The shop is Le CELINU(ル・セリーヌ), filed on Cityheaven as ソープ(高級/吉原) — soapland, high-class grade, Yoshiwara. Phone 03-3872-2333. Open 10:00–24:00. Address 東京都台東区千束4-23-4, the middle of the Yoshiwara block in Taitō-ku. Its own English banner copy, which I'd rather quote than paraphrase because it gives you the positioning in one breath: "A new high-class soapland in Yoshiwara, Tokyo, where we aim to provide our customers with a luxurious and relaxing space that will remain in your memories, with a wide selection of beautiful women to suit their tastes."
"New" is doing real work in that sentence. The shop's own membership page says it reached 開店1周年 on 2026年6月1日 — first anniversary, 1 June 2026 — so it opened 1 June 2025. Independent check: the earliest customer review on file records a visit of 13 June 2025. Two pages with no reason to agree, agreeing to within twelve days. This place is fifteen months old, and a fair number of its 2025 reviews mention the interior being half-built — 店名内装など工事中のため in November 2025, まだ一部店内改装中の為、今後に期待します in October. By March 2026 a reviewer writes 通路もリニューアルされており、高級感溢れる雰囲気が更にアップグレードされています. You can watch the building get finished in the review archive.
Getting there is the one genuinely awkward thing about it, and the shop knows. Published walk times: Iriya 13 min, Minowa 12 min, Minami-Senju 22 min, Asakusa 23 min, Ueno 33 min. No parking. But there is 送迎 from Minowa and Nippori — a pickup car — and it is by a distance the most-praised operational feature in the entire review corpus. Thirty-seven separate reviews mention it, almost all positive, several thanking the shop for it unprompted. One from 18 September: 送迎場所に行くと、送迎時間、前なのに、車がすでに、待っていてくれて — the car was already waiting before the pickup time.
The price board is three lines long and one of them is a riddle
Here is the entire system tab. Not an excerpt — the whole thing:
| Course | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|
| MORNING | 120 min | ¥50,000 |
| 通常料金 (standard) | 120 min | ¥70,000 |
| OMEGA | 120 min | ¥140,000 |
Three courses, all 120 minutes, and the standard one is marked 指名料は込み総額料金 — nomination included, that's the all-in number. No membership fee anywhere. No 60-minute option. No 90-minute option. No extension table. For a high-class Yoshiwara soap this is either admirable restraint or a price board with most of itself missing, and I spent an afternoon deciding it's the first one.
MORNING carries two conditions: AM11時00分までのスタートのみ限定 — you must start at or before 11:00 — and ※本指名様対象外となります, repeat-nomination customers excluded.
OMEGA is the riddle. The system tab tells you it costs double, that capacity is limited, that you should book ahead, and that Ωマークが、OMEGAコース対象キャストの証です — the Ω mark identifies eligible casts. What it never tells you is what OMEGA is. Not one word.
I found the answer in a cast's own free-text profile, where 芽依 is describing her room options and then adds, in passing: ピンク🪑とゴールド🪑のΩ(2輪車)は講習完了している女の子としかペアが出来ないためご注意下さい — the Ω is a 2輪車, a two-woman session, and pairing requires both women to have completed training. A customer's review from 22 March seals it: 今回はめいさんと初オメガさせてもらいました。お二人の連携がスムーズで — my first OMEGA, with two of them, and the coordination between them was smooth.
So OMEGA is a double. Which makes the price, which looked insane, suddenly the least surprising number on the page:
| Plan | Minutes | Price | Per minute | Per minute, per woman |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MORNING | 120 | ¥50,000 | ¥416.67 | ¥416.67 |
| New-face discount | 120 | ¥60,000 | ¥500.00 | ¥500.00 |
| First-visit coupon | 90 | ¥50,000 | ¥555.56 | ¥555.56 |
| Standard | 120 | ¥70,000 | ¥583.33 | ¥583.33 |
| OMEGA | 120 | ¥140,000 | ¥1,166.67 | ¥583.33 |
OMEGA is exactly the standard rate, times two, with no markup and no discount. Two women for precisely what two women cost. That is more honest pricing than most shops manage on a single-woman course, and the system tab buries it under a Greek letter it never explains.
The Ω list, recovered the hard way
The mark isn't there, but the text is. Ten of the twenty-three profiles carry a manager's comment headed ― 選ばれし、至高の頂点。― LUXURY OMEGA CAST. Thirteen don't. So the OMEGA roster is recoverable — it just costs you twenty-three page loads instead of one glance:
| OMEGA-eligible cast | Age | Published shifts this week |
|---|---|---|
| ★みずき | 21 | 6 |
| ★芽依 | 22 | 6 |
| ★りの | 20 | 5 |
| ★いろは | 20 | 5 |
| 美波 | 21 | 4 |
| ★さゆり | 21 | 4 |
| ★そな | 20 | 3 |
| ★れの | 20 | 0 |
| ★ゆい | 22 | 0 |
| ★ねね | 21 | 0 |
Three of the ten have no published shift all week, so the working OMEGA pool is seven. The shop warns that slots are limited. A customer in May put it more usefully: オメガコースは事前にお店にお問合せおすすめします、直前ですとタイプΩ同士がタイミングあわずです — call ahead, because at short notice two Ω women won't line up.
So I tested the claim against the board. For each day of the coming week I took every Ω cast with a published shift and counted the pairs whose hours overlap by at least the two hours the course runs:
| Day | Ω casts on board | Viable pairs | Widest window |
|---|---|---|---|
Every day of the week has at least six workable combinations, and Wednesday has fifteen. The scarcity warning is right about short notice and wrong about the week. If you want the double, the board is not your obstacle; the phone queue is. Book Wednesday, name two women off the list above, and you have fifteen ways to be told yes.
The 🔰 that isn't, and a date nobody filled in
The new-face discount is ¥10,000 off the standard 120 minutes — ¥60,000, a real 14.3% — valid during a cast's first thirty days. The event tab publishes the eligible lineup. The lineup is one name:
★ねね 入店日決定次第ご案内 — Nene, to be announced once her start date is decided.
So the thirty-day clock belongs to a woman who hasn't started. Open her profile and it gets better: under the OMEGA header, her manager comment opens with ◆新人特典対象|月 日までの限定案内◆ — "new-face benefit, limited offer until ___ ___." The month is blank. The day is blank. Somebody built the template and never came back to fill it in. She has zero reviews (her badge reads 口コミ募集, "reviews wanted"), no published shift this week, and she is simultaneously described in prose as OMEGA-capable: 可愛らしさだけでなく確かな対応力も兼ね備え、OMEGAコースにも対応可能.
I want to be precise about what this proves, because the cheap conclusion is wrong. It does not mean the discount is fake. It means the discount currently has no live subject and no published end date, and the only way to learn whether any woman on tonight's board is inside her first thirty days is to ask a human being. Which is — I'll keep saying this — apparently the plan.
The page this shop should have put on the front door
Behind a banner titled はじめてのご利用に、安心という選択を — "for your first visit, choose reassurance" — there is a long first-timer guide, and it is the best page on this listing. It is not the system tab. It is not the coupon tab. It is not the event tab. It is a free-space page you reach by clicking a rotating image.
It opens by telling you something no shop tells you:
新人予約 = 新人割 ではありません。 Booking a new cast is not the same thing as getting the new-cast discount.
Then it does the arithmetic against its own upsell, with a worked example. If a new-face cast starts at 11:00, it says, the new-face discount gives you 120 minutes for ¥60,000 — but the morning plan gives you the same 120 minutes for ¥50,000. 同じ120分なら10,000円お得. And then the line that made me sit up:
だからこそ当店では、「新人だから新人割」だけをご案内することはいたしません。 That is why we don't only quote you the new-face discount just because you asked for a new cast.
It lays out three cases side by side — 11:00 start → ¥50,000 / 120 min; first visit wanting 90 minutes → ¥50,000 / 90 min; new cast → ¥60,000 / 120 min — and tells you to compare before you book. It also answers the question every discount raises: イベントでも指名できます, you can still nominate on a discounted plan. That is not nothing; plenty of shops make you take pot luck to get the coupon price.
And here is where the shop's own honesty cuts it. Run their comparison one step further than they run it, and the first-visit coupon is the worst buy on the board for a first-timer. It is badged 17% OFF — 90分 ¥60,000 → ¥50,000, which is arithmetically true (16.7%) and discounted off a ¥60,000 ninety-minute price that appears nowhere on the system tab, because the system tab has no ninety-minute course at all. Meanwhile the morning plan sells that same first-timer 120 minutes for the identical ¥50,000. Same money. Thirty more minutes. The only thing the coupon actually buys you is the afternoon — because morning means starting by 11:00, and the coupon runs 10:00〜ラストまで.
That is the real trade, and it deserves stating plainly: ¥50,000 buys you either two hours in the morning, or ninety minutes at a time of your choosing. Everything else is decoration.
The board: 75 shifts, and one woman working all seven days
Twenty-three women on the roster, ages 20 to 24, mean 21.1 — this is a young shop, and exactly one woman (★碧葉, 24) is over 22. Heights 146–172 cm, cups C through J.
The published week, transcribed:
| Day | Women on the board |
|---|---|
| Mon 9/21 | 10 |
| Tue 9/22 | 12 |
| Wed 9/23 | 12 |
| Thu 9/24 | 9 |
| Fri 9/25 | 12 |
| Sat 9/26 | 11 |
| Sun 9/27 | 9 |
Seventy-five shifts, seven days, no holes. I mention the absence of holes because it is not universal — plenty of Tokyo boards simply stop before the weekend — and this one runs Saturday at eleven and Sunday at nine. Start times are 10:00, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00; finishes run 17:00 through 23:59. Nobody generated this with a script.
Depth by the hour, which is the number that actually decides your evening:
| Hour | Mon | Tue | Wed | Thu | Fri | Sat | Sun |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10:00 | 2 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 5 |
| 11:00 | 6 | 6 | 6 | 8 | 5 | 6 | 6 |
| 14:00 | 10 | 12 | 12 | 9 | 11 | 11 | 9 |
| 18:00 | 10 | 12 | 12 | 9 | 12 | 11 | 7 |
| 21:00 | 6 | 7 | 6 | 3 | 8 | 7 | 3 |
| 23:00 | 2 | 2 | 3 | 1 | 3 | 4 | 2 |
The shape is a plateau, not a peak: this shop is at full strength from roughly noon to six and thins fast after nine. Thursday at 23:00 is one woman. And reliability varies enormously by name:
| Published days | Women |
|---|---|
| 7 of 7 | 1 — ★美優 (20), 10:00–23:59 every single day |
★美優 is on for fourteen hours a day, seven days a week, which is the hardest-working row I have transcribed off a board in this city. And four of twenty-three women have no published hours at all — including two of the ten OMEGA casts and the entire new-face lineup.
The cheapest plan runs against the thinnest hours
Here is the catch nobody puts in a table, so I will. The morning plan requires a start at or before 11:00. How many women can actually give you that start?
| Day | Morning-eligible | Out of |
|---|---|---|
| Mon 9/21 | 6 | 10 |
| Tue 9/22 | 6 | 12 |
| Wed 9/23 | 6 | 12 |
| Thu 9/24 | 8 | 9 |
| Fri 9/25 | 5 | 12 |
| Sat 9/26 | 6 | 11 |
| Sun 9/27 | 6 | 9 |
So the best price in the building costs you roughly half the roster on most days — except Thursday, where eight of the nine women on the board start at 10:00 or 11:00. Thursday is the thinnest day by headcount and the richest day by morning choice, and if you care about the ¥416.67-a-minute number, that is your day. It is the most useful sentence in this article and it is written nowhere on the shop's own site.
At 13:25 on a Monday, one woman was free
I read the roster live at 13:25. Ten women were on Monday's board. Here is what the shop's own availability flags said:
- ★マリア — 12:30, 待機中. Free now.
- ★美優, ★あきら, ★芽依, ★みずき — 次回14:00〜. Booked for the next thirty-five minutes.
- ★樹里 14:20, ★美琴 14:40, ★りの 16:00.
- ★そな — 受付終了. ★いろは — 受付終了. Both had published shifts running to 19:00, and both were already closed for the day.
One woman available on demand, two already sold out, seven with a wait — at half past one on a Monday afternoon, in a typhoon. Because it is a typhoon today; マリア's diary post at 12:46 reads 朝イチで来てくれたHさん台風の中ありがとう😭 and then, practically, 台風だけど、夜の方が雨強くなるみたいだから会いに来るなら今のうちかも.
This is not a walk-in shop. And the booking rules make that concrete: phone reservations take you one day ahead. Web reservations take you ten. Ten times the horizon, for filling in a form. The web booking is provisional — 24時間WEB予約は仮予約となります, confirmed only when the shop rings you back — and they ask for a confirmation call about two hours before you arrive.
One more thing worth knowing: the Platinum Mail tier (free, requires registering the shop as a "my shop") advertises シークレット出勤情報 — special and additional shifts not published on the public board — plus booking ahead of general release. Which means the seventy-five shifts above are a floor, not a ceiling. A name with no published hours is not necessarily a woman who isn't working. ★ゆい demonstrates that live: zero published shifts this week, and the roster page still gave her a next-availability time of 23:59.
245 reviews, every one answered, and the number that won't move
Fifteen months, 245 reviews, from 123 distinct accounts — so the base is genuinely broad, not four superfans, though the top reviewer has filed 23. Every one of them carries a written reply from the shop. Not a stamp: paragraphs, naming the specific woman and answering the specific thing the customer said.
The full scoreboard, all 245:
| Category | Mean | Share rated 5.0 |
|---|---|---|
| 女の子 (the woman) | 4.83 | 66.5% |
| プレイ (the service) | 4.80 | 69.0% |
| 写真 (photos vs. reality) | 4.61 | 58.0% |
| 料金 (price) | 4.29 | 42.0% |
Three ways of saying the same thing, because it is the finding:
- 126 reviewers scored the price below the woman. 14 scored it above. The rest tied.
- In 37.1% of all reviews, price is strictly the lowest of the four scores.
- The lowest price score on record is a 2.5. The lowest "woman" score is a 3.0, and there are only two of those in 245.
And the trend, by month of visit:
| Month | 料金 mean |
|---|---|
| 2026-05 | 4.60 |
| 2026-06 | 4.47 |
| 2026-07 | 4.36 |
| 2026-08 | 4.12 |
| 2026-09 | 3.84 |
Four months, straight down, to the lowest monthly figure since July 2025. There is a candidate explanation sitting in the corpus, from a customer who visited on 4 July: 7月から値上げになりましたが、物価上昇を考えれば…妥当です — they raised prices from July, but given inflation it's fair. He gave the price a 3.4 while calling it fair, which is the most Japanese sentence in this entire article and also a perfect illustration of what is happening here: people are still happy, and they are also noticing.
The review body is unusually informative because the format changed underneath it. 178 of the 245 use the old Cityheaven layout, which had a fifth category — スタッフ — averaging 4.48 before the platform retired it. Staff were rated, and rated well. The newer 67 use the four-category form.
One bookkeeping note if you use review counts to judge popularity. Add up the per-woman review badges across the roster and you get 133. The shop has 245. The missing 112 — 45.7% of the corpus — belong to women no longer on the roster. That is not a scandal; it is what fifteen months of a young shop looks like. But it means the archive is full of glowing reviews of people you cannot book, several of them naming women whose names appear nowhere on today's twenty-three.
What I actually did
Monday, the 11:00 morning slot, in the rain, because after all that arithmetic there was only one defensible thing to book.
I used the web form rather than the phone, for the reason above: the phone only reaches one day out and I wanted the slot held. It came back provisional and the shop rang to confirm, exactly as the guide describes. I took the 送迎 from Minowa, a twelve-minute walk I had no interest in making sideways through a typhoon, and the car was there early — the thing thirty-seven reviewers told me would happen, happening.
The waiting room is the part those 2025 reviewers were waiting for the shop to finish, and it is finished: chairs, cold tea and an oshibori put out before you sit down, a large TV, a corridor somebody spent money on. Rooms are on the second floor — a detail a reviewer from 17 September singles out as a plus, having previously climbed to a third somewhere else, and after two flights of Yoshiwara stairs in wet shoes I take his point entirely.
I booked free-choice, no nomination, which on the morning plan is the deliberate move rather than the lazy one: the plan excludes 本指名, repeat nomination, so it is built precisely for the customer who doesn't have a regular yet. Two hours. The house style is what the price implies and what a hundred-odd reviews describe in the same words — an unhurried start, the bath treated as part of the thing rather than a formality before it, and the 洗い場 work that shows up in review after review as the specific item people come back for. 洗い場プレイは本当に病みつきになりました, one of them writes. That's the product. The escalation isn't the novelty here; the pacing is.
Out at one, rain sideways on Senzoku-dōri, having spent ¥50,000 on 120 minutes where the board's headline number for 120 minutes is ¥70,000.
Which is the whole review, really. This shop's standard price is genuinely expensive and 245 customers have quietly said so. Its morning price is not expensive at all — and the shop has written a page explaining exactly that, a page you can only find by clicking a rotating banner.

Four stars, and the fourth is earned by the morning plan and by the fact that the shop wrote the argument for it themselves instead of quietly selling you the ¥70,000 version. The star it drops is for a listing that keeps its best page behind a rotating banner and gates two discounts behind badges it never printed.
Short version. Book the morning plan — ¥50,000 for 120 minutes is ¥416.67 a minute and nothing else on this board comes close. Book it on a Thursday, when eight of the nine women on the board start by 11:00 instead of the usual half. Use the web form, not the phone, because one reaches ten days out and the other reaches one. Skip the first-visit coupon unless you specifically need an afternoon, because it is the same ¥50,000 for thirty minutes less. If you want the OMEGA double, name two women off the list above and ask for Wednesday, where fifteen pairings work. And if you want a new cast, don't assume the new-face discount is your best price — the shop's own buried guide says so, in bold, before I did.
