180 the nomination is free, so the card column is ¥40,000 plus the ¥3,000 membership.)

The crossover is simple: the card beats ¥5,200 off once the course itself costs more than ¥26,000. On this board, that's 100 minutes and up. If the 20% also covers membership and nomination, the card wins by a little more at every length.

The call I'd make

What I can't read off any page is whether the card discount stacks with the opening plan. The fuzoku.jp coupon says it doesn't stack with anything. The opening plan and the card event say nothing either way. If they did stack, a first 60 minutes would come to ¥14,960, and that's worth asking about. So from the hotel desk, the script goes:

  1. "First time. Is the 品川 opening plan still on, and does the 20% card discount apply on top of it?"
  2. If not: "For 120 minutes, which is cheaper, the plan or the card?" (On paper, the card.)
  3. "I'm at a business hotel by Shinagawa station. Is that in the free area, and is the hotel OK with visitors?" (The shop accepts business hotels; whether your hotel lets a guest up is your problem, so check the front-desk policy before you dial.)

Two house rules worth hearing before you commit. The fuzoku.jp listing marks change: not allowed, cancel: not allowed. The Delihel Town board adds that the course can't be changed after she arrives, and that a 30-minute extension can be refused if her next booking is close. Pick your length on the phone and mean it.

Where "free dispatch" actually reaches

This surprised me. The free-transport list on the Shinagawa board reads: the Shinagawa station area and Minato ward, then Sumida, Edogawa, Koto, Taito, Chuo, Chiyoda and Katsushika, which is basically the Kinshicho branch's east-side territory pasted in. The "nearby dispatch areas" box lists Shimbashi, Hamamatsucho, Kachidoki/Harumi, Roppongi, Akasaka, Toranomon, Azabu-Juban, Shinagawa, Odaiba and Ariake.

What's not on either list: Gotanda, Osaki, Meguro, Oimachi, Kamata. In other words, the southwest neighborhoods a Shinagawa shop sits right next to. The board says to ask about other areas. If your hotel is in Gotanda, ask before you assume it's free. If you're in Minato, around the station or out on the Odaiba side, you're covered.

The course with no "limit break" in it

There's a third course on the board, お試しエステコース, the "trial esthe." The shop is unusually blunt about it: oil-treatment massage only, no mixed bathing, no touching the therapist, no sexual service of any kind, and she wears a uniform. No price is printed for it. I'm flagging it because the brand markets itself entirely on how much it allows, and someone booking in a hurry in a second language could land on the one course that allows nothing. If that's not what you want, say "無敵LB" on the phone.

There's also a 自宅KING course for home visits: 70, 90, 110 and 130 minutes, ¥22,000 to ¥35,200, with ¥13,200 per 30-minute extension. You're in a hotel, so it doesn't apply to you.

Who's on the roster

fuzoku.jp lists ten women, ages 20 to 29. The manager's pick is 蒼井もも (Aoi Momo, 25), billed as having come over from a well-known shop. Delihel Town shows two recent arrivals: 天音ゆうり (Amane Yuri, 23, joined August 6) and 成瀬まどか (Naruse Madoka, 29, joined August 26). Its video section runs to 32. The weekly schedule on fuzoku.jp reads "contact the shop directly" for every day this week. No board to watch, so the phone is the board.

A note for readers coming from Kinshicho

When I read the Kinshicho branch in September, its board had an ¥11,000 line next to 外国人の方 (foreign customers). I didn't find that line on any Shinagawa listing I could read, and the Shinagawa gate page says foreigners are welcome. That's encouraging, but it's not proof there's no fee. Add a fourth question to the call: "Is there any extra charge for foreign customers?" Better to hear it now than when she arrives.

Bottom line

On paper, LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa is a ¥23,900 first hour that nobody should pay. For 60 or 80 minutes, take the opening plan (¥18,700 / ¥23,100, everything included), or the ¥15,400 coupon for 60 if you don't care who comes. For 100 minutes or more, pay by card and the 20% beats the plan, by more the longer you book. And ask whether the two stack, because nothing on the page says they don't.

Elon
ElonCheat sheet for LIMIT BREAK Shinagawa: the board's first hour is ¥23,900 with membership and nomination. The opening plan takes a flat ¥5,200 off every length (the "¥7,700" banner overstates it). The fuzoku.jp coupon is ¥15,400 + ¥3,000 at 60 minutes only. The 20% card discount wins from 100 minutes up. Free dispatch covers the station area and Minato, but Gotanda isn't listed. No cancellations, no course changes once she's there. And don't book the trial esthe by accident: it has no sexual service at all.
