The pitch, in the shop's own words
Most Tokyo delivery shops sell a type: young wives, students, "S-class beauties." Gekkei Kamen sells a timing. Its Cityheaven intro says it plainly. A woman on her period becomes, in the shop's phrase, a full-body erogenous zone. The shop opened to serve men with that "maniac, secret wish." The coupon page goes further: the women here "work only during their period."
Strange, sure. But I've lived in New York long enough to respect anyone who picks a lane and stays in it. So on a Sunday I sat down with the menu, a calculator and a cheap coffee.
Where it actually is
The shop is listed on Cityheaven under Akihabara, but its official site calls itself an Uguisudani delivery health. The transport table settles it. Free delivery covers Akihabara, Uguisudani (north and south exits), Nippori East Exit, Nishi-Nippori and the Otsuka north gate. Any other Yamanote Line station costs ¥1,000, and anywhere else is negotiated. In practice, that means the Uguisudani love-hotel blocks or a business hotel near Akihabara.
Hours depend on which page you read. Cityheaven says 9:30–22:00, Sundays until 20:00. The official site says open 10:00–22:00, with Sunday's last booking at 20:00. On a Sunday, call before 8 p.m. and don't argue the half hour. The number on both pages is 03-5604-5671.
Layer one: the base hour is look-only
| Basic Value Set | Price |
|---|---|
| 60 min | ¥10,000 |
| 90 min | ¥15,000 |
| 120 min | ¥20,000 |
| 180 min | ¥30,000 |
| Extension, 30 min | ¥8,000 |
Ten grand for an hour of delivery health is cheap for Tokyo. But read the line under it. The shop calls the base "Gekkei Try, start here," and it covers full nudity, watching her masturbate, and smelling her and her used pad or panties. That's it. No kissing, no oral, no hands-on play. The base is a viewing package. Everything physical is an add-on.
Two quick math notes before the sets:
- The extension is a bad deal. Thirty extra minutes cost ¥8,000, but the course ladder adds ¥5,000 per half hour. If you think you'll want 90 minutes, book 90 at the start.
- "Challenge 70." First-time customers who say Challenge 70 (チャレンジ70) at booking get the 60-minute course stretched to 70 minutes for the same ¥10,000. One use per customer, and the coupon has no end date. That's the only discount on the page, so use it.
Layer two: the seven sets, checked against the a-la-carte list
The shop also prints every option individually, so I added each set up against its own singles list. This is where it gets interesting.
| Set | Contents | Set price | Same items a la carte | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Health Set | kiss, oral, sumata, full-body licking, cunnilingus, 69 | +¥8,000 | ¥7,000 | ¥1,000 worse |
| Kiss Me Set | deep kissing, full-body licking | +¥2,000 | ¥1,500 for kiss + licking (deep kiss not listed alone) | roughly even |
| Toy Box Set | rotor, vibrator, "three sacred treasures" | +¥5,000 | ¥9,000 | saves ¥4,000 |
| Goddess's Blessing | golden shower, oral, three treasures | +¥10,000 | ¥11,000 | saves ¥1,000 |
| M-Man's Melancholy | handjob, saliva, verbal teasing, nipple play | +¥4,000 | not all listed singly | can't compare |
| Collector Set | video, photos, golden shower | +¥6,000 | ¥8,000 | saves ¥2,000 |
| Everything Set | Health Set + rimming, oral finish, tampon play, fingering | +¥10,000 | ¥10,000 (¥7,000 + ¥3,000) | best value |
The headline: don't buy the Health Set. It's the obvious choice for a first-timer, and it costs ¥1,000 more than ordering its six items separately. Better still, the Everything Set costs only ¥2,000 more than the Health Set and adds four items. If you want the standard deriheru experience here, the smart order is base + Everything Set: ¥20,000 for 60 minutes, or 70 minutes with Challenge 70.
Several singles are listed at ¥0, including tampon play and a "used-item present" (you take her used pad home). For a shop built on this fetish, those are the signature items, and the shop gives them away free.
The visit
I took the Uguisudani route the official site describes: hotel or meet-up, with the confirmation call coming from a withheld number. I called, said the magic words and gave my phone number, which the rules require. I ordered by set name straight off the table above. If you do the same, you won't be stuck translating fifteen single options over the phone.
Who's available matters more here than at any other shop I've covered. The roster lists women from their early twenties to their late thirties, but the week-ahead board had about thirty names and only a handful of actual hours filled in. That's the concept doing its job: nobody can schedule a cycle a week out. If you have someone specific in mind from the profiles, you're waiting on biology, not a booking system. Phone the same day.
She was relaxed and matter-of-fact about the whole thing. There was none of the awkwardness I'd braced for. She treated the fetish as a service with a menu and a clock, not a confession, and that made it easy. The details stay in the room. The shop's own review board is far more explicit than I'll ever be, if you need convincing. One reviewer who said he wasn't a fetish guy at all called reception and the women "100 points," which matches my read.
House rules
The official system page has the standard deriheru rules, plus a few worth flagging:
- Full intercourse is banned. Pushing for it, or even asking, ends the session.
- "Non-consensual excessive SM or perverted acts" are banned. At a fetish shop, that matters. Everything on the menu is opt-in, and each woman sets her own limits.
- No hidden cameras. Photos and video exist only as paid options, with her consent. Secret recording means confiscation and possible legal action.
- Cancellation: within an hour, up to 50%. Within 30 minutes, up to the full fee. Once she's undressed, there's no refund.
- If you won't give a phone number, they can refuse the booking.
- Wheelchair users and disabled customers are welcome. Tell reception when you book.
The refused-guest list covers competitors, drunks, drug users, anyone with an infection, gangsters and minors. Foreign customers aren't on it, and the site links to Yoasobi Heaven's English portal. Expect a phone booking in Japanese, though, so keep the menu names handy.
Verdict
Gekkei Kamen is exactly what it says. If the concept doesn't do anything for you, this isn't your shop, and that's fine. If it does, it's the only game in town, and the pricing rewards anyone who reads the menu. Say "Challenge 70," skip the Health Set, order base plus the Everything Set (¥20,000 for 70 minutes on a first visit), book long instead of extending, and call the same day.
