Field Diary Shinbashi Esthetic Ichiyu

Ichiyu, Shinbashi — Three Price Boards, One Outcall Esthetic, and a Salaryman's Math

An evening under the Shinbashi tracks with Ichiyu's three conflicting price lists: what an hour really costs in a rental room versus your hotel, which coupon wins, and the house rules to read before you dial.

Ichiyu, Shinbashi — Three Price Boards, One Outcall Esthetic, and a Salaryman's Math

Under the Tracks, Three Tabs Open

Sunday evening on the Karasumori side of Shinbashi Station. The yakitori smoke is thick enough to chew, the salarymen have loosened their ties, and the Yamanote line rattles overhead every two minutes. I've got a highball, a skewer of tsukune, and three browser tabs that disagree with each other.

The shop is Ichiyu (一優), and the name is the first clue to how it works. It's an outcall kaishun esthetic. That's the Japanese genre where a "rejuvenation" massage around the groin, thighs and prostate area comes first, and health-style play comes after. Its own website says it's "based in Kanda." Cityheaven files it under Tamachi-Mita. And the name on the door says Shinbashi. All three are true in a way. It dispatches from rental rooms in Shinbashi and Kanda, and it covers hotels across Minato, Chuo and Chiyoda wards. If you work in an office anywhere between Akihabara and Shinagawa, this shop was built for you.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 a.m., seven days a week. Phone is 03-6435-7197. Credit cards and receipts are accepted, which matters more in this neighborhood than anywhere else in Tokyo.

Elon
ElonWhen one small shop posts three different price lists, don't assume it's a scam. It's usually just lazy. The official site, the portal's system page and the portal's coupons all get updated at different times by different people. Your job is simple: find the lowest number that's still live, say the magic words on the phone, and confirm the total before anyone gets in a taxi. Price boards are a menu. The quote on the phone is the bill.

The Course in Plain English

Every board sells the same core product: the 性感生全裸密着回春コース (seikan nama zenra micchaku kaishun course). Translated, that's the "sensual full-nude, skin-on-skin rejuvenation course." The portal lists what's included: shiatsu, aroma oil, full-body contact massage with both of you naked, a kiss, oral, intercrural (sumata), prostate work, and a finish. The listing literally says 無制限フィニッシュ, meaning unlimited finishes within your time. The coupons add a shower together first, a choice of powder or oil for the massage, 69, and an explicit note that you're allowed to touch her too.

The official site's concept page adds the brand's signature: therapists work in a T-back and a men's dress shirt during the standard massage portion. The full-nude part is what the "seikan" course pays for.

There's also a W course. Two therapists work on you at once. Extensions on that one are charged per therapist, so the clock runs twice as fast.

Board One: The Official Site

The official system page has two tables. Prices are shown as "regular → net discount," and the net discount price is the one that counts.

Rental room (Shinbashi or Kanda):

Time Regular Net price
60 min ¥14,000 ¥11,000
90 min ¥17,000 ¥14,000
120 min ¥20,000 ¥17,000
150 min ¥24,000 ¥21,000
180 min ¥29,000 ¥26,000

Hotel or home: add ¥2,000 to every net price. That's ¥13,000 for 60 minutes, ¥16,000 for 90, and up to ¥28,000 for 180. The W course runs ¥23,000 or ¥29,000 in a rental room (60 or 90 minutes) and ¥25,000 or ¥31,000 at a hotel.

The fine print: designation (本指名, honshimei) costs ¥1,000, but net designation is ¥0, so picking a woman from the website costs nothing. Extensions are ¥6,000 per 30 minutes or ¥12,000 per hour, per therapist. The ¥3,000 joining fee is listed as "free for now."

Board Two: The Cityheaven System Page

Cityheaven's system page says something else. Rental rooms run ¥13,000 for 60 minutes up to ¥30,000 for 180. Hotels and homes run ¥14,000 up to ¥31,000. Photo designation and honshimei are ¥1,000 each, and an extension is ¥5,000 per 30 minutes.

So the portal's base price is higher than the official net price, by ¥2,000 to ¥4,000. But the portal's extension is ¥1,000 cheaper. Anyone who reads only one board gets a skewed picture.

Board Three: The Coupons and Events

This is where the money is. Cityheaven lists three standing coupons, all marked valid from February 2025 with no end date:

  • Time service: 60 minutes for ¥10,000, rental room. The coupon's own math compares that with a "regular" ¥15,000, which is the ¥13,000 course plus a ¥1,000 joining fee plus a ¥1,000 designation fee, all waived.
  • Early discount (早割): 70 minutes for ¥10,000, rental room, against a stated ¥16,000. That's ten more minutes for the same ¥10,000. Seventy minutes doesn't appear on any of the regular price tables, which tells you the coupon is the real product here.
  • Hotel/home plan: 90 minutes for ¥15,000 "all in." The same coupon says 60 minutes is ¥12,000 and 120 is ¥20,000.

The events page repeats the hotel prices, adds a 180-minute tier at ¥26,000, and lists a "second wave" deal of up to 100 minutes for ¥15,000. The condition for all of these is the same: when you call, say 「ヘブン見た」 (Heaven mita, "I saw it on Heaven").

The Salaryman's Math

Here's how it shakes out, using only posted numbers:

Plan Price Per minute
Early-discount coupon, 70 min, rental room ¥10,000 ≈ ¥143
Time-service coupon, 60 min, rental room ¥10,000 ≈ ¥167
Official net price, 60 min, rental room ¥11,000 ≈ ¥183
Hotel coupon, 90 min ¥15,000 ≈ ¥167
Official net price, 90 min, hotel ¥16,000 ≈ ¥178
Event deal, 100 min ¥15,000 ≈ ¥150

If you're near Shinbashi or Kanda and don't mind the rental room, the 70-minute coupon for ¥10,000 is the clear winner, and it beats everything on the official site. If you want her at your own hotel, the 90-minute coupon for ¥15,000 beats the official ¥16,000. Ask about the 100-minute event deal on the same call. If it still applies, it's the best value per minute for a longer session.

Never pay for an extension at the door. At ¥5,000 to ¥6,000 per half hour, that's ¥167 to ¥200 a minute, which is worse than every coupon above. Book the length you want up front.

Elon
ElonWatch the hotel rules. The official site says only hotels in Shiodome and parts of Ginza are free. Shinjuku, Shibuya, Roppongi, Akasaka and most of Minato and Chuo cost ¥1,000 for transport, and the rest of the 23 wards starts at ¥2,000. Those paid zones need a 90-minute booking or longer. Cityheaven adds that city hotels in Ginza, Shinbashi, Yurakucho, Tokyo, Roppongi, Akasaka, Hamamatsucho, Tamachi and Shinagawa are also 90 minutes and up. So that cheap 60-minute hour only really works in the rental room. Plan around that.

The House Rules, Read Before Dialing

Ichiyu's terms are blunter than most, and a few of them have teeth:

  • No cancellations or changes once you book by phone. None at all. Pick your time like you mean it.
  • You shower before the massage. No exceptions.
  • No recording devices, no drunk customers, no scouting or asking for private meetups.
  • If anyone other than you is in the room when she arrives, the session ends.
  • If they stop a session for a rules violation, there's no refund and they won't cover your hotel.

None of this is unusual. Spelling out "no refund" this clearly just tells you they've had to enforce it.

The Roster, Quickly

Cityheaven shows 34 therapists, with 14 working or on standby on the day I looked. Listed ages are 20 to 25, and several leave the age blank. The official site's profile blurbs lean on "slender," "fair skin," and "good at prostate massage." The last one is the one to look for, since that's the whole point of a kaishun shop. The "店長オススメ" (manager's picks) box on the portal narrows it to ten names. Check those against today's schedule and you're down to a short list in about a minute.

Bottom Line

Ichiyu isn't hiding anything. It's just posted the same product three times at three prices. Read all three boards, take the 70-minute coupon if a rental room in Shinbashi or Kanda works for you, take the 90-minute coupon if you need your hotel, say Heaven mita, and get the total confirmed on the phone. Then finish your highball. The Yamanote line will still be running when you're done.
