Gotanda at noon is a salaryman's town. The East Exit spits out men in navy suits holding convenience-store bags, the ramen lines are already ten deep, and the side streets toward the river have that half-asleep look red-light blocks get in daylight: shutters up, signs off, delivery bikes parked on the curb. Nobody looks at you. That's Gotanda's whole appeal. It's the neighborhood where the office and the other thing share a sidewalk and have agreed not to mention it.
The name is the pitch
Let me translate the shop name, because it's doing a lot of work. 秒即 (byosoku) is "instant, within seconds." 舐めて (namete) is "lick." ミント is mint. Put it together and it's a promise that play starts the second the door closes — the banner spells it out with 即尺 (immediate oral) in blood-red brush type, next to 強制二回戦, a "mandatory second round." Subtle, this place is not.
But the store description on fuzoku.jp is actually softer than the banner. It talks about girls who are "usually neat and ordinary and cute," or "usually cool and pretty," who turn into little devils the moment you're alone and "can't hold back the urge to play pranks." It says the shop exists for M guys "with all kinds of fetishes" — and for anybody "who can't decide on a shop" and wants to try the trendy プチM性感 for the first time. That last line is a direct invitation to people like me.
Where it is and when it's open
The listing gives the address as Higashi-Gotanda 1-19-8, Heights Gotanda Room 201, three minutes on foot from the East Exit of Gotanda Station. It's filed as a ホテヘル — hotel health — so this is where you check in and pay, and the play happens in a hotel nearby. Phone is 03-5422-7130. Hours are 11:00 to 23:00, open every day of the year. Credit cards are accepted and they'll write a receipt if you ask, which in a lunch-hour district tells you exactly who the customer base is.
Two practical notes. It closes at eleven, which is early for Tokyo, so this is a day shop, not a last-train shop. And the room number means it's an apartment-building reception office, not a street-level storefront. Walk in like you live there.
Four courses, and they are named like confessions
This is my favorite menu in Gotanda, and I've read a lot of them. The courses aren't called "standard" and "premium." They're named after the state of mind you walk in with:
| Course | What the name says | 40 min | 50 min | 60 min | 70 min | 90 min | 120 min | 150 min |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| この小悪魔とお遊びしたい | "I want to play with this little devil" | ¥13,000 | — | ¥18,000 | — | ¥24,000 | ¥32,000 | ¥41,000 |
| 小悪魔選びで悩んでいる | "I can't decide which little devil" | — | ¥16,000 | — | ¥21,000 | — | — | — |
| お忍び覆面パック | "Incognito masked pack" | — | — | ¥19,000 | — | ¥25,000 | ¥33,000 | ¥42,000 |
| わがまま赤ちゃん待ちパック | "Spoiled-baby waiting pack" | — | — | ¥24,000 | — | ¥30,000 | ¥38,000 | ¥47,000 |
The fees around it: no admission fee, photo viewing free, photo nomination ¥2,000, repeat nomination ¥3,000, with a note that nomination fees can vary by girl. Extensions are ¥5,000 per 15 minutes or ¥10,000 per 30. The cheapest number on the page is the headline one, 40 minutes for ¥13,000, but that's on the "this little devil" course, which means you've picked someone — so budget for the nomination on top unless the front desk tells you otherwise.
I was the textbook case for course number two. I had no idea who to choose out of 102 women on the roster, all listed between 18 and mid-twenties, and I didn't trust myself to pick from photos. So I took the "can't decide" course at 50 minutes for ¥16,000 and let the desk choose. No nomination fee, no agonizing. For a first-timer, that course is the smartest thing on the menu.
I'll leave the masked pack and the baby pack to the specialists. The listing doesn't explain them beyond the names, and I'm not going to pretend it does.
The play list, read like a lawyer
The basic menu on the listing includes all-nude, deep kissing, oral without a condom, sokushaku, rimming, an eye mask, a TENGA, an Aneros, handcuffs, face-sitting, "waiting in bed" (ベッド寝待ち), 69, sumata, a rotor, and soft finger play. Then comes the fine print, and it's the most important line on the page: touching the girl — oral or fingers — is soft-touch only as a rule. This is an M shop. You are the one being played with. If you walk in expecting to run the show, you've read the wrong menu.
The option list is long and runs from harmless to hardcore: glasses and cat lingerie at ¥1,000, a maid costume, handcuffs and cuffs for your wrists, neck and ankles, and a ¥2,000 tier with things like a strap-on and lotion bath. I'm not going to read you the whole thing. My add-ons were zero. At a first visit, you learn the language before you order in it.
Fifty minutes of being the one who isn't in charge
The front desk was quick and quiet: course, time, cash or card, here's the hotel, she'll be there shortly. The guy asked one question — "Any experience with M-seikan?" — and when I said no, he nodded like he'd heard that a thousand times and said the girl would take it easy. That's the "petit" in petit M, I figured out. It's a volume knob, and first-timers start low.
She knocked about ten minutes after I'd checked in. Small, very young-looking, black bob, a little devil-horn hair clip that I think was a joke on the brand, and a grin that said she'd already sized me up in the hallway. She asked the same question as the desk, got the same answer, and said something that translates roughly to "Then today you just lie there and lose." And that set the tone for everything after it.
I won't narrate the details. She's entitled to her privacy, and the whole appeal of this style is that it happens to you, which is hard to write about without sounding like a hostage. What I'll tell you is what surprised me. It wasn't the eye mask or the teasing. It was how much of it was talk — quiet, playful, running commentary delivered close to my ear, the verbal version of a card trick. A guy who argues with his super for fun turns out to be very easy to out-talk when he's blindfolded. She clearly knew that, and she clearly enjoyed it. Fifty minutes went fast.
When time was up, she called the office, handed me back my watch like a prize, and told me that next time I should try the "this little devil" course and ask for her by name. The upsell, delivered as a dare. Very on-brand.
What Gotanda gets right here
The concept is honest. The banner is loud, but the rules are clear: you're passive, she's in charge, your hands stay soft. Nobody's confused about the deal, which cuts down on the bad nights.
The menu has a door for beginners. Most M-seikan shops assume you already know what you want. The "can't decide" course is a genuinely good idea — a fixed price, the desk's pick, and no nomination math.
The location suits the crowd. Three minutes from the station, open at eleven, card and receipts accepted. It's built for the man with a ninety-minute lunch and a straight face.
What to watch: nomination fees stack on top of the named-girl course and can vary by person. The options run up fast if you start pointing at the list. And the eleven o'clock close means evening plans need to start early.
The verdict
- Access & hours: ★★★★☆ — three minutes from the East Exit, open daily. One star off for the 23:00 close.
- Price transparency: ★★★★☆ — every course, fee and option is on the page. Nomination fees "may vary by girl" is the one soft spot.
- Value: ★★★★☆ — ¥16,000 for 50 minutes with the desk's pick is fair for a specialist shop in central Tokyo.
- Beginner-friendliness: ★★★★★ — the undecided course and the "petit" volume knob make this the easiest M-seikan door I've walked through.
- Going back: ○ — yes, and I suspect on the course with a name in it.
Back on the street at a quarter to two, the salarymen were walking back to their offices with iced coffee, and I fell in with them like I'd been at a long meeting. Which, in a way, I had. I just wasn't the one running it. In New York that would bother me. In Gotanda, for fifty minutes, it was the whole point.
