Ikebukuro Maruhi Esthe: Where You Sleep Decides What You Pay

Ikebukuro Maruhi Esthe is an outcall oil-massage shop with three price menus that depend on where you are: a West Exit love hotel, your home or business hotel, or the full-price base table. I read its Cityheaven pages on a Monday, matched the menus against four reviewers' real totals, and worked out which 70 and 100 minute prices are real.

Ikebukuro Maruhi Esthe: Where You Sleep Decides What You Pay
Elon
ElonThe name translates to something like "Ikebukuro Secret Esthe: Full Erection." Subtle it is not. The pricing is subtler. This shop runs three menus, and which one you get depends on where you're lying down when the doorbell rings. Book a love hotel west of Ikebukuro Station and the hour gets cheap. Book from your apartment in Nakano and it's a different list. Ignore the crossed-out numbers. Four customers posted their receipts this month, and they add up to the cheap list every time.

The pitch, in plain English

Some shops whisper. This one has a megaphone.

池袋㊙エステ フル勃起 (Ikebukuro Maruhi Esthe, "Full Bokki") is an outcall sex-esthe based near Ikebukuro's north and west exits. Phone 03-6384-7988. It's open 10:00 to 5:00 the next morning, every day of the year, and takes calls from 9:30 to 4:30. It sends therapists to love hotels, business hotels and homes in Tokyo's 23 wards and southern Saitama. The concept on its Cityheaven Q&A says it uses "erection pressure-point" massage techniques and lets you "challenge yourself to a full erection," with fetish and health-style play on top. The banner promises to support "hard-working salarymen" with "the strongest cost performance of any fuzoku esthe."

On Monday, October 19, 2026, I read its Cityheaven pages: the top page, the price page, the coupons, the events, the schedule and the reviews. The official site, maruhi.oilesteike.com, closed the connection every time I tried it, so everything here comes from Cityheaven. I didn't book, and I'm not going to describe a room I never sat in.

Three menus, one massage

The price page holds three different menus for the same basic course. The shop calls it the Full Bokki Esthe course: oil massage ("dripping with oil"), a foam body wash, close-contact sensual massage, testicle massage, a see-through leotard, upper-body lip service, topless, and face-sitting.

Course Base table ("regular") West Exit hotel price Delivery Pack (home / business hotel)
70 min ¥18,000 ¥15,000 ¥17,000
100 min ¥24,000 ¥22,000 ¥24,000
130 min ¥30,000 ¥28,000 ¥30,000
180 min ¥40,000 ¥38,000 ¥40,000
240 min ¥55,000 ¥50,000 ¥52,000
15 min extension ¥4,000 ¥4,000 ¥4,000

There's a fourth set of numbers too: every "after" price on the page has a crossed-out "before" (¥21,000 for 70 minutes, ¥27,000 for 100, up to ¥58,000 for 240). Those "before" prices match nothing in the base table, so I'm not counting them.

The real choice is the middle column against the right one.

Option one: get a room west of the station

The West Exit price only works at a love hotel in the Ikebukuro West Exit area. Nomination is ¥2,000, and "matching your preferred type" is free. The page lays out the flow:

  1. Call and say you saw the "Ikebukuro West Exit area discount" (池袋西口エリア割り).
  2. Staff confirm the course and the woman, and the booking is set.
  3. Check into a hotel and call the shop with the hotel name and room number.
  4. She arrives in about 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. You confirm the course and options, pay her, and then the clock starts.

The shop even sorts the West Exit hotels for you. Value picks: Amethyst, Bali Bali Hotel, Core. Free-time picks: Refrain, Masha, Shuffle. Upscale picks: Balian Forest Ikebukuro West, Birkin Ikebukuro West, Tokiwa West. For anything else, look for the purple "H" on the shop's map. I didn't find room rates anywhere on the shop's pages, so budget for the room yourself. Every reviewer below wrote "room not included."

Transport to the central West Exit hotels is free. The north, south and east exit hotel areas start at ¥1,000.

Option two: stay home

The Delivery Pack is for your home or a business hotel. For a limited time it includes transport and the outcall fee, and photo nomination is ¥0. Repeat nomination is still charged. The prices run ¥2,000 above the West Exit menu at every length, and they're close to the base table (¥1,000 less at 70 minutes, ¥3,000 less at 240). Staff will ask what you're wearing so she can find you if the hotel needs a meeting point, and drivers leave from near the Ikebukuro 2-chome intersection. Far-away customers need 100 minutes or more.

Compare that with the base table's outcall rules: 100 minutes minimum, +¥2,000 on the course, plus transport that runs from ¥1,000 (Toshima) to ¥6,000+ (outer wards), with Shibuya at ¥4,000 and Minato or southern Saitama at ¥5,000. Against that, the Delivery Pack is a real discount if you're far from Ikebukuro. It's only "limited time," though, so ask which menu you're on when you call.

The "premium health" course and its three regular prices

The upgrade is the Maruhi Premium Health course. It adds French kissing, oral with a condom, all-nude and 69 to the basic play. It's the only course with health-style play built in, and not every therapist does it, so check her profile or ask.

The price depends on which page you're reading:

Where Before Price
Base table — 120 min ¥36,000 (30 min extension ¥10,000)
West Exit menu ¥31,000 / ¥37,000 100 min ¥26,000 / 130 min ¥32,000
Delivery Pack (system page) ¥31,000 / ¥37,000 100 min ¥27,000 / 130 min ¥33,000
Delivery Pack (events page) ¥33,000 / ¥40,000 100 min ¥27,000 / 130 min ¥33,000
Heaven coupon "regular ¥42,000" (+ ¥3,000 joining = ¥45,000) 100 min ¥26,000

So one 100-minute course has regular prices of ¥31,000, ¥33,000 and ¥42,000, and the coupon calls ¥26,000 "42% off." The coupon gets you ¥26,000, which is the same price the West Exit menu already shows. The only thing it might add is the ¥3,000 joining fee waiver on its own calculator. Mention the coupon on the phone and ask whether the joining fee is included.

The Delivery Pack version of this course doesn't include transport. Toshima is ¥1,000 and the rest of the 23 wards ¥2,000, for a limited time, plus nomination.

The receipts don't lie

The review page has 829 reviews, and the form asks for the total paid. I took the four most recent and checked them against the menus:

Visit Reviewer paid What it adds up to
Oct 16, 2nd visit, 100 min ¥25,000 ¥22,000 + ¥2,000 nomination + ¥2,000 option − ¥1,000 review discount = ¥25,000 ✔
Oct 17, 2nd visit, Premium 130 min ¥34,000 ¥32,000 + ¥2,000 nomination = ¥34,000 ✔
Oct 10, first visit, 100 min ¥26,000 "options included" Matches the Premium coupon price, or ¥22,000 + ¥2,000 nomination + ¥2,000 in options. The review doesn't say which.
Oct 14, first visit, 130 min ¥33,350 ¥28,000 + ¥2,000 nomination + ¥3,000 joining fee = ¥33,000. Nobody explains the last ¥350.

The two repeat visits add up to the yen on the West Exit menu, with no joining fee. So that's the menu people actually pay. The ¥33,350 suggests first-timers may be charged the ¥3,000 joining fee from the base table, which the West Exit menu never mentions. If you're new, ask about it up front. The odd ¥350 could be a card fee, but no page says so, so ask about card fees too.

The cheapest way in: a free 70

The Heaven free coupon is 70 minutes for ¥14,000 with an erotic costume included. The catch: it's free booking only, so you can't choose the woman. It's only for central West Exit love hotels, and it's valid 10/19 to 10/20. The calculator values it as ¥18,000 + a ¥3,000 costume, which is where the "33% off" comes from.

At ¥200 a minute it's the lowest rate anywhere on the shop's pages. If you don't care who knocks, that's the deal.

Stackable extras

  • One of two ¥1,000 discounts: VIP or review discount ("as many times as you like" for the review one). Only one per visit.
  • Review cashback, ¥1,000: new customers, or the first time you nominate a given woman. You can combine it with the discount above, so ¥2,000 total.
  • "Okini Talk" bookings: set up the date by chatting with her in Cityheaven's messaging, then call the shop. You choose ¥1,000 off nomination or +10 minutes. It doesn't apply to repeat nominations or with other discounts.
  • Online booking: "requested options all ¥0." The examples are requests about style: less oil, more cuddling, more testicle massage, "I want to finish twice." Whether the paid items on the menu below are free with online booking isn't spelled out, so ask.
  • Paid options: micro bikini, no-panties pantyhose, photo shoot (no face), French kiss and condom oral at ¥1,000 each. Lotion bath (100 min+) also ¥1,000. Prostate ¥2,000. All-nude ¥3,000 (soft touch, no fingering). Electric massager (man to woman) ¥3,000, by advance request only. Not every woman does every option, so check her page.

The fine print that costs real money

  • No change after you meet. Choose before she's at the door.
  • Cancellation is 100%. If you booked ahead, any same-day cancellation is charged in full. Same-day bookings are charged in full inside one hour of the start time. Repeat cancellers lose advance booking.
  • Refused: under 18, organized crime, the very drunk, drugs, anyone with an infection, more than one person in the room, not showering, recording her, asking for intercourse, bringing your own toys, and touching her belongings.
  • I found no rule about foreign customers on the Cityheaven pages. Since the official site wouldn't load, I couldn't check its house rules.

Who this suits

  • You can get a West Exit room. That's the cheapest menu, with free transport and a 10 to 15 minute wait.
  • You're staying in Ikebukuro or Toshima. The Delivery Pack covers transport for a limited time.
  • You want health play without paying soapland prices. The Premium 100 at ¥26,000 is the one course with health play built in.

My plan for a first visit: book a West Exit love hotel from the "value" list, call and say "Nishiguchi Eria Wari," and take the 100-minute basic course at ¥22,000, plus ¥2,000 if you nominate. Before you hang up, ask whether there's a joining fee and a card fee. If you don't care who shows up, the ¥14,000 free coupon is the cheapest seventy minutes in the building. And if a page shows a number with a line through it, skip it and read the price next to it.
