ティアラ — Tiara lists on Cityheaven as ソープ(高級/吉原): a soapland, high-grade tier, filed under Yoshiwara. The breadcrumb runs 東京都 › 吉原・浅草 › 吉原. The address is 東京都台東区千束4-24-16 — Senzoku 4-24-16, in Taito ward, the Yoshiwara block proper. Phone is 03-3876-8668. Hours are 10:00~24:00, ten in the morning to midnight, with 受付9:00より, reception opening at nine. There's an official site at tiara.tokyo.
The banner copy reads 令和8年もよろしくお願いします。あなた好みのキャストが必ず見つかります。 — thanks for your continued patronage in Reiwa 8, and you will definitely find a cast member to your taste. The shop describes its range as running ロリ系に素人系 and claims 総合評価は90以上, an overall rating above 90. The official site goes further: 「ファイブスターのおもてなし」を念頭に営業を続け顧客満足度No.1を獲得しました。 Five-star hospitality; number one in customer satisfaction.
All of which is ordinary. Here's what isn't.
The Number on the Door Is Half the Number on the Bill
Go to Tiara's 料金システム page. It is one of the shortest price pages I have ever seen on Cityheaven. Here is the entirety of it:
| Item | Japanese | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Bathing fee, 120 min | ご入浴料 | ¥30,000 |
| Nomination | 指名料 御座いません | ¥0 |
That's it. Two lines. A price and a zero.
Now go to the coupon page, one click away, and read the offer:
★料金 120分61,000円→56,000円
Same shop. Same 120 minutes. ¥30,000 on the system page, ¥61,000 on the coupon page.
Neither number is false, and this is the single most important thing a first-time soapland customer in Japan can understand, so I'm going to be slow about it. A soapland bills in two parts. The 入浴料 (nyūyokuryō), the bathing fee, is what you pay the house — it's the facility charge, and legally it's the thing the shop is selling you. The サービス料, the service fee, is what goes to the woman, and it's handled separately. The 総額 (sōgaku) — the total — is the two added together, and the total is what actually leaves your wallet.
Tiara's system page publishes the first number. Tiara's coupon page publishes the third. Subtract:
| Amount | Share of total | |
|---|---|---|
| 入浴料 — bathing fee, to the house | ¥30,000 | 49.2% |
| サービス料 — service fee, implied | ¥31,000 | 50.8% |
| 総額 — what you actually pay | ¥61,000 | 100% |
The advertised price is 49.2% of the bill. The number on the system page is not a discount, not a deposit, not a starting-from figure. It is slightly less than half, and the other half is on a different page under a different heading with a strikethrough through it.
Run it per minute, because that's the only way to compare a soapland to anything else:
- What the system page implies: ¥30,000 ÷ 120 = ¥250.00 a minute.
- What you actually pay: ¥61,000 ÷ 120 = ¥508.33 a minute — ¥30,500 an hour.
- With the coupon: ¥56,000 ÷ 120 = ¥466.67 a minute.
And one more wrinkle from the official site, which I'd want confirmed on the phone: the course is described as 120分(通常110分) — 120 minutes, normally 110. So the headline duration is itself carrying a promotional ten minutes. If the baseline course is really 110 minutes at ¥61,000, the underlying rate is ¥554.55 a minute, and those extra ten minutes are worth ¥5,000 at list — coincidentally the exact size of the coupon.
Five Discounts, One Coupon Page
Tiara's coupon page has exactly one coupon on it. Here it is in full:
「ハッピー新年度」 — 8% OFF. Live since 2025/04/01, marked 無期限, no end date.
Unpacked: ¥5,000 off the total, available to フリー customers only — meaning you do not pick your woman, you take one of the ones currently waiting, chosen from the photos of whoever's on the bench. You mention the Cityheaven coupon when you call. Two conditions in the small print matter: 他割引との併用不可, no combining with other discounts, and 一度お遊びいただいたことの女性はクーポン適用外 — it doesn't apply to a woman you've already seen. The math checks out cleanly, which I'll credit: ¥5,000 ÷ ¥61,000 = 8.197%, and they call it 8%.
Now here are the other discount figures this shop publishes, none of which are on the coupon page:
| Where it's printed | The offer | Total after, if applied to ¥61,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Coupon page | ¥5,000 off (free customers) | ¥56,000 |
| Official site | 本指名のお客様120分20,000割引 — ¥20,000 off for repeat nomination | ¥41,000 |
| Cityheaven top page | 120分 24,000円割引 | ¥37,000 |
| Official site | 120分25,000円割引 | ¥36,000 |
| Both | 入浴料全額無料 — bathing fee entirely waived | ¥31,000 |
Five discount figures — ¥5,000, ¥20,000, ¥24,000, ¥25,000, and a full ¥30,000 waiver — spread across three different pages, and they cannot be combined. The one printed on the page called "coupon," the one Cityheaven indexes and labels with a percentage, is the smallest of the five by a factor of four.
I can't reconcile the ¥24,000 and the ¥25,000 for you; they appear in different places and may well be the same campaign quoted at two moments, or two tiers of one offer. I'm not going to pretend to know. What I can tell you with confidence is the shape of it: the discount that is easiest to find is the worst one available, and the spread between the easiest and the best is ¥25,000 on a ¥61,000 purchase. That's not a rounding error. That's 41% of the bill sitting behind a phone call.
The Biggest Discount Is Attached to an Empty Shelf
The largest offer on that list — 入浴料全額無料, the entire ¥30,000 bathing fee waived, cutting the total to ¥31,000 — appears on the official site in this form:
新人割引 110分 入浴料全額無料
Note the duration. It's the 110-minute course, not the 120. And note the qualifier: 新人割引. In soapland pricing 新人 is near-always the cast member — a discount for booking a woman who has newly joined the shop, which is how a house gets its new arrivals booked up and reviewed. It is not, on the usual reading, a new-customer discount.
So I went to check how many new arrivals Tiara currently has.
The 新人 tab on the roster page reads 0.
Zero new arrivals listed. The single largest discount this shop publishes — a ¥30,000 waiver, nearly half the total price — is attached to a category with nothing in it.
I'll be straight about the uncertainty: if 新人割引 here means new customer rather than new cast, then this is the headline first-timer deal, it's an excellent one, and everything I just wrote is wrong. That ambiguity is precisely why it's worth a phone call rather than an assumption. If you call 03-3876-8668 and ask one question, make it that one, because the answer is worth ¥30,000 and the page does not settle it.
So I Measured the Whole Roster
The cast page lists 34 women. Every one carries an age, a height, and a three-size. I transcribed all 34 and ran the numbers, and this is where the article stopped being about pricing.
Ages. Twenty-nine of the thirty-four are listed at exactly 20. Three are 21. Two are 22.
| Listed age | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|
| 20 | 29 | 85.3% |
| 21 | 3 | 8.8% |
| 22 | 2 | 5.9% |
Mean 20.21, median 20, full range 20 to 22. Standard deviation: 0.53 years.
Waists. All thirty-four, sorted:
| Listed waist | Count |
|---|---|
| 54 cm | 1 |
| 55 cm | 1 |
| 56 cm | 4 |
| 57 cm | 10 |
| 58 cm | 8 |
| 59 cm | 4 |
| 60 cm | 6 |
Mean 57.7 cm. Every single one of the thirty-four falls between 54 and 60 — a seven-value band — and eighteen of them, more than half the house, are either 57 or 58. Standard deviation: 1.50 cm.
Busts. Mean 102.6 cm, median 102, range 87 to 120. The cup distribution:
| Cup | Count |
|---|---|
| E | 1 |
| F | 1 |
| G | 3 |
| H | 3 |
| I | 9 |
| J | 10 |
| K | 5 |
| L | 1 |
| M | 1 |
Twenty-six of thirty-four — 76.5% — are I-cup or larger. The median cup at this shop is J. Exactly two women out of thirty-four are listed below G.
Hips. Mean 90.6 cm. The modal value is exactly 90, and it appears twelve times — 35% of the roster, to the centimeter. Three women break the pattern hard (110, 115, 100) and they're carrying the entire upper tail by themselves.
Heights. Mean 160.5 cm, range 147 to 169. This is the one measurement with real spread in it, and I suspect that's because height is the one a customer can verify in the first three seconds.
Put it together and the average Tiara woman is 20 years old, 160.5 cm, 102.6-57.7-90.6, J-cup. Now consider what it would take for that to be a sample. Thirty-four adult women drawn from any real population have an age spread far wider than half a year and a waist spread far wider than a 1.5 cm standard deviation. Human waists do not cluster inside a seven-centimeter band across three dozen people. This is not a set of measurements. It's a specification, written in the grammar of measurement.
The Review Board Is the Real Spec Sheet
Tiara has 546 reviews. That's a large corpus by any standard in this district, and unlike the roster page, it's written by customers, dated, and attributed to named women.
More to the point, it's live. The ten most recent reviews carry visit dates running from 2026/08/06 to 2026/09/13 — the newest filed two days before I'm writing this. Thirty-eight days, ten reviews on the front page alone. Compare that to shops where the "recent" tab tops out three months back.
Scores on those ten run 4.2 to 5.0, eight of the ten at a flat 5.0. I don't weight review averages much — every shop's board skews high and this one's no exception — but I weight what people bother to write about, and the pattern here is legible. Recurring themes across the recent ten: repeat visits, with several reviewers explicitly on their second or third booking with the same woman; conversation and shared interests coming up as often as anything physical; and, notably, reviewers naming the specific woman rather than the shop. Names recur across the board — みかな appears three times in ten, ゆも and もか twice each.
That's your selection tool. The roster page tells you that thirty-four women are all 20 years old with 57 cm waists, which is worth nothing. The review board tells you which four of them people came back for, which is worth everything. Both are on the same listing, one click apart. One is a catalog and the other is evidence.
What I Could and Couldn't Verify on the Shift Board
The 出勤 page publishes seven days forward — 9/15 through 9/21 while I was looking — with start and end times on most entries. I'd normally count the whole board and give you an availability table. I'm not going to do that here, because the page mixes plain shift times with a set of status flags that change what a "shift" even means, and I couldn't get a read clean enough to stand behind. Rather than publish a number I can't defend, here's what is actually useful about it.
Three flags recur, and you should know them before you dial:
- 受付終了 — reception closed. She's on the board, she may well be working, you can't book her.
- 姫予約のみ / ご予約のみ — advance reservation only. No walk-in, no same-day free selection.
- Plain times (e.g. 12:00–20:00) — ordinary bookable shift.
Here's why those flags bear directly on the money. The only coupon at this shop is フリー-only — it requires you to take whoever is waiting rather than naming a woman. But the review board says the value at Tiara is concentrated in specific, repeatedly-named women, and a meaningful slice of the board on any given day sits behind 受付終了 or 予約のみ. So the ¥5,000 coupon and the thing that actually makes this shop good are structurally in tension: you can have the discount or you can have the woman the reviews point you at, and the coupon's own small print says 併用不可.
Given that the free-selection discount is ¥5,000 and the nomination-side discount on the official site is ¥20,000 for 本指名, the arithmetic isn't close. The coupon is the consolation prize.
The Verdict
- Price transparency: ★☆☆☆☆ — the page labelled 料金 shows ¥30,000. The bill is ¥61,000. The other ¥31,000 is on the coupon page, behind a strikethrough, under a different heading. Nothing here is false and I don't read it as malicious, but a first-timer who reads the price page and only the price page will be off by a factor of two.
- Price level: ★★★☆☆ — ¥61,000 for 120 minutes is ¥508.33 a minute, ¥30,500 an hour, all-in with no nomination fee. For 高級-tier Yoshiwara that's a normal number, neither a bargain nor a gouge. The ¥0 指名料 is genuinely worth having and I'll credit it.
- Discount structure: ★★☆☆☆ — five figures across three pages, non-combinable, spanning ¥5,000 to ¥30,000. The easiest one to find is the smallest by 4×. The largest is attached to 新人 on a roster whose 新人 tab reads 0.
- Roster size: ★★★★☆ — 34 women listed, a real bench for this district, with photo-diaries (写メ日記) on most and a visible internal ranking.
- Roster information: ★☆☆☆☆ — mean age 20.21 with a 0.53-year spread; every waist between 54 and 60; twelve hips at exactly 90. As a tool for choosing between thirty-four people, that table is inert.
- Review depth: ★★★★★ — 546 reviews, front page running to two days ago, named women, visible repeat customers. This is the best thing on the listing and the only part of it carrying real signal.
- Consistency of concept: ★★★★☆ — the copy says ロリ系に素人系 and the spec sheet says 20 years old across the board. Whatever else is true, the shop isn't sending mixed messages about what it sells.
- Going back: ○ — but only after reading the review board first, naming a woman, asking about 本指名 pricing, and ignoring the coupon entirely.
The read I'd give a friend at the Minowa end of Yoshiwara: Tiara is a good shop with a badly assembled listing, and those are not the same problem. Five hundred and forty-six reviews running current to this week is not something a bad house accumulates. But the listing wrapped around it advertises half a price, buries four-fifths of its own discounts off the coupon page, and hands you a roster table so heavily standardized that it can't distinguish between any two of its thirty-four women.
So invert the order everybody uses. Don't start at the price page — it's missing ¥31,000. Don't start at the roster page — it's a spec sheet, not a sample. Start at the 546 reviews, find the two or three names that come up more than once, then call 03-3876-8668 and ask three questions: what the total is for the course you want, whether 新人割引 means a new woman or a new customer, and what 本指名 gets you. The answers to those three are worth up to ¥25,000 — roughly 41% of the bill, and more than any amount of browsing photographs is going to save you.
A catalog full of identical numbers isn't hiding anything. It's just telling you that the numbers aren't where the information is. At this shop the information is on the review board: dated, signed, and free to read. First booking logged.
