Actress Uguisudani: Fifteen Menus, Seven Price Ladders, and the ¥3,000 Fee You Only Learn About From the Coupon That Waives It

Actress has been running in Uguisudani for over thirty years and publishes fifteen separate course menus — which turn out to be seven price ladders wearing fifteen names. Its three coupons carry headline discounts of 28%, 18% and 34% and every one of them saves exactly ¥5,000. Seven customer receipts all land under the printed board, one of them for a course that isn't on it, and the only place the shop mentions its ¥3,000 membership fee is the coupon that cancels it.

Actress Uguisudani: Fifteen Menus, Seven Price Ladders, and the ¥3,000 Fee You Only Learn About From the Coupon That Waives It

The Oldest Trick in Uguisudani Is Telling the Truth Slowly

Uguisudani is two minutes from Ueno and about thirty years behind it, which is the entire point. You come up out of the north exit, the love hotel district starts before the ticket gate has finished beeping, and nobody is pretending to be anywhere else. It is the least aspirational red-light district in Tokyo and one of the most functional. The shops here don't have branding. They have phone numbers.

Which is how I ended up reading the listing for アクトレス — Actress, a fetish-genre delivery health outfit whose own front page opens with a line most businesses would bury in an About section: 創業から30年以上 — in operation for more than thirty years. Its official site says the same thing twice, and dates its no-premises operating notification under Article 31-2 of the Adult Entertainment Business Act to 1 August 2006. Thirty years is not a marketing claim in this industry. Thirty years is a survival statistic. Most deriheru in Tokyo do not last thirty months.

The concept is narrow and it is stated without decoration: 妊婦・母乳プレイ・人妻 — pregnancy, lactation, and married women. The roster is described as consisting only of young wives, married women, wives who lactate, and pregnant women. That's the whole pitch. There is no attempt to be a general-purpose shop with a fetish wing.

And then you open the price list, and a shop that has been doing one thing for thirty years turns out to publish fifteen separate course menus.

Elon
ElonThirty years is the number I keep turning over. Think about what a Tokyo deriheru has had to survive since the mid-nineties: the 2005 revision of the adult entertainment law that reorganised the entire no-premises sector, the collapse of the pager-and-magazine advertising economy, the arrival of Cityheaven, the arrival of smartphones, two recessions, a pandemic that shut the hotel districts down. A shop that walked through all of that without changing its concept is not a shop that got lucky. It's a shop with a repeat customer base so stable that it never needed to chase a trend. You can see it in the review page — one customer opens by saying his last visit was two or three years ago and the same woman is still working there. Another is on his third booking with the same woman and already has the fourth scheduled. That's not a marketplace. That's a regulars' bar that happens to dispatch to hotels.

Fifteen Menus, Seven Ladders, and Six Menus Sharing One of Them

Here is the full published menu list, which I counted twice because the number seemed wrong: 妊婦 (pregnancy), 母乳プレイ (lactation), 幼児プレイ, 性感, M性感, M基本, 痴女, S基本, S AF, Sロング, 3P, レズM女, 妊婦3P, 逆幼児プレイ, and — I promise I am not inventing this — 格闘技プレイ, a combat-sports course.

Fifteen menus. Now here is what's actually underneath them:

Ladder Prices Menus using it
70/¥30,000 · 120/¥40,000 2 — S AF, 3P
S long 150/¥50,000 · 180/¥60,000 1
Pregnancy 3P 45/¥30,000 · 70/¥40,000 · 95/¥50,000 · 120/¥60,000 1
no price published 1 — レズM女 (phone enquiry only)

Fifteen names. Seven price structures. Six of the fifteen are the identical ladder with a different title on top. S基本 and 逆幼児プレイ — two menus with nothing whatsoever in common — are priced at exactly ¥25,000 and ¥35,000 for 70 and 100 minutes. S AF and the 3P course are both exactly ¥30,000 and ¥40,000 for 70 and 120.

This is not deception; every number is printed openly and you can check my table against the page in four minutes. But it changes how you should read the menu. The fifteen headings are a taxonomy of what you can ask for, not a taxonomy of what you can pay. If you are choosing between 性感 and 痴女 and M基本 on price, stop — there is no price to choose between. Choose on content and book the same ladder.

The Standard Ladder Is a U, and the Bottom of It Is Both Ends

Run the six-menu standard ladder through the only column that matters:

Course Price Per minute
60 min ¥15,000 ¥250.00
70 min ¥18,000 ¥257.14
80 min ¥22,000 ¥275.00
90 min ¥25,000 ¥277.78
120 min ¥30,000 ¥250.00

Almost every price list in Tokyo slopes downward — each rung cheaper per minute than the last, because shops want you buying time. This one is a U. The sixty-minute entry and the hundred-and-twenty-minute top course cost exactly the same per minute, to the yen, and the two rungs in the middle are the worst value on the board. Eighty and ninety minutes are where this ladder charges its premium.

Look at the marginal cost of each additional minute and the shape gets sharper:

  • 60 → 70 min: ¥3,000 for 10 minutes = ¥300/min
  • 70 → 80 min: ¥4,000 for 10 minutes = ¥400/min
  • 80 → 90 min: ¥3,000 for 10 minutes = ¥300/min
  • 90 → 120 min: ¥5,000 for 30 minutes = ¥166.67/min

That last step is the cheapest minute anywhere in this shop, by a distance. Thirty extra minutes for ¥5,000, on a board where ten extra minutes elsewhere costs ¥4,000. Meanwhile the printed extension rate is ¥5,000 per 20 minutes — ¥250/min — which means extending out of a 90-minute course costs half again as much as simply having booked the 120 in the first place.

So the standard ladder has exactly two sensible positions and one trap. Book 60 minutes or book 120 minutes. Eighty and ninety are the rungs the shop would like you to land on, and the 90-minute course in particular is the single worst yen-per-minute on the entire standard board while sitting one ¥5,000 step below the best.

The ¥15,000 Note Buys Three Different Amounts of Time

This is the most elegant thing on the page and it took me a while to see it, because it hides in plain sight at the bottom of three separate tables.

The entry rung of every one of the three main ladders is exactly ¥15,000. What changes is the clock:

¥15,000 buys you Minutes Per minute
Standard course (six menus) 60 ¥250.00
Pregnancy course 45 ¥333.33
Lactation course 40 ¥375.00

The shop holds the price constant and moves the time. A first-timer scanning the page sees ¥15,000, ¥15,000, ¥15,000 and concludes the menus are priced alike. They are not remotely priced alike. The lactation entry is 50% more expensive per minute than the standard entry, and the shop charged that premium without ever printing a bigger number.

It carries all the way up the ladders. At 120 minutes: standard ¥30,000, pregnancy ¥32,000, lactation ¥35,000. At the extension line the gap becomes a chasm — the standard and pregnancy courses extend at ¥5,000 per 20 minutes (¥250/min), while the lactation course extends at ¥10,000 per 30 minutes (¥333.33/min). Same shop, same night, one third more per minute to stay longer.

Which tells you exactly what Actress's premium product is, without the shop ever using the word premium. 母乳 — lactation — is the flagship, and it is priced like one. Go and read the review titles and you'll find the pricing department was right: 「浴びる母乳」, 「かつてない母乳量」, 「文句なしの愛嬌と量」. Nobody writes a review headline about the 格闘技 course.

Elon
ElonThere's a second thing buried in that same table and it points the other way, in the customer's favour. The free-option lists. The pregnancy and lactation courses both print a 無料オプション block — costumes, fishnets, garters, all included, nothing to pay. The S courses print a paid option block instead, and it runs from ¥5,000 a line up to ¥30,000 for the top item, which is the price of an entire 120-minute standard course as a single add-on. So the shop's two pricing philosophies sit on the same page: on the fetish side it bundles everything and charges you in the course price; on the S side it strips the course down and meters every component. Neither is wrong. But if you walk in with an S-course budget built from the course price alone, you have budgeted for roughly the base fare of a taxi whose meter you haven't looked at. Add the options up first, out loud, on the phone.

Three Coupons, Three Different Headlines, One Number

Actress runs three coupons. All three are triggered by the same phrase — 「シティヘブン見た」, I saw it on Cityheaven — and all three carry a big percentage on the artwork:

  • 28% OFF — 性感 course, 60 min, ¥13,000
  • 18% OFF — 母乳 course, 70 min, ¥23,000
  • 34% OFF — 妊婦 course, 85 min, ¥20,000

Twenty-eight, eighteen, thirty-four. A reasonable person reads that column and concludes the third coupon is nearly twice as good as the second. Now open the comparison table the site prints underneath each one:

Coupon Normal total With coupon Saved
性感 60 min ¥18,000 ¥13,000 ¥5,000
母乳 70 min ¥28,000 ¥23,000 ¥5,000
妊婦 70→85 min ¥25,000 ¥20,000 ¥5,000

Every coupon in this shop saves exactly five thousand yen. All three are constructed identically — ¥3,000 of waived membership plus ¥2,000 off the course — and the headline percentage is nothing but an artifact of which course the ¥5,000 happens to be sitting on. The 18% coupon looks worst because it's attached to the most expensive course. The 34% looks best because it's attached to a cheaper one and because that percentage is calculated per minute rather than per booking; in plain yen off the total it's a 20% discount, the same ¥5,000 as the others.

That said, the 34% coupon is the best of the three, just not for the reason printed on it. It's the only one that adds time: 15 free minutes on top, so you pay ¥20,000 for 85 minutes against a board price of ¥22,000 for 70. That's a genuine ¥5,000 plus a genuine quarter-hour.

And if you want the lowest rate per minute in the entire building, it isn't the 34% one at all:

Coupon Price Per minute
性感 60 min (28%) ¥13,000 ¥216.67
妊婦 85 min (34%) ¥20,000 ¥235.29
母乳 70 min (18%) ¥23,000 ¥328.57

The coupon with the smaller headline number is the cheapest minute Actress sells.

The Membership Fee Is Only Mentioned by the Coupon That Cancels It

Here's the part I'd want to know before dialling, and it required reading the coupon page rather than the price page to find.

The course table says the 性感 60-minute course is ¥15,000. The coupon's own comparison table says the normal total for that same booking is ¥18,000. The difference is a line the price board never shows you:

入会金 — ¥3,000

A three-thousand-yen membership fee, payable on a first visit, which appears nowhere in the fifteen course tables and is disclosed only inside the three coupons that waive it. Every coupon leads with 入会金3000円無料. That's how you learn the fee exists.

I want to be fair about this, because it is not a trap in the way it first reads. The shop is not hiding a charge in order to collect it — it is waiving that charge for literally every customer who says four words on the phone, and it has been doing so on the same standing coupons since 20 October 2022. Practically nobody pays this fee. But the practical consequence is real and worth stating plainly: a first-time customer who books off the price board without mentioning Cityheaven pays ¥3,000 more than the board says. The coupon isn't a discount so much as an admission fee for people who read carefully.

Two smaller notes on those coupons. The first two have been running since October 2022 and both are listed with an expiry of 無期限 — no expiry. That is a four-year-old permanent limited-time offer, which is a phrase that should not be able to exist. And the woman pictured on the 28% coupon, なお (34), is real and currently working — she has a shift posted for today. The 34% coupon's model, せな (23), has nothing on the seven-day board.

Seven Receipts, and Every One of Them Is Under the Board

This is the section I trust most, because customers filling in the 料金の総額 field on a review form are reporting what left their wallet. Room charge excluded in all cases, as is normal for deriheru.

Date Course Paid Board price Difference
15 Aug 120 min (lactation), noted 口コミ割等 ¥31,000 ¥35,000 −¥4,000
11 Aug 70 min (lactation) ¥23,000 ¥25,000 −¥2,000
31 Jul 95 min (lactation) ¥27,000 ¥30,000 −¥3,000
26 Jul 70 min (lactation) ¥23,000 ¥25,000 −¥2,000
23 Jul 95 min (pregnancy), coupon + 15 min event ¥19,000 ¥27,000 −¥8,000
22 Jul 70 min (pregnancy), 割引あり ¥15,000 ¥22,000 −¥7,000
29 Jun 50 min, お任せコース ¥10,000 not on the board

Six of the seven land below the printed price, by an average of ¥4,333. The seventh is a fifty-minute "leave it to us" course at ¥10,000 that does not appear anywhere in the fifteen published menus and is cheaper than every price the shop prints. The customer who booked it said the point was not knowing who would arrive, and rated it 4.7.

I have read a lot of these boards. The usual finding is the opposite one — a printed price that turns into something 20–40% larger by the time the door closes. Actress's board is a ceiling, not a floor, and that is genuinely unusual. The honest version of the advice is: whatever this page says, ask what it actually costs today, because the answer has been lower than the page seven times out of seven.

There's a mechanism, and the customers found it before I did. Two separate reviewers name a 口コミ割 — a review discount — and both specify that it stacks with the standard coupons. 「通常の割引に加えて、口コミ割引を適用するとかなりお得に遊べます」, writes one. 「クーポンがあるのと、口コミ割の併用もでき」, writes another. The 15 August receipt is tagged 口コミ割等 in the shop's own form. Three independent confirmations that this discount exists — and it is printed on neither the price board nor the coupon page. The only way to learn about the second-largest discount at this shop is to read what other customers wrote about it.

Notice which side of the menu the deep cuts land on. The two pregnancy receipts came in at ¥200.00 and ¥214.29 per minute. The four lactation receipts run ¥258.33 to ¥328.57. The pregnancy menu discounts hard; the lactation menu barely moves — which is exactly what you'd predict from a shop that knows which of its products people queue for.

What Isn't Printed Anywhere

I searched the entire listing for three numbers that every Tokyo deriheru customer needs and found none of them:

  • 指名料 (nomination fee) — not published. Not a range, not a tilde, nothing.
  • 交通費 (transport) — not published. The dispatch area is given as 東京都鶯谷(台東区)and 鶯谷及び周辺, with everything else routed to a phone enquiry.
  • キャンセル料 (cancellation) — not published. No policy of any kind appears.

I'm not going to score this as a trap, because there's a coherent reading: a phone-first shop that has run on the same block for thirty years, dispatching almost entirely into a hotel district you can walk across in ten minutes, may genuinely not charge transport and may genuinely handle cancellations by conversation. Nothing in 128 customer reviews mentions a surprise charge, and the reviews that discuss the front desk are uniformly warm about it — 「電話もすぐ出て下さいますしとても丁寧です」, 「ママさんが優しく対応して下さいます」.

But undisclosed is undisclosed. Ask for all three on the phone before you commit, and note that the reviews consistently record 室料別 — the hotel room is separate and yours to pay.

Thirty-Six Women, and a Roster Shaped by Its Own Concept

Thirty-six women listed. Here's the age curve:

Age band Count Share
20–24 11 31%
25–29 14 39%
30–39 11 31%

Youngest 20, oldest 39, median 27, and the distribution is almost perfectly symmetric around it. That is a very different shape from the volume shops out west, where the roster piles up at 18–20 and falls off a cliff. It's also exactly what the concept implies: a shop selling 若妻・人妻・妊婦 is selling women in their twenties and thirties, and the board agrees with the pitch.

The measurements are where it gets interesting:

Cup Count
B 1
C 3
D 6
E 7
F 13
G 2
H 3
J 1

Nineteen of thirty-six — 53% — are F-cup or larger, against a C-and-D core of just 25%. At a general-interest deriheru that distribution would be a loud signal about casting policy. Here it isn't a casting decision at all: it is what a roster of pregnant and lactating women mechanically looks like. Pregnancy and lactation raise bust measurements. The shop isn't selecting for it; the concept produces it. I flag it only because a reader scanning the roster page might mistake a physiological fact for a curatorial one.

Sixteen of Thirty, Twenty-Six Shifts, and Nobody After Nine

The seven-day board — today, Wednesday 26 August, through Tuesday 1 September — lists 30 of the 36 women and contains 26 shifts in total. Sixteen women have at least one; fourteen have none.

Day Women working
Wed 26 Aug 5
Thu 27 Aug 6
Fri 28 Aug 3
Sat 29 Aug 5
Sun 30 Aug 4
Mon 31 Aug 2
Tue 1 Sep 1

Four to five women a day, tapering to one by next Tuesday — which is a booking horizon, not a demand curve. The far end of the board is blank paper. Book inside two or three days and this schedule is real; try to lock in next week from your desk and it can't help you. One reviewer notes that if you've already agreed a date with a woman through the shop's chat, the desk will take a booking further out, which is the workaround.

Now the detail nobody mentions. The shop's published hours are 10:00–24:00, no closing day — a fourteen-hour day running to midnight. Of the 26 posted shifts, 24 end by 19:00. Exactly two run past it, both belonging to the same woman, and both end at 21:00. Not a single shift on the entire seven-day board touches 22:00, let alone midnight. The earliest starts are 10:00 and the latest start is 15:00.

Actress advertises until midnight and operates, by its own schedule, as a daytime shop. That's not a contradiction so much as an unstated fact, and it is probably the single most useful thing in this article for anyone planning a visit. If your plan involves Uguisudani after dark, this shop's board says the women have gone home. Call in the morning. Arrive in the afternoon.

The Course Nobody Should Buy

One last piece of arithmetic, for the S side of the menu.

S基本 (base): 70 min ¥25,000 · 100 min ¥35,000. S AF: 70 min ¥30,000 · 120 min ¥40,000.

Set the 100-minute base course against the 120-minute AF course. Five thousand yen more buys you twenty additional minutes and the entire AF component — a component the shop's own option list has nothing comparable to under ¥10,000. On rate: ¥350.00 per minute for the base 100 against ¥333.33 for the AF 120, so the longer, more inclusive course is also the cheaper one per minute.

S基本 at 100 minutes is dominated. There is no customer for whom it is the right purchase, and the shop's own standing promotion makes it worse: the notice on the price page says S and S-AF courses are currently running ¥5,000 off, which drops the AF 120 to ¥35,000 — the exact undiscounted price of the base course that gives you less time and less content.

The same promotion note lists 母乳 (70 min+) and 妊婦 (70 min+) and 性感 at ¥2,000 off, which is the ¥2,000 already baked into the three coupons, plus その他割引有り — other discounts available. Given a review page that has produced a fifty-minute course at ¥10,000 and a stackable discount the shop never printed, I'd read その他割引有り as the most load-bearing four characters on the page.

The Verdict

Actress is a thirty-year-old shop with a thirty-year-old website, and the two facts explain each other. Everything about this listing is disclosed but not organised: fifteen menus that are really seven, a membership fee documented only inside its own waiver, a stackable review discount that exists solely in customer testimony, a fifty-minute course sold to a real customer at a price the board has never heard of, and a midnight closing time that the shop's own schedule contradicts by three hours every single day this week.

None of it is dishonest. That's the thing I keep landing on. Seven receipts, seven prices at or under the board. A hundred and twenty-eight reviews with not one complaint about a surprise charge. A front desk that three separate customers went out of their way to praise. The information problems here are all archival — a page that has accumulated for thirty years and never been rewritten — rather than adversarial.

So, concretely. If you want the cheapest minute in the building: the 性感 60-minute coupon at ¥13,000, which is ¥216.67 a minute and the lowest rate Actress publishes. If you want the best coupon in absolute terms, it's the pregnancy one at ¥20,000 for 85 minutes, because it's the only one that adds time rather than just subtracting ¥5,000 like the other two. If you're buying the lactation course — the shop's real flagship, and the thing every enthusiastic review is actually about — accept that you're paying ¥292 to ¥375 a minute and that it barely discounts, because it doesn't have to.

On the standard six-menu ladder, book 60 or book 120 and skip everything in between; the 80 and 90-minute rungs are the two worst rates on the board and the 90-to-120 step is the cheapest thirty minutes in the shop. Never buy S基本 at 100 minutes. And whatever course you choose, say 「シティヘブン見た」 on the phone, ask about the 口コミ割, and ask about nomination, transport and cancellation — because the answers to all four are worth money and none of them are on the page.

Then call before lunch. This is a daytime shop that says it closes at midnight.

Elon
ElonFifteen menus is the thing I'd get wrong if I were running this place, and I'd get it wrong in the same direction they did. Every one of those headings was almost certainly added the year some customer rang up and asked for it — that's how a thirty-year-old menu grows, one phone call at a time, and nobody ever deletes anything because the guy who asked for the wrestling course in 2011 might call again. The result is a page that makes a specialist shop look like a supermarket, when the numbers underneath say the opposite: seven ladders, and the money is concentrated in two of them. If I could change one thing it wouldn't be a price. It would be the ordering. Put lactation and pregnancy at the top where the reviews are, put the shared-ladder six in a single block that says any of these, same price, and print the membership fee and the review discount in the same table as everything else. That's a Saturday afternoon of work and it would make the shop look like what it actually is — the most focused operator in Uguisudani, currently disguised as the least.
