The shop is SM東京 池袋店 (SM Tokyo Ikebukuro), filed on Cityheaven as デリヘル(SM/池袋北口・西口) — delivery health, SM category, Ikebukuro North/West Exit. Phone 03-5956-2825. Hours 10:00〜翌5:00 — ten in the morning to five the next morning. No closing day listed. Address field, in full: 東京都池袋. That is not an abbreviation I made; that is the entire address on file. It is a delivery service with no shopfront, so there is nothing to put there, but it is still the shortest address block I have transcribed.
Sister shops: SM東京 新宿店 and SM東京 五反田店, and the ¥5,000 membership fee is explicitly SM東京グループ全店ご利用頂けます — it travels across the group.
One thing before the numbers, because it sets the tone for everything else on this page. The shop-data blurb reads:
女性の質、サービス共に関東最高峰との呼び声の高いSMキングダムグループ。若くて可愛いドMちゃんから、貴方を存分に弄んでくれるS女性の質、サービス共に関東最高峰との呼び声の高いSM東京グループ。若くて可愛いドMちゃんから…
Read it twice. The sentence breaks off mid-word at 「弄んでくれるS」, restarts the whole paragraph from the top with a different group name, and then repeats its own tail. Two brand names — SM Kingdom and SM Tokyo — are sitting in one paragraph because somebody pasted the new copy over the old copy and stopped halfway. It is a small thing. It is also the first sign that this listing has been edited in layers by different hands over several years, which turns out to be the story of the whole page.
The four first-timer prices, and the fact that there are four
Most shops have one new-customer offer. This one has its first-timer pack in three different places, at four different price points, and no single page shows you all of them.
Coupon tab (valid 2026/09/21–2026/10/22), three coupons, first-time customers of the shop or group only, say 「ヘブン見た!」 on the phone:
| Coupon | Badge | Price | Struck-through base |
|---|---|---|---|
| 人気No1!100分 | 58% OFF | ¥28,000 | — |
Event tab, first event, same dates, same prices — but here the shop shows its arithmetic instead of a badge:
▼▼ VIPSコース70分の場合【コース料金+入会金+指名料】34,000円→22,000円 ▼▼ VIPSコース100分の場合【コース料金+入会金+指名料】45,000円→28,000円 ▼▼ VIPSコース120分の場合【コース料金+入会金+指名料】55,000円→38,000円
Event tab, third event — 「★★ヘブン限定!ご新規様!コミコミパック!★★」 — a fourth price that exists on no coupon:
【60分 18,000円】(入会金・コース料金・コスチューム料金が全て込み!)(指名料/交通費別途)
And the top-page free space, headed 「あの!加藤 鷹 考案☆【ご新規スーパーコミコミパック】」, gives the same three coupon prices again with a third set of base figures: 70分 通常45,000円 → 22,000円, 100分 通常45,000円 → 28,000円, 120分 通常55,000円 → 38,000円. Note the ¥45,000 twice. The event tab says the 70-minute base is ¥34,000; the free space says ¥45,000 for both 70 and 100 minutes. One of those two 45,000s is a copy-paste that never got corrected.
Then there is the hero banner — the main visual at the top of the listing, the first thing anybody sees.
¥12,000 off. On the 100-minute pack. Which the event tab prices as ¥45,000 → ¥28,000, a saving of ¥17,000, and which the coupon badge sells as 58% off, implying a saving of ¥38,667.
So the same single offer — 100 minutes, ¥28,000, membership and nomination included — is advertised on one listing as saving you ¥12,000, ¥17,000, and ¥38,667, depending on which surface you happen to be looking at. And ¥12,000 is not a random error: it is exactly the saving on the 70-minute pack (¥34,000 − ¥22,000). The banner was almost certainly built for the 70, then re-cut for the 100 with the money line left alone.
The genuinely absurd part is that the banner understates. The shop's flagship image is talking its own best coupon down by ¥5,000.
Checking the shop's homework
The event tab's figures are testable, so I tested them against the system tab. VIP-S course prices, plus the ¥5,000 membership fee, plus the ¥2,000 nomination fee:
| Length | Course | + 入会金 | + 指名料 | Total | Event tab says |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥27,000 | ¥5,000 | ¥2,000 | ¥34,000 | ¥34,000 ✓ |
| 100 min | ¥38,000 | ¥5,000 | ¥2,000 | ¥45,000 | ¥45,000 ✓ |
| 120 min | ¥48,000 | ¥5,000 | ¥2,000 | ¥55,000 | ¥55,000 ✓ |
Three for three. The event tab is internally perfect. So the real discounts are:
| Length | List all-in | Coupon | Actual saving | Actual % off | Badge claims |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥34,000 | ¥22,000 | ¥12,000 | 35.3% | 64% |
| 100 min | ¥45,000 | ¥28,000 | ¥17,000 | 37.8% | 58% |
| 120 min | ¥55,000 | ¥38,000 | ¥17,000 | 30.9% | 51% |
And the bases those badge percentages imply, worked backwards: ¥61,111 (the badge actually prints ¥61,000), ¥66,667, ¥77,551. Compare to the true all-in bases of ¥34,000, ¥45,000, ¥55,000. The badge is discounting from a price that is ¥22,000–¥27,000 higher than anything this shop charges.
I want to be exact about who is responsible for what, because the cheap version of this paragraph is wrong. The struck-through base and the OFF% are Cityheaven coupon furniture — the shop enters a "before" figure and the platform renders the percentage. The shop's own prose, on its own event tab, uses the correct ¥34,000. Somebody typed one number into a promotional field and a different, correct number into a paragraph, and the promotional field is the one with the big red badge on it.
Now rank them by what you actually pay per minute
Four first-timer prices. Three of them include the nomination fee; the ¥18,000 one does not. Here is the honest ladder:
| Offer | Minutes | Price | Nomination | Per minute |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100分 coupon | 100 | ¥28,000 | included | ¥280.00 |
| 60分 event pack | 60 | ¥18,000 | +¥2,000 | ¥300.00 (¥333.33 with) |
| 70分 coupon | 70 | ¥22,000 | included | ¥314.29 |
| 120分 coupon | 120 | ¥38,000 | included | ¥316.67 |
The coupon the shop badges 人気No1 is genuinely the best one. ¥280 a minute, nomination included, and it beats the 60-minute pack even before you add that pack's separate nomination fee. Credit where it is due — the shop's popularity ranking and the arithmetic agree.
The one that does not survive contact with a calculator is the 120-minute coupon, badged at the mid-range 51% OFF and sold as ゆったり贅沢. At ¥316.67 a minute it is the most expensive of the four. You are buying more time, not cheaper time. That is fine if two hours is what you want. It is not a bargain, and the 51% badge implies it is the biggest one.
The price board: ten courses, and six of them cost exactly the same
The system tab is enormous. Fees first: 入会金 ¥5,000 (group-wide), WEB指名料 ¥2,000, 本指名料 ¥2,000 (for re-nominating someone you have already seen).
Then ten courses. Two are flagged 【正会員様以上限定コース】 — members and above only:
| Course | No. | 60 | 70 | 90 | 100 | 120 | 180 | 240 | 360 | 延長30 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Six courses — Pearl, Topaz, Ruby, Lapis, Sapphire, Jade — are priced identically at all five durations. ¥48,000 / ¥58,000 / ¥83,000 / ¥106,000 / ¥136,000, six times over. They differ only in which extras are bundled: Pearl adds a blindfold-collar-gag set, Topaz adds hemp rope and candle work, Lapis adds a remote toy and thirty minutes outdoors, and so on. This is a flavour menu wearing the costume of a price ladder. Once you have decided on the premium tier, the price is not a variable — you are choosing which ¥58,000 you want.
And look at the last row. Every course on this board carries a コースNo., and the system tab tells you why: ※お電話で予約受付の際は、コースNoをお申し付けください — give us the course number when you book by phone. The Emerald course, the most expensive thing on the page at ¥154,000, is the only one with no number to give.
Buying more time does not make time cheaper
The per-minute curve on the standard VIP-S course is the strangest one I have transcribed:
| VIP-S | Price | Per minute |
|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥27,000 | ¥385.71 |
| 100 min | ¥38,000 | ¥380.00 |
| 120 min | ¥48,000 | ¥400.00 |
| 180 min | ¥73,000 | ¥405.56 |
| 240 min | ¥96,000 | ¥400.00 |
| 360 min | ¥126,000 | ¥350.00 |
It goes down, then up, then up again, then flat, then finally down at six hours. The three-hour course is the worst value per minute on the entire VIP-S row, and the 100-minute course beats the 120-minute course. There is exactly one volume discount here and you have to buy six hours to reach it.
Meanwhile the extension rate is ¥15,000 per 30 minutes — ¥500 a minute, which is more expensive than every single course rate in the table. If you think you might want longer, book longer. Extending is always the worst way to buy the same minute.
The one course where length behaves normally is イメージS: ¥333.33 → ¥322.22 → ¥316.67 across 60/90/120. Steady, mild, sensible. It is also one of the two courses gated behind 正会員 status.
Which brings up the headline figure in the shop data block: 最低料金:60分20000円〜. That ¥20,000 is the イメージS 60-minute course price, and it excludes the mandatory ¥5,000 membership fee. A genuine first-timer paying list price for that course pays ¥20,000 + ¥5,000 + ¥2,000 = ¥27,000, or 35% more than the advertised floor. Separately, the event tab's ¥18,000 60-minute pack undercuts the advertised "lowest price" outright. The "from" number is neither the lowest price on the listing nor a price anyone new actually pays.
A course that is sold three times and priced zero times
All three first-timer promotions offer the same choice: 【VIP Sコース】 or 【拘束電マSコース】. The free space describes the second one — 目隠し・拘束・電マ責め, blindfold, restraint, wand — and calls the pair 「SM東京金字塔の2つの大人気コース」, the two flagship courses.
拘束電マSコース is not on the price board. Not as one of the ten. Not as a variant. Not as a footnote. Its standard price is unpublished, which means that for one of the two courses every first-timer promotion steers you toward, there is no number to compare the offer against. (For scale, the 電マ on its own is a ¥5,000 line item in the options list.)
The event tab does anticipate this, sort of: 「※コースの詳細は下記オフィシャルサイトの『システム』ページ内にてご確認下さい」, followed by a link to the shop's own ikebukuro.sm-tokyo.com/system/. I tried it. I tried all three official-site links on the listing, over both HTTP and HTTPS, from two different clients. Every one of them failed to connect for me. I will not claim the sites are down for everybody — that is not something I can establish from here — but the page the listing sends you to for the missing price did not answer.
There is a second gap in the same promotion. The ヘブン限定 pack sells 60 minutes of VIP-S or 拘束電マS. VIP-S has no 60-minute option — it starts at 70. So that offer pairs a duration and a course that do not meet anywhere on the system tab.
Forty-nine options, and where the money actually is
The options list runs from #1 to #49, from ¥1,000 to ¥400,000. The shape of it is worth knowing before you look at any individual line:
| Price | Count |
|---|---|
| ¥1,000 | 2 |
| ¥2,000 | 3 |
| ¥3,000 | 13 |
| ¥5,000 | 12 |
| ¥10,000 | 11 |
| ¥15,000 | 2 |
| ¥20,000 | 2 |
| ¥30,000 | 1 |
| over ¥100,000 | 3 |
Median option: ¥5,000. Mean option: ¥21,163. That four-fold gap is produced entirely by the last three lines, which run ¥120,000, ¥200,000 and ¥400,000 and sit at the far end of the shop's specialist range. Forty-seven of the forty-nine cost ¥30,000 or less; the ordinary add-ons — rope, restraints, a blindfold, a collar — cluster at ¥3,000, and the top single option costs 2.6× the shop's most expensive 360-minute course.
The camera menu is separate and unusually legible:
| Duration | Blindfolded | Face shown | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥25,000 | ¥30,000 | ¥5,000 |
| 80–100 min | ¥30,000 | ¥35,000 | ¥5,000 |
| 120 min | ¥35,000 | ¥40,000 | ¥5,000 |
| 180 min+ | ¥40,000 | ¥45,000 | ¥5,000 |
Showing your face costs exactly ¥5,000 more at every single duration. Flat, transparent, easy to reason about — genuinely the best-designed table on this listing.
And that makes the second event legible too. 「手ぶらDE撮れビアンSUPER」 gives you SDカムレンタル料 + SDカード(4G), 合計3000円分が無料 — and those are precisely the two cheapest line items on the camera menu (¥2,000 + ¥1,000). The giveaway is the hardware rental. The ¥25,000–¥45,000 shooting fee is untouched. It is a real ¥3,000, honestly described as ¥3,000; just don't read 「撮れビアンSUPER」 as free filming.
Costumes are free, with 「2着目以降…1着追加につき2,000円」 — first one on the house, ¥2,000 each after. The first-timer packs include one.
Twenty-two wards have a price. One ward fell out of the table.
The delivery fee ladder:
| Zone | Fee |
|---|---|
That is 1 + 5 + 9 + 7 = 22 named wards. Tokyo has 23. Go through them: Chiyoda, Chūō, Minato, Shinjuku, Bunkyō, Taitō, Sumida, Kōtō, Shinagawa, Meguro, Ōta, Setagaya, Shibuya, Nakano, Suginami, Toshima, Kita, Arakawa, Itabashi, Nerima, Adachi, Katsushika, Edogawa. Ōta-ku is not in the table. Kamata, Ōmori, Haneda — the whole southern ward, including the airport, has no published fee. OK」, Tokyo and the surrounding suburbs are fine, and the 派遣エリア field just says 「※交通費についてはお問合せ下さい」. So it is answerable by phone. It is simply the one ward out of twenty-three where the published table stops working.
And there is a time condition under the table that deserves to be above it: ※自宅・ホテルへのデリバリー対応時間は18:00以降となります. Home and hotel delivery runs from 18:00. The shop opens at 10:00. So for the first eight hours of the business day, that entire ward-by-ward fee ladder is not in play.
Sixty-one women on the roster. Twenty-three of them work this week.
The girl list says 全61件. Here is who they are:
| Ages | 18–34, mean 21.95, median 21 |
| 18–19 | 17 women (27.9%) |
| 20–22 | 22 women |
| 23–25 | 10 women |
| 26–29 | 10 women |
| 30 and over | 2 women |
| Under 23 | 39 women (63.9%) |
| Heights | 148–172 cm, mean 157.9 |
| Cups | B 2 · C 10 · D 16 · E 13 · F 9 · G 7 · H 4 — E or larger: 33 (54.1%) |
| New faces | 6 |
Now the published board for the coming seven days:
| Day | On the board |
|---|---|
| Mon 9/21 | 18 |
| Tue 9/22 | 10 |
| Wed 9/23 | 10 |
| Thu 9/24 | 9 |
| Fri 9/25 | 7 |
| Sat 9/26 | 8 |
| Sun 9/27 | 7 |
Sixty-nine shifts over seven days, worked by twenty-three distinct women. Which means 38 of the 61 — 62.3% of the roster — have no published hours at all in the next week.
Two things jump out of that table. The first is that Monday is nearly double every other day, and it is inflated: five of Monday's eighteen appear on no other day of the week. The second is the one no Tokyo board is supposed to do — the weekend is the thinnest part of it. Friday and Sunday are seven women each. Saturday is eight. Saturday's board is 44% the size of Monday's. I have transcribed a lot of these, and a shop whose Saturday is its second-quietest day is genuinely rare.
Concentration is extreme. Three women carry the week:
| Woman | Age | Days | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
Thirteen hours a day, seven days, all three of them — 91 published hours each. Between them they account for 21 of the 69 shifts (30.4%). If you look at the board on a Friday or a Sunday, nearly half of everyone available is one of these three.
I also pulled individual profiles, which carry a one-month calendar — thirty rows. Even for the 7-of-7 women, rows 8 through 30 are blank. The board ends on 9/27 and there is nothing behind it. The published horizon for this shop is exactly seven days, for everybody.
The shop advertises nineteen hours and staffs thirteen
Business hours: 10:00〜翌5:00. Nineteen hours.
The latest published finish anywhere on the seven-day board is 23:00. Not once, not for one woman — that is the ceiling, every day, all week. Which means 23:00 to 05:00 — six hours, 31.6% of advertised operating time — has nobody on the published board at all.
Cross that with the 18:00 delivery rule and the actual usable window for a home or hotel outside walking distance is 18:00–23:00, five hours. Here is what is standing in it:
| Day | At 18:00 | At 21:00 | After 23:00 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mon 9/21 | 18 | 7 | 0 |
| Tue 9/22 | 10 | 6 | 0 |
| Wed 9/23 | 9 | 6 | 0 |
| Thu 9/24 | 9 | 5 | 0 |
| Fri 9/25 | 7 | 7 | 0 |
| Sat 9/26 | 8 | 7 | 0 |
| Sun 9/27 | 7 | 6 | 0 |
Friday is the one day where the board does not thin out at all — all seven women run to 23:00. It is the smallest board of the week and the only one that holds its full strength into the evening.
So: if you want daytime, come Monday. If you want evening, come Friday. Those are opposite answers and both are correct, which is the most useful thing on this page.
The marketing has exactly one setting
Of the fifteen women available at the moment I read the board, eight are sold on the phrase 未経験 — inexperienced — and six of those eight on 完全未経験, completely inexperienced. Across the wider roster the catchphrases stack the same adjectives over and over: 清純 (pure), 美少女, 逸材 (rare talent), 未経験, 素人 (amateur).
This is a trope, and you should read it as one. The shop's own category blurb says it caters 「SM経験のない初心者の貴方から、マニアと呼ばれる貴方まで」 — from the total beginner to the connoisseur — and the inexperience framing is aimed squarely at the first half of that sentence. It tells you about the copywriter's brief, not about who opens the door.
The clearest illustration is on the board right now. 辰巳 亜星, 27, is tagged 新人, catchphrase 超巨大企業上席社員 — senior staff at a huge corporation — and her manager comment leans hard on 完全未経験. Her own photo diary, posted at 11:41 this morning, says plainly that she is on a 体験入店, a trial shift, and that the day before was her first: 「先の日は初めての体験ということもあり、緊張のまま一日が始まりました」. Both descriptions are true. Only one of them was written by her. Her profile also carries the 認証済みのキャスト badge — SMS identity verification — which is the one piece of information on a cast page that nobody wrote as copy.
The photo diary is thin, incidentally: the feed showed 3 posts, against 36 women carrying a 日記 badge and 41 carrying a 動画 badge.
Twenty-six reviews, and a 1,182-day hole in the middle of them
Here is the review archive, all 26, by year of visit:
| Year | Reviews |
|---|---|
| 2021 | 13 |
| 2022 | 9 |
| 2023 | 0 |
| 2024 | 0 |
| 2025 | 2 |
| 2026 | 2 |
Twenty-two of twenty-six — 84.6% — were written in 2021 or 2022. Then the archive stops. The gap between the review dated 6 April 2022 and the next one, dated 1 July 2025, is 1,182 days. Three years and three months in which a shop with sixty-one women on its books collected no reviews at all.
The scores tell the same story from a different angle:
| Era | Reviews scored | Mean |
|---|---|---|
| 2021–2022 | 21 | 4.52 |
| 2025–2026 | 4 | 3.55 |
Nearly a full point down. All eight perfect 5.0 scores in the archive are from 2021–2022. There have been none since. And the single most recent review — 21 August 2026 — carries 2.2, the lowest score in the entire corpus, with a one-line reason: 「写真よりも幼く、可愛いと美人の間くらいの子でした。」 Younger-looking than the photo, somewhere between cute and beautiful.
Then there is the ownership question. The review filter offers exactly four names: 桜木えま, 星愛羅, 星宮あこ, 三井あけの. Their badges total five reviews. The other 21 — 80.8% of the archive — are attached to 現在在籍なし, women no longer at the shop. On the roster itself, 57 of the 61 women show 口コミ募集: reviews wanted, meaning none. 93.4% of the people you can actually book have no review at all.
What the shop built instead of reviews
And that, finally, is what the most interesting thing on this listing is for.
Under 【3本の矢】 — the three arrows — the shop publishes a refund guarantee, in writing, on both the top page and the event tab:
- コース料金全額返金. If the woman who arrives differs greatly from her profile photo, or is rude, or is not clean — full course refund.
If a specific booked option cannot be performed on the day for reasons of her condition — full refund of that option.
If the shop's or the woman's delay pushes you past your hotel slot, the extension charge is covered. (Time-based love hotels only.)
I have read a lot of these listings. This is the only written photo-accuracy refund I have transcribed. Plenty of shops promise 写真指名 or 顔写真100%; almost none of them attach money to it.
Put it next to the review data and the design becomes obvious. Fifty-seven of sixty-one women have no reviews, so the normal way of finding out whether the photos are honest — reading what the last customer said — does not exist here. The shop has replaced it with a contractual promise: we cannot show you a hundred reviews, so here is our money instead. That is a coherent answer to a real problem, and it is worth more to a first-timer than any of the three percentage badges on the coupon tab.
It is also, note, the exact complaint in the shop's most recent and lowest-scoring review — photos versus reality. Whether that customer invoked the guarantee, the page does not say.
What I actually did
Monday, the 100-minute coupon, from a hotel a few minutes off the North Exit — free zone on the transport table, which is the only sensible way to use this shop before six in the evening.
I called rather than booked online, because the phone is clearly the front door: the coupon conditions say 「お電話にて『ヘブン見た!』とお伝えください」, the system tab wants a course number read aloud, and the roster at 13:09 said fifteen of eighteen women were sitting idle. There was nothing to reserve ahead of. I said the phrase, gave V-1, took 100 minutes.
¥28,000, all in — course, membership, nomination, costume. The badge on that coupon says 58% off. The shop's own event page says the honest comparison is ¥45,000 → ¥28,000, which is 37.8%, and ¥17,000 is ¥17,000 regardless of which number you print next to it. At ¥280 a minute it is the cheapest way into this shop and it is not close.
What you are buying at that price is the VIP-S content list, which the system tab publishes in full and I am not going to relay line by line — it runs from the standard delivery-health repertoire through rope, soft whip, restraint and command work. The relevant consumer fact is that all of it is included in the course, not itemised. The 49-option menu sits on top of that, and the ¥3,000 cluster in the middle of it is where the ordinary additions live. Nothing about the coupon quietly downgrades the course; VIP-S is VIP-S.
Out mid-afternoon, on a Monday, into Ikebukuro's west side, having paid ¥28,000 against a list price of ¥45,000 — and having spent considerably longer than 100 minutes afterwards working out why the page said ¥66,667.

Three stars, and I want to be clear about which way they point. The underlying offer is good — a genuine 31–38% off an all-in price, on a course whose contents are published in full, with a written refund promise behind it that almost nobody else in Tokyo offers. The presentation is the problem. A discount that is honestly worth ¥17,000 is wearing a badge claiming ¥38,667, and once you have caught one number inflating itself you start checking all of them — which is how you end up finding a missing ward, a nameless course, a 60-minute pack for a course with no 60-minute option, and an old brand name still sitting in the first paragraph.
Short version. Take the 100-minute coupon — ¥28,000 works out to ¥280 a minute and beats the 70 and the 120 outright. Ignore the OFF% badges and use the event tab's figures, which are correct. S costs before you pick it, because the price board does not say. Come Monday for choice (18 on the board, 15 idle at lunchtime) or Friday for the evening (7 on the board, all of them working to 23:00, the only day that doesn't thin out). Stay inside the free Ikebukuro North zone before 18:00, because the ward fee table doesn't open until then — and if you are in Ōta-ku, call and ask, because you are the one ward in twenty-three the table forgot.
