Playgirl, Kameari: Katsushika's Only Soapland Has a Six-Number Price Page, and the Biggest Number on Your Bill Isn't Printed on It
Playgirl is the only soapland Cityheaven lists in the entire Katsushika-Shibamata area, and its price page is six numbers long — no options, no points card, no membership. I priced every combination per minute and found a daytime board where extending is cheaper than starting, a night coupon worth exactly one nomination fee, and a 10% credit-card surcharge that appears nowhere on the shop's own pages and wipes out the day discount three and a half times over.
