Kanjuku Banana Tachikawa — An 18% New-Customer Discount That Lands Exactly on the List Price, and 127 Women Against a Friday Board of 19

A Tachikawa married-women deriheru whose new-customer coupon discounts 18% down to the exact price its own list already charges, whose price ladder gets more expensive per minute the longer you book, and which lists 127 women against a Friday board of 19 and a Wednesday board of three.

Kanjuku Banana Tachikawa — An 18% New-Customer Discount That Lands Exactly on the List Price, and 127 Women Against a Friday Board of 19
Elon
ElonI have a rule about discount badges: before I get excited, I find out what number the shop divided by. This one advertises 18% OFF for new customers, ¥12,000 down to ¥9,800. So I went looking for the ¥12,000. It isn't on the price list. It isn't on the official site. What is on the price list, in the shop's own fee table, is a 60-minute course at ¥9,800 — the coupon price. The discount takes you to the number you'd have paid by saying nothing. And then, because I was already in the spreadsheet, I found something better: this shop's price ladder charges you more per minute the longer you stay, which is backwards from every other shop in Tokyo, and there is exactly one gap in it worth ¥200 to you.

完熟ばなな立川Kanjuku Banana Tachikawa, "ripe banana," the Tachikawa branch — is a デリヘル, a delivery health, working Tachikawa and the Hachioji area out at the western end of Tokyo. Phone is 042-525-0877. Official site is tachikawa-banana.com. Hours run 10:00–24:00, last reception 22:00, 年中無休 — no closing day. The listing's group banner shows the Banana network at 49 shops and 5,641 women; this branch accounts for 127 of them.

The pitch, verbatim: 素人の奥様中心の人妻・熟女専門のデリヘルです。キャストは30代~60代 — a married-women and mature-women specialist deriheru, centred on amateur wives, cast in their 30s through 60s. No membership fee: 入会金無料です. Credit card payment is handled online. There's a points program, ばなポ, at a 3% rebate with 1,000 points for signing up.

That's the product. Now the arithmetic, which is where this one earns its article.

The new-customer discount discounts nothing

Three coupons run on the listing, all dated 2026/07/31–08/01.

Coupon Course Regular Coupon Badge Actual

Two of those three are clean. The 90-minute regular price really is ¥17,000 on the shop's fee table, and ¥16,000 really is 5.9% off it. The 110-minute really is ¥21,000, and the badge rounds honestly. Credit where it's due — most shops I take apart can't manage two out of three.

The new-customer coupon is the problem. Its badge divides by ¥12,000, and here is what the shop's own documents say a 60-minute costs:

  • Cityheaven, 料金のご案内: 60分 9,800円. The coupon price, at list.
  • The official site, tachikawa-banana.com: there is no 60-minute course at all. The ladder starts at 70分 13,000円.
  • The coupon itself: ¥12,000. A figure that appears in no fee table on either site.

Three documents, three answers, and the one that would justify the badge is the one nobody else confirms. Against the shop's own published 60-minute price, the new-customer discount is worth ¥0.

That said — I don't want to leave it there, because the coupon isn't actually worthless, it's just measured against the wrong thing. If you take the official site's position that the shortest real course is the 70-minute at ¥13,000, then ¥9,800 for 60 minutes is ¥163.3 a minute against ¥185.7, which is a genuine 12.1% saving per minute. That's the honest version of the claim. It's smaller than 18%, and it's a per-minute saving rather than money off a booking, but it's real.

Two conditions on it that the badge doesn't mention. The 60-minute is restricted to the Tachikawa station area — meet anywhere else, including at home or out toward Hachioji, and it doesn't apply. And ネット指名料 ¥1,000 is charged separately, which on a ¥9,800 booking is a 10.2% surcharge on top.

The price ladder runs backwards

Here is the full standard ladder with the only column that matters added:

Course Price Per minute
60 min ¥9,800 ¥163.3
70 min ¥13,000 ¥185.7
90 min ¥17,000 ¥188.9
110 min ¥21,000 ¥190.9
140 min ¥26,000 ¥185.7
180 min ¥33,000 ¥183.3
240 min ¥43,000 ¥179.2
300 min ¥53,000 ¥176.7
360 min ¥63,000 ¥175.0

Read that column top to bottom. It goes up, peaks at the 110-minute, and then comes back down — and it never gets back to where it started. The cheapest minute this shop sells is in its shortest course. The 110-minute, the one both same-day coupons push you toward as the "long course," is the worst per-minute rate on the entire board — 16.9% worse than the 60-minute. Buy six hours, the largest commitment available at ¥63,000, and you are still paying 7.2% more per minute than the man who booked an hour.

Every other price list in this city rewards you for buying more time. This one taxes you for it. The reason shows up in the marginal cost — what each additional block of minutes actually costs:

Step Extra time Extra cost Per extra minute
60 → 70 +10 min +¥3,200 ¥320.0
70 → 90 +20 min +¥4,000 ¥200.0
90 → 110 +20 min +¥4,000 ¥200.0
110 → 140 +30 min +¥5,000 ¥166.7
140 → 180 +40 min +¥7,000 ¥175.0
180 → 240 +60 min +¥10,000 ¥166.7
240 → 300 +60 min +¥10,000 ¥166.7
300 → 360 +60 min +¥10,000 ¥166.7

There's the culprit. Ten minutes, from 60 to 70, costs ¥3,200 — ¥320 a minute, nearly double the base rate and the most expensive time on the board by a distance. Past that step the ladder settles into a sane ¥166.7 per marginal minute and stays there. The whole distortion is one ¥3,200 wall sitting between the cheapest course and everything else.

Which means the 60-minute and the 140-minute-plus courses are the two rational zones, and the 70/90/110 band in the middle — the band every coupon on the listing advertises — is where the ladder is at its most expensive.

The one gap worth ¥200

Extension is 延長30分 7,000円, which is ¥233.3 a minute — well above every course rate. Standard advice applies at almost every duration: decide the length before she arrives, because buying it later costs you.

Almost. Run it anyway:

Route to 90 minutes Cost
90-minute course ¥17,000
60-minute + one 30-min extension ¥16,800

Booking the hour and extending is ¥200 cheaper than booking ninety minutes. That's the ¥3,200 wall again — the extension at ¥7,000 is dear in absolute terms, but it lets you skip the single most overpriced step on the ladder, and it comes out ahead by a rounding error.

Do not generalise it. It's a one-off:

  • 70 + extension = 100 min for ¥20,000. The 110-minute course is ¥21,000 — ten more minutes for ¥1,000, or ¥100 a minute, the cheapest time anywhere in this shop. Take the course.
  • 90 + extension = 120 min for ¥24,000. The 140-minute is ¥26,000 — twenty more minutes for ¥2,000, again ¥100 a minute. Take the course.
  • 60 + two extensions = 120 min for ¥23,800, or ¥198.3 a minute, which is worse than both the course above it and the course below it. One extension only.

And the ¥200 disappears the moment a coupon is in play, because the same-day 90-minute is ¥16,000. If you're booking today, take the coupon and forget the trick.

The date course is exactly ¥10,000 cheaper, at every length

There's a separate デートコース ladder for long bookings:

Duration Standard Date course Difference
180 min ¥33,000 ¥23,000 −¥10,000
240 min ¥43,000 ¥33,000 −¥10,000
300 min ¥53,000 ¥43,000 −¥10,000

Ten thousand yen, flat, at all three durations. The date course is the outing without the room — the official site states hotel play isn't included, and that adding it puts you back on standard rates. So the shop has effectively priced its play component at a flat ¥10,000 whether the booking is three hours or five.

Per minute the date course runs ¥127.8 / ¥137.5 / ¥143.3 — comfortably the cheapest time on any ladder here, and, note, rising with duration just like the standard one does. If what you want is hours of company rather than a hotel room, the 180-minute date course at ¥23,000 is the best-value block of time this shop publishes, at 21.7% less per minute than the 60-minute course that wins the standard ladder.

127 women, 19 on a Friday, three on a Wednesday

The roster lists 127 women. The published 出勤予定 covers seven days, today through 6 August. Here is what's on it:

Day Women scheduled % of roster
Fri 7/31 (today) 19 15.0%
Sat 8/1 10 7.9%
Sun 8/2 6 4.7%
Mon 8/3 7 5.5%
Tue 8/4 4 3.1%
Wed 8/5 3 2.4%
Thu 8/6 3 2.4%

Across the whole week, 22 distinct women appear. One hundred and five of the 127 — 82.7% — have no shift anywhere in the published seven days. Fifty-two shift-days between 22 women, an average of 2.4 days each; eight of them work a single day and only one works five.

Now look at the shape, because it's the opposite of what you'd expect. Friday is the peak. Saturday halves it. Sunday is six. A shop staffed by married women isn't a weekend business — the women work while the household is out, which is Friday daytime, not Saturday night. If you were planning to build a Saturday around this place, that is the single most useful number on this page.

The usual caveat, stated honestly: days further out are less likely to be fully entered, so Tuesday through Thursday's 4/3/3 will probably fill in. Friday against Saturday against Sunday — the three nearest and most complete days — is the comparison I'd trust, and it drops 19 → 10 → 6.

The advertised day ends two hours after the last woman goes home

Stated hours are 10:00–24:00, last reception 22:00. Here is Friday's actual coverage, counted from the published shift times:

Time Women on shift
10:00 4
11:00 9
12:00 13
14:00 14
15:00 17
16:00 13
17:00 11
18:00 5
19:00 4
20:00 3
21:00 2
22:00 0

Seventeen women at three in the afternoon. Two at nine at night. Zero at ten. The advertised last reception is 22:00, an hour at which, on the busiest day of the published week, nobody is working. The advertised close is 24:00 — two hours later still.

It holds all week. Across all seven published days, not one shift ends later than 22:00, so the 22:00–24:00 block is unstaffed on the board every single day — fourteen advertised hours a week with nobody in them. Wednesday 8/5 is the extreme: the last woman finishes at 20:00, two hours before the advertised last reception and four before the advertised close, and from 18:00 onward that entire evening is one woman.

The practical read: this is a daytime shop. The window where you have real choice is roughly noon to five on a weekday, and it is a good window — 11 to 17 women live. After six it thins hard, and after nine it's whoever is left.

"30s through 60s" means 40s and 50s

The shop advertises キャストは30代~60代. The roster's published ages:

Age band Women Share
30–39 4 3.1%
40–49 54 42.5%
50–59 69 54.3%
60+ 0 0%

Range 35 to 59. The advertised top decade is empty, and the advertised bottom decade is 3.1% of the board. Ninety-seven percent of this roster is in its forties or fifties, and the largest single group is the fifties. That isn't a criticism of the shop — a 熟女 specialist skewing to 50 is the product working as intended — but "30s through 60s" describes a range in which 123 of 127 women sit in the middle two decades.

And on the schedule it tightens further. The 22 women working this week run 40 to 58, mean 47.5, median 47. Not one of the four women in their thirties appears anywhere in the published week. If a 30-something is what brought you here, she is on the roster and not on the board.

One more from the roster: 85 of the 127 women — 66.9% — are marked 口コミ募集, zero reviews. The 42 who have any have between one and seven. Seven is the ceiling on a board of 127.

Two transport tables, and they disagree about the shop's own station

The Cityheaven listing prices travel like this:

JR八王子駅・京王八王子駅 420円 / その他駅 電車賃のみ / 自宅 タクシー代・電車賃のみ

The official site prices it like this:

立川駅 無料 / その他JR・私鉄・地下鉄駅 電車賃のみ / 自宅 タクシー代・電車賃のみ

Same three-row structure, different anchor. The official site says Tachikawa station is free. The Cityheaven table doesn't name Tachikawa at all, which drops the shop's own home station into その他駅 — train fare only, i.e. you pay. Conversely the Cityheaven table is the only document that puts a hard number on anything, ¥420 for the two Hachioji stations, and that ¥420 appears nowhere on the official site.

For a shop named after Tachikawa, working 立川市・八王子市周辺, the two published tables can't agree on whether its own station costs nothing or costs something. And note how this compounds with the coupon: the new-customer 60-minute is restricted to the Tachikawa station area — the exact location whose transport treatment the two documents dispute. Ask on the phone. On a ¥9,800 booking, the difference between "free" and an unquoted train fare plus a ¥1,000 net nomination fee is most of what you thought you were saving.

Service and house rules, as published

The base course includes, per the official site: deep kissing, oral without a condom, 69, full-body contact, fingering, lotion play, oral finish and clothed grinding. A fair amount is in the price; the option menu is genuinely add-ons.

Option Price
ピンクローター / パンスト ¥500
バイブ / 電マ / Tバックパンティー ¥1,000
飛びっこ / 放尿 ¥2,000
AF ¥5,000

A ten-to-one spread from cheapest to dearest, and nothing in the middle between ¥2,000 and ¥5,000.

The prohibitions are the standard set, stated plainly: no minors or high-school students, no intercourse, no violence, no organised-crime affiliation, no arriving intoxicated, no STI carriers, no photography, and no soliciting the staff. 入会金無料 — no membership fee, which is worth noting because plenty of shops in this price band charge ¥2,000 for the privilege of existing.

What isn't published

  • The real regular price of a 60-minute course. ¥9,800 on Cityheaven, ¥12,000 on the coupon, nonexistent on the official site.
  • Which transport table governs, and specifically whether Tachikawa station is free or billed.
  • What "電車賃のみ" comes to for any station other than the two Hachioji ones. The only fixed transport figure the shop publishes anywhere is ¥420.
  • Whether the ¥1,000 ネット指名料 applies to every route, or only to online bookings with a named woman.
  • Whether the ばなポ 3% rebate stacks with the coupons, which state they aren't combinable with other services. At 3%, a ¥17,000 booking earns ¥510 — and the 1,000-point signup bonus is worth what you'd earn on ¥33,333 of spending.
  • What the date course actually includes, beyond the statement that hotel play isn't in it and adding it reverts you to standard rates.

The verdict

The service proposition is coherent and the shop is unusually generous about what sits inside the base price. Two of its three discount badges reconcile exactly against its own fee table, which is more than most listings I audit manage. What's untidy is everything with a number attached: a headline coupon built on a baseline no other document confirms, two transport tables that disagree about the shop's own station, an official price list missing the course its main listing leads with, and an advertised business day that runs two hours past the last shift on the board every day of the week.

If it's your first visit and you're meeting near Tachikawa station, take the 60-minute at ¥9,800 — but understand you'd have paid that without the coupon. At ¥163.3 a minute it's still the best rate on the standard ladder; it just isn't 18% off anything.

If you want ninety minutes, the coupon terms give new customers ¥2,000 off courses of 90 minutes and up — ¥15,000, which beats the same-day ¥16,000. And once you add the flat ¥1,000 nomination fee, the ranking flips: ¥16,000 all-in for 90 minutes is ¥177.8 a minute against ¥180.0 for the 60-minute at ¥10,800 all-in. The longer course wins on the fee, not on the ladder.

Never buy the 70-minute. Ten minutes over the hour costs ¥3,200, the most expensive time this shop sells. Book the 60 and extend, or jump straight to the 90.

If you want hours rather than a room, the 180-minute date course at ¥23,000 is the best value on any of these ladders — ¥127.8 a minute, roughly a third less than the standard 180 at ¥33,000.

And book the afternoon. Seventeen women at 15:00 on a Friday, two at 21:00, and a Sunday board of six out of 127. This is a lunchtime-to-teatime operation with an evening façade, and the schedule is the first page to open, not the last.

Prices, coupons, options, hours, transport tables, roster ages, review counts and the seven-day attendance schedule above were read on 2026-07-31 from this shop's Cityheaven listing and its official site at tachikawa-banana.com, and are quoted as published. All per-minute figures, marginal-cost steps, hourly coverage counts and roster/schedule ratios are my own arithmetic on those published numbers. Where the two sites disagree, both versions are given. Days later in the schedule may not yet be fully entered. Transport treatment for Tachikawa station, the applicability of the ¥1,000 net nomination fee, and whether the points rebate stacks with coupons are unpublished — confirm by phone before booking. Terms change. Adults 18+ only; the shop states it does not accept minors or high-school students.
